e-Learning has brought dramatic changes in education system for many companies in Korea. Many researchers and practitioners believe that e-Learning will be the main educational system for every companies in the world. e-Learning is an alternative education system, which includes computer based learning, web based learning, virtual classroom, and distance learning. e-learning has been expected to impact every educational sectors including Extension services. This study intends to identify and suggest some implications for successful e-Learning implementation of Extension education by investigating the successful factors of enterprises' e-Learning system, where outstanding results have be shown.

본 연구는 기존의 전통적인 교육훈련의 전이(transfer of training)모델을 e-Learning상황으로 재해석하여 기업이 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영함에 있어서 보다 실질적인 성과를 높일 수 있는 방향을 제시하며, 또한 오늘날 지식 정보화 사회에서 기업 경쟁력의 원천인 지식자본의 확대를 목적으로 하는 e-Learning이 되기 위해서 학습조직 요인의 중요성을 확인하고, 앞으로 기업이 학습조직의 향상 방향으로 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영할 수 있도록 시사점을 제시하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 기존의 전통적 교육훈련의 전이모델과 e-Learning의 성과에 관한 선행연구를 바탕으로 기업에서의 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 추출하는 연구모형을 통해 각 요인들 간의 상호관계와 실무전이에 대하여 학습효과를 매개로 하는 관계를 분석함으로써 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 관한 영향 관계를 보다 체계적이고 포괄적으로 밝히고자 하며, 다음으론 e-Learning이 기업 교육훈련의 학습효과와 실무전이에 영향을 미칠 때 학습조직이 상황적 요인으로 추가되면 e-Learning의 학습효과와 실무전이 성과를 Leverage할 수 있는지 각 요인별 조절효과를 검증하고자 하여 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

e-learning을 통한 교육은 이제 대학 내뿐 만 아니라 중ㆍ고등학교나 기업체 등에서도 이루어지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 사교육비의 과대지출로 중ㆍ고등학교에서의 e-learning을 통한 교육은 이제 교육사업에 커다란 부분을 차지해 갈 것이 분명한 사실이다. 기업체 또한 기업 내 인력양성을 위한 모든 교육을 시간과 장소의 구애를 받지 않는 e-learning을 통한 교육으로의 전환이 이미 많이 이루어졌고 앞으로 더욱 많아지리라 생각된다. 하지만, 사교육이나 기업 내 추가적인 인력양성 교육에서의 e-learning의 도입을 통한 교육의 성과보다는 대학 내 e-learning을 통한 교육이 일반 대학생들이 오프라인 수업의 보조학습이 아닌 대체학습으로서 과연 대학 내 대표적인 e-learning 수업진행을 맡고 있는 OCU를 기본모델로 현재 e-learning을 통한 OCU수업을 듣고 있는 학생들을 대상으로 본 학습에 얼마나 많은 이해를 가지고 있는지를 알아보고자 한다. 또한 오프라인에서의 수업과 e-learning을 통한 수업의 이해도와 만족도에 얼마나 차이가 있는지 실증분석 해 보려 한다. 이 결과로 앞으로 대학 내 e-learning을 통한 학습에 문제점이 있다면 분석하여 오프라인의 보조학습이 아닌 대체학습으로 나아가는데 지식전달의 효율성 측면에서 나아갈 방안에 대해서 연구해 보려 한다.

This paper aims at investigating what Regional University E-Learning Centers (RUECs) has done in promoting e-learning in university education in Korea. First, the e-learning situation in university education in Korea is introduced. Secondly, the background of establishment of RUECs and its functions are explained in detail. Thirdly, a case of RUECs is suggested by using the CNU-University E-Learning Center. In particular, the performance of e-learning is evaluated based on the student satisfaction data, and a paired-t test is implemented to see if there was any difference between 'before' and 'after' e-learning. Lastly, some suggestions are made to promote the e-learning in university education.

