상급초보간호사의 간호업무성과 구조모형 (The Structural Model of Nursing Performance for Advanced Beginner-Stage Nurse)

  • Objectives: To construct a structural equation model to explain and predict nursing performance in advanced beginner-stage nurses. Methods: This study was conducted from September 1 to October 10, 2017. Participants in this study were 220 nurses recruited from general hospitals with over 300 beds in P and K cities. Confirmatory factor and path analyses were conducted using AMOS 18.0. Results: Nursing performance was affected by self-leadership and self-efficacy; self-efficacy (${\beta}=.794$, p=.025) had a greater effect. Problem-solving competency was affected byself-leadership and self-efficacy ;self-efficacy(${\beta}=.712$, p=.016) had a greater effect. Self-leadership was affected byself-efficacy(${\beta}=.820$, p=.013). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that a new program be developed and applied to improve advanced beginner-stage nurses' self-leadership and self-efficacy to enhance nursing performance.

Do depression, anxiety, emotional intelligence, and sleep quality affect diabetes management self-efficacy in Korean women with gestational diabetes in pregnancy?: a descriptive correlational study

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify factors associated with diabetes management self-efficacy in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in Korea. Methods: A total of 173 pregnant women with GDM in Korea were recruited by posting announcements at two Korean online communities focusing on pregnancy and GDM. Participants completed a structured online survey from July to September 2018. Thirteen inappropriate responses were excluded and a total of 160 questionnaires were used in the final analysis. Descriptive statistics were calculated and multiple regression with the enter method was done to identify the associations of depressive mood, anxiety, emotional intelligence, and sleep quality with diabetes management self-efficacy. Results: Respondents reported a moderately depressive mood (mean, 10.36), low to moderate anxiety (mean, 41.65), above-average emotional intelligence (mean, 78.04), moderate sleep quality (mean, 42.01), and above-average diabetes management self-efficacy (mean, 52.29). The major factor associated with diabetes management self-efficacy of pregnant women with GDM was emotional intelligence (β=.51, p<.001). Other factors, in descending order of influence, were sleep quality (β=.22, p<.001) and exercise (β=.18, p=.004). Taken together, the aforementioned factors explained 34.6% (F=39.53, p<.001) of the total variance. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that to improve the diabetes management self-efficacy of pregnant women with GDM, it is necessary to develop an education program that can also enhance emotional intelligence, sleep quality, and exercise.

치위생과 학생과 비보건계열 학생의 구강건강증진행위 영향요인 분석 (A Study on Factors Affecting the Oral Health Promotion Behavior of Dental Hygiene and Non-Dental Hygiene Students)

  • 본 연구는 치위생과 학생과 비보건계열 학생들을 대상으로 인지-지각요인과 구강건강증진행위를 파악하고, 구강건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 광주광역시에 위치한 G 대학의 3년제 치위생과와 2년제 비보건계열의 학생들에게 설문지를 배부 조사하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 구강건강에 대한 인지-지각요인에서 자기 효능감, 구강건강통제위, 구강건강행위 혜택 인지정도는 치위생과 학생이 비보건계열 학생보다 더 높게 나타났으며, 구강건강행위 장애 인지정도는 비보건계열 학생이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 2. 구강건강증진행위의 실천 정도는 치위생과 학생에서 더 높게 나타났으며, 두 군 모두에서 높은 실천 정도를 보이는 항목은 음주와 흡연 절제이며 낮은 실천도를 보이는 항목은 치위생과 학생은 불소 함유 양치 용액 사용, 비보건계열 학생은 치실 사용으로 나타났다. 3. 구강건강증진행위와 관련된 변수 간의 상관관계에서 자기 효능감과 구강건강통제위는 구강건강증진행위와 유의한 상관관계를 나타내 이 두 변수가 높아질수록 구강건강증진행위와 각 세부항목인 요인 1, 요인 2, 요인 3의 실천 정도는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 구강건강증진행위와 각 세부항목에 영향력이 있는 변수를 살펴본 결과, 요인 1, 요인 3, 전체 구강건강증진행위에 가장 영향력이 있는 변수는 자기 효능감이었으며, 요인 2는 구강건강통제위가 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 살펴볼 때, 구강건강증진행위에 가장 영향을 미치는 변수는 인지-지각요인 중 자기 효능감으로 나타났으므로 구강건강증진 프로그램 개발시 자기 효능감을 높여주는 방안을 모색하여야 하며, 구강건강증진행위별로 자기 효능감을 고취시킬 수 있는 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.

