Improvement Strategy According to the Change of Hotel Environment

  • This study is to develop a strategy to prepare an improvement strategy according to the environmental change of the hotel. Currently, domestic hotels are implementing marketing through food and beverage as a countermeasure against the sales decrease, and in order to develop effective marketing plan, 5 Force Model environmental analysis and STP analysis are analyzed. 5 Force Model Environmental Analysis showed that domestic hotels are facing various difficulties such as the expansion of accommodation sharing system, the decrease of Chinese tourists due to the THAAD problem, the increase of hotels, the introduction of PMS, the increase of minimum wage, the introduction of 52 hours work week, and the increase in product preference As an STP response strategy to correspond these difficulties, it is necessary to develop products for the main customers of the hotel food and beverage, such as those in the 20s-30s, the workers, smartphones and SNS users. And also hotels should seek ways to lower price of the product to the level desired by the user to compete against substitutes. In conclusion we suggest that hotels are committed to fulfilling their role by meeting guest safety and COVID-19 compliance requirements, but a focus on immediate cleanliness and quarantine against infectious diseases, like Airbnb, will enable greater growth.

진공표준의 국제비교 연구 (Intercomparison of vacuum standards of Korea, United Kingdom, and Japan)

  • Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge(CDG)를 전달표준기로 사용하여 한국과 영국의 저진 공표준의 국제비교를 수행한 결과 양국 표준기에서 교정한 CDG의 압력비의 차이는 0.05% 이었다. 또한 두 개의 Spinning Rotor Gauge(SRG)를 이용하여 한국과 일본이 고진공표준의 국제비교를 수행한 결과 양국 표준기에서 교정한 SRG의 accommodation coefficient($sigma$)의 차이가 0.4% 이내이었다. CDG와 SRG를 이용한 한국과 영국의 저진공표준기 및 한국과 일 본의 고진공표준기의 국제비교 결과 CDG 및 SRG 자체의 고유오차범위 이내에서 결과가 일치함을 확인할 수 있었다.

Solution to Slow Down Myopia Progression

  • Purpose: To examine the effectiveness of various treatments; bifocal spectacles, orthokeratology, atropine, and time spent in outdoors; in slowing down the myopia progression for Asian adolescents (6-18age). Methods: The research focused on examining the most effective treatment in controlling myopia based on the literature sources that have been published. Through meta-analysis of various research papers that already has been done in this field, a lot of data was collected. For each treatment, the difference in axial length and spherical equivalent over time was measured and recorded. To quantitatively record the difference, both axial length and spherical equivalent was determined by value of control group value of treatment group. The paper compared the effectiveness of each treatment based on the data that was measured. Results: Adolescents who chose to spend time outdoors in order to slow down myopia progression had axial length difference of 0.03 mm and spherical equivalent difference of 0.17 D. Adolescents that used atropine had axial length difference of 0.36 mm and spherical equivalent difference of 0.92 D. Bifocal spectacle resulted in axial length difference of 0.21 mm and spherical equivalent difference of 0.59 D, and for orthokeratology 0.23 mm and 0.04 D, respectively. Axial length wise, myopia was most controlled by the atropine since there was a greatest difference between the group that got the treatment and the group that did not have the treatment. According to the spherical equivalent difference data, myopia was most controlled by atropine. Conclusion: Atropine showed the most effective result in controlling myopia among the four treatment. Again, compared to other three treatment, using atropine appeared to have greatest ability in slowing down myopia progression since adolescents who were treated with atropine had greatest difference from adolescents in the control group that had the same condition but didn't get the treatment. However, every treatment was only used for 2 or 3 years which is quite short time period to measure the long term effect of the four treatments. Also, since atropine is a pharmaceutical method to control myopia, it may harm adolescents' eyes compared to optical or environmental treatment.

완강기 및 간이완강기의 인지·사용능력에 따른 숙박시설의 피난안전성 평가 (Assessment of Refuge Safety in Accomodations According to Awareness and Usability of Descending Life Lines and Simple Descending Life Lines)

  • 이 연구는 완강기 및 간이완강기의 설치 및 유지관리에 대해 지도 감독해야 할 책임이 있는 공무원을 대상으로 숙박시설의 화재발생시 완강기, 간이완강기의 인지 및 사용능력을 평가하기 위한 것으로 주요 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 완강기와 간이완강기를 구분할 수 있는 능력 비교에서 일반 행정직공무원 중 여성공무원의 대다수가 간이완강기 구분능력이 없기 때문에 이들의 완강기 구분 능력을 향상시켜서 유사시 추락 등 안전사고를 예방하기 위하여 안전체험관 등을 통해 정기적으로 교육을 받을 수 있도록 제도적 장치가 필요하다. 둘째, 성별과 직업별 간이완강기의 재사용여부를 직업별로 확인한 결과 소방공무원 절반정도를 제외한 대다수의 공무원이 간이완강기의 재사용 능력이 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 숙박시설의 각 실별로 추가로 설치해야 하는 피난 기구 중 간이완강기는 제외하고, 연속적으로 사용가능한 완강기만을 설치할 수 있도록 관련 법률을 재정비할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 완강기 최대부하 인지 능력은 소방공무원 직무별로 구조대원이 가장 높았으며, 소방행정요원이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 소방행정요원의 인지능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 소방학교에서 정기적으로 실시하는 지휘역량 교육 등 각종 집합교육에서 완강기에 대한 이론 및 실무교육을 강화할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 실제 목격한 장소는 숙박시설이 가장 높게 나타나서 다른 시설보다 숙박시설 화재를 가상하여 완강기 체험교육을 실시하는 것이 교육효과가 높을 것으로 생각된다.

