e-마켓플레이스 솔루션 선정 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on E-Marketplace Solution Selection Factors)

  • 오늘날 정보통신기술(IT technology)의 급속한 발전은 우리의 생활을 빠르게 변화시키고 있으며, 이러한 변화는 과거와는 전혀 다른 새로운 세계를 형성해 가고 있다. 특히 인터넷의 급속한 이용 확산과 기술 발전은 기업들이 전세계를 기반으로 사업을 전개하는 방식에 혁신을 가져 왔다. 본 연구는 기업간 전자상거래(business to business E-commerce)가 활성화되면서 가상시장(cyber market)으로 등장한 기업간 e-마켓플레이스(B2Be-Marketplace)에 대하여 수행되었다. 기업간 e-마켓플레이스를 구축을 위해서는 적절한 솔루션의 선정과정이 선행되어야 하는데 아직까지 e-마켓플레이스에 대한 연구가 미흡하기 때문에 선정 요인의 기준에 관한 연구가 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업간 e-마켓플레이스를 구축할 때 솔루션 선정의 올바른 의사결정을 위한 선정요인의 중요도를 평가해 보았다. 선정요인의 중요도 평가는 e-마켓플레이스의 운영주체와 산업별로 구분하여 각각 수행하였다. 선행연구에서 사용되었던 변수들이 e-마켓플레이스에서는 어떤 상호관련성을 갖고 묶이는지 알아보기 위하여 요인분석을 먼저 실행하였다. 분석결과 솔루션의 특징에 관한 16개의 솔루션 선정 변수들은 '유연성(flexibility)', '용이성(ease of use)', '보안성(security)', '경제성(cost)' 등 4개의 요인으로 분류되었다. 그리고 벤더의 특징에 관한 11개의 솔루션 선정 변수들은 '지원사항(support of vendor)', '일반현황(situation of vendor)', '사업실적(accomplishment of vendor)' 등 3개의 요인으로 구분되었다. 그리고 기업간 e-마켓플레이스 구축 시 중요하게 여기는 솔루션의 중요도 평가를 위해서 e-마켓플레이스의 운영주체와 산업별로 나누어 분실을 하였다. e-다켓블레이스의 운영주체는 각각 구매자 중심형(buyer- biased), 중개자 중심형 (Neutral), 공급자 중심형 (seller-biased)으로 구분하였다. 솔루션의 특성에 관한 중요도 평가 결과 데이터 항목에 대한 보안이 모든 유형에서 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 벤더의 특성에 관한 중요도는 구매자 중심형의 경우 '추가적 인 지원인력, 교육, 비용, 중개자 중심형은 '교육코스의 장소, 시기, 수준', 공급자 중심형은 '벤더의 시장점유율'로 나타났다. 또한 e-마켓플레이스 산업별로 중요도 평가를 실시한 결과 솔루션 특성에 관해서는 전자업, 무역·유통업, 서비스업(service industry) 모두 '데이터 항목에 대한 보안'이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 솔루션 선정요인에 관한 중요도를 e-마켓플레이스의 유형과 산업 별로 평가해보았는데, 여기에서 밝혀진 중요도를 통해 e 마켓플레이스를 구축하고 자 하는 기업은 솔루션을 자체 개발하거나 구입할 때 올바른 의사결정을 할 수 있다. 그리고 솔루션을 제공하려는 기업측면에서는 e-마켓플레이스를 구축하고자 하는 기업에게 유형과 산업별로 적절한 솔루션을 제공할 수 있다.

