This study focused on the meaning of 'educational philosophy' by the method of corpus analysis. There is the difference of meaning on educational philosophy between professional researchers and publics. This semantic phenomenon implies that the image acoustics of 'educational philosophy' are not matched between two groups. This study, which originated from Saussure's linguistics theory, examined the semantics of educational philosophy in the . Unlike philosophical inquiry on education, the definition of educational philosophy, the general public use 'educational philosophy' like the connotation of secret of successful learning and child nurturing. Given the power of the media and the mass, these tendency could affect the meaning and definition of educational philosophy. Professional researchers should investigate these acoustic image from the sense of linguistic and educational approaches. These researches could contribute to clarify descriptive and normative meaning of the educational philosophy.

This study attempts to explore the possibility of finding a new meaning of currere through an analysis of the value of play in educational activities. It does three different kinds of works for the purpose. First, it tried to clarify the value of play by analyzing the texts written by Kant, Gadamer, and Huizinga, who had approached a play from philosophical and esthetical perspectives. Second, it analyzed curricular theories established by such scholars as Tyler, Peters, and Dewey in order to clarify the meaning of educational values presupposed by those curricular theories. Third, it examined a possibility of finding a new meaning of currere by emphasizing the value of play in educational activities.Through the study, a researcher finds that the value of play lies in the fun the player experienced while playing and that educational value can be defined in the form of the value of play in an educational setting. If the value of play in education is paid enough attention, currere can carry a new meaning. Currere meant traditionally a course horses should follow, which represents a very conservative view of education whereas currere can now mean a trace in which students are learning for the sake of having a fun. Students are encouraged to study for the sake of having a fun.

The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning of architectural history of designated cultural properties of modern educational facilities through the analysis of its status. This study considerate acceptance and evolution of modern educational facilities during the about seventy years from 1895 to 1965. Also, this study analyzes items that is distribution of construction and designation year, regional groups, and status of main structure material, status of conservation and utilization of facilities, its characteristics of architectural style. In this study, the result of analysis show that most analysis items of investment buildings are tend to biased and concentration to one direction. Accordingly, designated cultural properties of modern educational facilities are weakly express architectural representation and symbolism in the period of modern educational acceptance.

Objectives : The purpose of this paper is to investigate the educational meaning of Shanghanjiushilun in Shanghanlun education. Methods : The formal characteristics in medical records were compared between Shanghanjiushilun and the other 5 kinds of medical record books and the educational meaning was drawn by analysing medical records of Shanghanjiushilun a little more deeply. Resultss & Conclusions : 1. In a formal aspect, although Shanghanjiushilun is inferior to Liuduzhou's Clinical Medical Records Selection, it has merits in that it explains through quoting medical literature. 2. Xushuwei explained treatment based on syndrome differentiation in the new point of view in Shanghanjiushilun. 3. Through Shanghanjiushilun medical records Xushuwei's work to explain treatment based on syndrome differentiation in Shanghanlun in the new perspective is an effort to read medical classics to keep up with the times and has sufficient educational significance.

This study aimed to discern the educational meaning of nature experience activity in a nonformal educational program in Korea, focusing on the interaction between a teacher and learners. To achieve this objective, an ethnographic research method was employed using an environmental educational program for children in a nonformal setting. The results of study are as followings. Firstly, the teacher's belief-"young ecologist" shaped its own characteristics of the program. Secondly, the children had a understanding that they learn something about nature(e.g. learning by seeing, dlscovering, recollecting, and awakening). The analysis of teachers' ideas and learners' attitude toward nature experience shows that there exists a gap between the teachers' expectations and the actual ecological changes in the learners' ideas. However, the educational meaning of nature experience can be understood by the unique type of interaction between a teacher and learners. In conclusion, on the basis of this study, it is suggested that educators should be aware of the fact that nature experience can conttribute significantly to the education of children not just from the encounter with nature but also philosophically with regard to our connectedness with nature. Bringing nature into educational contexts can help children to take part in thoughtful perspectives of learning and to devise their own appropriate nature experience.

This study investigates an undergraduate student's environmental club experience by employing a biographical research method. The informant has been member of the environmental club since he is a freshman. The purpose of this study is three points. First, which theoretical framework is suitable to explain the characteristics of environmental club experience ? Second, what is the characteristics of the informant's environmental club experience analysed by means of the theoretical framework ? Finally, what is the educational meaning of environmental club experience ? As a result, I find that environmental identity is very powerful framework to explain the characteristics of environmental club experience. Also, I explain the informant's environmental club experience as the formation of environmental identity by changes in three aspects. In the informant's life, cultural world of environment/environmental movement becomes salient which is closely connected with development of agency in the world and understanding how environmental problems can be solved. It is argued that environmental club experience has educational meaning in the studies and practices of environmental education, as follows. Environmental club experience has implications of redefining the goals of environmental education, and improving environmental problem solving learning. Finally, the informant's environmental identity is considered as reflexive identity which is formed through personal reflection of his experience.

