서비스 이익 사슬 모델을 활용한 친환경 자동차 정비 서비스품질, 고객만족, 장기지향성 간의 관계에 대한 연구: 내부 및 외부 고객 간 비교를 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationship between Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Long-term Orientation for Eco-Friendly Car Maintenance Using Service Profit Chain Model: Focusing on Comparison between Internal and External Customers)

  • This study is to identify the maintenance service quality of eco-friendly cars, which are rapidly increasing recently. Research is conducted by synthesizing research from the perspectives of internal employees and external customers by using the service profit chain model. Specifically, it is to study the overall structural relationship between internal customer satisfaction, physical quality, interaction quality, outcome quality, external customer satisfaction and long-term orientation. For the study, 202 questionnaires were collected from internal employees and 204 questionnaires from external customers. The results of testing the research hypotheses targeting the internal employee group are as follows. As a result of testing hypothesis 1, internal customer satisfaction has a significant positive (+) effect on physical quality and interaction quality. As a result of testing hypothesis 2, the service quality of eco-friendly car maintenance has a significant positive (+) effect on each other. As a result of testing hypothesis 3, physical quality and outcome quality have a significant positive (+) effect on external customer satisfaction. The results of testing the research hypotheses targeting an external customer group are as follows. As a result of testing hypothesis 2, in the relationship between eco-friendly car maintenance service quality, physical quality has a significant positive (+) effect on interaction quality, and interaction quality has a significant positive (+) effect on outcome quality. As a result of testing hypothesis 3, interaction quality and outcome quality have a significant positive (+) effect on external customer satisfaction. As a result of testing Hypothesis 4, external customer satisfaction has a significant positive (+) effect only on intention to reuse. Finally, as a result of examining the difference in perception between the internal employee group and the external customer group in eco-friendly car maintenance service quality and external customer satisfaction, it was verified that there was a significant difference only in outcome quality and external customer satisfaction.

  • 본 연구는 전기차를 렌트한 이용자의 만족도가 전기차 구매에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 검증을 목적으로 한다. 연구 결과, 전기 렌터카 이용 후 만족도와 유의미한 상관관계를 가지는 요인으로 성별, 연령, 정숙성 및 승차감, 충전 인프라가 확인되었으며, 연령, 정숙성 및 승차감, 충전 인프라 요인은 전기 렌터카 이용 후 만족도를 통해 전기차 구매 관심 및 의도에 영향력을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구의 차별성은 전기차 체험을 통한 전기차 보급 견인의 주요 수단으로서 전기 렌터카에 초점을 맞추어 실증연구를 통해 분석했다는 측면과 전기 렌터카를 통해 전기차를 처음 경험한 이용자들을 분석 대상으로 한정했다는 측면을 들 수 있다.

  • Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation - which is operating the subway lines No. 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Seoul's subway - has been operating a variety of motor cars and rail inspection vehicles to transport workers and materials into the tunnel at night after the daily revenue service for the maintenance of tunnel structure and track. However, the air quality in tunnels has been contaminated due to the operation of diesel engine cars, and rail inspection vehicles are now having higher chances of risks since the lightweight vehicles made with aluminum bogie became too obsolete. In this study, MRT type eco-friendly electric multi-inspection car has been elaborated for the purpose of improvement of tunnel environment and replacement of motor cars and rail inspection vehicles.

소비자의 도덕적 동기와 주행 거리가 전기 자동차의 유용성 지각 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Moral Motivation and Driving Distance on the Perceived Usefulness and Purchase Intention of Electric Vehicles)

  • Purpose - This study examines the effect of consumers' motivations on the perception and purchase intentions of electric cars. Specifically, it empirically analyzes how moral motivations based on personal environmental values and norms in car usage and purchasing influence the perceived usefulness and purchase intentions of electric cars. Furthermore, it investigates whether the influence of moral motivations on perceived usefulness and purchase intentions varies according to the user's driving characteristics. Design/methodology/approach - An online survey was conducted with 234 respondents, by setting criteria for participants as car owners or primary car users within their households, ensuring the sample composition was not biased in terms of the presence or absence of experience with eco-friendly cars. Findings - The research findings indicate that perceived usefulness mediates the effect of consumers' moral motivations on their intention to purchase electric cars. The results of the moderating effect of driving distance on perceived usefulness revealed a significant interaction effect; however, there was no significant interaction effect on purchase intentions. Specifically, for individuals with shorter driving distances, as consumers' moral motivations increase, their perception of the usefulness of electric cars also increases. In contrast, for those with longer driving distances, the increase in perceived usefulness due to moral motivations shows a decreasing trend. Research implications or Originality - This study considered individual driving characteristics that previous research on electric vehicle adoption overlooked, and suggested that setting specific communicating points for electric cars according to driving distance levels might be effective. Lastly, it proposes directions for future research that motivations influencing eco-friendly vehicle purchases may differ based on driving characteristics

Development of the Multi-mobility Sharing Service Management System - A Case Study of Kashiwa City, Japan -

