After reading a document, people construct a concept about the information they consumed and merge multiple words to set up keywords that represent the material. With that in mind, this study suggests a smarter and more efficient keyword extraction method wherein scholarly journals are used as the basis for the establishment of production rules based on a concept information of words appearing in a document in a way in which author-provided keywords are functional although they do not appear in the body of the document. This study presents a new way to determine the importance of each keyword, excluding non-relevant keywords. To identify the validity of extracted keywords, titles and abstracts of journals about natural language and auditory language were collected for analysis. The comparison of author-provided keywords with the keyword results of the developed system showed that the developed system was highly useful, with an accuracy rate as good as up to 96%.

This paper is to cluster the AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) data. The load survey system has been applied to record the power consumption of sampling the contract assortment in KEPRI AMR. The effect of the contract assortment change to the customer power consumption is determined by executing the clustering on the load survey results. We can supply the power to customer according to usage to the analysis cluster. The Korea a class of the electricity supply type is less than other country. Because of the Korea electricity markets exists one electricity provider. Need to further divide of electricity supply type for more efficient supply. We are found pattern that is different from supplied type to customer. Out experiment use the Clementine which data mining tools.

EBM is "the conscientious, explicit and judicious use of current best evidence in mating decisions about the care of the individual patient. It means integrating individual clinical expertise with the best available external clinical evidence from systematic research." EBM is the integration of clinical expertise, patient values, and the best evidence into the decision making process for patient care. The practice of EBM is usually triggered by patient encounters which generate questions about the effects of therapy, the utility of diagnostic tests, the prognosis of diseases, or the etiology of disorders. The best evidence is usually found in clinically relevant research that has been conducted using sound methodology. Evidence-based medicine requires new skills of the clinician, including efficient literature-searching, and the application of formal rules of evidence in evaluating the clinical literature. Evidence-based medicine converts the abstract exercise of reading and appraising the literature into the pragmatic process of using the literature to benefit individual patients while simultaneously expanding the clinician's knowledge base. This review will briefly discuss about concepts of evidence medicine and method of critical appraisal of literatures.

The PISA(Program for International Student Assessment), an international comparative study supervised by OECD, is aimed at producing reliable and internationally comparab1e indicators of students' literacy in reading, mathematics, and science. In mathematical literacy, Korean students ranked the 2nd out of the 32 participating countries in PISA. This result is very encouraging in the sense that the scores in the mathematical literacy is the forecasting indicator for the mathematical level of future citizens who are supposed to lead their countries in every fields. In contrast to the high performance in mathematics, Korean students possess extremely low level of interest in mathematics. On the other hand, Korea's highest top 5% students are not on a par with the best students in New Zealand, Japan, Swiss, Australia, and England. This finding urges Korean education to put serious efforts to pursue academic excellence. Overall, PISA results suggest that Korean mathematics education has been effective and efficient. Korean education system should set goals to meet the world standard and the challenges of the lifelong teaming society.

Ethosuximide is an oral anticonvulsantic agent used in the first choice anti-absence seizure drug. The purpose of this study was to assess the pharmacokinetic profile of the ethosuximide in healthy Korean volunteers and to develop the efficient assay method of ethosuximide in human plasma. The pharmacokinetics of ethosuximide administered orally was evaluated after a dose of 500 mg. Ethosuximide was assayed from plasma by a specific HPLC method reading absorbance at 195 nm. AUC was 1222$\pm$160 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$$.$hr, $C_{max}$ 14.2l$\pm$1.74 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$, $T_{max}$ 1.06$\pm$0.62 hr and half-life 77.83$\pm$12.46 hr. The half-life in Korean was longer than, in Caucasian (53∼56 hr).).).

Distribution ayatems at the final stage of the power supply process are directly and extensively connected to customers. There are growing demands for more efficient operation and higher reliability. This paper describes the embodiment of distribution automation using internet networks. We suggest the large region distribution server system for distribution automation functions in local area network, automated meter reading system and directed load control system with by-directional communication.

The purpose of this study is to introduce an efficient measure in Korean language education for learners of Korean by applying shadowing techniques which focus on improving not only listening and speaking skills but also reading and writing skills. First of all, the study discusses about the definition of shadowing along with the effect of shadowing. The second part will be about examining the proposed method related to shadowing technique which is comprised of original shadowing techniques and other techniques transformed from the original. Thirdly, the paper will be discussing background information of the shadowing technique in previous researches and experiments using shadowing techniques in Korean language education. Finally, there will be an introduction of learning measures that apply to skill unification. Most of the previous researches of the shadowing technique were limited to a few students with only mid-to-high level learners while this method could cover up to a wide range of learners. The most effective way of learning a foreign language would firstly be the suggested method and the focus should be on repetition and practice of the learners.

This paper develops and builds an Integrated Assessment System for National Competency Standard Professional Basic. The integrated evaluation system for basic job competency in the National Competency Standards is developed to conduct examination by means of computers, smartphones and tablet PCs. The system can be used for the basic job competency test, examination for online cyber universities, job competency examination for enterprises, and the listening, reading, and speaking test in the foreign language proficiency examination and is even better in terms of facility investment and saved operating costs as well as efficient use of spaces in comparison with conventional evaluation schemes. Even greater synergy effects can be achieved by providing support for the integrated evaluation system for basic job competency in connection with the NCS qualification system. The evaluation system has been tested and practiced at a specialized high school and can be applied to the NCS education evaluation of the college and four-year college and to the selection examination of new employees of the company.

Web pages with complex layout and small font size do not display well on large screen display such as TV because it has limited capabilities: long distance view, passive user attitude, limited input device like a legacy remote controller. We have designed and implemented new semantic zoom browsing facilities to support effective navigation on Internet-connected digital television with limited capabilities. Our browser performs partitioning of an HTML document content into semantic blocks. Semantic blocks present summarized information with more readable style and modified layout for optimal reading and browsing. Individual blocks can be selected by the user and zoomed in more detail information by the user. The scrolling on large display device needs more user interaction. Our browser modifies the layout of an HTML document with removing horizontal scrolling and minimizing vertical scrolling. This method allows users to easily view the web page by converting into optimal reading style and layout and to easily seek the information just with zooming.

Although vocabulary is one of the most important aspects in learning English, it is not dealt with as extensively as the grammar and reading comprehension in the classes due to time limitation. Furthermore, it is also dealt with in only a limited way at most of the English learning web sites compared to the other aspects such as grammar and reading comprehension. In this study. a web-based learning system for English vocabulary which allows a student to study the vocabulary before or after the classes by herself in order to supplement the English classes provided at school. Especially, it allows the students to learn the vocabulary within the context of sentences. It also provides an efficient structure for a repeated study of vocabulary that is new or difficult to the student.
