Provisions was drafted to supplement its existing rules for documentary credit, that is, UCP 500. These new provisions known as Supplement to UCP 500 for Electronic Presentation was approved by the ICC Banking Commission at the beginning of November 2001 and came in force as of 1 April 2002 The eUCP covers matters such as definitions of key terms such as electronic record, electronic signature, format, paper document, received. An eUCP Credit must specify the formats in which electronic records are to be presented and if not, electronic records may be presented in any format. Electronic records may be presented separately and need not be presented at the same time. The purpose of this paper is to understand the main substance of eUCP and to facilitate the introduction of electronic letter of credit by studying the problems and revision of eUCP and new electronic UCP. The main substances of eUCP are electronic address as place for presentation of electronic records, flexibility of the formats of electronic records to be presented, endowment of the notice of completeness of presentation to the beneficiary, one electronic record satisfying one or more originals or copies of an electronic record, the electronic records to be examined including the electronic record at the hyperlink to an external system or the referenced system, no remark as to the time period for the examination of documents. The Roles of eUCP are the Promotion of the Electronic Trade, the Supply of Basis on the Uniform Rules for Electronic Letter of Credit, the introduction of Electronic Trade Model. The characteristics of eUCP are a supplement to the UCP, no address of any issues relating to the issuance or advice of Credit electronically, independence of specific technologies and developing electronic commerce system, that is, Bolero Service. The Problems of eUCP are flexibility of format of electronic record, heavy burden on the side of banks, and the problems regrading the number of presentation, the notice of completeness of presentation, no provision in regard to the time to examine the electronic records, and representation of the electronic records. In the revision of eUCP to resolve the problems, the things to be taken into consideration are as follows; the designation of the format allowing the banks to examine electronically, prohibition of the paper documents, the development of the system receiving the electronic records, the addition of the reception notice on the side of the banks, the setting of the time to examine the electronic records, the construction of the backup system or the dual processing system.
One of the most secure ways of maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of electronic information is to use electronic signatures. So, in this paper, we developed guideline on electronic signatures for EMR(electronic medical record) based on the Medical Law and the Electronic Signature Act. This guideline is intended to introduce EMR easily in the medical field and to facilitate the promotion of EMR. We developed it through consulting from the advisory committee that was made up of experts in the fields of medical record, EMR system and electronic signatures. The contents of the guideline consist of subject and time stamp of electronic signatures, validity of a certificate, management of electronic signatures and custody and management of EMR. In the future, we will develop practical cases and promote educations and publicities of them to use in the medical institutes and EMR system related industries.

The Electronic contract means creation sign management and storage of contract by online without limitations of the time and space through the electronic signature and encode which based on the Certificate instead of the past that treatment the contract such as creation sign management and storage of contract by face-to-face. Recently, the remarkable development of information and communication technology with supplying the high-speed Internet services. Accordingly, the transaction contract made by these also, the steady legal effect occurred by two or more parties by legal action which is the electronic agreement of expression. and it makes agreement improving corporate productivity and it can control the whole process such as contract documents and the actual buying store provision. Like this it has many benefits so, it suddenly rising as the new axis of economic activity area, it is a reality. In this change of era, with the establishment of electronic contracts, there are many problems are occurred to the expression of parties which is core of the contract on civil code so, the systematic legal composition is required. Thus, in this study will propose the reasonable improvements about the issue of electronic contract through the consideration.
Currently, different medical institutions have been carrying out the e-healthcare system project. The system includes electronic medical record and prescription delivery system, and, the Medical Treatment law permits electronic signature for medical record management, which reduced the relevant costs and enabled sharing medical record. And medical solution using online certificates is expanding its application. In that light, the role of certificates became more important than ever. However, in contrast to active effort made to manage personal certificates, certificates related to medical solutions and other types of work are not being managed properly. Most work-related certificates are saved in office computers, which makes them vulnerable to various security threats. Although certificate servers can be used as a solution to this problem, hospitals must build the server separately and, therefore, small and medium-size hospitals can be reluctant to bear the burden. This study proposed a way to design and implement an effective and secure certificate management system by save the certificate file as a BLOB, using existing resources without needing to build a separate certificate server, at minimized costs.

Most banks in Korea have provided Internet banking services based on PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) certificates since the early 2000s when Internet banking began in Korea. To support PKI Internet banking, the Korean government backed the electronic signature law and supported the rapid spread of PKI-based Internet banking by regulating the application of PKI certificates to be compulsory in Internet banking until 2015. PKI Internet Banking in Korea has been developed as a pioneer in this field through many challenges and responses until its present success. Korea's PKI banking, which started with soft-token-based closed banking, has responded to various types of cyber attack attempts and promoted the transition to open banking by accepting various criticisms due to lack of compatibility with international standards. In order to improve the convenience and security of PKI Internet banking, various attempts have been made, such as biometric-integrated smartphone-based PKI authentication. In this paper, we primarily aim to share the experience and lessons of PKI banking by analyzing the evolution process of PKI Internet banking in Korea. It also has the purpose of presenting the challenges of Korea's PKI Internet banking and sharing its development vision.
