Any system has the possibility of an error occurrence. Even if trivial errors were occurred, the original system would be fatally affected by the occurring errors. Accordingly, the error detection must be demanded. In this paper, we developed a real-time error detection system would be able to apply to an electronic Jacquard system. A Jacquard is a machine, which controls warps while weaving textiles, for manufacturing patterned cloth. There are two types of mechanical and electronic Jacquard. An electronic Jacquard is better than a mechanical Jacquard in view of the productivity and realizability for weaving various cloths. Recent weaving industry is growing up increasingly due to the electronic Jacquard. But, the problem of wrong weaving from error data exists in the electronic Jacquard. In this research, a real-time error detection system for an electronic Jacquard is developed for detecting errors in an electronic Jacquard in real-time. The real-time system is constructed using PC-based embedded system architecture. The system detects the occurring errors in real-time by storing 1344 data transferred in serial from an electronic Jacquard into memory, and then by comparing synchronously 1344 data stored into memory with 1344 data in a design file before the next data would be transferred to the Jacquard for weaving. The information of detected errors are monitored to the screen and stored into a file in real-time as the outputs of the system. In this research, we solve the problem of wrong weaving through checking the weaving data and detecting the occurred errors of an electronic Jacquard in real-time.

Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (1999) Drafted by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws. The Act allows the use of electronic records and electronic signatures in any transaction, except transactions subject to the Uniform Commercial Code. The fundamental purpose of this act is to remove perceived barriers to electronic commerce. The Act's a procedural statute. It does not mandate either electronic signatures or records, but provides a means to effectuate transactions when they are used. The primary objective is to establish the legal equivalence of electronic records and signatures with paper writings and manually-signed signatures. With regard to the general scope of the Act, the Act's coverage is inherently limited by the definition of "transaction." The Act does not apply to all writings and signatures, but only to electronic records and signatures relating to a transaction, defined as those interactions between people relating to business, commercial and governmental affairs. The exclusion of specific Articles of the Uniform Commercial Code reflects the recognition that, particularly in the case of Articles 5, 8 and revised Article 9, electronic transactions were addressed in the specific contexts of those revision processes. In the context of Articles 2 and 2A the UETA provides the vehicle for assuring that such transactions may be accomplished and effected via an electronic medium. At such time as Articles 2 and 2A are revised the extent of coverage in those Articles(Acts) may make application of this Act as a gap-filling law desirable. Similar considerations apply to the recently promulgated Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act (UCITA). Another fundamental premise of the Act is that it be minimalist and procedural. The general efficacy of existing law, in an electronic context, so long as biases and barriers to the medium are removed, confirms this approach. The Act defers to existing substantive law. Specific areas of deference to other law in this Act include: i) the meaning and effect of "sign" under existing law, ii) the method and manner of displaying, transmitting and formatting information in section 8, iii) rules of attribution in section 9, and iv) the law of mistake in section 10.

전자기록관리시스템은 전자기록이 자생적으로 갖고 있는 취약성과 가변성과 같은 특성 때문에 전자기록의 진보성 유지 측면을 충분히 반영시켜야 한다. 복제와 변조가 수월하고 장기보존 시포맷변환을 시켜야 하는 전자기록에 대한 진보성 유지는 도전하기 어려운 과제이기는 하나 정확한 역사 기술의 전제가 되는 기록으로서의 역할을 수행하기 위해서는 절대로 회피할 수 없는 과제이기도 하다. 따라서 본 연구는 전자기록의 진본성 유지를 위한 전략을 검토함으로써 향후 신뢰할 수 있는 전자기록관리시스템을 개발하는데 도움을 주는것을 목적으로 하여, 우선 기록 및 전자 기록의 의미, 진본성 그리고 진본성 평가를 위한 요건을 소개하였다. 또 시스템에서 전자기록의 진본성을 유지하기 위한 원칙, 전자기록의 진본성에 대한 오디트 트레일이 가능하게 하는 지적 정보 기술 방안과 시스템에서 구축해야 할 자본성 유지 메커니즘을 제안하였다. 마직막으로 전자 기록의 진본성 유지와 관련하여 시사점을 제시한 전자기록 관련 시스템 표준을 살펴보았다.

신기술에 의한 체제정비가 요구되는 시점에서 1999년 채택된 미국 통일전자거래법은 우리나라에 주는 시사점이 크다. 통일전자거래법은 개인간의 거래에서의 지침에 중점을 두는 반면 우리나라의 전자거래기본법과 전자서명법은 정부의 역할을 중시한 것이 특징이다. 통일전자거래법에는 우리나라와 동일하게 전자기록, 전자서명등에 대한 정의가 있고 자동화된 거래, 컴퓨터 프로그램, 전자대리인, 정보, 정보처리시스템, 보안절차등 우리나라에 없는 정의가 들어 있다. 제16조에서 규정하는 양도가능한 기록(Transferable Record)도 우리나라에 없는 특이한 개념이다. 여기서 명시하고 있는 전자어음은 법제정이 있기도 진에 우리나라에 도입하려고 하는 개념으로 금융산업의 지각변동을 예고하는 조항이기도 하다. 우리나라는 사이버몰, 인증기관을 강조하고 소비자의 보호지침을 도입한 것이 미국과 다른 특징이다. 미국의 경우는 각종 분쟁의 경우 법원의 해석을 강조하여 전통적인 사법부우위의 모습을 보여주고 있다. 향후 예상되는 각종 분쟁에 대한 미국의 판례연구는 한국에서도 신속하게 연구되어 적용되어야 할 분야라 하겠다.

