As information technology has a great impacts on contemporary business environment, global electronic trade is becoming a new paradigm in international trade transaction. The internet provides a fundamentally different environment for international marketing and trade, it also requires a different approach to international business. Now it is unrealistic to apply the same marketing strategies under global environment without making some modifications to be appropriate to the electronic edge. This paper attempts to investigate what kinds of factors influence the level of electronic trade utilization and performance, and suggests some strategies for usage of electronic trade for small-medium enterprises in Korea. According to the results of this research, the usage of electronic trade by small-medium enterprises is fundamentally important for the diffusion of electronic trade. Therefore it is suggested that the government needs to support small-medium enterprises by financing them to have system for electronic trade.

The development of digital technology has changed the lives of many people in terms of the velocity and convenience of completing tasks. This technology has also been applied to the process of voting, yet electronic voting is seldom used. The existing electronic voting scheme operates by applying various encryption algorithms. This type of electronic voting can be problematic since the administrator is given full authority. The administrator cannot always be trusted, and the contents of the ballot could be forged or tampered by a single point of failure. To resolve these problems, researchers continue to apply blockchain technology to electronic voting. Blockchain technology provides reliability and data integrity because all untrusted network participants have the same data. In this paper, we propose an electronic voting system that secures reliability by applying blockchain technology to electronic voting and ensures secret voting.

Digital leader caught seat by modern's everyday life tool now by popularization of smart device such as Smart phone and Tablet PC. Therefore, desire of readers about electronic book practical use is increasing based on convenience and economic performance of electronic book. 1971, Michael S. Hart established Project Gutenberg to produced first electronic book because inputs American Independence Declaration Statement by computer and produce more electronic books. After that, an electronic book technology repeats several times development and American electronic book take is increasing rapidly. Sales volume of electronic books is dramatically increasing in Korea since digital device such as Smart phone and Tablet PC became popular. This research attempts to analyze factors influencing on shifting from paper book to electronic book. Results of this research proposed grounds for building business strategy. Finding is the factor of social influence is only significant to acceptability intention. It means user of e-Book enhance their acceptability intention along social phenomena.

In December 1999, the AICPA introduced WebTrust, a electronic commerce assurance service of ensuring safe trading on the web, in order to effect consumer confidence into electronic commerce. Shortly afterwards, CPA associations of other advanced nations, such as Canada, Australia, also adopted this service. This study focuses on introduction of electronic commerce assurance service of ensuring safe trading on the web. WebTrust assurance service expected to be the international standard in electronic commerce in the near future and not only as a source of income for domestic accounting firms, which have simpler income structure than the international counterparts, but also as catalyst for stimulating electronic commerce. The findings of the study are expected to contribute to accounting practice, academy of accounting and electronic commerce firms in the following ways. Domestically, as Korea is considering using the electronic commerce assurance service, this study will help promote adoption of WebTrust assurance service. This study has shown, in the midst of declining income of accounting firms by audit, a way to increase their audit boundary.

As the information technology advances and the number of internet users increase, the electronic commerce has been discussed actively in the academic and industrial circles. Though the reference model is important as a guide to the study on electronic commerce at this time, current studies on the reference model are inclined to emphasize on the specified area, not on overall area. In this respect, this paper aims to provide the synthetic reference model - named the ECGR model(Electronic Commerce Generic Reference model) - and its application plans. First, for these purposes, several frameworks and reference models of electronic commerce are compared and analyzed from the various viewpoints. Second, several factors for the development of the reference model are proposed. Finally, the ECGR model is developed and its application plans are suggested. The ECGR model provides a conceptual and analytical apparatus to interpret the profound understanding of electronic commerce and presents the fundamental framework related to the electronic commerce projects. According to the expansion of electronic commerce and the development of related information technology, the ECGR model must be modified.

The digital electronic switching system has some problems, when this system processes OAM(Operation, Administration And Maintenance) messages about the fault, the traffic, the account, and the performance, etc., at the present. One of these problems is that each the module processing these messages in the digital electronic switching system can not process OAM messages out of another digital electronic switching system. Each the module processing these OAM messages, that is, has been programmed in order to process only the OAM message out of the digital electronic switching system mounting itself, not to process the message out of the digital electronic switching system based on another platform. Therefore, we studied on methods that could process OAM messages out of all digital electronic switching systems and, first of all, developed the MGS(Message Gathering System) to be able to accept and process the fault message of OAM messages out of all digital electronic switching systems in real time.

This study aims to develop an electronic moxibustion device for the quantification of moxibustion, which progresses a critical role in traditional oriental medicine as well as to assess the characteristics of heating. The assessment revealed that the proposed electronic moxibustion treatment device can reduce the time required for reaching the desired heat level and continue to provide heat consistently. Moreover, heat transmitted to the treated area was found to correspond to a heating pattern of the proposed electronic moxibustion device. It proved both quantitative control and safe treatment for the proposed electronic moxibustion device.

The main factors of radar signals used in electronic warfare are Radio Frequency(RF), Pulse Repetition Interval(PRI), Pulse Width(PW), Scan Parameter(SP) and so on. This radar signals may have some important information for the electronic warfare. So, there is a necessity for making a threat database to decide whether the radar signal is a threat or not. When the electronic support system collects some threat radar signals, it needs the search band to control the receivers and filter banks of the system. In this paper we propose search band implementation considering the type and center frequency of the receivers of the electronic support system.

In recent years, the rapid growth of portable electronic device market requires higher density characteristics of batteries. The speed at which portability and mobility is advancing hinges much on the battery. What is important is this energy source that engineers design handled devices around the battery, rather than the other way around. Much improvement has been made in reducing the power consumption of portable devices. Currently, the most popular secondary battery is Li-ion battery. Li-ion has won the limelight and become the most prominent battery. This paper reviews the prospect and future of the Li-ion battery.

The most important technical problem in EC is about secure electronic payment systems. Electronic payment systems come three different types distinguished by the payment method: electronic cash, electronic check, and creditcard. In these types, electronic cash payment system is popular and practical as in real commerce. But electronic cash can be copied easily, then it is infeasible to prevent user from double-spending a coin. In this paper, we overview several requirements for secure electronic payment system and present other proposed additions to the results. At last we present a model system which considers requirements above examined.
