정보시스템 기술 및 관리구조가 e-비즈니스 활용정도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Information System Architecture and Organization Structure on the Use of e-Business in Korean Companies)

  • Recently, e-business has very much attention in the management fields because it is expected to fundamentally change the way many business compete. Business that don't understand the changes and that can't change their operating model in time will be at a disadvantage. Information technology infrastructure and its management are key components of e-business The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of information technology infrastructure and its management to the type of information systems used and the use of e-business. A total of 56 Korean firms responded to the survey instrument. There was indirect effect to the use of e-business from the information technology structure via communication capacity and direct effect from management type. The study also found that firms with less centralized forms of information technology were more frequent users of e-business, Firms that have more freedom in information technology decision making tended to be users of the new technology and take advantage opportunities that exits on the information technology.

웹 3.0에서의 메타버스 플랫폼 발전 방향에 대한 연구: P2E, C2E 모델을 중심으로 (A Study on the Development of Game Platform in Web 3.0: Focused on P2E, C2E Models)

  • The game industry has grown not only by combining them with various technologies also introducing new types of business models such as P2P, F2P, and P2W. Furthermore, games which implemented X2E model with blockchain technology are recently in the spotlight of the public attention. As domestic game companies have also prospect the blockchain games feasible, they are seeking ways to expand their global market share by strengthening the X2E model. Hence, by carrying this new business model out, it is expected to diversify their global revenue stream, which was previously confined to Asia region. This study analyzed the case of companies that have implemented the P2E and C2E models in order to suggest the direction of development for the game platform in Web 3.0 era. The cases of P2E game platform, which constitute of Axie Infinity and Mir 4, encompass the compensation structure, the stabilization mechanism of the in-game token economy, and future strategies regarding blockchain gaming. Likewise, the platform structure, business model, and future growth potential was discussed in terms of C2E scheme, focusing on the ZEPETO and Roblox cases. Based on the above case analysis, this study attempted to provide information on the current limitations and development directions of the P2E and C2E platforms. The current limitations in legal and industrial aspects should be addressed to facilitate the blooming of blockchain and P2E game industry. In addition, the necessity of not only social support also improvement on the technology and social stigma of full-time creators is ought to be emphasized in an effort to encourage the development of C2E platforms.

  • 인터넷과 WWW는 전통적인 비즈니스 모델에 혁신적인 변화를 가져왔고, 인터넷/인트라넷 기반의 전자적 서비스를 통해 비즈니스 거래를 가능케 하는 e-commerce를 거쳐 보다 확대된 비즈니스 개념과 모델을 제공하는 e-business 라는 새로운 환경을 만들어냈다. 따라서 현재 사용자의 요구를 보다 빠르고 정확하게 수용하여 원하는 서비스를 제공하는 e-business 컴포넌트들이 많이 개발되고 있으나 서로 다른 플랫폼이나 환경에서 개발된 e-business 컴포넌트의 통합과 운영에 한계가 있어 실제 컴포넌트 기술의 적용을 통한 효과를 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다양한 플랫폼과 환경에서 새롭게 개발되는 e-business 컴포넌트들의 조립과 기존의 e-business 컴포넌트 재사용의 가치를 극대화기기 위해 표준적인 접근인 MDA(Model-Driven Architecture)를 기반으로한 e-business 컴포넌트 개발을 위한 프로세스를 제안하고, 사례연구를 통해 적용하고자 한다.

사회네트워크 분석을 활용한 비즈니스 모델 지식구조 분석 (A study of business model research knowledge structure based on social network analysis)

  • Business environment is shifting from industrial economy to knowledge based economy. Enterprises go through numerous trials for successful management in changing environment. Along with trial tests, research area has been growing simultaneously. Unlike initial research which focused on basic concepts such as: form of business model and success points. Current research emphasizes on actualization of business that enterprises plan, which brought academic research with perplex form of knowledge structure. On the other hand, there is limitation in understanding business model systematically due to preceding research primarily centered on analyzing definition and case study. In order to analyze knowledge structure, this study utilized social network analysis based on "relationship". For the analysis, 13,412 keywords were extracted from 36years worth of article or research related to business model stored in SCOPUS database. From the analysis, it was shown core research subject was INNOVATION and the number of co-authors has increased due to the academic diversity. Business model research is divided into five sub-categories (E-commerce, SMEs, sustainability, open-source, and e-book). Through cognitive map analysis on each of research characteristics of sub-category, it has shown that E-commerce, SMEs, sustainability, and open-source are core categories.

  • Document retrieval (DR) has been a serious issue for long in the field of Office Information Management. Nowadays, our daily work is becoming heavily dependent on the usage of information collected from the internet, and the DR methods on the Web has become an important issue which is studied more than any other topic by many researchers. The main purpose of this study is to develop a model to manage business documents by integrating three major methodologies used in the field of electronic library and information retrieval: Metadata, Thesaurus, and Index/Reversed Index. In addition, we have added a new concept of eDocument, which consists of metadata about unit documents and/or unit document themselves. eDocument is introduced as a way to utilize existing document sources. The core concepts and structures of the model were introduced, and the architecture of the eDocument management system has been proposed. Test (simulation) result of the model and the direction for the future studies were also mentioned.

