Railways are very important to get stability of railway structure as transportation system carrying a lot of passengers and freight. These days the construction of underground railway crossing such as expansion of new roads, construction of subway and gas pipe is increasing because of economic and social development. But these kinds of construction didn't take into account Cost-benefit analysis of railway which has the most important aspects of railway safety, so the results of construction didn't get a good evaluation. This study adapt Cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the economic validity of underground railway crossing. This study adjust about Cost-benefit analysis of railway part, and analyze the new method and technology of underground railway crossing constructed by Korean National Railroad and Railway Network Authority. Also this study divide between high frequency line and low frequency lineusing B/C, NPV, and IRR analysis. After analysis, B/C ratio method is the most suitable method among B/C, NPV, and IRR analysis method. Therefore this study can express economic benefit quantitatively and decrease the cost by adapting Cost-benefit analysis, and can clearly express the construction feasibility and investment effects of construction of underground railway crossing method.

최근 세계 건설시장에서는 기업인수합병(Mergers and Acquisitions, M&A)을 통한 기업가치 증대사례가 증가하고 있다. 세계 건설기업들 중 상위권에 속하는 건설기업들은 다양한 분야로의 기업인수합병을 통하여 시장다각화를 추진하고 발주자의 다양한 요구를 수용하고 있으며 이를 바탕으로 시장점유율을 높이고 기업 매출을 증대시키고 있다. 이와 유사하게 국내 건설시장에서도 지난 2002년 이후 기업인수합병 사례가 급격하게 증가하고 있으나 그 급격한 성장추세에도 불구하고 그 성과는 제대로 평가되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 EVA 기법을 활용하여 M&A를 통한 국내 건설기업 경영성과의 변화추세를 살펴보고자 한다.

Recently, Construction Projects are being much bigger and more complex. So the importance of Construction Planning and Management is increasing and increasing because of the Construction Projects is involved in a variety of construction-related subjects. Competitive of the Construction Industry decided Cost, Construction Duration and Productivity. But they were just focused on Cost Saving instead of Construction Duration and Productivity. However, they have to finish construction projects using minimum cost and duration with quality and function of required level for successful Construction projects. Thus, current high exchange rate and high period, it is clear to decrease construction cost and to do economic construction in huge Construction Projects and it means more advanced Construction Schedule Management needs for economic construction. But Construction Scheduling Planning, basic of Construction Schedule Management, adjusted contract period without Pre-Planning, just depending on experience and ability of Construction Engineer. Because of that, this study suggests new Duration Estimate Method using Stochastic Model in BIM Environment for advanced Construction Schedule Management. Existing Duration Estimate Methods are just modified wrong points of them or analyzed effective factors of construction schedule. However, New Duration Estimate Method is just consists of Stochastic Model and BIM Environment without existing Duration Estimate Methods. So, new method has creativity and specialty. After this research, it would be a great model in construction industry field.

국내 건설기업은 해외건설 경기 체감지수를 통한 해외건설 전망자료가 없어 해외진출 전략 수립에 어려움이 있다. 또한, 최근 10년간 해외건설수주의 변동 폭은 매우 크고, 대기업과 중소기업이 적극적으로 해외진출을 하고 있기 때문에, 이에 본 연구에서는 해외건설기업의 경기체감을 파악할 수 있는 해외건설경기 체감지수 평가모델을 개발하였다. 해외건설은 2021년에 코로나-19, 저유가 등 여러 어려움 속에서도 지역 다변화 등 건설업체의 진출전략 강화 노력과 정부의 수주지원 등으로 전년대비 87% 수준인 306억 달러를 달성하였다. 이러한 해외건설의 경기는 국제 환경변화에 변동 폭이 매우 크기 때문에 해외건설기업의 경기 체감지수를 조사 및 분석하여 제공할 필요가 있다. 특히 중소규모의 건설업체와 엔지니어링업체의 해외진출이 증가함에도 불구하고, 해외건설경기 체감지수에 대한 정보제공이 미흡하여, 해외건설 진출전략을 수립하는데 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 해외건설기업의 경기체감을 파악할 수 있는 해외건설경기 체감지수 모델을 개발하고, 해외건설 전망을 제공하여, 해외건설 전략 및 정책수립에 활용하고자 한다.