Objectives : This paper aims to study the educational meaning of Shanghanjiushilun in Shanghanlun education focusing on purgation therapy. Methods : Clinical medical records in Shanghanjiushilun associated with purgation therapy were chosen, analyzed and its educational meaning was studied. Results & Conclusions : 1. Xushuwei's clinical medical records are significant as it helps the readers think of various disease mechanisms by not omitting mistreatment of the other doctors. 2. Xushuwei's clinical medical records are significant as it helps the readers become aware of the importance of a differential diagnosis through questions and answers. 3. Xushuwei's clinical medical records are significant as it helps the readers avoid looking at one side of things through taking a comprehensive look at disease syndrome in various fields. 4. Xushuwei's clinical medical records are significant as it helps the readers escape unreasonableness by suggesting practical aspect managing the patient. 5. Xushuwei's clinical medical records are significant as it enable the readers to draw a new disease mechanism interpretation by making up for explanations of the pathogenesis quoting medical classics. 6. Consequently, in learning and teaching Shanghanlun, Xushuwei's clinical medical records have enough educational meaning as mentioned above.

본 연구는 중학교 체육수업에서 구성주의에 기초한 롤플레잉게임(RPG) 형식의 수업을 적용하여 교육적인 인식과 의미를 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법과 관련하여 자료의 수집은 심층면담, 관찰, 관련 문서를 통해 진행하였고, 자료의 분석은 사례기록 분석과 귀납적 범주 분석방법, 그리고 사례 추출의 과정을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 교사의 인식 측면에서 살펴보면, 롤플레잉게임(RPG) 형식을 활용한 중학교 체육수업의 교사 인식은 긍정적인 면과 부정적인 면이 모두 존재한다. 둘째, 교육적 의미 측면에서 살펴보면, 롤플레잉게임(RPG) 형식을 활용한 중학교 체육수업의 교육적 의미는 체계적인 수업계획과 충분한 지원 체계의 필요성이 강조된다. 결론적으로 교육적 함의는 물론 체육교과에 대한 긍정적인 태도가 형성 될 수 있을 것이며 구성주의적 체육수업방식의 기본 토대와 그 기반의 마련은 무엇보다 큰 의미가 있다고 생각된다.

본 논문의 목적은 바흐친(Bakhtin)의 대화주의의 관점에서 플립러닝의 교육적 의미를 고찰하는 것이다. 플립러닝의 등장은 테크놀로지의 발달에 연유한다. 테크놀로지의 발달은 교육적 시공간을 재배치함으로써 수업에 대한 기존의 경직된 관점에 균열을 불러일으킨다. 새롭게 출현한 융합적 시공간 안에서 플립러닝은 수업 안과 밖의 활동을 뒤바꾸고, 강의 중심을 활동 중심으로 역전시키며, 교사와 학생의 위상과 역할을 새롭게 규정한다. 이러한 플립러닝의 시도는 대화주의의 관점에서 볼 때 다음의 교육적 의미를 지닌다. 첫째 교육적 대화의 과정을 수업의 전면으로 부각시킨다. 둘째, 교육적 대화에의 참여가 확장 강화된다. 셋째, 지식에 대한 기존의 권위를 해체한다. 넷째, 학습자 자신의 목소리에 권위를 부여함으로써 교육적 대화에서의 학습자 주도성을 높인다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate critically the existing educational contents and methods on knowledge uncombined with our lives and to explore directions for the integration of educational contents and methods on practical knowledge. For this, firstly, this study selected and analyzed Traditionalism and Progressivism as exclusively opposite approach to education, in particular, the aspect of contents and methods. Next, it explored to define Dewey's activity-based inquiry process. Finally, it showed that the educational contents and methods could not be separated in Dewey's activity-based inquiry process. As a result, educational contents and methods in educational practice were experiences as things integrated. Therefore, knowledge for education has been emphasized as meaningful results that learners have experienced. Once the learners recognize the value and meaning of knowledge, they will be able to internalize the genuine knowledge, moreover they will be self-directed learners. In other words, if learners could discovered their own meaning and value of knowledge in the inquiry process, they have sustainable needs, trying to be involved in the new process based on the knowledge they earned.
