The purpose of this study is 1) to compare the employment status and wage level of "Clothing and Fashion" major (CF major) graduates with those from other majors and 2) to examine factors affecting the employment status and wage level of CF major university graduates. The data were pooled from the 2009-2012 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey Data, conducted by Korea Employment Information Service. First, when graduates of CF major were compared with other majors in the same academic area-natural science and arts-, the rate of employment was higher for CF majors than that of other majors; on the other hand, there is no difference in the wage levels between those with graduates in CF majors and those with other majors. Second, we examined factors affecting CF major graduates' employment and wage level based on graduates' individual factors, university factor, and job preparation factors. Employment status of graduates in CF major was predicted by respondent's gender and university type, and work experience. The wage level of CF major graduates was significantly predicted by individual factors (e.g., gender and age, university factors (e.g., university type, university program, location), and job preparation factors (e.g., certificates, overseas experience of foreign language training, English test scores). The results of this study would provide a guide to direct university educational program in order to assess the current capabilities in the field of clothing and fashion.

In Conclusions, this study Study on the Informationalization of the Enterprises and IT firms Enlarge Strategics for building competition of local Enterprises located Gangwon-Do Area.

In this research, the concept of CM (configuration management) is introduced for proper applications to the life-cycle product data management. In addition, the activities for CM - CM management and planning, configuration identification, configuration control, configuration status accounting, and configuration verification and audit - are described in detail. For the management of distributed configuration data among governments, prime contractors, and subcontractors, development environments and functions for the configuration management information system (CMIS) are proposed.

This study is to survey on the status of human resource training programs related to ubiquitous technologies and services of domestic universities. So, this study develop a classification system about human resource related to ubiquitous technologies and services. We propose the implications and plans which are based on the status of human resource training programs related to ubiquitous technologies and services. Human resources related to ubiquitous technology are classified by the flow of information in ubiquitous environment. And human resources related to ubiquitous service are classified by ubiquitous user view. This study can be used to find collaboration alternatives for breeding up ubiquitous human resources and referred to analyzing on the supply and demand of ubiquotous human resources.

The cybermoney marketplace has been improved by many changes of a business model, such as the development of online exchange, online mileage, potalmoney and gamemoney and so on. Because of its continuous growth, the need for categorizing manketplaces and researching on cybermoney marketplace status and problems has been increased. Therefore, in this paper, We researched about cybermoney marketplace's status and problems. We suggest the indicator that could classily cybermoney. We examined the status of cybermoney marketplace and identified the issues of development of cybermoney.

Technology commercialization is a reward process for companies' various trials and investment to develop technologies, which can be regarded as a way to figure out company's business performance. To successfully attain companies' purpose via technology commercialization, a variety of knowledge which triggers and completes business activities are needed. This paper suggests a methodology to analyze problems and solutions around the technology commercialization process in terms of knowledge distribution status, especially focused on Korean SMC cases. The knowledge map of this paper is constructed from the knowledge networks and identifies problems and solutions of the target process. A case study for applying proposed concepts to SMC's cases is also performed by checking knowledge distribution status and extracting practical implications. This paper's ideas can be regarded as one of references for SMCs to prepare technology commercialization with guaranteeing facilitated knowledge distribution and utilization.

The CALS/EC is the world-wide accepted concept and its application domain is being expanded continuously throughout the private and public sectors. One of the essential points for realization of CALS/EC is to promote the domestic system integration(SI) industry. This paper describes the present status of the domestic SI companies and the clues to solve their facing problems. In order to evaluate the status of the current SI technology, the MBNQA(Malcom Baldridge National Quality Award) is adopted. The surveyed results show that the average levels of 14 SI companies over 7 evaluation criteria turn out to be 30% through 40% point. The major projects' activities of the SI companies on the information systems over the areas of trade, science and technology, industrial manpower, health and welfare, national security, etc are explained. Also, the competitive power of the SI companies is also discussed. As a target sample, the Korea Telecom(KT) CALS model project is described in terms of its Progresses and Problems. Furthermore, the strategic plans and detailed research items are proposed to resolve on-going issues.

CALS is a strategy to share integrated product data through a set of standards to achieve efficiencies in business and operational mission areas. In this paper, we studied current status for CALS standard and then analyzed the case of US DoD. The results can be summarized as implementing for two major standard in defense CALS system. They are STEP and XML. Korea Defense can be used to set direction for CALS standard implementation and standard selection process based on this paper's recommendations.

Recently, identification of the extremely stressed condition of children is an essential skill for real-time recognition of a dangerous situation because incidents of children have been dramatically increased. In this paper, therefore, we present a model based on machine learning techniques for stress status identification of a child by using bio-signals such as voice and heart rate that are major factors for presenting a child's emotion. In addition, a smart band for collecting such bio-signals and a mobile application for monitoring child's stress status are also suggested. Specifically, the proposed method utilizes stress patterns of children that are obtained in advance for the purpose of training stress status identification model. Then, the model is used to predict the current stress status for a child and is designed based on conventional machine learning algorithms. The experiment results conducted by using a real-world dataset showed that the possibility of automated detection of a child's stress status with a satisfactory level of accuracy. Furthermore, the research results are expected to be used for preventing child's dangerous situations.

China has recently (28 August 2004) adopted a new act legalizing the electronic signature. This new act provides electronic signatures with the same legal status as handwritten signatures, and states that on-line certification providers will have to be created in order to ensure the security of on-line operations made using said signatures. This new act is intended to increase Chinese electronic business, and thus to raise the revenue China can expect from said business. And the law grants electronic signatures the same legal effect as handwritten signatures and seals in business transactions, and sets up the market access system for online certification providers to ensure the security of e-commerce. As Internet trade requires a reliable third party to identify the signers, the credibility of online certifying organizations is significant for the transaction security. So, considering the weakness of China's social credibility system, the law regulates that the online signatures certification providers should be approved and administered by governments.
