Typographical mistakes made in the writing process of drafts of electronic documents are more common than any other type of errors. The majority of these errors caused by mistyping are regarded as consequently still typo-errors, but a considerable number of them are developed into the grammatical errors and the semantic errors. Pseudo semantic errors among these errors due to typographical errors have more noticeable peculiarities than pure semantic errors between senses of surrounding context words within a sentence. These semantic errors can be detected and corrected by simple algorithm based on the co-occurrence frequency because of their prominent contextual discrepancy. I propose a method for detection and correction based on the co-occurrence frequency in order to detect semantic errors due to typo-errors. The co-occurrence frequency in proposed method is counted for only words with immediate dependency relation, and the cosine similarity measure is used in order to detect pseudo semantic errors. From the presented experimental results, the proposed method is expected to help improve the detecting rate of overall proofreading system by about 2~3%.

It has become the information medium that mediate between individuals of marketing with the new information media that use of the Internet in accordance with the progress of the IT industry- real estate marketing, real estate leasing, real estate auctions, etc. The real estate registration services should be disclosed to outside that include a schedule details the public book-register and problems caused by it should be reasonably resolved by handling a large amount of real estate registration work quickly, accurately handling to utilize Information Technology(IT) through the information system construction as the feature to process the information of register entries. Computerization of real estate registration will raise the efficiency of the registration as well as people can see the information related to real estate on the basis of published content without limitation the time and place and will pursue the ideal and reliability of the registration -web accessibility improving of the Internet Registry and permanent storage of preserving documents by electronic means. It is very large that impact on the real estate transaction if the accuracy of legal registration choosing formalism in the processing of real estate registration business through the Internet than written application is highly probable to occur incorrect registration. Also, It is necessary to manage it effectively -if you do not quickly and exactly respond to it, there is problems such as delays or poor registration service because real estate business activated and real estate registration services also increased sharply. In this paper, we will identify the problems of the real estate registration work and suggest improvements about it.

Based upon the provision of limitation of copyrights, libraries may provide the document delivery service which supplies copies of journal articles and book chapters owned at other libraries by request of users. However, more proactive information service is required as more users want to use the digital delivery of documents published overseas. This study reviews copyright law of Korea and international conventions related to the document delivery service. It then examines foreign cases to see how overseas information centers clear copyrights. Finally this study suggests that copyright clearance methods be adopted to make a proactive information service. Through those methods, a new information service model may be planned, which meets various information needs while protecting copyright.

The purpose of this paper is to study the send and receive of the message in the TEDI System. The TEDI System replaces a series of trade documents with electronic date, and it realizes secure and reliable transactions of data among parties by means of open networks, such as the Internet. The TEDI system is composed of Web browsers, TC Serves, a RSP Server, and Certification Servers. TEDI has development the system and legal frame work. Exporters, importers, carriers, banks insurance and companies those who engage in the trade releated business have tested TEDI system and evaluated the legal frame work from the practical point of view. TEDI is now refining the system and preparing for the service. A fundamental feature of the TEDI System is the attribution to participants of data messages through public key certificates issued by certification authorities that allow for verification of digital signatures. Access to servers maintained by such certification authorities also takes place through the internet. In principle, certificates used by any reputable certification authority may be employed as long as they are compatible with X.509 V3.

With the recent drastic development of Internet technology, electronic prescription and prescription EDI system is used for the hospital and doctor's office and the medical business area is rapidly developed and considered as the one making a very great profit. The system to reduce inconvenience caused by the result of separation of medicine activity from drug one such as receiving prescription from hospital, providing it and waiting long at drug store is studied and the service quality for patient is improved by processing prescription per patient into database. In this thesis, the first achievement is that the standard format of prescription is designed, the second one is that the standard format of prescription is developed based on XML for user to issue prescription without setting up the separate environment and considering type of operating system and the last one is the database search result based on XML is implemented to help user to manage interface and maintenance easily.

This paper presents a 3-D graphic database system based on XML that supports content-based retrievals of 3-D images, Most of graphics application systems are currently centered around the processing of 2-D images and research works on 3-D graphics are mainly concerned about the visualization aspects of 3-D image. They do not support the semantic modeling of 3-D objects and their spatial relations. In our data model, 3-D images are represented as compositions of 3-D graphic objects with associated spatial relations. Complex 3-D objects are mode]ed using a set of primitive 3-D objects rather than the lines and polygons that are found in traditional graphic systems. This model supports content-based retrievals of scenes containing a particular object or those satisfying certain spatial relations among the objects contained in them. 3-D images are stored in the database as XML documents using 3DGML DTD that are developed for modeling 3-D graphic data. Finally, this paper describes some examples of query executed in our Web-based prototype database system.

This paper presents is for the design and implementation of EDI document exchange system based on XML To create a customized document of the users' choice, it designed and created the transaction processor and the template manager, and to make it accessable with the original EDI, a converter function is included, Also, on this system, this protocol stores EDI message structure that needed to exchange as XML format and controls it as DOM API for user can use previous system, And provides interface for user can create template files with converter and transfer necessary elements that can be chosen by user. For this purpose, This system proposes a shows structure information and document converting mechanism solution of EDI documents based on by using XML which does not show proper document conversion mechanism solution in other system so far.

The Manifestation Consolidation System(MFCS) has made a peat contribution to effective improvement of distribution industry. To save distribution expenses and the time needed to record reports, more simplified system is being used for which overlapped or unnecessary transmitted items in taking care of goods are decreased. To become a center of Asian distribution information, our country has to prepare for the base of the MFCS and use it effectively Therefore, for an effective management of the MFCS, this study examines a procedure that takes care of goods in the MFCS, presents a future-model of the MFCS, and analyses classification of tasks relating to export and import and titles of electronic documents. In conclusion, this study aims at presenting an interpretative base of the MFCS in a practical viewpoint rather than presenting its technical direction.

In the era of big data, not only structured data well organized in databases, but also the Internet, social network services, it is very important to effectively analyze unstructured big data such as web documents, e-mails, and social data generated in real time in mobile environment. Big data analysis is the process of creating new value by discovering meaningful new correlations, patterns, and trends in big data stored in data storage. We intend to summarize and visualize the analysis results through frequency analysis of unstructured article data using R language, a big data analysis tool. The data used in this study was analyzed for total 104 papers in the Mon-May 2021 among the journals of the Korea Institute of Information and Communication Engineering. In the final analysis results, the most frequently mentioned keyword was "Data", which ranked first 1,538 times. Therefore, based on the results of the analysis, the limitations of the study and theoretical implications are suggested.

Purpose: The 2018 General survey of emergency assistance was conducted to examine the working conditions and welfare, including educational direction, interests, and awareness of work, of the fire department emergency medical technicians (EMT). This would be used as basic data for future policy directions. Methods: Among the fire-fighting officers in 16 cities nationwide, emergency rescue workers engaged in first-aid activities were targeted. With prior consent, a survey was conducted through electronic documents. Of the total 1,227 people, responses from 1,151 were finally analyzed, excluding 76 who did not respond appropriately. Results: The working conditions and welfare of 119 firefighters were moderate, but in the fields of education and interest, the learning according to the regulations was high. In particular, satisfaction with the scope of work was found to be below average. However, it was positive that it will play a role as a social safety net in the future and will converge with cutting-edge science. Conclusion: Although this study was a total investigation of the EMT survey, conducting an EMT survey on all fire fighters in Korea is difficult. Further research is needed, particularly on first-class emergency medical personnel who play a major role in 119 paramedics.
