차체의 압괴특성에 의한 충돌 후 타고오름 거동에 관한 연구 (Study on a Override Behavior during Train Collision by Crush Characteristic of Train Carbody)

  • This paper proposed a new 2D multibody dynamic modeling technique to analyze overriding behavior taking place during train collision. This dynamic model is composed of nonlinear spring, damper and mass by considering the deformable characteristics of carbodies as well as energy absorbing structures and components. By solving this dynamic model of rollingstock, collision energy absorption capacity, acceleration of passenger sections, impact forces applied to interconnecting devices, and overriding displacements can be well estimated. For a case study, we choose KHST (Korean High Speed Train), obtained crush characteristic data of each carbody section from 3D finite element analysis, and established a 2D multibody dynamic model. This 2D dynamic model was suggested to describe the collision behavior of 3D Virtual Testing Model.

  • Unlike ordinary vehicle chassis frame, chassis frame of military vehicle is long and that is operated in harsh driving environment in middle of war. Thus, because large dynamic loads is acting on the frame, it is important to secure the durability of the frame based on the structural dynamic characteristic analysis. The purpose of the study is that the chassis frame is optimized to secure durability of the chassis frame of the military vehicle according to the structural dynamic characteristic analysis. Also, structure optimization are performed using parametric optimization and topology optimization methods.

드릴가공에 있어서 동적성분의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristic of the Dynamic Component in Drilling)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the characteristic of dynamic component in drilling. Materials used were carbon steel, brass and cast iron, and the drills used were high speed steel drill and cemented carbide. The cutting resistance generated in drilling was detected with the aid of piez0-electric tool dynamometer which has an excellent frequency response, and then the magnitude and shape of dynamic component and its frequency component as well were analyuzed. After a thorough study of interrelationship, the obtained results are as follows; 1) The shape of torque and thrust of the early drilling are different. 2) The shapes of dynamic component can be classified into four kinds. 3) Torque is related to frequency more closely than thrust. 4) As cutting speed increased, dynamic component increased. 5) Chipping took place continuously, and its size decreased as cutting proceeded.

Probabilistic dynamic analysis of truss structures

  • The problem of dynamic analysis of truss structures based on probability is studied in this paper. Considering the randomness of both physical parameters (elastic module and mass density) of structural materials and geometric dimension of bars respectively or simultaneously, the stiffness and mass matrixes of the elements and structure have been built. The structure dynamic characteristic based on probability is analyzed, and the expressions of numeral characteristics of inherence frequency random variable are derived from the Rayleigh's quotient. The method of structural dynamic analysis based on probability is developed. Finally, two examples are given.

  • 본 논문은 철도차량용 추진제어장치의 성능평가를 위한 관성부하 시험설비의 구조안전성 및 동특성 평가를 연구하였다. 추진제어장치는 철도차량의 핵심 부품으로서 차량에 적용하기 전에 안정성 및 신뢰성 검증이 충분히 이루어 져야 한다. 따라서 추진제어장치의 성능시험을 위한 관성부하 시험설비를 이론식을 바탕으로 하여 설계하였다. 설계된 관성부하 시험설비에 대해 Ansys v11.0을 이용하여 구조해석을 수행하였으며, ADAMS를 통해 동특성을 평가하였다. 관성부하 시험설비의 구조안전성은 조합하중하의 베어링에서 안전계수가 10.2로 만족하였다. 또한, 동적 시뮬레이션에 따른 플라이휠은 0.83mm이내의 최대진폭변위로 구조적 안정성이 확보되었다.

얼굴 애니메이션을 위한 동적인 근육모델에 기반한 3차원 얼굴 모델링에 관한 연구 (A Study on 3D Face Modelling based on Dynamic Muscle Model for Face Animation)

  • 본 논문에서는 효율적인 얼굴 애니메이션을 구축하기 위하여 동적인 근육 모델을 기반으로 한 3차원 얼굴 모델링 기법을 제안하였다. 동적인 근육 모델을 기반으로 얼굴 근육을 256개의 점과 이 점들을 연결한 faceline으로 구성한 wireframe을 구축하고, wireframe을 이용한 표준 모델을 구성한 후 정면과 측면의 두장의 2D 영상을 사용하여 텍스처 매핑을 실시하여 3차원 개인 얼굴 모델을 생성하였다. 정확한 매핑을 위하여 특징점들의 정면과 측면 부분을 이용했는데, 정면 이미지와 정면 특징점들의 2차원 좌표를 이용하여 텍스터 좌표를 가진 얼굴을 만든 다음, 측면 이미지와 측면 특징점들의 2차원 좌표를 이용하여 텍스터 좌표를 가진 얼굴을 구축하였다.

  • 2 DOF half-car model with 6 semi-active suspension units is utilized to evaluate the tracked vehicle dynamic performance simulated by several suspension control algorithms. The target of this research is to improve the ride comfort to maintain operator's handling capability when the tracked vehicle travels fast on the rough road. The control algorithms for suspension systems, such as full state feedback active, full state feedback semi-active, sky-hook active, sky-hook semi-active, and on-off systems, are evaluated and analyzed in view point of ride comfort. The dynamic performances of vehicle are expressed and evaluated by vibratory characteristic evaluation curves, performance indices and frequency characteristic curves. The simulation results show that the performances of sky-hook algorithms for ride comfort nearly follow those of full state feedback algorithms and on-off algorithm is recommendatory when the vehicle runs relatively fast.

탈선 후 화물열차의 겹판스프링 동적특성 연구 (A Study of Dynamic Characteristic of the Leaf Spring for Freight Wagon After the Derailment)

  • Particularly derailing freight wagon, which are loaded with dangerous chemicals, has large damages on humans and environment. In this paper the dynamic characteristic of the laminated leaf spring under extreme situation, for example derailment, is examined. The leaf spring has a static hysteresis. Not only the friction value, but also the spring rate are influenced by this hysteresis characteristic. Because of the static hysteresis of the leaf spring the spring rate must be used in normal operation depending upon the loading and the kind of the excitation with the up to 10-fold value of the static spring rate. Some characteristics of the leaf spring can be treated like well-known viscous damping, but fer special situation (preload and/or excitation) particular calculation are necessary.

완충재 구성방법에 따른 동탄성계수 및 중량바닥충격음 저감특성 평가 (Evaluation of the Dynamic Stiffness and Heavy-weight Floor Impact Sound Reduction by Composition of Resilient Materials)

  • Resilient materials are generally used for the floating floors to reduce the floor impact sound. Dynamic stiffness of resilient material, which has the most to do with the floor impact sound reduction. The resilient materials available in Korea include EPS(styrofoam), recycled urethane types, EVA(ethylene vinylacetate) foam rubber, foam PE(polyethylene). glass fiber & rock wool, recycled tire, foam polypropylene. compressed polyester, and other synthetic materials. In this study, we tested dynamic stiffness of resilient material and floor impact sound reduction characteristic to a lot of kinds of resilient materials. It was found that dynamic stiffness of multi-layered damping material could be estimated if know value of each layer that compose whole structure. And the test showed that the amount of the heavy-weight impact sound reduction appeared by being influenced from this dynamic stiffness of resilient material. The dynamic stiffness looked like between other resilient materials, a similar to the amount of the heavy-weight impact sound reduction was shown.
