오행이론은 사람들이 객관세계에 대해 장기간 관찰하여 얻어낸 이론이다. 그 핵심적인 내용은 세상만물을 목' 화' 토' 금' 수 등 다섯 가지 물질형태로 귀납하여 상생상극(相生相克)인 상호작용을 부여한 것이다. 오행이론에는 인물의 외모 특징을 귀납한 면상학내용이 있다. 그리고 인물의 외모특징과 인물의 성격특징이 상호 대응되어 추상적인 성격을 구상화한 방법을 형성하였다. 본문은 세계적으로 유명한 애니메이션 몇 부에 대한 분석을 통하여 이러한 캐릭터의 성격특징과 조형특점을 정리한 뒤 오행이론중의 인물성격' 인물 외모와 비교하여 캐릭터디자인과 오행이론사이의 대응성을 연구하였다.

The purpose of this treatise is to study external form and internal meaning of minimal expression fashion which appeared as a major stream in modern fashion trends to understand one aspect of modernism in fashion and also to gain insight into internal value of human beings through fashion. The results can be summarized as follows : Firstly , minimalism is a trend in art attempting to seek essence of the object by presenting simple and disciplined expressions by minimal formative means and minimal production process. Secondly, minimal expression in fashion means seeking simplicity an dpurity by using minimum design elements and minimal productive process. Thirdly, external from of minimal expression fashion can be created through application of following minimal expression techniques. 1. Minimal expression techniques in terms of line mean smooth curve flowing along body contours, straight lines of diagonal lines into desciplined silhouette or rendering internal contour lines. 2. Minimum expression techniques in terms of forms mean forms of smooth curves flowing along boyd or forms with simple geometric forms from qualitative aspects, In terms of volume it means quest for essence of pure body itself by revealing body as it is by minimizing the size of dress or its area and herein is contained using simple geometric pattern or utilizing textiles without any patterns.3. Minimal expression techniques by colors mean simple colors such as primary colors, colors without clear distinctions or natural colors and in terms of quantity it means quest for one color within one item of dress or combination of each items when getting dressed. 4. Minimal expression techniques in terms of fabrics mean fabrics with simple surfaced. In terms of quantity it means quest for essence of tight fitting thin textiles to human body or using transparent materials to human body thus exposing body contours as it is. 5. Minimal expression techniques in terms of productive process mean minimizing process of tailoring , sewing or ornamenting and seeking for simplicity and purity. 6. Minimal expression techniques in terms of manufacturing process mean selection of technique conveying simple image with disciplined simple image. Fourthly, minimal expression fashion with external expression as mentioned in the above lay body-priority style and its internal meaning can be asummed as quest for essence and purity of human body.

1850년 프랑스에서 시작된 음악 저작권은 건축이나 미술 등의 분야처럼 시각적으로 고정이 되어있는 저작물에 대한 권리와는 다르게 곡 시간의 흐름에 의한 저작물이다. 음악 저작물의 보호되어지는 범위는 다른 분야의 저작물과 같이 전체 음악이기 보다 음악저작물 안의 각각의 요소와 구조를 분석하여 법적으로 권리를 주장할 수 있는 창작적 표현이라 판단되는 부분을 보호의 범위로 보는 것이 타당할 것이다. 우리나라 대중가요에서 표절에 관한 이슈 중 창작성 판단은 원고의 저작물에 대한 보호에 해당 되는지 여부를 가리는 측면에서 매우 중요한 부분을 차지하는 것으로 보인다. 저작물로 인정되는 곡안의 아이디어나 창작요소의 판단은 중요한 논점이다. 창작성을 판단하기에 앞서 해당 표현이 창작의 표현에 해당하는 음악적 요소에 대한 문제는 법원의 판단이 아닌 산업과 학계에서 검토되어 공감대를 형성해야 할 문제라 판단된다. 또한 오늘날 대중가요는 저작권을 보호받는 저작물 중 창작적 표현의 논의가 없었던 것으로 보인다. 본 논문을 통해서 대중가요의 창작적 요소와 비창작적 요소를 구분하고, 창작적 표현 요소에 대한 음악 창작자들의 공감대를 마련하는 시론이 되고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a space design plan for brand experience that can enhance consumer satisfaction and brand awareness by conducting a survey on the consumer satisfaction with space expression methods in an eyewear flagship store. Through theoretical review, brand experience was defined as the 'process and outcome of experiences caused by stimulations associated with the brand in a series of processes. After reviewing previous studies, 5 elements of brand experience such as the sensory, emotional, behavioral, cognitive and relational experiences were extracted. Upon deriving a checklist through these elements, a survey was conducted. The analysis of the survey showed that the process composed of cognitive experiences that promoted to remember the brand was intensively expressed in spaces. Thus, the results of this study are as follows. First, the process composed of cognitive experience should be applied with a higher priority to increase brand awareness, and such a process accompanied by the behavioral and sensory experiences. Second, beyond a simple visual experience, various senses such as olfactory and auditory senses should be stimulated, and behavioral experience provided as an experience factor. Third, brand image and sales spaces should be composed under a single theme with a connectivity. Fourth, in external spaces, the curiosity of consumers should be stimulated with a theme matching the brand image. Fifth, it was found that the visitor satisfaction was higher when formative elements consisted of not only static but also dynamic features. Sixth, among the elements of brand experience, emotional experience should be improved to complete the 'process and outcome of experiences'. It is considered that further studies are needed, which expand the cases of eyewear flagship stores not only in Korea but also overseas, and propose more specific plans and design strategies through in-depth interview methods in the future.

