가정전문간호사 교육프로그램 인정기준 및 표준 교육과정 개발 (The Development of Certificates Criteria and Curriculum in Home Healthcare Nurse Specialist Program)

  • Purpose: To make a contribution to raising the quality of nursing and home healthcare services through reviewing the present state of home healthcare nurse specialist training institutions and education programs and creating concrete measures to establish high-quality education courses. Method: International comparative study of accreditation criteria and curriculum in home healthcare nurse specialist program. Result: The Authorization Standards of home healthcare nurse training institutions consists of 8 items, 23 evaluation criteria and 72 evaluation indexes. Proposal to develop a specialist training program: Curriculum. Modify and complement a present homecare nurse education program. Curriculum I. Designate two forms of certification. The first certification has been granted the authority to serve as a manager and open a home healthcare agency to nurses having masters degrees and clinical experience for five years. The second certification is allowed to perform general home healthcare after having completed a short term training course. Currculum 2. To meet increasing demands, granting a certification to perform home healthcare to registered nurses having clinical experience of more than three years. Conclusion: These results can be utilized in the home healthcare educational program for raising the quality of nurses and home healthcare services.

제7차 교육과정 실행에 관한 교사의 인식 분석 (A Study on Teachers' Perception of the 7th Curriculum Implementation)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the teachers' perception of the 7th curriculum implementation. The subjects were 540 elementary school teachers. Investigation was conducted with questionaires which have 40 questions in 4 domains about the 7th curriculum. The results of the study were as follows: First, teachers' perception level of curriculum implementation was mechanical use(level 3). Second, in the comparison of level by implementing domains, the domains of the essential, ideology, educational objectives and evaluation were lower than the domains of educational contents, teaching methods and materials. Third, in the comparison of teachers' personal characterristics, there was no difference between male and female in all domains. But, by teaching career, experienced teachers were higher level in all domains. Also by length of in-service training with the 7th curriculum, when they have longer in-service training, they showed a higher level of curriculum implementation.

전공의 교육의 현황과 공통역량교육에 대한 요구 (Current Status of the Resident Education Program and the Necessity of a General Competency Curriculum)

  • In order to adapt to the rapidly changing medical environment, it is important to advance not only the basic medical education in medical schools but also that of residents. The quality of the training environment and educational goals for residency must also be improved for specialists. Although each institute including internal medicine, general surgery, family medicine, etc., strives to standardize, sets educational goals, and develops content to train capable specialists, the education programs focus on special techniques and competency of medical care for patients. The training environment of each residency program is different in each trainee hospital, and hospitals are making an effort to set education goals for the residents and improve their education programs. In Korea, there is no common core education program for residents, while in the United States, the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education is responsible for the development and evaluation of a standardized curriculum for residents, and in Canada, CanMEDs presents a basic curriculum to help residents develop competency. Fully capable specialists have more than just clinical competency; they also need a wide range of abilities including professionalism, leadership, communication, cooperation, in addition to taking part in continuous professional development/continuing medical education activities. We need to provide a core curriculum for residency to demonstrate attention to and knowledge about health problems of the community.

미용교육과정 인식과 직무활용도 및 직무만족도 관련 연구 (A Study on Cognition, Job Utilization and Satisfaction in Beauty Education)

  • 본 연구는 미용전공 졸업생 205명을 대상으로 미용교육과정 인식이 현장활용성, 직무활용도, 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 전공별 각 요인들의 차이를 분석하는 것을 연구목적으로 설문을 진행하였다. 연구결과 피부는 실습, 기타 전공은 기술적인 면, 실기 테크닉 및 현장감 있는 교육에 대한 요구가 가장 많았고, 모든 전공이 이론<실습 형태의 교육과정, 실습 위주 수업을 요구하였다. 미용교육과정 인식 및 현장활용성이 낮게 나타났고 자격증 교육과정, 직무활용도 및 직무만족도 인식이 낮게 나타났다. 미용교육과정 인식이 현장활용성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈고(p<0.001), 교육내용은 직무활용도 하위요인과 직무만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈다(p<0.001). 결론적으로 모든 전공에서 현장활용성, 직무활용도 및 만족도를 높이기 위해 실기교육 보완, 실습 비율 증가 등 교육과정 내용을 개선할 필요성이 있는 것을 알 수 있었다.

외국 전공의 수련교육의 제도 및 시사점 (Overseas Residency Training Systems and Implications for Korea)

  • Medical education, competency, and outcome-based medical education started as part of the basic medical education curriculum in advanced countries 20 years ago, and such an approach was adopted in residency training. General competency training is at the core of residency training in advanced countries, and it goes beyond competency and outcome-based training to the extent that in a milestone training system, competency development is expected and measured with set competency achievements at each level. Recently, for the purpose of ensuring that doctors uphold patient safety and fulfill their obligations, entrustable professional activities (EPA) were applied at the beginning of residency when doctors move away from clinical trials and start actual care. The adoption of EPA in all residency training curriculum has spread very rapidly in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Presently, Korea lags behind other countries significantly as the adoption of competency and outcome-based medical education in residency training has just begun. It is time to identify the current state of the Korean residency training system, and then design and practice a well-established system with a long-term view based on cooperation across the whole medical industry.