최근 모바일을 통한 전자상거래가 증가함에 따라, NFC 기반의 전자상품권 결제 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 하지만, 대부분의 연구가 전자상품권을 이용한 결제방법에만 집중되어 있어서 전자상품권의 유통이력 추적을 위한 연구는 부족하다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 전자상품권 유통정보를 저장하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 전자상품권에 객체메모리모델(OMM)을 적용한다. 전자상품권이 발행되고, 다른 사람에게 양도되고, 결제에 사용될 때마다 관련된 정보가 전자상품권의 객체메모리에 저장된다. 그래서, 우리가 제안하는 전자상품권의 객체메모리는 세 가지 형태의 블록을 갖고 있어서, 전자상품권의 발행, 양도, 결제에 대한 각 정보가 저장된다. 우리는 이 정보를 이용하여 전자상품권의 유통이력을 검색하고 분석할 수 있다. 향후에는 제안한 전자상품권을 구현하고, 유통정보를 분석하는 방법을 제안할 계획이다.

이 연구는 공공기록물법 개정안의 주요 내용인 '외부전자기록물저장시설'의 전자기록 보존 업무에 대해 살펴보았다. 외부시설로서 공인전자문서센터가 공공기록물 법제가 요구하는 수준으로 기록의 보존업무를 위탁관리 할 수 있는지를 검토하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 유력한 외부시설로 거론되는 공전센터 제도의 현황에 대해 알아보았다. 그리고 기록의 보존 업무가 의미하는 바가 무엇인지를 이해하기 위해 주요 기록학 개념들을 정리하고, 법개정 과정에서 관련 공동체의 이해에 따라 주요 개념이 혼용되고 있음을 지적하였다. 마지막으로 공전센터가 현재의 관련 규정을 기반으로 기록관리 업무를 수행할 능력이 있는지를 검토하기위해, 공공기록물법 및 표준과 공전센터 업무 준칙의 규정, 그리고 공전센터 관련 국내표준의 내용을 비교하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 기록관리 법제가 요구하는 대부분의 규정이 마련되어 있지 않아 공전센터가 기록관리 업무 수행 역량을 갖추지 못한 상태임을 확인하였다. 기록관리 법제를 준수하는 업무 프로세스의 정립과 인증기준 마련이 선행되어야 함을 논의하였다.

The importance of determining the radon exhalation rate from water surface is emphasized by the increased use of radon and its daughter products as tracers in large-scale circulation studies of the atmosphere. There were many methods to measure radon exhalation from water surface. With the development of radon exhalation rate measurement methods and instruments on the surface of the soil, the rock and building materials, so the radon exhalation rate from water surface can be more accurately measured by applying these improved methods and instruments. In this paper, a cuboid accumulation chamber surrounded by foam boards and a RAD7 were used to measure the radon exhalation rate on the water surface at three different positions by Yixin lake. Each measurement was performed 2 h. The radon exhalation rate from the water surface was about 6 × 10^-3 Bq m^-2s^-1. The thoron exhalation rate from the water surface also can be estimated, it is about 0.16 Bq m^-2s^-1. These results hint that the radon transmission from the lake bottom soil to water and then into the atmosphere.

Objectives : This study developed an iPad-based animation for an electronic informed consent to directly help patients prepare an informed consent. The goal was to raise patients' understanding about the contents contained in a DNR informed consent in the current medical situation in which DNR informed consents are mostly written by a guardian. Methods : The development of a DNR electronic informed consent was done in 3 stages: analysis, design and development. The analysis stage was done with a survey on the real status of preparing a DNR informed consent in a medical institution. The design stage was done with the contents in the DNR electronic informed consent through a primary and secondary Delphi survey. The development stage created a DNR electronic informed consent and evaluated it through a tertiary Delphi survey. Results : After evaluating the appropriateness of the composition of the contents, the understanding of the contents, the convenience of use, the reflection of an expert opinion, and the suitability of the application, all had scores higher than 4 points. Conclusions : The results of this study show that our proposed DNR electronic informed consent can help patients better understanding the contents of a DNR informed consent.

정보매체와 정보환경의 변화에 따라 전통적인 도서관은 디지털도서관으로 진화발전하고 있다. 따라서 디지털 환경에서 급증하는 다양한 전자정보자원을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 종합적인 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서의 전자정보자원으로는 전자저널, 웹 데이터베이스. 전자책, 오픈엑세스 자원 등을 대상으로 하였다. DLF의 ERMI를 분석하여 국내 디지털도서관 정보관리자를 위한 ERMS를 구축하는 것이 연구목적이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 전자정보자원의 다양한 생성주기, 구독모델, 수록범위, 정보제공자를 조사하여 ERMS를 설계하고 구현하였다.