In relation to spatial expression, the remediation theory of Jay David Bolter & Richard Grusin shows a sufficient possibility of providing extended idea and experience through the space of critical representation. The remediation theory discussed in the scope of new media says about the existence method and the development process of media through immersion into media and awakening, and one attribute of remediation which aims at the extension of another realistic experience and recognition through various media, contains common denominators which display diversity and complexity of installation space, and use the audience as expression elements. Therefore, this study aims to apply the remediation theory in order to interpret space using more diverse and multisensory expression methods. For achieving this purpose, this study found the connection among characteristics of hypermediacy which is an axis of installation and remediation theory, and analyzed diverse cases regarding installation space and characteristics of hypermediacy, depending on external aspects of form and expression and internal aspects of experience and cognition. The method of hypermediation expression in installation space converts the recognition about the basic custom of new experience, space and representation. This means that the logic of remediation could approach space by leading to more extended form and recognition. In conclusion, the characteristics of space and the possibility of extended expression revealed in the relationship between installation space and hypermediacy logic would provide another developmental significance for research on space design.

This research focuses its study on the expressions of the visual images of the fashion illustration as a part of visual art and utilizes it to formulate the theoretical basis. Main findings of our research are as follows: The structure of communications in the fashion illustration is based on the four elements. They are the expression of the texture, drawings, composition, and the human body and dress. The characteristics in expression of texture level in fashion illustration can be the expression of creative texture in pattern or crease, and also can be expressed as various collage and photomontage by computer graphics. Secondly, the analysis on the characteristics of the drawings show that the drawing skills are imagination and sequential drawings. Thirdly, the characteristics of composition method are mainly shown as the application of plane composition which was previously used in avant-garde arts. Fourthly, most of the human body in the fashion illustrations are shown as the results of simplification, exaggeration and deformation in human body and also expressed or analyzed by the method of the body modification. Based on the above findings of this research we conclude that the way of expression in the fashion illustration is very similar in its composition as in visual art. However, they also show differences between the two in expression method or the method for the image development in specific expressions.

본 연구는 청소년들의 분노 문제에 대한 효과적인 대처법을 마련하는 데 도움을 주기 위해, 청소년과 전문가를 대상으로 포커스그룹 면접조사를 실시하여 청소년들의 분노정서, 분노표현, 분노조절 및 대처 등에 관하여 심층적으로 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전문가 9명, 청소년 9명, 두 그룹을 구성하여 포커스 그룹면접 조사를 진행하였다. 수집된 내용은 일반적인 질적분석 절차에 따라 분석되었고, 총 12개의 범주, 34개의 하위범주, 138개의 개념이 도출되었다. 청소년 분노표현 및 대처에 관한 분석 결과 도출된 총 12개의 범주는 다음과 같다. 안정적 돌봄의 결여, 분노 촉발 상황들, 왜곡된 사고와 분노의 관계, 분노로 인한 신체 및 심리적 증상, 분노표현의 다양한 형태들, 억제된 분노, 분노조절의 어려움, 분노조절을 위한 청소년의 시도, 적절한 분노 표현법에 대한 갈망, 분노의 심리 메커니즘, 분노조절을 위한 전문가의 효과적인 방식들, 새로운 분노조절 프로그램의 요구에 직면 등이다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 분노 문제가 있는 청소년들에 대한 전문 상담 및 치료적 접근, 청소년의 특성에 맞는 ICT(Information and Communication Technology)기반의 분노조절 프로그램 개발, 사회적 지지체계의 확충, 청소년 전문가들을 대상으로 한 청소년 분노대처 전문 교육 및 워크숍의 필요성을 제안하였다. 끝으로 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