어머니의 자기효능감과 양육행동 및 아동의 성취동기가 아동의 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Mother's Self-Efficacy and Parenting Behavior and Children's Achievement Motivation on Children's Self-Efficacy)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of mothers' self-efficacy, parenting behaviors, and children's achievement motivation on children's self-efficacy. Subjects were 591 fifth- and sixth-graders and their mothers in Busan. Statistics and methods used for data analysis were Cronbach's alpha, Pearson's correlation, Multiple Regression, and Path Analysis. Several major findings of this study were as follows: 1) Any difference was not found by sex in children's general and total self-efficacy. Girls' social efficacy, however, was higher than boys'. 2) Achievement motivation had a direct positive effect and was the first positive contribution factor to the self-efficacy of both sexes. 3) On boys' self-efficacy, mothers' own had an indirect positive effect through achievement motivation, and their parental role efficacy had a positive effect, direct or indirect, through their affective parenting behaviors and the boys' achievement motivation; also mothers' affective parenting behaviors had an indirect positive effect through achievement motivation, and their controlling parenting had a direct negative effect. 4) On girls' self-efficacy, mothers' own had a direct positive effect, and their parental role efficacy had an indirect positive effect through their affective and controlling parenting behaviors and the girls' achievement motivation; also mothers' affective parenting behaviors had a positive effect, direct or indirect, through achievement motivation, and the controlling parenting had a negative effect, direct or indirect.

의복구매효능감에 따른 의류제품평가의 차이 (Differences in the Evaluation of Clothing Products according to Self-Efficacy in Purchasing Clothes)

  • This study examines whether there are differences in the evaluation of clothing products according to self-efficacy in purchasing clothes. A total of 300 surveys were distributed and 231 were used for analysis. The data were analyzed by regression and factor analysis. The results are as follows. First, there were significant differences in the product attributes considered according to self-efficacy in purchasing clothes. The consumers with high self-efficacy considered diverse product attributes comprehensively when making purchase decisions and had significantly higher score in perceived value and post-purchase satisfaction level than the consumers with low self-efficacy. Second, there were differences in the attributes of clothing products that effects perceived value according to self-efficacy in purchasing clothes. The attributes of 'clothes that I like' and 'necessary clothes' had a significant effect on perceived value for both consumers. The attributes of 'design that suits me' and 'inexpensive price' had significant effect on perceived value on consumers with high self-efficacy while the attributes of 'harmony with other clothes' had a significant effect on perceived value for consumers with low self-efficacy. Third, there were differences in product attributes and the perceived value that influenced post-purchase satisfaction level according to self-efficacy in purchasing clothes. The attributes of 'design that suits me' and perceived value had a direct effect on the post-purchase satisfaction level four consumers with a high self-efficacy. For the consumers with low self- efficacy, the attributes of 'clothes I like', 'necessary clothes', and 'design similar to that of usually purchased products' had a direct effect on post-purchase satisfaction level; however, the effect of perceived value was not found.

