모바일 애플리케이션의 플로우에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Human Behaviors and Affections on the Flow of Mobile Applications)

  • In this paper, we examined the effects of emotional and individual variables on flow in the usage of mobile application. We selected four relevant emotional and individual factors such as positive affect, negative affect, addiction and habituation. We also attempted to figure out the moderating role of communication in the effect of positive affect, negative affect, and addiction on the flow. For empirical analysis, we surveyed real users of mobile application and applied PLS (Partial Least Square) methodology for SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). As a result, we found that positive affect, addiction, and habituation have significant and positive impact on the flow. Furthermore, we also found that the moderating effects of communication on the relationships between positive/negative affect and communication are significant. Our findings provide important theoretical grounds for the effects of human behavior and emotion on the flow of mobile applications. Lastly, we also suggest significant managerial implications for the development mobile applications industry.

서비스 제공자의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션에 관한 연구 (A Study on Nonverbal Communication m the Service Provider)

  • 본 연구는 서비스 산업에서 서비스 제공자의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션이 서비스 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 한 것으로 구체적인 목적은 첫째, 서비스 제공자의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션과 감정적 애착과의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 비언어적 커뮤니케이션은 신체적 언어, 공간적 행위, 의사언어, 신체적 언어 등으로 4가지로 구분된다. 둘째, 서비스 제공자에 대한 고객의 애착과 서비스 제공자의 사회 적격성, 신뢰와의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 셋째, 서비스 제공자의 사회 적격성과 신뢰, 고객만족, 전환비용과의 관계를 구명하고자 하였다. 추가적으로 본 연구에서 제사한 모델에서 서비스 유형과 서비스 이용기간의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 이와 같은 연구가설의 검증 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 비언어 커뮤니케이션과 감정적 애착과의 관계에서 의사언어를 제외한 신체적 언어, 공간적 행위, 외양은 감정적 애착에 유의하게 정(+)의 경향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감정적 애착은 서비스 제공자의 사회 적격성과 신뢰에 유의하게 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 서비스 제공자의 사회 적격성은 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않았고, 고객의 지각된 전환장벽에는 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 넷째, 서비스 제공자에 대한 고객만족은 전환장벽에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 신뢰는 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 서비스 유형과 서비스 이용기간의 조절효과여부를 검증한 결과, 신체적 언어와 감정적 애착, 의사언어와 감정적 애착, 감정적 애착과 신뢰, 신뢰와 전환장벽 등의 관계에서 서비스 유형에 따른 차이가 나는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스 이용기간에 따라서는 신체적 언어와 감정적 애착, 외양과 감정적 애착간의 관계에서 각각 차이가 났다.

정서지능(EQ) 향상 교육프로그램 개발과 평가 (The Program development and assessment for increasing EQ (Emotional Quotient) for Children)

  • The purpose of this study was development and verification of the emotional intelligence program for children. Developed program was labeled "Increasing the Power of Mind." This program consists of four parts-sensitivity, self-esteem, motivation, and communication skills. Each parts consists of eight activities. The program was practiced at susung elementary school in Jung up. The subjects were 79 sixth-grade children. The effectiveness of the program has been evaluted by taking pre and past tests. The test results suggest that the program has been effective in improving the children's emotional intelligence on all of the following areas, such as sensitivity, self-esteem, motivation, and communication skills.

입원 환아 부모가 지각한 간호사의 의사소통 기술 (Nurse's Communication Skills as Perceived by the Parents of Inpatients)

  • Purpose: This study is descriptive survey research that examined nurses' communication skills perceived by inpatient children's parents for short period due to acute diseases in children's hospital and aimed to make a qualitative improvement of nursing with the basic materials for improving nursing service for inpatient children. Methods: The subjects were 177 parents of children who were hospitalized in a children's hospital in Gwangju from May 1 to June 16, 2009. A structured questionnaire which consisted of a communication and interpersonal skills developed by Yodkowsky et al. (2006). Data collected from them were processed and analyzed with the SPSS/WIN program. Results: Nurses' communication skills as perceived by the parents of inpatients scored an average 4.11, communication scored 4.02, and interpersonal relationship scored 4.18. The scores of interpersonal relationship were mostly higher. Nurses' communication skills as perceived by the parents of inpatients according to general characteristics showed statistically significant differences depending on the number of children and the birth order. Conclusion: it was considered that nurses' emotional characteristics were important for inpatient children. it is thought that the positive communication skills considering the emotional aspects in planning and performing nursing for inpatient children should be achieved.

간호대학생의 의사소통기술 수행 구조모형 (A structural model of nursing students' performing communication skills)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct and test a structural model of nursing students' performing communication skills. Methods: The data collection was conducted from October 13 to October 20, 2020. The participants were 286 students from nursing colleges located in three cities. The data analysis method was a covariance structure analysis with using IBM SPSS statistics version 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical programs. Results: The hypothetical model showed a proper fit with the data: root mean square error of approximation=.08, standardized root mean square residual=.06, adjusted goodness of fit=.85, normed fit index=.91, and comparative fit index=.94. The model fit indices were normed to fit index=2.96. Statistically significant explanatory variables for the performing communication skills of nursing students were peer support, emotional intelligence, ethical sensitivity, and communication self-efficacy. The variables accounted for 66.1% of the performing communication skills of nursing students. Conclusion: Based on the above results, it appears necessary to develop strategies for improving the performing communication skills of nursing students, and having positive effects on health outcomes of the subjects by considering the variables of peer support, emotional intelligence, ethical sensitivity, and communication self-efficacy. Such strategies could potentially have positive effects on the health outcomes of the patients.

