  • 본 논문에서는 차량 멀티코어 프로세서를 통한 ESC(Electronic Stability Control) 시스템을 위한 멀티코어 기반 제어기를 제시한다. 차량용 멀티코어 프로세서와 ESC 시스템의 아키텍처를 고려할 때 ESC 소프트웨어의 전체 수행 시간은 멀티코어에 최적화되어 있다. 일반적으로 차량용 멀티코어 시스템에서는 코어 간 동기화, 멀티코어에 대한 테스크 할당, 코어 종속 변수에 대한 메모리 할당을 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에 사용된 ESC 시스템은 초기화, SlipRatio 계산, YawRate 계산, ABS, 통신으로 구성된다. 제안된 설계 방법을 기반으로 싱글코어 프로세서는 멀티코어 프로세서로 확장된다. ESC 시스템은 기능 모듈 할당, 세마포어, 인터럽트, 코어 별 변수 할당과 같은 멀티코어 최적화 방법을 사용하여 멀티코어 제어기로 재설계된다. 실험 결과로 멀티코어 프로세서의 수행 시간이 싱글코어 프로세서에 비해 59.7% 단축되었다.

  • Recently, the electronic circuit with microprocessor based control system instead of conventional analog circuit is widely used for rolling stock, and also these circuits are widely adopted for train control and monitoring in modem rapid transit system. Noise, distortion and attenuation are always present in electronic equipments and strictly limit performance. The purpose of this paper is to propose noise reduction technology for electronic equipments in rolling stock.

A Voltage Control Method based on Constants of Four Terminals Network Modeling of Distribution Networks

  • In this paper, a new algorithm of optimal voltage control is proposed for the Distribution Automation System (DAS) based on constants of four terminal network modeling. In the proposed method, the voltage profiles along feeders are estimated from the measurement of the current and power factor by a Feeder Remote Terminal Unit (FRTU) installed at each node. Whenever the voltage profile violates the restriction, the voltage control strategy is applied to keep the voltage levels along the feeders within the pre-specified range through the modification and coordination of the transformer under-load tap changers (ULTC), step voltage regulator (SVR), as well as shunt condenser. In the case studies, the estimation and control of the voltages have been testified in a radial distribution system with 11 nodes.

  • 이 연구는 국내 시스템경비업체의 보안관리 개선을 위한 경영대책의 일환으로 관제시설에 대한 구축 프로세스와 보안관리 방안을 제안한다. 관제시설은 시스템경비의 중추신경으로 현장의 대응체제가 아무리 잘 구축되어 있더라도 관제시설이 장애나 재해로 작동이 중단되거나 관제기계경비원이 위해를 입게 되면 본래의 기능을 수행할 수 없기 때문이다. 관제시설의 구축 프로세스는 공간구조, 기반시설, 관제장치, 관제 솔루션, 운영조직으로 구분하고, 보안관리 방안으로는 물리보안, 정보보안, 인적보안에 대한 대책을 제시한다.

  • In this paper, we design and implement the DC characteristic measurement system for semiconductor devices. The proposed system is composed of 4 SMU(Source and Measure Unit) channels. Various efforts in hardware and software have been made to reduce the measurement errors. Internal and external sources of errors in measurement system especially in pA range measurement have been identified and removed. Also, various digital signal processing techniques are developed. Calibration is executed under the control of microprocessor periodically. Experimental results show that the implemented system can measure the DC characteristic of semiconductor devices with less than 0.2% error in various voltage and current source/measurement range.

AV 기기를 위한 AC 입력 전류 모니터링 대기 전력 저감 시스템 (Reducing Standby Power Consumption System by Monitoring the AC Input Current for the AV Devices)

  • This paper proposes a system for reducing the standby power consumption in using the consumer electronic devices such as a television, a home theater, a set-top box, or a DVD player. The system is consisted of a flyback converter, monitoring circuits, a relay and a micro-processor. The proposed system can reduce the standby power consumption by disconnecting the AC input and the consumer devices can be turned on with a remote control. The proposed standby power system consumes the low power to receive the infrared signal from the remote controller. Furthermore, a electronic double layer capacitor is used to store the energy with high efficiency. The proposed power system can operate the 플라이백 converter to charge the electronic double layer capacitor and connect the AC input to the consumer electronic devices. The proposed power circuit can reduce the standby power consumption in AV devices without increasing the cost. The prototype is implemented to verify the system with the commercialized products.

트랙터의 전자유압식(電子油壓式) 히치제어 시스템에 관한 연구(硏究)(I) -위치제어(位置制御)- (Electronic-Hydraulic Hitch Control System for Agricultural Tractor -Position Control-)

  • This study was attempted to develop the electronic-hydraulic hitch control system for position control of tractor plow and investigate the control performance of the system through experiments. Experiments were carried out to investigate the responses of the system to the step and sinusoidal inputs in position control. The effects of control mode, hydraulic flow rate, reference deadband, and proportional constant on control performance of the system were investigated. The following conclusions were derived from the study; 1. For the position control system operated on on-off control mode, positions of implement were controlled within ${\pm}0.73^{\circ}{\sim}{\pm}1.46^{\circ}$ in rockshaft angle to the reference position when the hydraulic flow rates were 5~15 l/min. For the position control system operated on PWM control mode, positions of implement were controlled within ${\pm}0.73^{\circ}$ to the reference position regardless of hydraulic flow rates. It means that the implement could be positioned more accurately to the reference position on PWM control mode than on on-off control mode. 2. As results of the frequency responses of the position control systems, no clear difference in control performance between on-off control and PWM control modes was found. As the hydraulic flow rates increased, the corner frequencies of amplitude attenuation and phase-angle change increased. It means that the control performance of the system could be improved as the hydraulic flow rate increases.

  • In this paper, we present new application for the auction method which has been based on one-chip microprocessors. We develop the portable wired terminal for market blocker. And, using that, the recommended price of products is able to push into and show the information of action status. Through our research, using EAS(Electronic Auction System), we can prevent supplier from blocker's rigging the market, because anyone who have a qualification for the action blocker is able to participate in action.

  • In variable structure control algorithm, sliding mode makes the closed loop system insensitive to modelling uncertainties and external disturbances. However due to imperfections in switching, the system trajectory chatters, which is very undesirable. And the insensitivity property of a sliding mode controller is present only when the system is in the sliding mode. To overcome these shortcomings, in this paper, new sliding mode control algorithm using time-varying sliding surface and fuzzy PI structrue is proposed.