  • 최근에 e-Business에 관한 여러 가지 사업모델이 발표되고 있다. 그러나 각자의 사업환경이 상이하기 때문에 각각 주어진 여건에 적합한 사업모델이 요구된다. 즉, 자본의 규모, 기술력, 정보수집능력과 정보량, 이익이나 목표고객 등의 여건을 고려한 e-Business모델을 개발할 필요성이 있다. e-Business 기업의 가치를 창출하는 방법은 여러 가지가 있을 수 있다. 그 중에서도 기업의 핵심역량을 강화하여 일부분만 성장 발전시키는 방법이 있을 수 있다. 이는 기업의 제한된 제약조건하에 상대적 경쟁우위에 있는 핵심역량부분에 차별적으로 집중하기 위한 적정 생산 투자수준을 찾아내는 문제로 전환하여 투자의 우선 순위를 모색할 수도 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 불명확한 정보를 이용하여 의사결정을 할 때 효과적으로 투자 우선 순위를 결정하기 위한 방법을 제안하고 있다. 그 방법으로써 FGP(fuzzy goal programming)문제에 대한 허용공차를 최소화하는 모형을 제시한다.

  • 본 연구는 전통적인 관계마케팅의 기본모형을 보완하여 e-비지니스에 적용 할 수 있는 실행모형을 제시하였다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 중심으로 한 고객관계의 특성 및 영향 요인에 대한 실증분석을 하였다. 본 연구에서는 관계형성의 영향요인으로 커뮤니케이션 이론을 적용하였다. 통제 가능한 요인인 커뮤니케이션 특성이 e-비지니스에서 관계의 신뢰와 몰입을 중심으로 장기지향성에 미치는 영향정도를 파악하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 인터넷 쇼핑몰이 제공하는 정보의 질이 좋을수록 고객의 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치며 고객에 대한 쇼핑몰의 반응이 좋을수록 고객의 관계몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 고객의 신뢰가 높을수록 관계몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치며 고객의 신뢰와 관계몰입이 높을수록 각각 장기지향성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Studying Retailer Strategies through an Integrated E-Business Model: a Multi-Agent Approach

  • Agent technology has been widely applied in today's electronic business, such as mobile agents, multi-agent information systems, etc. In particular, multi-agent systems have been applied as powerful simulation tools to study complex business networks composed of various self-interested trading firms and/or human beings. In this paper, we build an integrated model that consists of a multi-agent B2C market model and a B2B trade network model, and incorporate more reality than much of prior work. Then with this model, we carry out experimental studies on two different strategies that are common in electronic business - 'loyal' strategy (retailers try to build stable cooperation with suppiers to ensure material supply) and 'cost-saving' strategy (retailers try to reduce cost by choosing suppliers with lower wholesale price).

  • 적합한 비즈니스 모델을 수립하고 운영하는 것은 치열한 경쟁환경 속에서 생존을 하기 위한 핵심적 절차이며, 비즈니스 모델을 통하여 기업은 이익을 창출할 수 있기 때문이다. 기업이 경쟁우위를 차지하거나 유지하는 것은 기업이 가치체계 내에서 어떻게 위치하느냐에 따라 달라지기도 하는데, 본 연구에서는 인력, 비용, 그리고 시간 둥의 제약으로 인하여 이룰 수 없었던 가치사슬의 통합과 재구축을 B2E관계, 제휴 등을 통하여 달성하고자 한다. 이에 따라, B2E모델, 제휴프로그램 등을 분석한 후 제휴 B2E 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 제안한 모델은 모 기업과 고용기업간 상호 이익이 보상되는 상호 보완적인 기능모듈을 갖는 프레임이다.

우리나라 기업의 e-비즈니스 시스템 도입현황과 성과 : 실증분석 (E-Business, Firm Characteristics and Firm Performance : An Empirical Analysis of Korean Firms)

  • This study attempts to examine the factors affecting the introduction of e-Business systems and also, to assess the effects of various e-Business systems on firm performance. Empirical analysis is carried out with firm data of 2009, which is collected from Firm Activity Survey of Statistics Korea. Firm performance is measured by four indexes; operating income per employee, value added per employee, return on assets, and return on sales. Empirical results indicate that a firm is more likely to introduce any e-Business system as its size and its assets per employee are larger and as its ratio of labor compensations to operating costs is lower. Additionally, a firm with higher skill levels and more fruitful management experiences is more likely to have any e-Business system. In general, it appears that the presence of e-Business, especially enterprise resources planning, has positive effects on the firm performance.
