Recently, the magnitude of electronic data interchange (EDI) document processing for the handling of port logistics is abruptly being increased. The existing system processes EDI documents in a script mode, but due to a complicated script preparation procedure and low document processing efficiency, it cannot meet the demand as the usage flow of documents increases. In this paper, an EDI electronic document processing system was designed and implemented in a document scanner and mapper, which are binary form electronic document processing tools and do not require script files during the conversion of extensible markup language (XML)-based electronic documents. This new system has the merits of XML features during reading and writing with improved speed, usage convenience, and good portability on systems when compared to the conventional ones.

이 연구는 공공기록물법 개정안의 주요 내용인 '외부전자기록물저장시설'의 전자기록 보존 업무에 대해 살펴보았다. 외부시설로서 공인전자문서센터가 공공기록물 법제가 요구하는 수준으로 기록의 보존업무를 위탁관리 할 수 있는지를 검토하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 유력한 외부시설로 거론되는 공전센터 제도의 현황에 대해 알아보았다. 그리고 기록의 보존 업무가 의미하는 바가 무엇인지를 이해하기 위해 주요 기록학 개념들을 정리하고, 법개정 과정에서 관련 공동체의 이해에 따라 주요 개념이 혼용되고 있음을 지적하였다. 마지막으로 공전센터가 현재의 관련 규정을 기반으로 기록관리 업무를 수행할 능력이 있는지를 검토하기위해, 공공기록물법 및 표준과 공전센터 업무 준칙의 규정, 그리고 공전센터 관련 국내표준의 내용을 비교하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 기록관리 법제가 요구하는 대부분의 규정이 마련되어 있지 않아 공전센터가 기록관리 업무 수행 역량을 갖추지 못한 상태임을 확인하였다. 기록관리 법제를 준수하는 업무 프로세스의 정립과 인증기준 마련이 선행되어야 함을 논의하였다.

오늘날 인터넷과 전자출판 기술은 매우 발달되었고 고품질의 해외 학술정보를 이용하는 것은 매우 많은 이익을 가질 수가 있다. 국내 연구자들은 이런 고품질의 전자저널 원문에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 또한 국가 상호간에 전자저널들을 안전하게 보존 및 서비스하기 위해서는 서로 간에 디지털 아카이빙의 활동이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자저널 국가컨소시엄 참가기관 이용자들에게는 One-Stop 전자원문 무료 서비스와 중소기업, 개인이용자들에게도 저렴한 전자원문 유료 서비스 제공하며 국가적인 전자정보자원의 장기보존체계를 마련을 하기위한 전자원문 로컬호스팅 시스템을 구현하였다.

오늘날 컴퓨터 기술의 발전과 네트워크의 급속한 확산에 따라 기존의 종이를 이용한 정보매체에서 전자문서로의 변화가 가속화되고 있다. 이에 따라 전자문서를 생성하고, 전자문서에 포함된 정보를 관리하는 것은 매우 중요한 이슈가 되었다. XML은 인터넷상에서 복잡하고 구조화된 문서자료의 저장, 관리, 검색을 용이하게 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 나아가 전자상거래, 전자 도서관, 가상대학 등의 핵심 응용 시스템의 구축에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 이러한 XML 문서를 일반 사용자가 작성하는 것은 쉬운 작업이 아니다. 따라서 본 논문은 XML 문서를 보다 쉽고 편리하게 작성하기 위한 편집 방법에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서 제시하고 있는 방안은 문서 폼(Form)을 이용해 XML 문서를 입력한다는 개념을 도입하였고, XML 문서 폼을 만드는 과정과 만들어진 XML 문서 폼을 이용해 실제 XML 문서를 만드는 과정으로 입력과정을 분리하였다. 이러한 분리된 입력방법은 XML에 대해 잘 모르는 입력자라 할지라도 전문가나 시스템에서 제공하는 XML문서 폼을 이용하면 XML문서를 쉽게 입력할 수 있기 때문에 XML입력의 효율성을 높일 수 있게 된다.

This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES(Manufacturing Execution System) server and POP(Point of Production) terminal through electronic document server and electronic pen, bluetooth receiver and form paper in disassembly and process inspection works. The proposed model shows that the new method by electronic document automation system can more efficiently perform to reduce processing time for maintenance work, compared with the current approach by handwritten processing system. It is noted in case of the method by electronic document automation system that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the processing time per equipment for maintenance by the current method was 300 minutes, the processing time by the new method was 50 minutes. (b) While the processing error ratio by the current method was 20%, the error ratio by the new method was 1%.

