In recent years, the use of BIM in domestic construction has been increasing, but it is used mainly for internal and external visualization rather than for BIM design including drawings. For this reason, several studies have highlighted the lack of libraries and economic problems for BIM design. In other words, for the most economically small domestic design offices, activating the BIM design is a negative factor because it is difficult to invest the necessary manpower and cost to produce and use the required BIM library. The BIM design can be more applicable if the library can be supplied economically, easily, and quickly. In this study, BIM library business model and consideration factors that can provide BIM library service economically, easily, and quickly by considering the existing building material selection task and BIM library are presented. The proposed business model will increase the number of suppliers of BIM libraries, which are lacking in Korea, and will enable an effective BIM design at low cost and effort. If a service that reflects the business model proposed in this study is made, an integrated database that can consistently share information in the design, construction, and maintenance stages will be constructed. This can monitor the changes in material and equipment information during the life cycle of the building. The database can be used to monitor any changes in material and equipment information throughout the life cycle of a building, so that it can be used as historical data for effective design and maintenance as well as for material and equipment upgrades.
Sustainable industrial development which can minimize an ecological effect by the mankind exertion is recently interested due to an environmental contamination and a resource exhaustion problem. An eco-industrial park (EIP) is a community of manufacturing and service businesses seeking enhanced environmental and economic performance through collaboration in managing environmental and resource issues, including energy, water, and materials. EIP developments which improve a production plant within an eco-friendly greenfield and design a new industrial ecosystem are accomplished recently, which can efficiently re-use the waste and resources from each company within EIP. In this review, the outside and domestic case studies of EIP and cornerstone technologies to develop the EIP, such as energy integration, waste reuse, mass flow analysis, water pinch, and life cycle assessment, are summarized.

Domestically, technical condition evaluation for breakwaters has been conducted through safety checks and safety diagnosis. If necessary, maintenance for the facility is conducted. However, in recent years, the need for infrastructure management has been increasing from a life-cycle-cost perspective. For these reasons, the "Sustainable Infrastructure Management Basic Act" was enacted. Previously, only the technical part of the breakwaters was evaluated. However, based on the act, comprehensive management of breakwaters will be possible through performance improvement by adding economic and political evaluations. In this study, evaluation factors and evaluation methods were developed for a breakwater rehabilitation project. The purpose of this study is to present a development direction, items, and methods for the evaluation of breakwater performance improvement to be applied in future practice. This study reviews the concept of maintenance and performance improvement, the literature related to performance improvement, and the project type for the common standard of performance improvement. Evaluation items and evaluation methods for breakwater rehabilitation are suggested to be reviewed by experts. The methodology suggested in this study could be used for preventive maintenance and to reduce accidents.

The greenhouse whitefly, Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood) and the sweet potato whitefly, Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) are serious insect pests that have a wide host range including cucumber, tomato, and pepper. In this study, we tested larvicidal efficacy of several on-the-market environment-friendly agricultural materials (EFAM) to select the effective products after the target pests were stabilized in indoor rearing condition. The developmental periods of two whiteflies are as follows: in the case of T. vaporariorum, egg duration is 9.6 days and nymph is 18.9 days, and in the case of B. tabaci, egg duration is 7.4 days and nymph is 15.2 days under $25^{\circ}C$ with relative humidity (RH) of $60{\pm}5%$ and a photoperiod of 16 L:8D. The total period of T. vaporariorum was 5 days longer than B. tabaci. Among 22 EFAMs six products showed more than 60% of insecticide efficacy against T. vaporariorum BTV B, BTV D, BTV G, BTV L, BTV M, and BTV S. On the other hand, seven EFAM products showed over 60% of insecticide efficacy against B. tabaci BTV D, BTV G, BTV K, BTV L, BTV M, BTV N, and BTV U. In the case of Spodptera litura previously, 16 EFAMs were tested against $2^{nd}$ instar S. litura, and six EFAMs were found to have more than 90% efficacy. Test of these six EFAMs against entire larval stages were performed in this study. Although some of these products showed still more than 90% of insecticidal efficacy against up to $3^{rd}$ instar larvae, the efficacy of these EFAMs sharply decreased as ages increase, resulting in less than 60% of efficacy of the products at most. This result indicates the difficulty to control S. litura with the on-the-market EFAMs alone under economic injury level. Collectively, it is required to find more EFAMs, and find alternative method, and combined way of controlling to control those insect pests tested in this study.
In becoming parents, the marital partners enter into a new developmental phase. The conception of the child is an act of mutual creativity during which the boundaries between the self and another were temporarily obliterated more completely than at any time since infancy. The infant is a physical fusion of the parents, and their personalities unite within the child. for many women, creativity as a mother becomes a central matter that provides meaning and balance to their lives. The husband usually has strong desires for an offspring and can be transformed by it. The child can profoundly affect one or both parents, and the influences are reciprocal-a child's needs or specific difficulties uncover a parent's inadequacy. following the child's development, each transition into a new developmental phase requires an adaptation by the parents, and one or another of these required adaptations may disturb a parent's equilibirium. And the personality changes, emotional difficulties, and regressions of a spouse that occur in response to some phase of parenthood can upset the marriage. Not only do children identify with parents, but parents also identify with their children. The parents take pleasure in child's joy and suffer with the child's pain more than in almost any other relationship. certain respects e parents lives again in the child. Through the process of identification the child can also provide one of the two parents with the opportunity to experience intimately the way in which a person of the opposite gender grows up. Parenthood also provides the opportunity to be loved, admired, and needed simply because one is a parent and, as such, a central and necessary object in the young child's life. The many potentialities for emotional satisfactions from parenthood manage to outweigh the tribulations and sacrifices that are required. The child also exerts an indirect effect through changing the parent's position in the society, for new sets of relationships are established as the parents are drawn to other couples with children of the same age, and for a new impetus toward economic and social mobility often possesses the parents. frequently the couple's relatedness to their own parents improves and grows firmer once again. Parenthood, the satisfactions it provides and the demands it makes, varies as life progresses : and changes with the parent's interests, needs, and age as well as with the children's maturation. There are phases in the child's life that the parents are reluctant to have pass, whereas they tolerate others largely through knowing that they will soon be over. The changing lives of the children provide many satisfactions that offset the tribulations, uncertainties, and regrets. The parents change. The young father, who was just starting on his carrier whom the first child was born, settles into a life pattern. He becomes secure with increasing achievement and interacts differently with the youngest child and provides a different model for him than for the oldest. The mother may have less time for a second or third child than for her first, but she may also be more assured in her handling of them. The birth of a baby when the parents art in their late thirties will find them Less capable of physical exertion with the child and less tolerant of annoyances, but they are less apt to be annoyed. Eventually the children min and leave home, but the couple do not cease to be parents.