대학생의 애착과 자기효능감 및 대학생활 적응과의 관계 (A Study of the Relationship Between College Student's Attachment, Self-Efficacy and the Adjustment to College Life)

  • Purpose: This study intends to clarify the relative importance and character of the college student's attachment to their parents. We examined the effect that the father and mother attachments have en their self-efficacy and adjustment to their college life. Method: The subjects were 271 students who attendee a university. For this study, we used the inventory of the Parent Attachment-Revised version by Armsden and Greenberg, a self-efficacy test by Sherer et al. and the investigation far adjustment to college life by Barker & Siryk. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test and simple multiple regression analysis on an SPSS WIN 10.0 program. Results: There was a significant differences in the attachment to the father according to their grades and in the attachment to the mother according to their type of residence. There was a significant difference in the adjustment to their college life according to their grades. Regression analysis on attachment and self-efficacy suggested that attachment has an influence on self-efficacy. Regression analysis on attachment and adjustment to college life suggested that attachment has influence on the adjustment to college life. Attachment also has an influence on academic adjustment, social adjustment, personal-emotional adjustment and institutional adjustment on the subscale of adjustment to college life. Regression analysis on self-efficacy and adjustment to college life suggested that self-efficacy has an influence on adjustment to college life. Further, self-efficacy has an influence on academic adjustment, social adjustment, personal-emotional adjustment and institutional adjustment on the subscale of adjustment to college life. Conclusion: This study shows that there are relationships among attachment, self-efficacy and adjustment to college life. Especially, self-efficacy is a very important factor influencing the adjustment to college life. So, a plan designed to increase students' self-efficacy should be created based on the results of this study.

한국어 듣기 이해와 듣기 효능감, 듣기 전략, 듣기 불안, 듣기 노출 시간의 상관성 -태국인 한국어 학습자를 대상으로- (The Correlation among Korean Listening Comprehension Ability, Listening Self-efficacy, Listening Strategy, Listening Comprehension Anxiety, and Listening Exposure Time for Thai Korean Learners)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of listening comprehension ability, self-efficacy, comprehension anxiety, and exposure time on Korean language understanding. In order to achieve our goal, listening examinations and surveys were conducted among 95 students from a university in Thailand, studying Korean language. As a result, it was revealed that the most influential factor on one's listening ability was self-efficacy. In addition, when the correlation between listening self-efficacy and other factors was examined, it was shown that there existed a statistically significant relationship. Particularly, listening comprehension anxiety had the most significant correlation with listening self-efficacy. Similarly, cognitive strategy demonstrated a significant correlation with listening self-efficacy. On the other hand, the effects of self-efficacy and other factors on listening scores such as the degree and types of strategy that students used were also studied. The findings revealed that, in most cases, strategy-intensive group's test results were influenced more by exposure time, while the less intensive group's scores were influenced more by their self-efficacy. Finally, after analyzing the effects of time spent on conversing with friends and watching Korean television on listening self-efficacy, it was discovered that both factors had statistically significant relationships with listening self-efficacy. Through this study, such results can be integrated and applied to education in various ways. The most important part for listening comprehension ability is enhancing self-efficacy and in order to do so, the appropriate education methods should be used to reduce listening comprehension anxiety, stimulate strategy use, and increase listening exposure time.

무용전공자의 완벽주의 성향이 자기효능감 및 공연만족도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Dance Major's Perfectionism on Self-efficacy and Performance Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 무용전공자들의 완벽성향이 자기효능감 및 공연만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구는 2009년 현재 충남, 대전 지역 소재의 예술 고등학교 무용과 재학생과 대학교 무용학과에 재학 중인 학생을 연구대상으로 유의표집법(purposive sampling method)을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 구체적으로 크게 충남, 대전으로 이분한 후 한 지역 당 예술 고등학교 1개교와 대학교 1개교를 선정한 다음 무용전공학생들을 1개교 당 각 75명씩 총 4개교에서 총 300명을 표집하였다. 표집된 300명 중 응답이 부실한 설문지를 제외하고 최종 분석에 사용된 사례 수는 274명이었다. 설문지의 타당도는 요인분석, 신뢰도는 신뢰도분석을 통하여 검증되었다. 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ 값이 .602이상으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 SPSS16.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 회귀분석, 경로분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 완벽성향은 자기효능감 하위변인인 자기조절효능감에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 자기지향 완벽주의, 타인지향 완벽주의 성향이 높을수록 자기효능감은 높다. 둘째, 완벽성향은 공연만족도에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 자기지향 완벽주의 성향이 높을수록 공연만족도는 높다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 공연만족도에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 자기조절효능감이 높을수록 공연만족도는 높다. 넷째, 완벽성향은 자기효능감과 공연만족도에 직 간접적 영향을 미친다. 자기효능감은 공연만족도를 매개하는 변수임을 알 수 있다.

