치과위생사의 근무특성과 환자유형에 따른 감정노동이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (Influence on Job Satisfaction of Emotional Labor Accordance to Working Properties and Patients Type of Dental Hygienist)

  • 본 연구는 치과위생사 269명의 근무특징과 환자유형에 따른 감정노동이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 일반적인 특징에 따른 감정노동 전체평균은 2.85이며, 성별은 남성, 음주는 하는 경우 높았다. 일반적인 특징에 따른 직무만족도 전체평균 3.02이며 성별은 여성, 연령은 많은 경우, 결혼은 기혼이 높았다. 근무특성에 따른 감정노동은 치과위생사가 다른 직위보다 높았으며, 근무특성에 따른 직무만족도는 경력이 높을수록, 직위는 치과위생사, 수입은 많을수록 높았다. 환자유형별 감정노동은 남성환자, 연령은 20-64세, 진료시간대는 오후 7시 이후가 가장 높게 나타났다. 환자유형별 직무만족도는 환자연령은 65세 이상, 치료 종류는 치아우식 및 치주질환치료, 진료시간대는 오후 7시 이상, 경제수준은 '상'인 경우 높았다. 감정노동 정도에 따른 직무만족도는 감정노동이 '보통'일 때 상승하였으나 '높은군'에서는 가장 낮게 분석되었다. 근무특성, 환자유형, 감정노동이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 위계적 회귀분석결과 월 수입이 많은집단(t=1.994, p=.047), 환자나이가 많은집단(t=3.027, p=.003), 감정노동이 낮을수록(t=13.858, p=.000) 직무만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉 치과위생사들의 직무만족도를 높이기 위해선 감정노동이나 환자의 특성을 고려하여 쾌적한 근무환경을 위한 노력이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

심리유형별 진료도구를 이용한 한방치료의 만족도 평가 연구 (A Study on Satisfaction Evaluation of Korean Medicine Therapy Using Treatment Tool by Psychological Type)

  • Objectives : This study was designed to evaluate patient satisfaction of Korean medicine therapy using treatment tool by psychological type. Methods : 48 subjects were participated in this study. Before a treatment, we analyzed a patient's phychological type first by using a questionnaire. And then we divided 3 groups which were called a rational sympathy module group, emotional sympathy module group, control group. Manner of medical consultation according to patient's phychological type was carried out in all groups. After all treatment, we conducted a survey about medical service perception index, patient happiness index, medical satisfaction index. To evaluate a satisfaction degree, we analyzed results of survey statistically. Results : The results of the analysis, both rational sympathy module group and emotional sympathy module group got a higher score than control group statistical significantly on medical service perception index. Emotional sympathy module group got a higher score than control group statistical significantly on patient happiness index and medical satisfaction index. But rational sympathy module group only had a higher tendency than control group on patient happiness index and medical satisfaction index. Emotional sympathy module group got a higher score than rational sympathy module group on medical service perception index, patient happiness index and medical satisfaction index. Conclusions : Korean medicine therapy using treatment tool by psychological type consisted of patient's phychological type questionnaire and manner of medical consultation could improve a patient's satisfaction. It was more effective in emotional sympathy module group than rational sympathy module group.

노인들의 혈액형과 인지 기능 및 행동 성향과의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Effects of One's Blood Type Cognitive Function and Emotional Character for the Elder)

  • 이 연구는 노인들의 혈액형이 인지 기능 및 행동성향과 상관관계가 있는지를 개인이 지닌 뇌신경 생리학 적 지표인 뇌파 측정을 이용하여 비교 하여보았다. 대상자는 2008년 9월에서 2009년 6월까지 한국정신과학연구소에 뇌파측정 의뢰한 노인(60세 이상)을 기준으로 선정한 자료이다. 노인 여자 311명 노인 남자 451명 총762 명이다. 노인의 혈액형 분포도는 A>B>O>AB형 순이었다. 분석 결과 노인들의 혈액형과 행동성향과의 분포도에서 여자노인 에서는 무관하였고 남자노인에서는 유의미한 차이가 있었다. B형과 O형의 남자노인에서 부정성향이 높다고 본다. 인지기능과의 관계에서는 정서지수(p=.001)와 활성지수(우)(p=.040)에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 정서지수에서는 A형이 가장 높았고 활성지수에서는 AB형이 가장 높았다. 이 연구 결과 몇 개의 범주에서 혈액형과 의미있는 관계를 보여 주었으나 미치는 영향이나 유전적인 역할이 어떻게 영향을 주는지의 작용기전을 규명하는 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

제품디자인에 있어서 감성정보 모델구축에 관한 연구 - 푸드용품을 중심으로- (Construct the emotional information system in product design -Focused on the cooking kit with fun-)