  • 전자 상거래의 발달과 함께 B2B Market Place의 등장과 통합으로 전자 상거래의 중심 단위인 전자 카탈로그의 양도 급증하고 있다. 이러한 전자 카탈로그의 정보의 질적, 양적 증가는 상품 정보 검색의 난이도를 높이고 있다. 특히, 대량 거래를 하는 상품 전문가의 의사 결정을 위해 단일 분류 체계가 아닌 다양한 분류체계 내에서의 상품 정보 검색을 지원하는 시스템의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 검색 시스템은 일반 문서 검색 시스템이 대다수이며, 이러한 전자 카탈로그의 특성을 반영하지 못하고 있어 이를 지원하기에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자 카탈로그가 지니고 있는 속성적, 어휘적인 특성을 반영하고 의미적 연결관계에 기반한 검색을 통하여 해당 요구 사항을 충족시킬 수 있는 시스템의 토대를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 전자 카탈로그의 특징을 반영한 전자 카탈로그 기본 모델을 제시하고, 검색을 결과 제시를 위한 유사도 평가 요소를 도출하였으며, 정확성 향상을 위해 이를 어휘적 특성을 고려한 데이타 확장 모델 및 어휘 기반 유사도 평가 요소로 확장하였다. 그리고 제시한 모델을 통해 의미적 연결 관계에 기반한 전자 카탈로그 유사도 평가 함수를 제시하고 이를 전자 카탈로그 정보 검색시스템으로 구현하고 검증하였다.

  • The knowledge based economy requires more and more people to learn new knowledge and skills in a timely and effective manner. These needs and new technology such as computer and Internet are fueling a transition in e-learning. According to specialist's opinion, imagination experience studying is generalized, and learning environment that language barrier by studying, multi-language studying Machine that experience past things that disappear through simulation, and travel area, and experience future changed state disappears is forecasting to come. This is previewing finally that it may become future education that education and IT, element of entertainment is combined. Already, became story that argument for party satellite of e-Learning existence passes one season already. e-Learning is utilized already in all educations that we touch by effectiveness by corporation's competitive power improvement and implement of lifelong education in educational institutions through present e-Learning. It is obvious that when see from our viewpoint which is defining e-Learning by one industry and rear by application to education as well as one new growth power about these, e-Learning industry becomes very important means that can solve dilemma of growth real form. Only, special quality of digital industry that e-Learning is being same with other digital industry and repeat putting out a fire rapidly, and is repeating sudden change that these evolution is not gradual growth of accumulation and improvement of technology that is appearing consider need to. In the meantime, we need to observe about evolution of Information Technology. Because there is some scholars who e-Learning's concept foresees to evolve by u-Learning.(although, a person who see that these concept is not more in marketing terminology by some scholars' opinion is). This u-Learning's concept means e-Learning that take advantage of ubiquitous technology as Ubiquitous-Learning's curtailment speech. Ubiquitous, user means Information-Communication surrounding that can connect to network freely regardless of place without feeling network or computer. There is controversy about introduction time regarding these direction, but e-Learning is judged to evolve by u-Learning necessarily. Because keep in step and age that study all contents that learner wants under environment of 3A (any time, any whrer, any device) by individual order thoroughly is foreseen to come in ubiquitous learning environment that approach more festinately.

  • 수직적 e-Marketplace는 대기업의 자금력과 구매력에 힘입어 많은 발전이 있었지만 수평적 e-Market place는 활성화 되고 있지 못한 형편이다. 특히, 라이프 사이클이 짧은 다품종 소량의 부품을 취급하는 전자부품 e-Marketplace에서는 하나의 입점 업체가 특정부품을 대량으로 보유할 경우, 불용재고가 많아져 입점업체의 경쟁력을 저하시키는 요인이 된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 전자부품 e-Marketplace의 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위한 방법으로 기업간 재고 공유방법을 제안하고, 그 방법을 설계한 후 구현하였다. 대부분의 업체는 서로 다른 DBMS를 사용하고 있어 재고 공유를 위해 중간매체가 필요한데 본 논문에서는 시스템 간에 재고 공유 기능을 제공하기 위해 데이터 교류에 표준이 되고 있는 XML을 이용하여 구현하고 구현 예를 통하여 재고공유기능을 보였다.

