동북아 e-Trade 활성화를 위한 e-ADR에 의한 분쟁해결에 관한 연구 (Dispute Resolution by e-ADR for e- Trade in the Northeast Asia)

  • Korean Government is increasingly focusing on the Northeast Asia Business and Logistics Hub strategy to create a competitive advantage. A key element of this strategy is creating or leveraging distribution and logistics hubs that act as centres for distribution in Northeast Asia. A Northeast Asian e-Hub Policy is required for business hub and logistics hub in the Northeastern Asia. An e-Hub is an integrated, sophisticated set of e-Biz, information and e-trade facilities and services that provides access to a marketplace and exchangee the e-trade data. To study the e-Hub policy, Pan Asian e-Commerce Alliance, Korea-Japan e-Trade Hub project, and ASEM e-Trade project are considered. E-trade via cyberspace may need new methods of dispute resolution to reduce transaction costs for small value-related disputes and to erect structures that work well across national boundaries. Voluntary Mediation Councils and cyber tribunals should be encouraged by governmental sectors to continue developing private sector mechanisms to resolve e-trade disputes. Government-sponsored online cross-border dispute resolution systems may be also be useful to complement these private sector approaches. E-trade in Northeast Asia results in disputes owing to the incompleteness of e-trade law in the countries. These disputes contain disputes regarding e-trade model, central title registry, authentication body. To resolve these disputes in the Northeast Asia, a variety of electronic alternative dispute resolution bodies must be organized under cooperation of Korea, Japan, China. This study deals with the e-ADR construction in the Northeast Asia to resolve the disputes in the e-trade and to activate the e-trade in the Northeast Asia.

  • It is childhood yet in uTradeHub system practical use. According as company's necessity of cost-saving is increased according to trade terms aggravation such as uncertainty of international money market, commodities prices rise, necessity of e-trade practical use in company is increased. Use is inevitable by state that link with e-Nego and e-B/L service with related presentation e-L/C banks is not made. At the present users are doing specification only service this main point, and practical use activation through public information and marketing about service is needed situation because most of, companies which is not using service, do not know about existence availability of uTradeHub system, usage, availability. This study presented five such as early materialization of user center's link and integration, medium and small enterprises e-trade participation extension, utilization ratio raising through government's public information, e-trade cooperation business activation between the country, electronic documents standardization etc. by prompting competition about practical use of uTradeHub system.

The public-oriented e-Hub can link with all participating Internet firms on the basis of their business models, and consequently help them share their core competence, management resources, and so on. Based upon this perspective, this paper presents the procedures corresponding with social network analysis for strategic alliances of small and medium internet firms. In addition, this paper tries to analyze the relationships among degree of competition, potential of strategic alliance, and financial performance. The results show that the firms with more easily accepting various strategic alliances make higher financial performance under more competitive environment. This suggests that strategic alliances through the public-oriented e-Hub in the B2B virtual community provide the internet firms with various opportunities.

전자무역 통합시스템 u-Trade Hub 2.0의 분석과 설계

  • Korea is one of the most advanced countries in terms of nation-wide readiness for conducting complex trade processes in an electronic way. Since various trade processes are well-known for their complexity and cost as well as time consuming characteristics due to required collaborations with involving parties, automation and efficiency are always the main concern of trade-related practitioners. Using information technology can be a possible solution to this problem and Korea has developed the national e-trade infrastructure called "u-Trade Hub." In this paper, we propose the framework to enhance the national integrated e-trade system called "u-Trade Hub," which is ready to be released for commercial use in near future. We propose the framework to upgrade u-Trade Hub in four directions: (1) opening, (2) strengthening community feature, (3) modularization, (4) seeking profitability. In this paper, we study and compare national e-trade environment of other countries such as Singapore and Japan. Then, we analyze and design the enhanced e-trade infrastructure based on Web 2.0.

