E-commerce and business information systems are being introduced in most of enterprises with the development of internet recently. Meanwhile the introduction of enterprise portal concepts and the enterprise informatization provide a necessary premise for insuring a competitive power. Therefore, it became necessary to research on the project of reusing the data of e-commerce. In this paper, we make a domestic maker the subject and implement a XML based electronic catalog(e-catalog) system for electronic commerce(e-commerce) based on web. The implemented XML based e-catalog system can reduce time and expenses needed for making, keeping and distribution in paper catalog systems. It also can correct the data reuse problems in the e-catalog systems implemented by HTML. Exchanging and reusing data used in e-commerce is essential to the integration between business information systems and points to the enterprise portal.

This paper provides an overview of the E-learning service education on the last decade, In the early 2000's the emphasis of educational technology was on interactive multimedia- stand alone packages on computer hard disks or portable memory, which integrated a range of media forms in the lately. Customers handle finding the best sources of content.The system then uses social signals such as those coming from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, delicious as well as clicks and views. The SNS and network infrastructure is sufficiently mature that the focus should shift to how to use the technology most appropriately to facilitate learning. As we study environmental conditions of the traditional internet and the mobile internet users in some ways. In this paper, analyze the nature of learning, role of educational and suggest alternative policy, innovation of e-learning service and effective e-learning environment in developing technology.

This paper suggests a new approach to IT project management based on a regular project meeting results to consider the recent project environment. The greater part of recent IT projects are related to e-business transformation. Transforming to e-business is a new problem very different from those they have been worked, in several point of views. Under e-business era, therefore any IT project is being implemented in more complex, dynamic and uncertain environment than traditional. That is, project leaders must consider more factors to control projects including resources, quality, risks, and technologies, and human resources. The project organizations and software corporations thus need to develop and establish new concepts or methodologies to manage e-business projects. In this point of view, an entropy model in this study is introduced for estimating and managing the uncertainty in project control using multi-attributes of project meeting. This paper proposes a new frame work based on entropy model using project meeting results to consider eIT project environment with a small pilot study.

This is an extended paper explaining the role of E-learning and quality development in the current situation. Amid Covid:19, E-Learning has achieved a new miles stone in imparting education and all levels of institutions have transformed their learning platform from face to face to virtual learning. In this scenario E-Learning is facing two major challenges, first to ensure the ability of computer systems or software to exchange and make use of information on virtual platform (interoperability) and secondly, developing quality learning through e-Learning. To impart learning and teaching (L&T) through E-learning, Middle East University (MEU) has adopted Learning Management Services (LMS) through Blackboard. The university has three types of L&T methods; full online, Blended and Supportive. This research studies the concept, scope and dimensions of interoperability (InT) of E-Learning in MEU then the connection and interdependence between with quality development. In this paper we have described the support and the importance of finest standards and specifications for the objectives of InT of E-Learning and quality development in MEU. The research is based principally on secondary data observed from MEU E-Learning deanship. Also sample of 20 E-Learning experts at MEU were given closed ended as well as semi closed questionnaires for evaluating the assurance of InT of E-Learning and quality development. These experts are mainly certified online facilitators and admin staff. Results provide the verification of application and presence of InT of E-Learning and assured the quality development process in MEU.

In this paper we investigate the relevance logic E-R of the Entailment E without the reductio (R), and its extensions Ee-R, Eec-R: Ee-R is the E-R with the expansion (e) and Eec-R the Ee-R with the chain (c). We give completeness for each E-R, Ee-R, and Eec-R by using Routley-Meyer semantics.

In order to find fungi having high treatment activity of kraft pulp bleaching (E1) effluent without any additional nutrietns, 124 strains of white-rot fungi were isolated from decayed wood samples. The author isolated five fungi(KS-62, MZ-400 , YK-719, YK-472 and Phanerochaete sordida YK-624) having high-decolorization activity of the E1 effluent. Particularly, the fugus KS-62 show the high effect of the decolorization and the degradation of the chlorinated lignin in the E1 , effluent compared with Coriolus versicolor and Phanerochaete chrysosporium.

This paper use the USB Bulk Communication for interface of eMbedded system. But existing USB Bulk Communication have defects, it only connect point to point. And then this paper defines several command packet to improve such defects. So it improves Data Packet Layer of existing USB Bulk Communication. And then this paper make up for it's defects and implements multiplex communication Protocol in order to connect many eMbedded systems.

Several classes of functions, named as semi E-preinvex functions and semilocal E-preinvex functions and their properties are studied by various authors. In this paper we introduce the geodesic concept over two types of problems first is semi E-preinvex functions and another is semilocal E-preinvex functions on Riemannian manifolds and study some of their properties.

E-voting is expected to offer prominent advantages over traditional voting methods. Advantages include faster tallying, greater accuracy, prevention of void ballots, and lower cost. However, many experts express concerns about the potential for large-scale fraud. Recently, many paper based end-to-end (E2E) voter verifiable systems providing individual verifiability and universal verifiability have been proposed. These systems, unlike previous voting systems, are used in polling booths and without access to trusted computing devices at the time of voting. In this paper, we propose a practical and secure E2E voter verifiable system using a paper receipt based on cryptographic technologies.

The electronic bill of lading system replacing with traditional paper B/L has been evolved from SeaDocs and CMI to Bolero system. Therefore e-B/L is considered as an evolving concept rather than fixed one because it has been changed with development of information technology. Bolero system designed to replicate all functions of a paper B/L has some limitation to be utilized as an e-B/L in changing international business arena because it has a centralized model. Therefore it is considered to be important that the current e-B/L operating system needs to be diversified. This paper aims to provide three types of the operating model of global e-B/L to be applied with feasible solution coping with the current problems, which is expected to contribute to the utilization of electronic bill of lading.