이러닝 교수 설계자 인적 자원 유통을 위한 휴먼 클라우드 플랫폼 프레임워크 설계 (A Design of Human Cloud Platform Framework for Human Resources Distribution of e-Learning Instructional Designer)

  • Purpose - In the 21st century, as information technology advances alongside the emergence of the 4th generation, industrial age, industrial environment has become individualized and customized. It is important to hire good quality employees for good service in the industry. The e-learning market is growing every year. Although e-learning companies are finding better quality employees in e-learning, it is not easy to find it. Companies also spend a lot of time and cost to find employee. On the employees side, they want to get a job freely when they want, but they cannot find their job easily. Furthermore, the labor market environment is changing fast. In the 4th generation, industrial age, employers require to find manpower whenever they need and want at little cost. So of their own accord, we have considered the necessity of management of human resources for employees and employers in e-learning. The purpose of this study is to propose a human cloud platform framework for enabling an efficient management of human resources in e-learning industry. Research design, data, and methodology - To pinpoint the items of a human cloud platform framework, the study was initiated according to the following process. First, items of competency relating to e-learning instructional designer was analyzed. Second, based on the items of information from this analysis, selection and validity verification took place with 5 e-learning specialists group. Third, the opinion of experts who were in charge of hiring in e-learning companies were collated with the questionnaire. Lastly, the human cloud platform framework was proposed based on opinion results. Results - The framework was comprised of 7 domains and 27 items in order to develop the human cloud platform for e-learning instructional designer. The analysis results showed that the most highly considered item were 'skill (4.60)' that employee already have the capability. Following this (in order) were 'project type (4.56)', 'work competency (4.56)', and 'strength area of instructional design (4.52)'. Conclusions - The 27 items in the human cloud platform framework were suggested in this study. Following this, we can consider to develop the human cloud platform for finding a job and hiring e-learning instructional designer easily. For successful platform operation, we need to consider reliability between employer and employee. In addition, we need quality assurance system based on operation has public confidence.

대행 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 위험지각과 정보탐색이 소비자 만족에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Perceived Risks and Information Search on Satisfaction with Surrogate Internet Shopping Malls)

  • Contemporary consumers interested in fashion develop global tastes regarding consumption and senses on how much certain products cost in the global market place. Demand for foreign brands and products produced a new type of e-tailor called surrogate Internet shopping malls. Due to the unfamiliarity of such retailers, consumers may perceive different types of risks and may show different styles of seeking informations. The research interest of this study was to investigate the differences of risk perception and information search between surrogate e-mall shoppers and general e-mall shoppers. In addition, we examined the influence of these two variables on consumer satisfaction. A survey questionnaire was developed. Measures of three types of e-shopping risks (delivery, transaction, service), information search and satisfaction were included. Data from surrogate e-mall consumers and general e-mall consumers were statistically analyzed. Surrogate e-mall shoppers showed a higher level of product delivery risk and customer service risk than general e-mall shoppers. They also spend more time in seeking information before making purchases. Regression analysis showed that perceived risk had significant influence on information search and consumer satisfaction for surrogate e-mall shoppers, whereas for general e-mall shoppers, no significant influence was detected. The findings should assist marketers and academics in their understanding of the surrogate e-shopping malls.

간호서비스 리포지셔닝을 위한 간호서비스 품질분석 (Nutting Services Positioning Analysis far Nursing Services Repositioning)

  • Recently, the hospitals in Korea has positively changed one way or another. Therefore hospital managers must focus on the nurses' role in terms of consumers' perception of overall image of hospitals and the degree of satisfaction of the consumers. To achieve the purposes, the questionnaire was developed and distributed to 280 people who had a direct experience with nursing services subjected hospitals in Seoul at the time of screening. Among them, 229 responses were turned out to be useful and used for final analysis. The measurement instrument for hospital nursing service quality evaluation was modified from the SERVQUAL model originated from Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry (1988). For data analysis, SPSS/PC and PC-MDS program were used. The results were as follows : 1) The perception map showed that the seven subjected hospitals were divided into three groups. It could be interpreted that the hospitals in the same group had a strong competitive relationships. Because the nursing services' scores of hospitals C and E were higher than those of other hospitals, they could be served as a benchmark for the other hospitals. 2) The marketing place of hospital nursing services was divided by four. Since service generally had a strong point in nearby service market segment. Aiming an nearby hospital nursing services market segment by the hospital nursing services department was regarded as a good repositioning strategy. 3) When consumers evaluated the quality of hospital nursing services, they were greatly affected by the hospitals' overall image or other characteristics. Therefore, for improving hospital's nursing services, hospital nursing services department requires a great deal of labor to improve hospitals' overall image or other characteristics.