성분헌혈자의 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Health Promotion Behavior of Apheresis Blood-Donors)

  • This study was designed to provide a base for nursing intervention to help apheresis blood-donors to perform health promotion behavior effectively by surveying their health promotion behavior and by analyzing the critical factors. The study subjects were 468 participants in platelet donation at a university hospital apheresis unit in Seoul. The data for this study were collected between May and June. 2002. by questionnaire. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA. Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient. and stepwise multiple regression. The results were as follows. 1. The degree of performance of health promotion behavior of the subjects was a total average score of $152.9\pm21.5$ points and a mean score of 2.7 points. The highest score was 'I have a good relationship with others' in the factor of self-actualization and interpersonal support. The lowest score was 'I have my blood pressure checked regularly' in the factor of health responsibility. 2. Considering the classification according to the subjects' general characteristics. the health promotion behavior score was significantly higher for soldiers than high school students, for religious believers than atheists. and for high class economic status than mid and low class economic status. Also the health promotion behavior score was higher for those who had made more than five blood donations than those who had made zero or one donation. and for those who had made more than four blood donations than for those who had made less than four blood donations in the previous times of apheresis blood donation. The score was also higher for those not having a relationship with recipient than those having a relationship. 3. The self-efficacy related to donation. general self-efficacy and self-esteem had a significant correlation with the performance in health promotion behavior. 4. The critical factors that influenced the health promotion behavior were explained by $35.6\%$ of the general self-efficacy and by $40.2\%$ of the total of self-efficacy related to donation, and previous times of apheresis blood donation. The health promotion behavior score of apheresis blood-donors differed according to job, religion, economic status, previous times of whole blood donation, previous times of apheresis blood donation, and relationship with recipient. The health promotion behavior and self-efficacy related to donation, general self-efficacy, and self-esteem showed significant positive correlation with one another. The general self-efficacy, self-efficacy related to donation, and previous times of apheresis blood donation appeared to be the significant predictive factors of health promotion behavior. Therefore, from these study results, it is necessary to establish more effective and organized nursing intervention strategies for the health promotion behavior of apheresis blood-donors.

창업교육과 멘토링이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 - 자기효능감과 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Influence of Education and Mentoring of Entrepreneurship on the Intentions of Business Start-Up - Focusing on Self-Efficacy and Resilience -)

  • 본 연구는 창업교육과 멘토링이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 자기효능감과 회복탄력성이 이들 간에 매개역할을 하는지를 실증적인 분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 이 연구의 표본은 20대에서 50대까지의 예비창업자(창업 3년 이내 포함) 178명이며 온라인 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 결과분석은 통계 패키지 프로그램(IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0)을 이용하였다. 요인분석, 상관관계 분석 및 가설검증을 위한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 실증적 연구 분석결과 나타난 주요 발견사항은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업교육과 멘토링은 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 자기효능감과 회복탄력성은 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 창업교육과 멘토링은 자기효능감과 회복탄력성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 넷째, 자기효능감과 회복탄력성은 창업교육과 멘토링이 창업의지에 영향을 미칠 때 매개역할을 한 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 예비창업자의 창업의지를 향상하는데 창업교육과 멘토링이 주요 역할을 한다는 선행연구를 지지하는 것을 확인하였고, 예비창업자들의 창업의지를 촉진하기 위한 선행변수로서 창업교육과 멘토링의 중요성을 입증하였다. 또한 선행연구에서 조사된 자기효능감이 창업의지에 매개역할을 한다는 사실을 확인하였다. 특히, 매개변수로 선정한 회복탄력성은 교육학과 심리학에서 주로 연구되던 변수로서 창업교육 및 멘토링과 창업의지간에 매개역할을 한다는 사실을 검증하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있었다.
