내구성이 개선된 발전용 가스터빈 온도센서 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Step-Up Converter with the New Topology Method)

  • 본 논문은 전력발전용 가스터빈에 사용하는 내구성이 개선된 Exhaust Gas Temperature(EGT)센서에 관한 연구이다. 가스 터빈에 적용된 EGT 센서는 고온으로 인하여 EGT 센서의 커넥터가 손상되는 문제가 있고 회전 날개의 회전으로 인해 발생하는 심각한 진동 조건에서 센서의 물리적으로 약한 부분이 진동으로 인하여 손상이 야기되기도 한다. 이러한 문제들은 잦은 센서 교체를 유발하고, 발전 효율을 감소시킨다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 분석하고 개선방법을 제시하였고, 제안된 EGT 센서의 성능을 평가하기 위해서, 고온과 진동조건을 동시에 시험할 수 있는 복합 환경 테스트 장비를 개발하였다. EGT센서의 정확도와 응답시간을 평가하고 열과 진동의 복합환경 시험 장비로 비교시험한 결과 기존 센서는 탄화문제가 발생하였지만, 제안된 센서는 이러한 문제가 해결된 것을 확인하였다.

고혈압(高血壓) 환자를 대상으로 시행한 외기발공(外氣發功)의 유효성(有效性) 고찰 (A study on the EGT(Extra Gigong Therapy) with Hypertension)

  • This is a paper on the validity of Extra Gigong Therapy(EGT) on Hypertension patients. We've treated hypertension patients EGT, used IEMD for analysis, so that come to these conclusions. 1. Average value of treatment group was 4.215, this is higher than one of control group. They had differences up to the standard. 2. Hypertension patients are divided into EGT treated group(treatment group) and non-treated one(control group). 3. Light stomach meridian has differences in treatment group and no differences in control group before and after EGT. That means EGT is effective. So does Spleen meridian. 4. With 12 meridians' electric potential values, we come to conclusion that EGT is likely to do hypertension patients good, especially on the point of view of liver, kidney, stomach and spleen meridian pathways. And bibliographies back up in this conclusion. 5. We classified hypertension patients into 4 factors: that is a spiritual factor, a physical factor, an eating factor and a circulation factor. Among these, a physical factor was seen of high frequency. There is a close connection between a physical factor and liver, kidney, spleen meridian pathways. The consequence was that subjects are suburban residents in the prime of time who had overworked.

Molecular Cloning and Sequencing of the Ecdysteroid UDP-Glucosyl-transferase Gene, EGT, from Bombyx mori Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus K1

  • The ecdysteroid UDP-glucosyltransferase (egt) gene isolated from Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus (BmNPV) K1 strain was compared to its homologue from Autographa californica NPV (AcNPV) and Bm NPV T3. The egt gene of BmNPV-K1 encoded 506 amino acid open reading frame, and was 99.6% identical at the amino acid level and 99.2% identical at the nucleotide level to BmNPV T3. The BmNPV-K1 egt gene showed highly identity to AcNPV and BmNPV T3 strain. The BmNPV-K1 egt gene was different from amino acid sequence at 2 positions, 19 and 72, in BmNPV T3. The genomic location of egt gene in the BmNPV-K1 was confirmed by Southern blot analysis and its expression patterns at the transcriptional level in the infected cells were confirmed by Northern hybridization analysis. Transcripts of the egt of Bm NPV-K1 peaked around 12 hrs postinfection (p.i.) and reduced at 24 hrs p.i.

Antioxidant effect of ergothioneine on in vitro maturation of porcine oocytes

  • Background: Ergothioneine (EGT) is a natural amino acid derivative in various animal organs and is a bioactive compound recognized as a food and medicine. Objectives: This study examined the effects of EGT supplementation during the in vitro maturation (IVM) period on porcine oocyte maturation and subsequent embryonic development competence after in vitro fertilization (IVF). Methods: Each EGT concentration (0, 10, 50, and 100 μM) was supplemented in the maturation medium during IVM. After IVM, nuclear maturation, intracellular glutathione (GSH), and reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels of oocytes were investigated. In addition, the genes related to cumulus function and antioxidant pathways in oocytes or cumulus cells were investigated. Finally, this study examined whether EGT could affect embryonic development after IVF. Results: After IVM, the EGT supplementation group showed significantly higher intracellular GSH levels and significantly lower intracellular ROS levels than the control group. Moreover, the expression levels of hyaluronan synthase 2 and Connexin 43 were significantly higher in the 10 μM EGT group than in the control group. The expression levels of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) and NAD(P)H quinone dehydrogenase 1 (NQO1) were significantly higher in the oocytes of the 10 μM EGT group than in the control group. In the assessment of subsequent embryonic development after IVF, the 10 μM EGT treatment group improved the cleavage and blastocyst rate significantly than the control group. Conclusions: Supplementation of EGT improved oocyte maturation and embryonic development by reducing oxidative stress in IVM oocytes.