  • 감성디자인 접근방법은 다양한 방법이 연구되어 소개되고 있지만 어떠한 진행방법이 정확한지에 대한 기준은 없다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 다양한 감성디자인에 대한 연구방법 중 새로운 접근방법으로서 감성에 대한 구조 모델화 프로세스를 제시하였다. 실험에서는 수량화 3류(Quantification theory type 3) 분석을 통해 속성의 의미를 해석하여 푸드용품에 대한 감성모델을 실험하였다. 실험결과 푸드용품 디자인을 위한 감성요인으로는 조형성, 분위기, 기능성, 정보 등의 4가지 요인의 항목이 감성디자인과 관계가 깊은 것을 알 수 있다. 추출된 4가지 항목에 대해 감성적 의미를 정리해보면 다음과 같이 정의할 수 있다. (1. 요리를 하기에 편리한 기능이 있는가? 2. 요리에 사용하는 용기는 조형적인가? 3. 요리할 때 분위기를 연출할 수 있는가? 4. 요리에 관한 정보를 얼마만큼 얻을 수 있는가?)의 정의된 내용을 중심으로 각각의 세부항목에 대해 설계요건 항목을 분류하여 감성모델을 구축하였다.

한글 글꼴과 감성 표현어 사이의 수량적 상호관계에 관한 연구 (A study of quantitative correlation between hangul font and the emotional expressions)

  • This study aims to suggest basic materials to develop an emotional font for future Hangeul font development plan by investigating emotional reaction displayed through the subjects and by quantifying its contribution of the stimulation elements causing such reaction. For this, a survey of 150 university students who are currently enrolled in the College of Design was conducted in order to analyze correlation between 30 emotional words extracted from the Hangeul font and the selected 36 sample fonts. The combined data was described with the two dimensional dispersion using the quantification theory type III. The analysis found out that the Hangeul font forms the x-axis showing "soft(dynamic).hard(static)" and the y-axis showing "modern(light).classic(heavy)”. Specifically, there exist emotional groups such as "archaic","masculine","feminine","negative", and "modern static"on each axis. In addition, to extract the casual relationship between the value of emotional reaction and its stimulation elements quantitatively, the author indicated the emotional words of each axis and the total value of equivalent five emotional word groups as the standard variance and the constituent of Hangeul font as the independent variable, and then the quantification theory type I was used to analyze the physical elements of the Hangeul font. As a result, "the centerline of gravity(base line)" and "thickness variance of a stroke" on the two axes, and "the centerline of gravity(base line)" and "decoration" among the five groups were identified as the most influential elements that affect the emotional reaction of the subjects.

중환자실 환자를 위한 소매형 억제대의 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of the Sleeve-type Restraints for Intensive Care Unit Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop sleeve-type restraints and to compare the sleeve-type and conventional wrist restraints. Methods: Forty four pairs of intensive care unit (ICU) patients and their families participated in the experiment. The nurses applied sleeve-type restraints to the patients in the experimental group, and wrist restraints to the control group. The trained research assistant measured ROMs, skin temperature, edema, and skin lesions of both upper extremities (UEs) before, 24, 48, and 72 hours after the restraints applied. The emotional response of family was measured 72 hours after the restraints applied. Thirty one ICU nurses evaluated the efficiency of both types of restraints. Results: Compared to the control group, changes of ROMs, edema, and skin abrasions on both U/Es of the experimental group indicated a significant difference in physical side effects. The emotional response scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The mean efficiency scores for the sleeve-type restraints were significantly higher than those for the wrist restraints. Conclusion: The results indicate that the sleeve-type restraints are better than wrist restraints with respect to physical side effects, emotional responses of family members, and application efficiency.

의과대학생의 정서지능이 공감에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Emotional Intelligence on Empathy in Medical Students)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of subscales of emotional intelligence on empathy in first-year medical students. Methods : A total of 215 first-year medical students were eligible for this study. Demographic factors (age, sex, and medical school entrance type) and measures for emotional intelligence and empathy, such as the Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale and the Interpersonal Reactivity Index, were included in the survey. The relationship between emotional intelligence and empathy was analyzed by multiple linear regression, adjusting for age, sex, and entrance type. Results : The female students' level of emotional intelligence was higher than the male students for the self-emotional appraisal (p=0.029) and others' emotional appraisal (p=0.006) subscales. Meanwhile, the graduate-entry students scored higher for the use of emotion (p<0.001) and regulation of emotion (p=0.010) subscales than the direct-entry students. For empathy, the female students revealed a higher score in empathic concern (p=0.009) than the male students, and graduate-entry students scored higher than the direct-entry students in perspective taking (p=0.004) and empathic concern (p<0.001). The multiple linear regression analysis has identified significant influences of subscales of emotional intelligence on empathy: others' emotional appraisal on perspective taking (p<0.001), self-emotional appraisal (p=0.035) and regulation of emotion (p=0.023) on fantasy, others' emotional appraisal (p<0.001) and use of emotion (p=0.020) on empathic concern, and self-emotional appraisal (p=0.033) and regulation of emotion (p<0.001) on personal distress. Conclusion : This study's findings suggest that emotional intelligence may affect empathy in medical students, which can have implications for developing educational strategies to enhance empathetic attitudes in medical students.

