PC계 혼화제 사용 콘크리트의 조강특성 및 내구특성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Properties of High Early Strength & Durability of Concrete using PC Admixture)

  • This study reports the properties of high early strength & durability of concrete using PC admixture. To apply these data to construction site, we did the lab tests. The target of this study is to accomplish early strength of concrete(5.0 MPa/18 hr), and we did the durability tests such as length change test, chloride ion penetration test, adiabatic test, etc. PC type was more excellent than PNS type admixture. According to these tests, we concluded that we can apply this type of PC admixture to the civil & construction site, and we can reduce the term of works and finally we can accomplish the economical construction.

  • In many countries a considerable amount of demolition wastes is generated and wastes concrete constitutes a significant proportion of the construction waste. Therefore, the necessity for the use of recycled aggregate in concrete arise and the reuse of a waste concrete may solve the problems of environmental pollution and shortage of natural aggregate. According to this study is to examine the possibility of site adoption microwave-use early strength estimation method. Based on the existed study related the plain concrete, the interrelation between recycled aggregate concrte and microwave-use early strength estimation method is required.

  • 건설공사에서 콘크리트의 조기강도 확보를 통한 거푸집 탈형시기의 결정은 공기단축 및 경제성 측면에서 중요한 기술이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 실용적인 콘크리트 재료와 소요의 압축강도 기준을 만족하는 조강 콘크리트 배합을 개발한 후 현장 적용함으로써 실용화를 목표로 콘크리트의 조기강도발현기술을 개발하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this paper was to study of blast furnace slag cement of high early strength and replacement ordinary portland cement. we prepared the specimens of cement and concrete with various mixing proportions of elementary materials. For example, clinker, gypsum(1~10%), fineness $4, 000~6, 000cm^2/g$ of blast furnace slag(30~50%), limestone etc. As a result of this study, fineness $(4, 000cm^2/g)$ blast furnace slag was of used replacement ordinary portland cement and fineness $(6, 000cm^2/g)$ blast furnace slag was of used blast furnace slag cement of high early strength.

  • This study reports the properties of high early strength of concrete using PC admixture. To apply these data to construction site, we did the lab tests and mock-up test. The target of this study is to accomplish early strength of concrete(5 MPa/18 hr), and we tested by the different factors, such as the type of admixtures, curing temperature, the amount of binder, etc. Through the test of concrete using the different type of admixture, PC type was more excellent than PNS type admixture. According to these tests, we concluded that we can apply this type of PC Admixture to the civil & construction site, and we can reduce the term of works and finally we can accomplish the economical construction.

  • In this study, the experimental study on the early age compressive strength of cement mortar using anti freezer and hardening accelerator at low temperature was conducted. For this study, all of materials for experiment were kept in a low temperature for 24 hours before mortar mixing. After mortar curing at low temperature, compressive strength was measured at the early ages. Furthermore, properties of hardened cement material was analysed using TG-DTA and MIP.

  • This is an experimental study to investigate chante of early strength of polymer concrete due to curing temperature change. Polymer binders that were used in the experiment include 2 types of epoxy system and 4 types of polyester system which are commercially producer in Korea. The study result showed that there was a difference in early strength by curing temperature. At $35^{\circ}C$ which is a higher than normal curing temperature, higher strengths were developed in polymer concretes prepared with KB-Clear and YD-128 of epoxy system, and G-550 and H-660 of polyester system. However, at the same temperature, reduced strengths were obtained for FH-103 and TR-132 of polyester system. Further study under various curing conditions with humidity and temperature change will warrant more generalized result.

  • Admixture compounds for reducing setting time and accelerating early strength development of redispersible polymer powder-modified mortars were made by mixing various inorganic accelerating inorganic materials. Redispersible polymer powder-modified mortars are prepared with various accelerator contents, and it was tested for setting time, flexural and compressive strengths. As a result, the accelerators contribute to strength development of the mortars in the early curing age of 12h or less. In the viewpoint of early strength development of redispersible polymer powder-modified mortars, an accelerator content of $20\%$ is recommended.
