A Study on Effective Operation Methods of Computer Subject in Middle School Curriculum (중학교 컴퓨터 교과의 효율적인 운영방법에 관한 연구)

  • It has been increased the importance of computer education for the knowledge information society. However day by day. But computer education is currently operated with elective subjects in discretion action scope in a middle school. These operation of elective subjects brings a tended to neglect computer course, and inappropriate class number operated from this operation deteriorates reality and efficacy of computer education. Therefore, this paper compared and analyzed various operation methods of elective subjects that have been currently operated and grasped various problems to appear according to operation methods. When computer subject is operated using results from analyzing these problems, we find the most suitable way and provide sufficient references to operate computer subject in school education.

  • It is the basic direction of revised education course to bring up the autonomous and creative Koreans to lead the 21st century. In the music education of the middle school it could be said that music program using computer is a very effective medium for learners' sake of stimulating their audio-visual sense at the same time. In this study, I will look around the facility of the computer music program and tried to find the application method to connect the creative learning activity in music class. And I will also show the application method in the musical activity area. For this, I proposed the method for students' creative learning activity in the middle of using Finale 2010 for music notation, Window Moviemaker for image editing and Goldwave for sound editing.

  • The conception of the computer education should be paid attention to use, as it has meaning of the education using the computer and the education learning the computer. As a notion of the latter, the computer education points at survey of calculation and study which is related programing. Especially study of programing demands various understandings of external fields in programing like operating system and knowledge of hardware with complex courses like coding, compiling, debugging. Existing programming has set importance on mechanical memorizing and using programing grammar so that it has not been suitable for cultivating logical thoughts. So this paper intends to analyze simple game sources coded by C which is based of programing language to develop a fundamental insight.

  • This study aims to identify problems with existing e-learning content and non-face-to-face class methods, improve students' concentration, improve class achievement and educational effectiveness, and propose an artificial intelligence class system design using a web server. By using the function of face and eye tracking using OpenCV to identify attendance and concentration, and by inducing feedback through voice or message to questions asked by the instructor in the middle of class, learners relieve boredom caused by online classes and test by runner If the score is not reached, we propose an artificial intelligence education program system design that can bridge the academic gap and improve academic achievement by providing educational materials and videos for the wrong problem.

  • Elementary school students have a great deal of interest in Internet games which provide integrated multimedia and so they become to know well the terminology used in network such as game server, Internet service, transfer time, etc. In addition, they are used to understand the technological phenomena occurring in internet. They, however, have difficulty understanding concepts and principles regarding the phenomena mentioned above because the educational contents in elementary school computer textbooks consist of only ICT education and its applications, i.e., tool-based technology. In this paper, we apply educational learning on network concepts which are the basis on the internet to classroom instruction by using problem oriented models. We conclude that the educational contents in elementary school computer education should be transferred to the area with principles and concepts.

  • In the $7^{th}$ education curriculum, computer education curriculum in the elementary and secondary schools is composited into the contents for the use of computers so that there are some limitations in teaching students the abilities for solving various problems of several areas using computers. Recently, the research has done to change the computer education curriculum for enhancing creativity and problem solving ability required by the future education. The contents of the main subject for enhancing them is of computer programming, however, there was not enough research on systematic programming education curriculum for leading to motivating learners and enhanced knowledge transfer to those learners. In this paper, we analysis the contents mathematics education curriculum with consecutive contents and in tight connection with computer education and then extract its programming related elements. Based on those, we propose a programming education curriculum with which we can teach systematically computer programing according to continual and systematic guidance in the elementary and secondary schools. And we develop a teaching model and learning guidance for teaching students programming methods with the computer programming education curriculum proposed in this paper.

  • A programming class was conducted in a current discretionary activity time-slot for computer education by using Dolittle which enhances problem solving ability and creativity for the fifth graders in elementary school. Based on this experiment, a correlation between the programming class and problem solving ability, creativity, and interests in programming of children was examined to suggest an outlook for improving the current computer education.

  • Arduino makes it easy to connect objects and computers. As a result, programming learning using physical computing has been proposed as an effective alternative to SW training for beginners. In this paper, we propose an Arduino-based physical computing education method that can be applied to basic programming subjects. To this end, we propose a basic programming training method based on Arduino analog signals. Currently, physical computing courses focus on digital control when connecting input sensors and output devices in Arduino. However, the contents of programming education using analog signals of Arduino boards are insufficient. In this paper, we proposed and tested the teaching method used for programming education using low-cost materials used for Arduino analog signal-based computing.

  • 영재교육의 목표는 개인의 자아실현 및 국가 사회에 이바지하는 인재를 양성하는 데 있다. 그러나 그 동안 우리의 영재교육이 지적인 영역에 치중한 결과, 우리나라 영재의 리더십 수준은 미국의 일반 학생과 비슷하다는 분석이 제기되기도 하였다. 지적능력만 뛰어난 영재는 현대사회에서 요구하는 타인을 배려하고 소통하며 합리적 의사결정을 내릴 수 있는 인재상과는 거리가 멀다. 이에 본 논문에서는 정보영재를 위한 리더십 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 도구로 SNS를 활용하였다. SNS는 다양한 자료를 검색, 공유할 수 있고 사람사이의 관계 맺기, 타인과의 소통을 기반으로 하기에 리더십 교육의 목표 실현에 적합한 특징을 지녔고, 컴퓨터나 인터넷 등 첨단 기기의 사용을 즐기는 정보 영재의 특성과도 일치하는 도구이기 때문이다. 유투브, 위키피디아, 트위터 등의 SNS를 사용하여 동영상을 제작하고 간단한 메시지로 타인과 소통하며, 위키에서 협업하여 과제를 수행해나가는 과정을 통해 대인관계와 조직능력, 타인과 공동체 배려 등 리더십이 향상될 것으로 기대한다.

  • 정부의 인공지능 국가전략을 통해 인공지능 교육은 초등학교에서도 필수교육으로 대두되고 있다. 또한 인공지능 소양을 습득하기 위해 타 교과와 융합한 인공지능 융합 교육의 필요성이 증가하고 있고, 인공지능 발달에 대한 수학의 역할을 고려하여 수학 교과를 통해 인공지능의 이해를 기르는 것이 강조되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수학 교과와 인공지능 교과가 융합한 인공지능 융합 교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 초등학교 3~4학년 수학 교과의 도형 분류를 의사 결정 나무 모델을 활용하여 가르치는 인공지능 융합 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 프로그램은 초등학생의 인공지능 개념학습을 통한 인공지능 기초소양 함양뿐만 아니라 수학 교과의 이해 및 성취도 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