With the increasing use of the Internet improved Internet technologies as well as web-based applications, the uses of e-Learning have also increased the effectiveness of e-Learning has become one of the most practically and theoretically important issues in both Educational Engineering and Information Systems. This study suggests a research model, based on an e-Learning success model, the relationship of the e-leaner's self-regulated learning strategy and the quality perception of the e-Learning environment. This research model focuses on the learning environment and on self regulated learning strategy. The former consists of LMS, learning contents and interaction that are provided by e-Learning and the latter refers to the learners' self-regulated learning strategy. We will show the validity of the model empirically. As result, most of the hypotheses except for H6 suggested in this model were accepted.

The purpose of this study is to survey the learning strategies and learning styles of the undergraduates in international e-trade simulation education. The set of learning strategies are investigated and the analysis is made how learning styles could affect the learning strategies. The subjects of this study were 112 undergraduates majored in international trade and their classes were using e-trade simulation. It is found that the undergraduates' learning strategy level is not high because the simulation education is not common yet in e-trade classes. The levels of self-efficacy and positive attitudes have high level whereas the expression strategy has the lowest. Strong results were not found among undergraduates' learning styles by each of the 11 strategies except two cases. One is that the undergraduates who had experiences of e-learning have higher level of social strategy than those of non e-learning experience group. The other is that the more the students spend the time in the simulation class, the more they have positive attitudes. This study supports that the simulation can increase the effectiveness of e-trade learning.

The purpose of this paper is to develop the qualification system of instructional designer in e-Learning field in order to provide e-learning experts for industry. The shortage of human resources is a serious problem in the e-learning industry. The following set of objectives were formulated to fulfill the study purpose. First, analyze the present situations and suggestions of the e-learning expert. Second, to analyze current states of private qualification administration/qualification administration authorization in e-learning field. Third, analyze the needs of universities and companies in e-learning qualification administration. Finally, based on the above three objectives, the study developed the practical qualification system, job analysis, methods and questions for an examination of e-learning instructional designer.

정보 통신 기술은 비즈니스를 변화시켰고, 이제 교육에도 영향을 미치고 있다. e-Learning으로 대변되는 교육의 변화는 교육의 패러다임을 변화시키고 있다. e-Learning은 현재 정부차원에서 적극적인 지원을 하고 있는 상태이고, 시장 규모 및 성장 가능성이 매우 높다. 그러나 아직 시장이 성숙되어 있지 않고 기업환경이 불확실하기 때문에 e-Learning 시장 참여자들의 본격적인 투자 활동은 미진한 수준으로 보인다. 이에 본 연구는 e-Learning에 대한 특징을 살펴보고 국내외 산업 현황 및 정책 방향을 분석하여 e-Learning에 대한 현안과 문제점을 진단하고 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 e-Learning이 오프라인 교육으로 대변되는 기존의 전통적인 교육 매체를 대체할 가능성 내지는 오프라인 교육과의 상호 보완적인 역할 가능성에 대해 연구함으로써 e-Learning 산업의구체적인 발전 방향을 찾아보고 이에 따른 향후 성장 가능성을 살펴보기 위하여 , 기존의 전통적인교육 매체 수용자의 특성과는 다른 양상을 나타낼 e-Learning 이용자의 특성에 대해 연구해 보고자한다. 이를 위해 e-Learning을 교육 매체로서 선택하는 대학생들을 대상으로 e-Learning을 이용하는 동기와 e-Learning 이용 행태, 그리고 e-Learning 이용에 따른 만족도를 살펴보고자 한다.

A variety of Web Services are being existences based on the development of the Internet. Especially, e-Learning services in the Universities make the temporal and spatial constraints overcome, and e-Learning services have gained great popularity to the students who use because those provide various convenience and usefulness. e-Learning studies have been actively performed based on the spread of e-Learning in the various industries. A number of studies suggest the diffusion plan of e-Learning applying the Technology Acceptance Model studies. Those studies focused on the ease of use and usefulness of e-Learning. The explanation about educational contents perspectives, which is the key factor in e-Learning, is very weak. Therefore, this study suggested the strategy for spreading the e-Learning adoption through in terms of e-Learning educational contents and trust perspectives. This research results would provide the strategic implications to boost the e-Learning adoption in the various universities in terms of e-Learning educational contents and trust perspectives.