휴먼서비스조직의 감성리더십이 종사자의 이직의도에 미치는 영향 : 직무만족의 매개효과와 최고관리자의 근무형태별 다집단분석 (Effects of Emotional Leadership on Turnover Intention of the Employees in Human Service Organizations: Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction and Multi-group Analysis according to Employment Type of Chief Executives)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 휴먼서비스조직의 감성리더십이 종사자의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증하고, 최고관리자의 근무형태별 차이를 확인하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 휴먼서비스조직 중 건강가정지원센터를 대상으로 서울, 경기도 56곳에서 근무하는 295명의 종사자를 설문조사하여 구조방정식모형 분석과 다집단 분석을 활용하여 최고리더자의 근무형태별 경로계수의 차이검증을 하였다. 분석결과, 첫째 감성리더십은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 감성리더십과 직무만족은 이직의도에 부적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 감성리더십과 이직의도와의 관계에서 직무만족이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 감성리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향은 최고관리자의 근무형태에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 이론적, 실천적 방안을 제시하였다.

여대생의 체형인식 및 감성지능과 성적자기주장의 관계 (Relationships between body type perception and emotional intelligence and sexual assertiveness of female college students)

  • 본 연구는 여대생의 체형인식 및 감성지능과 성적자기주장의 관계를 파악하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구대상은 충남 소재 2개 대학 간호학과에 재학 중인 여학생 288명이며, 자료수집은 자가보고형 설문지를 이용하여 2017년 3월 1일에서 5월 20일까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 여대생의 감성지능이 높을수록 성적자기주장이 높은 것으로 나타났으나(r=.25, p<.001), 체형인식에 따른 성적자기주장은 통계적 유의성이 없었다. 여대생의 성적자기주장 영향요인은 종교, 첫 이성교제 시기, 체질량지수, 및 감성지능이었으며, 설명력은 18.7%이었다. 따라서 여대생의 성적자기주장을 증가시키기 위한 중재 프로그램에 감성지능 증가를 위한 중재를 포함하는 것이 필요하다고 할 것이다. 또한 여대생의 체형인식과 성적자기주장에 관계에 대한 해서는 추후 계속적인 연구가 실시될 필요가 있다고 할 것이다.

여성 잡지 의류광고 구성요소의 표현 형식과 소구유형 고찰(I) (The Type of Appeal and Constituent Unit's Expression of Apparel Advertising Appeared in Women's Magazines (I))

  • The present study was conducted to analyze the type of appeal and constituent unit's expression of apparel advertising appeared in women's magazine through content analysis. The research questions raised for this study were: (1) Are there any differences in the type of appeal between outwear and uderwear, men's and women's outwear, and formal wear and casual wear advertising ? (2) Are there any differences in the type of appeal and constituent unit's expression of apparel advertising between the late of 1980's and the begining of 1990's ? "Women Sense", founded on August 1988, was used as research materials for the study. And the period of analysis was from September 1988 to March 1993. In order to reduce biases of monthly issues in magazine, the apparel advertisements for analysis were selected from March, June, September and December issues. A total of 348 apparel advertisements were analyzed. The data gethered were analyzed using the frequency table, percentage and chi-square test. The results were as follows: 1. The emotional appeal was used more often for apparel advertisements. 2. There was no difference in types of appeal between men's and women's outwear. Both of them frequently used emotional appeal type 3. Rational appeal and sex appeal type were used more frequently in underwear advertising than in outwear advertisements. 4. It was emotional appeal type that usually used in both formal and casual wear advertising, and sex appeal was employed more often in casual wear advertising than in formal wear advertising. 5. Romantic appeal was employed more aften in the late of 1980's than in the begining of 1990's. Sex appeal and rational appeal were used more often in the beginning of 1990's than in the late of 1980's. 6. Emotional (28.7%) and Assertion Propose Headlines (21.6%) were popular in the late of 1980's. 7. Brand Name Headline was shown most often in the begining of 1990's. 8. Emotional, Factual and Mixed Copies were generally used at all types of bodycopy. while there was no difference in types of bodycopy between the periods. 9. Direct Approach, that a model introduced advertising goods to consumer, was mainly used in illustration. There was no difference in different types of illustration between the periods.