The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching-learning plans for middle school Home Economics that practices clothing life in response to climate change. Four steps of analysis, design, development, and evaluation were used for the research. 'Phenomenon and cause, impact (environmental, economic and social) and response (relaxation and adaptation)' were selected as educational content elements for climate change through reviewing the literature related to climate change. Six types of middle school Technology and Home Economics textbooks under the 2015 revised curriculum were analyzed using the selected content elements for climate change as the basis for analysis according to the data type(reading data, picture data, activity data) and clothing use cycle (production, purchase, use, and disposal). Based on the content elements of climate change in the clothing life area extracted through textbook analysis, a total of 12 teaching-learning plans in response to climate change were developed by utilizing various teaching and learning methods, data and media. The teaching-learning plans were designed based on an integrated understanding of the phenomena, causes, effects, and responses of climate change for the students to realize the seriousness of climate change and to exercise positive influence on families and society.
Care of people with severe disabilities requires care throughout their life cycle compared to non-disabled families. For this reason, carers of severely handicapped families are highly likely to have negative feelings throughout the family as well as daily stress. Disabled families also have a high rate of experiencing difficulties between non-disabled children or married couples in life centered on the disabled. In particular, the rapid aging in Korea affects the lives of the elderly disabilities along with the aging of the caregivers. The study explored alternatives to realistic support through the past and present experiences of caregivers with disabilities through qualitative research methods, and derived hopes and expectations for the future as follows.First, after confirming the disability for infants and toddlers with disabilities, information about the support system or system is provided from the rating agency. Second, providing "customized care support" suitable for the type of disability or individual characteristics at the social, political, institutional, and economic levels. Third, the provision of programs for non-disabled children and the provision of healing programs only for families with disabilities or those with disabilities. Fourth, the provision of spaces and programs that provide rest and rest for adults with disabilities. Fifth, the application of a long-term care system for the elderly reflecting the aging age of the disabled and institutionalization of community care for the disabled. The research is meaningful in that it presents discussion points for improving the quality of life of adults and the elderly with disabilities.

Over the last decade, Saudi Arabia has experienced significant economic increases as evidenced by the 30% growth in its gross domestic product; furthermore, the construction industry has increased 10% in the same time period. Due to this significant growth, the construction industry is encountering issues related to construction quality resulting in significant waste and associated environmental impacts. In this research, we applied our previously developed framework that integrates three different methods-Lean, Green, and Six-sigma - to a residential construction complex in Saudi Arabia. Our aim of this case study was to explore the application of the framework in practice to glean quantitative results and further validate the framework. In the case study, we used the developed framework to identify a significant issue related to quality and delays - final completion of 53 residential units was delayed because of failed exterior buildings surfaces. We then used the framework to define the causes behind the defects via a field investigation of the 53 units. Of the defect, construction execution was responsible for 43% of the defect, 31% untrained workers, 19% unfavorable construction weather condition, with 7% accounting for other issues. A procedure was developed in concert with the construction manager and overall developer reducing the amount of rework and waste causes revealed by the field examination and the framework. Although two steps were added to the original construction process to overcome waste causes, still save a lot of resources and reduces environmental impact. In summary, we found that the Lean, Green, Six-sigma framework increased productivity, quality, and reduced waste.

Thie study presents the biomass-derived jet (bio-jet) fuel production technologies for greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction in aviation sector. The aviation sector is responsible for the 2% of the world anthropogenic $CO_2$ emissions and the 10% of the fuel consumption: airlines' costs for fuel reach 30% of operating costs. In addition, the aviation traffic is expected to double within 15 years from 2012, while fuel consumption and $CO_2$ emissions should double in 25 years. Biojet fuels have been claimed to be one of the most promising and strategic solutions to mitigate aviation emissions. This jet fuel, additionally, must meet ASTM International specifications and potentially be a100% drop-in replacement for current petroleum jet fuel. In this study, the current technologies for producing renewable jet fuels, categorized by alcohols-to-jet, oil-to-jet, syngas-to-jet, and sugar-to-jet pathways are reviewed for process, economic analysis and life cycle assessment (LCA) on conversion pathways to bio-jet fuel.
To estimate the usability of resident register for the statistical purpose this study compares resident register with census data. The comparison shows that the differences between resident register and census data are closely related with life cycle. Among the aged the incorrect registration is supposed as the main cause for the difference, while among the other age groups the problems rise mainly from their social and economic activities. Especially among the age group between 15 and 24 level of the difference is very high, which results from university entrance and employment. This result confirms the importance of the comparison between these data according to age groups. The structural character of this difference suggests that the difference can be explained and reduced through policies.
