The purpose of this study is 1) to compare the employment status and wage level of "Clothing and Fashion" major (CF major) graduates with those from other majors and 2) to examine factors affecting the employment status and wage level of CF major university graduates. The data were pooled from the 2009-2012 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey Data, conducted by Korea Employment Information Service. First, when graduates of CF major were compared with other majors in the same academic area-natural science and arts-, the rate of employment was higher for CF majors than that of other majors; on the other hand, there is no difference in the wage levels between those with graduates in CF majors and those with other majors. Second, we examined factors affecting CF major graduates' employment and wage level based on graduates' individual factors, university factor, and job preparation factors. Employment status of graduates in CF major was predicted by respondent's gender and university type, and work experience. The wage level of CF major graduates was significantly predicted by individual factors (e.g., gender and age, university factors (e.g., university type, university program, location), and job preparation factors (e.g., certificates, overseas experience of foreign language training, English test scores). The results of this study would provide a guide to direct university educational program in order to assess the current capabilities in the field of clothing and fashion.

Korea's IT's firms activities have been vigorous more than ever, since the implementation of " Special law on the nurturing IT firms" in 1990. IT evolution and the e-business has emerged as a new economic activity and beyond the time and space limitations. But the Enterprises located in Gangwon-Do Area have been too inactive in their willingness and readiness to adopt IT models and processes owing to the lack of the directions of e-business, the insufficient network infrastructures and capitals, etc., In this circumstance, as part of this research, This Papers have conducted a survey on the e-business and information conditions and status among the Enterprises located Gangwon-Do Area. In Conclusions, this study Study on the Informationalization of the Enterprises and IT firms Enlarge Strategics for building competition of local Enterprises located Gangwon-Do Area.

In this research, the concept of CM (configuration management) is introduced for proper applications to the life-cycle product data management. In addition, the activities for CM - CM management and planning, configuration identification, configuration control, configuration status accounting, and configuration verification and audit - are described in detail. For the management of distributed configuration data among governments, prime contractors, and subcontractors, development environments and functions for the configuration management information system (CMIS) are proposed.

본 연구는 21세기 IT 산업을 주도할 유비쿼터스 시대에 대비하여 IT 인력 양성을 대표하는 국내 대학의 유비쿼터스 기술 및 서비스 인력의 양성실태를 파악하고자한 것이다. 이에, 유비쿼터스 기술 및 서비스 인력에 대한 체계적인 분류체계를 개발하고, 국내 대학의 유비쿼터스 기술 및 서비스 관련 인력 양성 실태를 분석하여 시사점 및 대안을 제시하였다. 유비쿼터스 기술 관련 인력은 유비쿼터스 환경 하에서의 정보의 흐름에 따라 분류하였고, 유비쿼터스 서비스 관련 인력은 유비쿼터스 사용자의 관점에서 분류하였다. 본 연구의 결과물은 유비쿼터스 인력을 양성하기 위한 산 학 연 관의 협력 프로그램을 개발하는데 도움을 줄 것이며, 향후 유비쿼터스 인력의 수급 전망을 분석하는데 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

전자상거래의 발전과 온라인 마일리지, 포털머니, 게임머니 등 비즈니스모델의 다변화로 사이버머니 시장이 발전하였다. 그 규모는 지속적으로 성장하여 이에 관련된 시장의 분류, 현황 및 문제점 , 이슈에 대한 연구의 필요성이 높아지고 있는 시점이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사이버머니에 관련된 기존문헌 분석을 통하여 탐색적 연구를 시행하였다. 이를 통해 사이버머니의 범위를 설정하고 사이버머니 분류지표를 제시하며 사이버머니의 발전에 대한 이슈와 사이버머니 시장현황에 대한 현황을 살펴본다.