  • 기존 카쉐어링 시스템은 원웨이 트립 수요에 대한 대응과 타 쉐어링 시스템과의 연계가 어려운 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 원웨이와 라운드웨이 트립에 대응이 가능하며, 자동차(전기/가솔린), 전기오토바이, 자전거 등의 다양한 교통수단을 공유할 수 있는 멀티모빌리티 쉐어링 서비스 메니지먼트 시스템을 개발하여 일본 치바현 카시와시 카시와노하지역과 나가레야마시에 모의실험을 실시하였다. 모의실험 결과, 이 시스템을 통해 전체 자동차 트립 중 54.9%의 원웨이 트립 수요가 충족되었으며, 전체 이용자 중 43.9%가 공통 인터페이스를 통해 복수의 교통수단을 이용한 것이 확인되었다. 또한, 차량의 공동이용과 친환경 차량 이용을 통해 이산화탄소 배출량도 삭감에도 공헌하였다. 개발된 쉐어링 시스템은 기존 카쉐어링 시스템 보다 다양한 교통수요에 대응하면서 이동성을 향상 시킬 것으로 기대된다.

에너지총조사를 이용한 차량 선택 요인 분석 (Analysis of Vehicle Selection Factors Using Energy Census)

  • 본 연구는 에너지총조사 자료를 이용하여 친환경 차량의 보급과 관련하여 소비자의 차량 선택에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하였다. 기존의 차량 선택에 대한 소비자 선호의 연구는 대부분 단편적인 설문조사를 이용하였는데, 매번 설문조사표와 설문대상이 바뀌어서 지속적이고 일관성 있는 분석이 불가능하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 주기적으로 수행되는 에너지총조사 자료를 이용하여 차량 선택에 대한 소비자 선호 분석이 가능하다는 것을 보여주고자 하였다. 에너지총조사는 많은 표본의 유용한 정보를 수집함에도 불구하고 많은 경우 단순 통계를 작성하는 데 한정적으로 사용되고 있다. 2017년 에너지총조사의 수송부문 마이크로데이터 2,771개 자료를 바탕으로 소비자의 선택에 따라 변화하는 대안 특성 변수인 차량 가격, 연료 효율, 차량모델 수를 수집하여 컨조인트 분석이 가능하도록 자료를 변환하고 분석하였다. 분석 결과 연료비 1만 원당 주행 거리가 1km(연료 효율 1단위) 증가할 때마다 해당 연료 차량의 선택 확률은 2.2% 증가하고, 대체 가능한 차량의 모델 수가 하나 증가할 때마다 해당 차량의 선택 확률은 20.5% 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 별도의 조사 없이 주기적으로 국가에서 시행되는 에너지총조사 결과를 이용하여 자동차 선택에 대한 소비자 선호를 분석하는 것이 가능하다는 것을 보여주었다.

  • Now days, the demands of new type hull lines and optimum design in relation with the EEDI (Energy Efficiency Design Index) regulation and eco-friendly high efficiency vessel design are mandatory clauses in Euro financial crises era. Therefore, in correlation with the above, we tried to find the optimum results and revealed the alterations of supporting structure for liftable car deck latch on PCTC. Generally, PCTC (Pure Car & Truck Carrier) design has been performed by 2 pillar space model F. E analysis without vehicle loads on liftable car deck to evaluate the structural adaptability. So, we applied mentioned vehicle loads on pillar and side transverse web on model to compare with not applied model and performed the ultimate strength analysis of improved design for the safety evaluation.

Study on a Fully Electrified Car Ferry Design Powered by Removable Battery Systems Considering Domestic Coastal Environment

  • As increasing the international community's awareness of greenhouse gas reduction, the demand for eco-friendly ship fuel has accelerated recently. The fundamental aim of this study is to develop a new type of fully electrified ferry for passengers and cars considering Korean domestic coastal environmental conditions. Several technical difficulties are encountered in applying a fully electric propulsion system based on removable battery systems into a ship due to limitations imposed by the batteries' size and capacity. This paper reviews and analyzes marine environment regulations strengthened recently, technology trends related to fully electric propulsion vessels in each country, and Korean domestic coastal environments. We propose a new fully electrified car ferry design with a displacement of 400 t applied in Korea. It is powered by removable battery systems pre-charged in a safe inland charging station. The mobile battery system is developed to enable roll-on and roll-off using wheels. The characteristics of the ship motion are analyzed based on the weight and location of the battery systems. We expect our battery systems to be applicable to larger ships in the future.

공기 엔진의 에너지 효율 평가 (Evaluation of the Energy Efficiency of the Air Engine)

  • Nowadays, many people are trying to develop eco-friendly engines such as the electric motor and the air engine because the I.C. engine cause a lot of pollutants. Nevertheless of these effort, there are few evaluation and comparison of these engines to conventionally used I.C. engines. Because of this, it is difficult to determine that the eco-friendly engines are really energy saving engines. In this paper, the efficiency of the air engine is calculated. The air engine does not cause environmental pollution problem because it uses "Compressed air". Due to the air engine operated at a low temperature and spark-free condition, this engine can be used in extreme condition for safety. Despite the many advantages of the air engine, there are few analysis on the air engine because of an air engine is low energy density.