2015 개정 체육과 교육과정에 대한 체육교사의 관심도 분석 (The Analysis on interest of the physical education teachers about the revised physical education curriculum in 2015)

  • 본 연구는 CBAM 모형에 근거하여 2015 개정 교육과정 실행을 앞두고 체육교사의 관심도를 측정하고 교사배경 변인별로 관심도의 차이를 분석하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 K지역 중·고등학교 체육교사 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전반적으로 2015 개정교육과정에 대한 관심도가 매우 높게 나온 걸로 보아 중·고등학교 체육교사들은 2015 개정 교육과정이 체육수업에서 학생들에게 미치는 영향과 결과에 대해 관심이 매우 높으나, 그 방법에 대해서 2015 개정 교육과정을 제대로 실행할 수 있도록 연수와 활용방안에 대해 체계적인 접근이 필요할 것이다. 둘째, 전체학급수별로 2015 개정 교육과정에 대한 관심도가 차이가 나기 때문에 학급수별 맞춤형 2015 개정 교육과정 연수 프로그램을 개발하여 전달해야 한다. 일방적인 집합형태의 전달연수에서 벗어나 학급 수에 따른 연수와 자료의 전달방법이 달라야 할 것이다. 셋째, 2015 개정 교육과정의 안정적인 정착을 위해 체육교사의 관심도 수준에 따른 교육과정 예시 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것이다.

교육과정의 이행에 따라 발생하는 초등학교 과학과 학습 내용 중복 및 누락에 대한 분석 (The Reformed Science Curriculum Contents Overlapped or Omitted in Elementary School Comparing with Existing Curriculum)

  • The purpose of this research is to minimize the learning deficiency on science subject in changeover from the 7th education curriculum to the next curriculum which was noticed in 2007. We investigated the contents overlapped or omitted in science contents organization between the two curriculums; moved contents to upper or lower grade, deleted contents, enlarged contents and reduced contents. Also we found that the deficiency will be occurred for the students who entered school in 2006 and 2007 in elementary school. To minimize the learning deficiency in the changeover, we must consider the following points. (1) We need to promote the teachers' comprehension about the learning deficiency and supplementary instruction through the teacher training program before carrying out the next curriculum. (2) We must add the measures minimizing the learning deficiency to the teachers' guide and resources which are used in encouragement of learning and teachers' training. (3) We must develop the instructing materials to supplement the learning deficiency for the students who entered school in 2006 and 2007. As practicing above points, we will be able to reduce time loss in studying and teaching the same contents and to supplement the omitted contents.

중학교 가정 교과서의 주생활 단원에 대한 교사의 인식과 교육에 관한 연구 (A Study on Teachers’Recognition and Teaching methods in Housing of Home Economics Text Book of Middle School)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate teachers’recognition and teaching methods in Housing of Home Economics Text Book of Middle School and to provide the basic data for the improvement of its curriculum. Home Economics teachers of the 433 schools responded in nationwide to the mailed questionaire. The selected data were manipulated by percent and verified in the way of t-test. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. Most Home Economics teachers have ever taken teacher training but there are few who have never taken any teacher training in Housing. And even those who have ever taken the training in Housing are not satisfied with the training curriculum contents. Therefore, the result of this study shows that Housing should be included in the teacher training curriculum contents, and that the teacher training curriculum contents, and that the teacher training curriculum contents should be helpful for the actual teaching and learning. 2. It is necessary to allot more houres for Housing, in that most teachers actually allot more time for Housing than presented in teachers’guide, and to develop more teaching aids for the effective instruction of Housing. In terms of the suitability of Housing to the students’learning development levels, the degree of suitability is in the order of the significance of housing, housing sanitation, the types of housing, the space for housing, the ground plan of housing, the arrangement of furniture. The contents about the interior decoration and gardening of the existing text book have turned out not to be appropriate.. In terms of the relation between the place of residence and the curriculum, Housing is suitable for the city, but not for the farming, mining, and sea village, Teachers suggest that the content of the curriculum about Housing should be varied according to the location of the school. 3. The number of the teaching aids for Housing is in the order of picture, charts and pamphlet but not sufficient.

한의학교육에서 임상술기교육의 만족도 연구 (Student Satisfaction Study of Clinical Skills Training in Korean Medical Education)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the 1st class and 2nd class's satisfaction with clinical skills training in the Korean medical curriculum. A questionnaire was given to clinical clerkship students of Pusan National University School of Korean Medicine. Methods: These items covered overall satisfaction with training, learning support environment, curriculum interconnection, training and guidance, and self-assessment. Results: Most 1st class and 2nd class respondents were satisfied with their learning support environment. However, satisfaction with curriculum interconnection was lower. Conclusions: The results of this study demonstrate that students have a high level of satisfaction with clinical skills training. It might be concluded that clinical skills training has been effectively implemented into the Korean medical education.

가정과 수업에의 적용 가능성 탐색을 위한 부모자녀간 의사소통훈련 프로그램의 효과분석 (Analysis of the Effect of Training Program for Parent-Adolescent Communication Applied to Home Economics Classes, and the Possibility to Implement the Program)

  • The Purpose of this research was to introduce communication training program for positive parent-adolescent relation into home economics education curriculum. The research applied the program named "Making the desirable world 2" which was revised by K.E.T.I(Korea Effectiveness Training Institute). This program was given two hours a week during 8 weeks. The subject of this study was 24 students, divided into two groups, the experimental and the control group. This research supposed that parent-adolescent communication and self-esteem in the experimental group would significantly increase by group training program. The results of this research are as follows. First, parent-adolescent communication in the experimental group was significantly increased by the group training program. Second, self-esteem in the experimental group was significantly increased by the group training program. For home economics education as a practical subject matter, promoting qualitative maturity of students' family life, this study aimed both at enhancing communication for positive relation of parent-adolescent by group training and implementing home economics education curriculum practically.