청소년 상담사의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 내담 청소년의 정서적 안정, 상담만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Youth Counselor's Communication Style on the Emotional Stability and Counseling Satisfaction of Clients)

  • 본 연구는 청소년 상담사의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 내담 청소년의 정서적 안정과 상담만족에 미치는 영향을 객관적으로 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 만19세 미만 청소년 180명을 대상으로 2020년 05월-07월까지 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 설정한 연구가설 1 '청소년 내담자가 인식하는 상담자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 내담자 정서적 안정에 영향을 미칠 것이다'에 대한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 청소년 상담사의 통제형과 전문형 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 청소년 내담자의 긴장과 불안에 정적 영향을 미친다. 또한, 상담사의 통제형, 전문형 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 청소년 내담자의 근심과 두려움에 정적 영향을 미친다. 그리고 상담사의 협력형 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 내담자의 만족과 평온함에 정적 영향을 미친다. 마지막으로 상담사의 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 청소년 내담자의 낙관에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 본 연구에서 설정한 연구가설 2 '청소년 내담자가 인식하는 상담자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 내담자의 상담만족에 영향을 미칠 것이다'에 대한 분석 결과, 협력형, 통제형, 전문형 스타일 등 모든 하위 요인이 내담자의 상담만족에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

청소년의 가출: 가족적, 개인적 요인 및 대처행동의 영향 (Adolescent Runaway: The Impact of Family, Individual Factors and Coping Behavior)

  • This study focused on the effects of family, individual characteristics of adolescents and coping behaviors on adolescent runaway. The major findings were as follows: 1. Adolescent who had higher level of family violence, lower level of communication with parent, family cohesion and adaptability, and resource adequacy perception reported higher scores in runaway. 2. Adolescents who had higher level of emotional distress, lower level of self-esteem and self-control tended to have higher scores in runaway. 3. There was a significant difference in adolescent runaway according to coping behavior styles. 4. Maladaptive coping behaviors were significantly associated with the runaway adolescent group. 5. Adaptive coping behaviors were not associated with both runaways and non-runaways group. 6. Communication with father had a direct effect on adolescent runaway and also indirect effects through emotional stress and maladaptive coping behavior. 7. Maladaptive coping behaviors had a direct effect on adolescent runaway but adaptive coping behavior had no effect. 8. Emotional stress had an indirect effect through maladaptive coping behavior on adolescent runaway. 9. Communication with father had a direct effect and an indirect effect through self-esteem of adolescents on the adaptive coping behavior. 10. Family adaptability had a direct effect on the adaptive coping behavior.

  • In this paper, We design and implement a humanoid robot, With Educational purpose, which can collaborate and communicate with human. We present an affective human-robot communication system for a humanoid robot, D2, which we designed to communicate with a human through dialogue. D2 communicates with humans by understanding and expressing emotion using facial expressions, voice, gestures and posture. Interaction between a human and a robot is made possible through our affective communication framework. The framework enables a robot to catch the emotional status of the user and to respond appropriately. As a result, the robot can engage in a natural dialogue with a human. According to the aim to be interacted with a human for voice, gestures and posture, the developed Educational humanoid robot consists of upper body, two arms, wheeled mobile platform and control hardware including vision and speech capability and various control boards such as motion control boards, signal processing board proceeding several types of sensors. Using the Educational humanoid robot D2, we have presented the successful demonstrations which consist of manipulation task with two arms, tracking objects using the vision system, and communication with human by the emotional interface, the synthesized speeches, and the recognition of speech commands.

병원 간호사의 감정노동 관련 변인에 관한 메타분석 (Meta Analysis of Variables related to Emotional Labor of Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to use meta-analysis to evaluate factors and variables related to the emotional labor of hospital nurses. Method: The study included variables obtained from 66 recently published studies, doctoral dissertations, and master's theses. Results: The related variables were categorized into five factor groups: internal character factor, nursing care related factor, environmental factor, emotional response, and job response. For the defensive variable, job related response (effect size [ES]=-.17), environment (ES=-.14), internal character (ES=-.08), nursing care (ES=-.06), and emotional response (ES=-.06) showed significant effect size among the five categorized variable groups. For the risk variable, internal character (ES=.44), emotional response (ES=.46), environment (ES=.27), job related response (ES=.27), and nursing care (ES=.19) showed significant effect size among the five categorized variable groups. Conclusion: The results of this study identified defensive and risk variables related to emotional labor of hospital nurses. Self-efficacy, social support, leaders' care, and communication are important factors for managing emotional labor of hospital nurses.

유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 정서표현성과 결혼만족도 및 스트레스 대처방식 간의 관계 (The Relationship among Emotional Expressiveness, Marital Satisfaction, and Stress Coping Style of Preschool Mothers)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among emotional expressiveness, marital satisfaction, and stress coping styles of preschool mothers. The subjects for this study were 158 mothers whose children, 4-6 years of age, are enrolled in 5 kindergartens in Gyounsang-do. Mothers completed questionnaires reporting their emotional expressiveness, marital satisfaction, and stress coping styles. Data was analyzed by correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis through SPSS 17.0 The findings of the study are as follows: First, there are significant correlations among emotional expressiveness, marital satisfaction, and stress coping styles of the mothers, respectively. Second, mothers' active coping style is significantly influenced by three factors: negative emotional expressiveness, communication and conflict solving, and positive emotional expressiveness. Third, mothers' passive coping style is significantly influenced by three factors: the expectations of their spouse's role, intimacy, and positive emotional expressiveness. In conclusion, it is necessary to encourage mothers to express their positive or negative emotions actively and improve their marital satisfaction to cope with stress effectively.