Consumer behaviors towards ready-to-eat foods based on food-related lifestyles in Korea

  • The purpose of this study was to examine consumers' behaviors toward ready-to-eat foods and to develop ready-to-eat food market segmentation in Korea. The food-related lifestyle and purchase behaviors of ready-to-eat foods were evaluated using 410 ready-to-eat food consumers in the Republic of Korea. Four factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis (health-orientation, taste-orientation, convenience-orientation, and tradition-orientation) to explain the ready-to eat food consumers' food-related lifestyles. The results of cluster analysis indicated that "tradition seekers" and "convenience seekers" should be regarded as the target segments. Chi-square tests and t-tests of the subdivided groups showed there were significant differences across marital status, education level, family type, eating-out expenditure, place of purchase, and reason for purchase. In conclusion, the tradition seekers consumed more ready-to-eat foods from discount marts or specialty stores and ate them between meals more often than the convenience seekers. In contrast, the convenience seekers purchased more ready-to-eat foods at convenience stores and ate them as meals more often than the tradition seekers. These findings suggest that ready-to-eat food market segmentation based on food-related lifestyles can be applied to develop proper marketing strategies.

The Effect of Live Commerce to Increase Consumer's Purchase Intention: The Case of China

  • Purpose: This study explores the impact of live commerce on consumer purchase intention in the Chinese market. Live commerce, a novel marketing strategy that fuses e-commerce with live streaming, has gained significant popularity in China. The study aims to pinpoint main ways that live commerce increases customers' propensity to make purchases. Research design, data, and methodology: The PRISMA technique was adhered to in the systematic cycle of finding, screening, and selecting publications. Predefined keywords like "live commerce," "live-stream shopping," "consumer purchase intention," and "China" produced a large number of possibly pertinent research in the first search. Results: This study has delved into the profound effects of live commerce on consumer purchase intention, with a specific focus on the dynamic Chinese market. This study has identified four primary outcomes that support the revolutionary potential of live commerce: increased product engagement, significant social influences, dynamic pricing tactics, and the establishment of trust and credibility. Conclusions: Finally, the study provides live commerce practitioners with valuable insights, advising them on maximizing these impacts to increase consumer buy intention. In summary, this study offers helpful information to companies and marketers who want to take advantage of live commerce as a powerful tool for connecting with Chinese customers and increasing sales.

패션 및 뷰티 제품의 모바일 쇼핑에 영향을 미치는 마켓 메이븐 및 시간지향특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects that Personal Characteristics of Market Maven and Time Orientation have on Mobile Shopping - With a Focus on Mobile Shopping -)

  • Mobile shopping, through the use of the smart phone, has become a very popular shopping method for consumers due to it not being limited by time or place. This research aims do the following:1)find the causes for consumers shifting to mobile shopping with the focus on fashion and beauty items; and in order to so, this research will use the TAM that was found by David et al (1989), and 2) distinguish any behavioral differences between consumer groups divided into purchasing intention of fashion and beauty items through smart phone. Path analysis was performed to verify the cause-and-effect relationship between the variables. Personal characteristics(i.e. market maven, time orientation), perceived usability, ease of use, attitude towards mobile shopping, and purchase intentions were all treated as dependant variables. The results showed that attitude towards mobile shopping was the most important variable on mobile shopping intentions. Time-oriented and Market Maven were thought to affect mobile shopping attitude and the dependent variables of purchase intention. Also, when purchasing smart phones, consumers highly valued smart phone's popularity; people with higher purchasing intention mainly used entertainment and utility apps. The following are the main reasons for not purchasing through mobile shopping: they are slower than computers, inconveniences in viewing due to small size of the screen, and security issues. The consumers used the internet as their main source of acquiring daily information. In this research, factors that affect the purchase intention were studied. However, it is difficult to firmly insist that this research correctly predicts the actual purchase intention-further studies need to be done to investigate the relationship between mobile purchase intention and actual purchase intention.