Indeterminacy maintains that the simultaneous measurement of object location and speed is theoretically impossible. This study present indeterminacy as a theoretic tool to interpret a variety of expression characteristics that seem disorderly in recent fashion illustrations; in addition, it analyzes the characteristics and meaning of indeterminacy as expressed in fashion illustrations. This study reviews concepts and related theories on indeterminacy to examine characteristics of indeterminacy expressed in the arts and fashion; subsequently, indeterminacy characteristics found in fashion illustrations are analyzed. In expressing the fashion figure, indeterminacy finds expression in a distorted figure transformations that include a hybridized combination of heterogeneous forms that dismantle and reconstruct the human body. The hybridized body of combined machines, animals and plants indicates an indeterminate body endlessly transforming itself. Indeterminate space expression finds expression in space expression by projection with the overlapping and juxtaposition of irrelevant constituent elements as well as a space expression from the insertion of unexpected images. An unclarified inconclusive open space provides space with fluidity, causes space expansion and conveys inconclusive meaning. Indeterminate expressions found in fashion illustrations reveal the ambiguity and complexity of a post-modern society with polysemous aesthetic values and the expanded visual concepts of fashion illustrations.

microRNAs (miRNAs) are non-coding RNA molecules involved in the regulation of gene expression. miRNAs inhibit gene expression by binding to the 3' untranslated region (UTR) of their target gene. miRNAs can originate from transposable elements (TEs), which comprise approximately half of the eukaryotic genome and one type of TE, called the long terminal repeat (LTR) is found in class of retrotransposons. Amongst the miRNAs derived from LTR, hsa-miR-3681 was chosen and analyzed using bioinformatics tools and experimental analysis. Studies on hsa-miR-3681 have been scarce and this study provides the relative expression analysis of hsa-miR-3681-5p from humans, chimpanzees, crab-eating monkeys, and mice. Luciferase assay for hsa-miR-3681-5p and its target gene SHISA7 supports our hypothesis that the number of miRNA binding sites affects target gene expression. Especially, the variable number tandem repeat (VNTR) and hsa-miR-3681-5p share the binding sites in the 3' UTR of SHISA7, which leads the enhancer function of hsamiR-3681-5p to inhibit the activity of VNTR. In conclusion, hsa-miR-3681-5p acts as a super-enhancer and the enhancer function of hsa-miR-3681-5p acts as a repressor of VNTR activity in the 3' UTR of SHISA7.

영상의 매체 특성이 영상 표현에 크게 영향을 미치고 있음은 주지의 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 대상이 카메라를 통해 이미지화 되는 과정에서 어떠한 형태로든 왜곡이 일어나며 이러한 피할 수 없는 왜곡은 새로운 표현을 끌어내는 도구가 될 수 있다는 점에 착안하여, 촬영 매체인 카메라를 중심으로 카메라의 시선이 포괄하는 공간, 즉 촬영 공간의 형태적 특성을 기반으로 영상의 표현의 방법의 도출을 시도하였다. 그를 위해 먼저 촬영 공간의 형태적 특징과 그로 인해 생성되는 이미지의 구조를 규명하고, 그러한 관점에서 행해질 수 있는 촬영 공간 내의 물리적 요소의 배치 및 움직임의 다양한 경우를 탐구하였으며, 그에 의해 구현되는 여러 가지 연출상의 표현 가능성을 검토하였다. 이어 영상제작물 가운데 표현성이 두드러진 샘플을 수집하여 각각의 표현과 그러한 표현을 도출해낸 촬영 공간 내의 물리적 요소의 배치 및 이동의 방법을 서로 연결시켜 그 관계의 규명을 시도하였으며 이들 각각을 유형화하여 체계화함으로써 이를 창의적 영상 표현의 개발에 활용될 수 있는 표현 연출 방법으로 제시하였다. 이에 부가하여 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 이론과 이들 방법들이 영상 연출 교육에 유효하게 활용될 수 있는가를 검증하기 위해 교육 과정에 도입하여 수업을 실행하였으며 수업의 전후에 부여되고 수집된 과제물의 분석을 통하여 그 유효성을 확인하였다.