  • 본 연구는 uTradeHub시스템의 정식운영이 개시된 후 일정한 기간이 경과한 시점에서 uTradeHub시스템 활용실태를 분석하고, 다수의 표본기업들을 선정하여 이들에 대한 설문조사를 통해 우리나라 중소기업들이 uTradeHub시스템을 활용하는데 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 파악하고자 한다. 이러한 활용요인과 uTradeHub시스템의 활용수준 및 성과의 인과관계를 검증함으로써 중소기업의 특성에 맞는 글로벌 전자무역의 활용전략과 이를 발전시키기 위한 협력 방안을 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적이다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해서 uTradeHub시스템을 이용하고 있는 회원 중소기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 실증분석을 한 결과 uTradeHub시스템의 활용 요인 중 기업외부요인으로는 산업내 경쟁강도와 거래강도, 기업내부요인으로는 최고경영자의 지원, 정보화 요인으로는 기업의 IT인프라와 정보화 훈련정도 등이 uTradeHub의 활용에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 uTradeHub시스템의 활용도는 전자무역의 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Business Blogging e-Hub:An Innovative Approach to e-Business

  • With the rapid development of the Internet, e-business has been entering a new phase. However, there're still some problems to be settled and needs for breakthrough. The paper proposes an innovative approach to e-business models with the aim to resolve the problems. The paper reviews the exiting e-commerce models and points out some of the common weaknesses of the models, and presents the "Business Blogging e-Hub"model for e-business. With the characteristics of all-sided information, multi-dimensional interactivity and trans-model e-commerce platform, the proposed model is created and derived from the integration of the "classical"e-commerce models as B2B, B2C and C2C with the technology and essence of blogging, and is thus sure to meet rapidly changing business needs.

  • SOAP is a protocol used for information exchange in distributed computing environment and SOAP defines mechanisms for message transferring between distributed system and remote procedure call/response process. This SOAP is able to be used independently on hardware platforms and operating systems and program languages because it uses only a text-based XML for protocol. Therefore ebXML that is a standard for E-Commerce adopts SOAP for message exchange. In this paper, we implement XML Hub System using SOAP and apply on the system e-Procurement. By this XML Hub System we can more easily exchange messages for B2B. Accordingly we can manage and integrate a lots of business partners.

  • 본 연구는 증권사와 중대형 병원, 그리고 제조 및 유통 기업의 기능상의 해체와 재결합 과정을 통하여 수익 구조가 변화하고 있음을 살펴 본다. 그리고 이러한 것들이 통합되어 하나의 가상사회, 정보중개업자로 거듭나는과정을 제시한다 - 본 연구에서는 이를 슈프라 헙(Supra Hub) 이라고 부른다. 그리고 이러한 세가지 기업군(금응, 의료, 제조 및 유통)에 대하여 현재의 수익 구조가 갖고 있는 문제점에 대해 언급하고 바람직한 수익 구조를 제시한다. 또한 버트(1992)의 네트워크 조직 이론을 원용하여 미래의 기업 형태인 슈프라 헙(Supra Hub)을 위한 전략을 제시한다. 미래의 기업 네트워크는 중첩되지 않는 커뮤니티와의 접촉 기회를 최대화시키는 방향으로 발전할 것이다. 따라서 각 업종을 대상으로 하는 네트워크들을 다시 연결하는, 즉 업종별 헙(hub) 형태의 네트워크를 다시 연결하는 헙(hub)의 헙(hub) 형태의 커뮤니티의 태동이 필수적이라고 생각된다.

uTradeHub 활성화 방안에 관한 실증 분석 (An Emperical Study on Activation of uTradehub)

  • As the rapid development of IT and the internet changed the trading method from the traditional offline transaction into the online e-Trading, the international documentation standards, the eUCP and the domestic laws and legislations have been established, adapting to the new e-Trading environment. This study was conducted to analyze the factors which affect the use of uTradeHub on the domestic trading companies and trade-related organizations and suggest how to activate e-Trading. To do this, classify the users into the enterprises and the trade-related organizations, set up the hypothesis of the study with the measurement variables of the user convenience, the new service, the system suitability and the legislation environment and carry out a survey targeting the trading companies and the trade-related offices to do an actual proof analysis. The analysis was performed by using the statistical program, SPSS IBM22.0, and the study hypothesis was tested by the multiple regression analysis methodology. The test result showed that the trading companies set a high value on the user convenience, the new service and the legislation environment of uTradeHub, meanwhile the trade-related organizations regarded the system security and reliability, the user convenience and the legislation environment as the major affecting factor on the use of uTradeHub.