공사감리문서는 프로젝트의 수행과정을 제3의 독립적인 위치에서 모니터링한 종합적인 점검의견이라는 주요한 비정형 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 이와 같은 비정형 정보는 최근 분석방법론의 고도화에 따라 다양한 시사점을 제공할 수 있는 유의미한 자료로 평가받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 건축공사의 최종 감리보고서 내 비정형 데이터를 대상으로 다양한 방법론을 활용하여 비용성과를 평가할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 세부적으로는 텍스트마이닝과 사회연결망분석을 통해 감리보고서 내 주요 키워드들을 도출하고, 해당 데이터들을 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 분석하여 비용성과를 평가하였다. 그 결과, 감리보고서 내 비정형 데이터를 이용하여 추정된 비용성과 예측 정확도는 약 73% 수준으로 높게 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 건설산업에서 발생되는 다양한 비정형 데이터의 분석을 위한 기초자료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 예상된다.

자재 및 재고관리에 관한 부분은 전 산업 분야에서 기업의 이익을 위해 고려되는 주요 요소 중 하나이지만 국내 건설 프로젝트에서는 조달 관리의 중요성이 상대적으로 평가절하 되어왔고 기존의 재고관리에 관한 연구는 개별 요소로 한정되어 많이 연구되었으며 제조업의 이론을 도입하는 단계에 머물렀다. 따라서 건설 프로젝트의 자재 및 재고관리를 전체적인 프로세스 관점에서 바라보고 개선하며 기존 이론의 도입에 더하여 건설 프로젝트 특성 반영이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 계획 단계의 현장 관점에서 야적장의 면적과 재고량을 이용하여 경제적주문량을 결정하는 자재관리 프로세스를 제안하고 이를 건설 현장의 기존 프로세스와 비교하여 그 유용성을 검증하였다.

본 연구에서는 검증시험결과를 활용한 말뚝기초의 경제적인 설계절차를 제안하였다. 그리고 비경제적인 말뚝기초의 설계관행을 해소하기 위하여 6개 사례를 선정하여 설계를 목적으로 한 말뚝 정재하시험 (즉, 검증시험)을 수행하고, 검증시험 결과를 활용하여 건설비용 절감효과를 분석하였다. 말뚝기초 건설비용 절감효과는, 말뚝의 하중지지능력을 확인할 수 있는 소구경 말뚝에서는 34 - 47 %로 나타났으며, 말뚝의 최대하중지지능력 확인이 곤란한 대구경 말뚝에서는 0 - 55 %로 나타났다.

North-South Korea economic integration is progressing slowly given the sensitive responses to changes in internal and external conditions. Nevertheless, advanced discussions focusing on North-South Korean economic cooperation should continue. Given this background, various studies of the economic effects of economic integration between North and South Korea have been conducted, but research on agricultural issues has been limited. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the economic integration of South and North Korea on the agricultural market. In this study, a simultaneous equation model was constructed using a growth model. Solow's growth accounting approach is used to construct a model for estimating the macroeconomic effect of North-South economic integration. Also, the construction of growth accounting formulas subdivided into South and North Korea as well as agriculture and non-agricultural fields during the construction of the growth model is a major research achievement and differentiates it from previous studies. It is expected that the results of this study will serve as basic information for preparing policy measures to promote integration. However, there are many limitations when estimating the economic effects of North-South agricultural integration and obtaining policy implications given the insufficient available statistical data on agriculture in North Korea and the lack of related studies in the agricultural field. Therefore, it should be noted that there is an inherent problem in that the analysis results vary greatly depending on the assumptions set, as there is inevitably no choice but to rely on many and strong assumptions.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is of increasing interest to both industry practitioners and academics because of increasing public awareness of environmental, economic and social sustainability. The last decade witnessed a large number of studies on the development of CSR principles and the implementation of CSR in various industries such as the mining industry, oil industry and food industry. However, there is limited number of CSR studies focusing on the construction industry. Considering the critical role the construction industry plays in achieving economic, social and environmental sustainability, it is imperative to extend the current CSR research to the construction sector. This paper provides a critical review of literature related to corporate social responsibility in construction context. A special focus is placed on the current practice adopted by the industry to be socially responsible. A research agenda is set up to tackle this critical issue.