브랜드이미지가 구매태도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Brand Image on the Purchasing Attitude of Customer)

  • 시대변화에 따라 제품에 대한 소비자의 구매 결정기준과 제품 공급방법은 끊임없는 변화가 거듭되었다. 디지털기술을 응용한 on-line 시스템이 상품에 대한 정보를 전달하고 생산과 구매가 동시적으로 일어나는 시장체제가 형성하게 되었다. 그 결과 소비자 중심의 브랜드 구축이 중요한 과제가 되고 있다. 따라서 실증조사를 통하여 경제 사회 환경 변화에 따른 소비자의 의식구조를 파악하고, 이 변화에 따른 소비자의 구매결정 기준을 이해하고자 한다. 소비자의 구매태도를 만족, 선호, 재구입, 추천으로 기준을 설정하고, 이들 4개의 기준에 미칠 수 있는 브랜드 이미지의 요인들의 영향을 파악하였다. 브랜드 이미지의 효율적 형성을 위하여서 생성되는 소비자(고객) 중심의 브랜드 가치는 실증분석을 통하여 얻어진 결과를 보면 사회생활가치, 정서가치, 개성적가치 수용하여 브랜드이미지에 적용하는 것이 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에서 도출된 브랜드 이미지의 공통적 요인으로는 차별성가 고객 중심의 일관성 및 개성적, 감성적 요인들을 부각 시를 수 있는 행태로 브랜드 이미지화를 도모할 필요가 있다는 결과가 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 미래 지향적이고, 소비자에게 인지 연상되는 기능을 보다 효과적으로 증대시킬 수 있도록 고객 중심의 브랜드 창출을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

임진왜란이후 밀양도호부 읍성의 공간구조 변화 (Change of Miryang-Dohobu Eupseong(Town-castle)'s Spatial Structure Since Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592)

  • Compared to Early Chosun Dynasty, the spatial structure of most local Eupseongs of Korea had a standardized change with the expansion and spread of the Rye-hak(禮學:a study of confucius Rite). Meanwhile in the process of rebuilding Eupseongs there was a tendency of relocation of the local government offices(官衙) and its attached facilities in terms of functions and use. Although it was PyeongSanseong Miryang Eupseong had an unreasonable spatial structure locating Gaeksa(客舍; accommodation house for visitors) in the middle of the local government office complex, and Dongheon(東軒;main office building) in the east of it before the Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592. However with the reorganization of spatial Structure of local Eupseongs after the Japanese invasion Gaeksa was moved to the foot of Adongsan where commanded a fine view of river. Dongheon was moved to the center of Eupseong for the effective management of its auxiliary organizations. It was because road system and administrative efficiency had a serious effect on deciding the location of the local government office and its attached facilities. After the Japanese invasion Hyangchoeng(鄕廳), having been out of Eupseong, also was moved to the independent location within Eupseong separate from Dongheon and Gaeksa. It seemed to take into account the autonomy of Hyangchoeng. Dongheon, Gaeksa, and Hyangchoeng which are the crucial facilities of Milyang Eupseong were arranged at each angular point of big triangle. In order to enhance the administative efficiency, the attached administrative facilities were arranged surrounding Dongheon and Hyangchoeng. The spatial structure of Milyang Eupseong in the late Choseon dynasty was of great difference from that of uniformly organized system of early Choseon Period. It was because the development of administrative function, the pursuit of efficiency, and commercial progress had a great impact on the change of urban space.

수산해양관광 관련 웹사이트의 정보탐색 특성과 상대적 중요도 평가에 대한 연구 (A Study on Information Exploration Characteristic and Relative Importance Evaluation of Island Tourism Web Site)

  • This study examines the information exploration characteristic and relative importance evaluation of island tourism web site. The survey items are developed based on the related studies and also implemented particular way so-called 'semi-online' that including both web based material and offline tutorial. The first objective of this study is verifying the characteristics of information exploration on island tourism of university students. The second is examining the peculiar properties of tourism information that exposed one's individual importance evaluation. The result of this study shows that most of the students have no difficulty in using the internet and exploring the island tourism information. And there is no significant difference in using and exploring the internet between male and female students. Based on the result of this study, most popular type of island tourism information is picture type. Personal blog or user created contents(UCC) that containing the other's experience of island tourism is mostly wanted contents. But there is a significant difference in importance of contents within the students. The community based information which including UCC, blog, and other community user's posting is evaluated the most important information for relatively less experienced students. On the other hand more experienced students have a preference on expertise information which created by tourism experts. The difference within the determinant factors that affecting island tourism also significant. With analysis of variance(ANOVA) on determinant factors, the tourism activity and social/culture resource are less important than others(eg. natural environment, accommodation and so on). The result of this study would be practically used for implementing the local government's effective tourism web site and enhancing the current island tourism operation. And also it gives a advantage to facilitate the island tourism for young generations.