Document image binarization is an important pre-processing step in document analysis and archiving. The state-of-the-art models for document image binarization are variants of encoder-decoder architectures, such as FCN (fully convolutional network) and U-Net. Despite their success, they still suffer from three limitations: (1) reduced feature map resolution due to consecutive strided pooling or convolutions, (2) multiple scales of target objects, and (3) reduced localization accuracy due to the built-in invariance of deep convolutional neural networks (DCNNs). To overcome these three challenges, we propose an improved semantic segmentation model, referred to as DP-LinkNet, which adopts the D-LinkNet architecture as its backbone, with the proposed hybrid dilated convolution (HDC) and spatial pyramid pooling (SPP) modules between the encoder and the decoder. Extensive experiments are conducted on recent document image binarization competition (DIBCO) and handwritten document image binarization competition (H-DIBCO) benchmark datasets. Results show that our proposed DP-LinkNet outperforms other state-of-the-art techniques by a large margin. 현재 정부에서는 잔자문서시스템을 도입하여 전자결제 및 유통업무를 전자적으로 처리하는 기관이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 생성되는 전자문서의 저장형태가 다양하여 향후 정보의 공동활용 및 영구보존 활용에 많은 어려움이 예상되며, 기록물관리에 필요한 주요 기능이 반영되어 있지 않는 등 몇 가지 문제점을 안고 있다. 따라서 이러한 여러 가지 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방안을 본 고에서 제시하여 향후 전자적 기록물관리업무의 발전을 기대하고자 한다. 정부기관에서 생산하고 있는 기록물의 종류는 다양하다. 종류별 특성에 적합한 전자파일의 표준형태를 제시하여 향후 전자문서의표준화를 제도 및 시스템에 반영하는데 도움이 되도록 한다. 또한 전자문서시스템에 기록물관리 기능이 없어 보존 활용이 어려운 현 상황을 재인식시키고, 그 방안으로 기록물관리범위체제 및 관리기능을 시스템에 반영토록 제시하고 있다. 표준화되는 전자문서는 생산부서에서 작성단계부터 적용되어 자료관과 기록물전문관리기관으로 이관되어 보존 활용된다. 시청각기록물과 같이 생산부서에서 전자화하기 어려운 기록물은 전문관리기관에서 표준형태로 디지털화하여 보존 활용할 수 있도록 한다.

본 연구는 국세청전자문서시스템 수용에 영향을 미치는 정보품질요인이 전자문서시스템의 지각된 유용성과 지각된 이용용이성 그리고 시스템 사용태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 기술수용모형(TAM)을 이용하여 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 분석결과, 국세청전자문서시스템을 수용하는 과정에 있어서 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성은 전자문서시스템의 정보품질변수와 시스템의 사용태도에서 매개역할을 하고 있으며, 전자문서시스템의 정보품질요인은 지각된 사용용이성과 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 시스템의 지각된 사용용이성은 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치며, 전자문서시스템의 정보품질요인은 지각된 사용용이성과 지각된 유용성의 완전 매개역할을 통해서 시스템 사용태도에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

항만 물류를 처리하기위한 전자문서 처리 시스템에서는 무역 전자문서표준인 EDI를 사용한다. 따라서 EDI 전자문서 처리시스템은 EDI 전자문서를 처리하고, 사용자가 원하는 형식으로 문서를 변환하거나, 사용자가 원하는 정보를 추출하여 사용할 수 있어야 한다. 기존의 EDI 문서 변환 시스템은 문서 변환 시 사용되는 매핑스크립트의 문법이 복잡하고, 운영자가 사용하는데 어려움이 있었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 EDI 전자문서의 효율적인 처리를 위하여 기존의 매핑 문법에서 운영자가 사용하기 쉬운 문법으로 만들어, 보다 운영 관리의 효율성을 높인 EDI 전자문서 처리시스템을 설계하였다.

It is no unnecessary to tell the importance of foreign trade in Korea economics. Nevertheless, government's direct support is impossible owing to WTO's regulation. Accordingly, government have brought focus into trade facilitation as paperless trade. e-Trade document repositary building by government's budget and private sector's cooperation is a part of e-Trade platform and necessary function in connection with relay and certification of e-Trade document. This study examined the estimated operational problems of e-Trade document repositary as compared Licensed Electronic Document Repositary. Firstly, the operator of e-Trade document repositary undertake multiple role and function as Licensed Certification Authorities(e-sign Act), Licensed Electronic Document Repositary(Framework Act on Electronic Transaction) etc. Secondly, sufficient levy that meet operating cost of the e-trade document is the key point of e-Trade document repositary's success, because additional budget invest in that operation is too hard to do. Thirdly, the operator of the e-Trade document repositary have to keep fairness, objectivity and transparency because the operational right is exclusive.