  • The purpose of this paper is to show that there is a sure effect of the Extra Gigong Therapy(EGT) on Osteoarthritis patients. 1. Methods of the Spreading-Qi, Breathe naturally, concentrate the mind on Lower Dan(elixir field), When exhaling, Mindwill accompanies Qi to go to the Conception Vessel(CV) and Governor Vessel(GV), conduct Qi to the palms or fingers and emit Qi, with the emitting site touching or leaving the treated region. Qi helps vitality exalted, balance kept, and the circulation well-flowed. 2. For that, we made a schedule of joining some of Osteoarthritis patients who usually take anti-Osteoarthritis drugs, dividing them into two of groups. One is EGT-taken(group 1) and the other is not EGT-taken(group 2). 3. For insurance of analytic accuracy, we use the IEMD(Inner Energy Meridian Diagnosis). 4. In conclusion, there was significant differences between two of groups. Especially from the point of view of liver, kidney and spleen meridian pathways.

  • The baculovirus egt gene encodes an ecdysteroid UDP-glucosyltransferase(EGT) which catalyzes the transfer of glucose from UDP-glucose to the insect moltion hormone ecdysteroid resulting in a functionally inactive ecdysteroid. In baculovirus-infected insect larvae, EGT has been shown block molting and pupation. In this study, we compared the development of 4th and 5th instar silkworm, Bombyx mori, larvae injected with either wild-type bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrovirus (BmNPV) or a mutant BmNPV(BmEGTZ) in which the egt gene was disrupted by the insertion of a lacZ gene cassette. Larvae injected with BmEGTZ died roughly 12 h more rapidly compared to indentical larvae infected with BmNPV. In addition, BmEGTZ- infected larvae prematurely stopped feeding and gain less weight compared to BmNPV-infected larvae. In order to investigate why BmEGTZ-infected larvae died more rapidly than BmNPV-infected larvae, the array of hemolymph proteins in BmEGTZ-or BmNPV-infected larvae were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. The hemolymph of BmEGTZ-infected larvae showed virus-specific proteins, including polyhedrin, about 12 h earlier than the hemolymph of BmNPV-infected larvae

Development of Operating Program for EECU Test Bench

  • This study presents technical description of the operating program development that operates the test bench for functional test of EECU. The test bench is capable of testing, simulation and adjustment of the EECU software using the operating program. The test bench is for the Development Project of the EECU platform for FADEC system. The operating program is consists of 3 modules which are the test bench operating module, cockpit simulator module and SILS module. The operating module mainly carries out the EECU test with manual operation and operating scenarios. Also that record and process the test data. The cockpit simulator module is capable of implementation of virtual cockpit control input and engine status display. The SILS module can simulate engine and EECU operation in software environment.

  • In this paper, the transmission error of a atar type Epicyclic Gear Train (EGT) has been studied. Dynamic analysis has been executes calculate the rotation angle of the input and output shafts at various loads. Transmission Error of EGT has been measured to compare with the analysis results. There are qualitative similarity between the experimental and analytical results.

터보팬 엔진의 축류압축기 서지가 엔진성능에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Axial Flow Compressor Surge on the Performance of Turbofan Engine)

  • 본 연구에서는 비행 중 PW4000 엔진의 축류압축기에서 발생된 서지 현상이 엔진성능에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 이륙조건에서는 항공기의 엔진성능이 급격히 변화하므로 순항할 때 보다 자주 서지가 발생할 수 있다고 판단된다. EPR은 서지 발생과 동시에 급격히 저하하는 것으로 나타나 민감도가 가장 컸다. 엔진 rpm과 Wf도 EPR과 거의 동일한 경향이었으며, Vibration 변화는 크지 않았으나 N1 Vibration 변화가 상대적으로 크게 나타났다. 따라서 비행 중 EPR, N1 rpm, Wf 값이 급격히 저하되고 EGT가 비선형적으로 상승하는 상태를 서지 발생 감지에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