콜라보레이션을 통한 비즈니스 모델 제안 -IKEA와 Airbnb를 중심으로 (A Proposal for Business Model through Collaboration -Focus on IKEA and Airbnb)

  • 본 연구는 국내 외 업종 간 콜라보레이션의 효과적인 방향성을 제안하고 이를 확산시키는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 국내 외의 기업이 콜라보레이션을 통해 높은 가치를 실현한 사례를 연구 방법으로 선택했다. 연구결과 최근 공유경제에 관한 관심이 높아짐으로 인해, 기업에서도 점차 협업을 통해 공유가치를 실현하기 위해 노력하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 실용적 가구 브랜드인 IKEA와 숙박 공유 플랫폼 서비스인 Airbnb의 콜라보레이션을 제안하였다. 콜라보레이션을 통해 이 두 기업의 현재 한계점을 상생시킬 수 있었고, 공유경제의 가치 실현으로 이들의 사회적 이미지까지 높아질 수 있다는 결과 값을 얻어낼 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구를 바탕으로, IKEA와 Airbnb뿐만 아니라 여러 기업이 콜라보레이션을 통해 공유경제 활성화의 가치를 만들어 낼 수 있기를 기대한다.

청소년의 약물남용 경험 (The Adolescents' Experience in Drug Abuse)

  • This study was to provide understanding for the juvenile problem of drug brought about by industrialization, and the importance people that we should take a role in helping to resolve the problem. The purpose of this study lies in approaching the effective methods to prevent Korean adolescents from being involved in drug by examining the factors of their experience. The method of this study is designed to grasp the adolescents' drug experience, its meaning, its structure and the nursing intervention ways. By applying a phenomenological approach which is based on a qualitative research method, the researchers hoped to reveal key data in each group. It has been carried on from October 1998 until September 1999 with sample of 5 adolescent inmates in K mental hospital located in Seoul. The data were collected by sereous personal deep interviews and observations. Collected data were analyzed according to the phenomenological method suggested by Giorgi. The results of this study are as follows: First, pleasure seeking: curiosity, joy, and fun; Second, affiliation: formation of clique with the same age; Third, escape from reality: loneliness, emptiness, heroic mind, self- confidence, self-absorption, and comfort; Forth, feeble- mindedness: anxiety, fear, and temptation; Fifth, psychological unadaptation: wandering, forfeiture, and incompetence; Sixth, physical counteraction: headache, vomiting, loss of memory, loss of appetite and loss of sensibility; Seventh, psychological confusion: illusion, auditory hallucination and dream; Eighth, recovery of self-consciousness: repentance, desire and awareness This study results in the following suggestions of the nursing intervention 1. To cultivate a wholesome game culture for the adolescents. 2. To make up the group activities so that the adolescents can establish their sense of identity through a variety of group counseling program. 3. To foster the capability to cope with the change in the process of social accommodation. 4. To enforce the social life skill for the adolescents. 5. To practice the systematic education about drug use. 6. To develop the social education programs. 7. To help the adolescents build up their sense of identity by applying the adolescent cure programs. Above all, it is necessary that school and community as well as home should establish the educational environment paying special concern and consideration to the adolescents.

옥내소화전의 사용실태 및 현황에 관한 연구 (A Survey Study on the Usage and Situation of Indoor Fire Hydrants)

  • 본 논문은 소방안전교육의 효과적인 설계, 진행, 그리고 개선을 위한 기초자료(옥내소화전의 설치현황 인지, 교육경험, 그리고 사용방법의 이해)를 조사하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 전국의 성인남녀 198명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였고, 조사된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 win 프로그램을 활용하여 통계처리하였다. 설문 분석결과, 연구대상자의 87.9%는 옥내소화전이 설치되어 있는 환경에서 생활하고 있지만, 그 중 17.7%는 옥내소화전이 어디에 설치되어 있는지 알지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 연구대상자의 63.6%가 소방안전교육을 받아본 것으로 나타났고, 그 중 31%는 옥내 소화전에 대한 내용이 포함되지 않은 교육을 받은 것으로 나타났다. 옥내소화전의 교육 형태는 50%가 강의중심인 것으로 나타났으며, 옥내소화전의 사용방법의 이해는 평균 3.15/5.00로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과는 전국의 성인남녀를 대상으로 하는 소방안전교육의 학습자 진단 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