기술사업화는 기업이 기술개발을 위해 투입한 다양한 노력에 대한 보상의 과정으로, 기업기술개발 활동의 성과를 판단하는 매우 중요한 근거로 간주될 수 있다. 기술사업화의 극대화된 성과 창출을 위하여 많은 지식이 요구되는데, 이러한 지식은 기술사업화 프로세스를 구성하는 세부업무를 유도 및 완성하는 의미를 갖는다. 본 연구는, 대기업에 비해 상대적으로 열악한 상황에 있는, 우리나라 중소기업 기술사업화 프로세스의 문제점과 개선안을 지식 유통 관점에서 도출하는 방법론을 제시한다. 즉, 지식 네트워크를 표현하는 지식지도를 이용하여, 기술사업화 세부업무별 지식흐름 현황을 분석하고 문제점과 개선안을 도출한다. 또한 제시된 방법론을 실제 중소기업에 적용하여, 기업별 기술사업화 프로세스의 지식 유통 현황을 점검하고 시사점을 도출하는 사례연구를 진행한다. 본 연구의 결과물은 보다 원활한 지식의 유통을 보장하는 중소기업 기술사업화 방안과 프로세스 모델의 참고서로 활용될 수 있다.

The CALS/EC is the world-wide accepted concept and its application domain is being expanded continuously throughout the private and public sectors. One of the essential points for realization of CALS/EC is to promote the domestic system integration(SI) industry. This paper describes the present status of the domestic SI companies and the clues to solve their facing problems. In order to evaluate the status of the current SI technology, the MBNQA(Malcom Baldridge National Quality Award) is adopted. The surveyed results show that the average levels of 14 SI companies over 7 evaluation criteria turn out to be 30% through 40% point. The major projects' activities of the SI companies on the information systems over the areas of trade, science and technology, industrial manpower, health and welfare, national security, etc are explained. Also, the competitive power of the SI companies is also discussed. As a target sample, the Korea Telecom(KT) CALS model project is described in terms of its Progresses and Problems. Furthermore, the strategic plans and detailed research items are proposed to resolve on-going issues.

CALS is a strategy to share integrated product data through a set of standards to achieve efficiencies in business and operational mission areas. In this paper, we studied current status for CALS standard and then analyzed the case of US DoD. The results can be summarized as implementing for two major standard in defense CALS system. They are STEP and XML. Korea Defense can be used to set direction for CALS standard implementation and standard selection process based on this paper's recommendations.

오늘날 감정 표현이 서툰 영유아가 처한 극도의 스트레스 상태를 자동적으로 파악하는 것은 영유아의 안전을 위협하며 지속적으로 발생하는 위험 상황의 실시간적인 인지를 위해 반드시 필요한 기술이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 생체신호를 활용하여 영유아의 스트레스 상태를 분류하기 위한 기계학습 기반의 모델과 생체신호 수집용 스마트 밴드 및 모니터링용 모바일 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 영유아의 감정을 나타내는 주요한 요인이 되는 음성 및 심박 데이터의 조합을 활용하여 기존에 널리 알려진 데이터 마이닝 기법을 통해 영유아의 스트레스 상태 패턴을 학습하고 예측한다. 본 연구를 통해 생체신호를 활용하여 영유아의 스트레스 상태 식별을 자동화할 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였으며 나아가서 궁극적으로 영유아의 위험 상황 예방에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

China has recently (28 August 2004) adopted a new act legalizing the electronic signature. This new act provides electronic signatures with the same legal status as handwritten signatures, and states that on-line certification providers will have to be created in order to ensure the security of on-line operations made using said signatures. This new act is intended to increase Chinese electronic business, and thus to raise the revenue China can expect from said business. And the law grants electronic signatures the same legal effect as handwritten signatures and seals in business transactions, and sets up the market access system for online certification providers to ensure the security of e-commerce. As Internet trade requires a reliable third party to identify the signers, the credibility of online certifying organizations is significant for the transaction security. So, considering the weakness of China's social credibility system, the law regulates that the online signatures certification providers should be approved and administered by governments.
