The usage of ultra-precision machining is increasing by the manufacturing of precision optical elements such as camera lens, laser printer, CD player, DVD and microscope parts etc.. The WC alloy material is in wide use by mold core to improve the productivity and accuracy in manufacturing those precision parts. The WC alloy mould core can be machined effectively by the parallel grinding process which is an excellent technique for manufacturing of surface profile hard to machining materials such as the hardened metal alloy, Ceramics, Glass and so on. Magnetic assisted polishing as a final polishing process has also been utilized to obtain ultra-precision mirror surface with the elimination of traces presented on ground surface. It is able to deduce the optimal ultra-precision machining conditions of the WC alloy material from the experiment and analyses results.

BSE (bovine spongiform encephalopathy)-like symptoms salivation, gait disorder, and the downer syndrome occurred to 8 heads of cattle at six cattle farms in Gyeonju, east eastern Gyeongsang province in 2013. Eight brain tissue samples using a vibration saw (Multimaster$^{(R)}$ FEIN, Germany) were collected referring to "The brain removal technique of transmisible spongiform encephalopathy sampling DVD" by Animal And Plant Quarantine Agency. Brain removal techinque using a vibration saw on the thick, solid frontal bone of cattle is more convenient for incision and removal than an ax for BSE testing.

Korean film "Swiri"(1999) as well as a popular film is the first Korean blockbuster Film. In addition, the number of viewers is very common in Korea a large ripple effect that Korea film "Swiri" in his works were selected to act as a hero and contextual significance confrontation between the two figures through the symbolic analysis of clothing styles and colors Analyzing the meaning of space and a scene in the background with the colorful costumes and would like to study. In detail, the film's central character theme and image suggesting that dramatic reversal the character's personality through the clothes I was expressed through clothing styles and colors were analyzed with symbolism. Korean film "Swiri" the film's DVD player application from the situation or story that is considered to be important psychological conflicts selected twenty-seven screens in the study were collected still images. Data collected for the effect of color contrast and color analysis technical. The center of the video footage, the film's main characters costumes and background colors of the space was to examine the significance and symbolism.

This paper proposes a method to manage individual information on large scale distributed geographic information systems. On such system, ordinary users usually cannot alter the contents of the server. The method proposed in this paper makes possible to alter the contents or add individual data onto such kinds of non-write-permitted data onto set. We call the method as GDSF, ‘geographic differential script file’. In this method, a client user makes a GDSF which contains the private information to be added onto the served data. Then, the client keeps the file on a local disk. After this, when the user uses the data, he applies the differential data sequence onto the down loaded data to restore the information. The GDSF is a collection of picture commands which tell pictures insertions, deletions, and modification operations. The GDSF also can contain the modification. The GDSF also can contain the modification of the attribute information of geographic entities. The method also applicable to modify data on a ROM device, for example CD-ROM or DVD-ROM. This paper describes the method and experimental results.

This study investigated the colors of the costumes and backgrounds of characters in the fantasy film, Alice in Wonderland(2010) by Tim Burton. The methods used were literature studies including related books, articles and internet materials, and positive research with DVD color analysis. Twenty-one scenes were selected by the researcher. Five scenes were selected from novel and film components representing, exposition, complication, crisis, climax, and denouement. After controlled pixel by photoshop program and the represented colors, hues and tones were analyzed. The results were as follows; First, in four characters, Alice's dress colors changed depend on the situation and the passage offered from blue to red, metal light, and blue green. The Mad Hatter's colors were orange with green which signified madness and passion. The Red Queen's red dress and blue make up represented countrified and evil. The White Queen's all white dress and hair, black eyes and vivid red meant purity and nobility. Similar characters' colors were limited. Second, the background colors, especially tones were an important component of the fantasy image. These were different for each type of scene in the film such as exposition, complication, crisis, climax, and denouement.

Rewritable optical memory devices such as an CD-RW and DVD+RW are data storage media, which take advantage of the different optical properties in the amorphous and crystalline states of phase change materials. The switching property, structural transformation, transformation kinetics and chemical bindings of $Ge_xSb_{100-x}$($6{\le}x{\le}$34) were studied to investigate the feasibility of applying $Ge_xSb_{100-x}$ alloys in optical memory. The $Ge_xSb_{100-x}$ thin film was deposited by RF magnetron co-sputtering system and phase change characteristics were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), static tester, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES) and atomic force microscopy (AEM). Optimum fiim composition of $Ge_xSb_{100-x}$ was studied and its minimum time fur laser induced crystallization and optical contrast fur phase transition was performed. These results might be correlated with the binding energies between Ge and Sb, and indicate that $Ge_xSb_{100-x}$ have an potential far optical memory applications.

Purpose: The study was done to identify variations in Nurses' CPR knowledge, attitude and performance before and after BLS Education. Method: This study was designed to evaluate the differences in Nurses' CPR knowledge, attitude and performance. For the study we selected 167 nurses working in Daegu K University hospital. The study group was given a test before (pre test) and after (post test) BLS education. The BLS education was given by two BLS instructors certified by the American Heart Association, using a DVD and manikin. Result: The results showed a statistically significant difference the nurse's knowledge, belief, emotion and performance but there was no significant difference in their behavior after BLS education. CPR knowledge and performance was higher among emergency room nurses compared to surgical ward nurses. Conclusion: CPR education has shown to have a positive effect on nurses' attitudes towards CPR. It also improved their related knowledge and performance. Therefore, cardiopulmonary education should be given continuously, and different steps of CPR education programs need to be developed in order to fill the knowledge deficiency gap.

In this paper, the general research on the analysis of the vibration due to magnetic exciting force in the small brushless DC(BLDC) motor, which is used in the Digital Versatile Disk(DVD) ROM driving system, is performed. The first part of the study is the analysis of the magnetic exciting force in the air gap region. As a verification of the exciting force by numerical analysis, the magnetic exciting force distribution in the air gap region is computed by using Reluctance Network Method(RNM). In addition, the effect of the eccentricity on the magnetic exciting force is discussed. The other part of the research is the structural analysis of the rotor structure of the BLDC motor. The matural mode analysis of the rotor structure is performed, and the vibration response due to magnetic exciting force is found. As a result of the procedures, the basic estimation of the effect of the magnetic exciting force on the vibration of BLDC motor is suggested.

Spectroscopic ellipsometer(SE)는 박막의 두께, 굴절률, 흡수율, 에너지 갭, 결정상태, 밀도, 표면 및 계면의 거칠기 등에 관한 유용한 정보들을 제공한다. (1-3) SE는 빛을 탐침으로 사용하기 때문에 비파괴적이고 비접촉식 박막물성 측정방법이며 편광변화에 대한 상대적 물리량을 측정함으로써 정밀도와 재연성이 매우 높은 장점들을 갖고 있다. 따라서 SE는 반도체 메모리 소자, 평판 디스플레이, DVD와 CD와 같은 데이터 저장장치 등을 제작하는 공정에서 박막에 관련된 공정계측장비로 사용되고 있다. 특히, 최근의 차세대 반도체 소자 개발에 관한 연구 등(4-6)에서는 수 nm 두께의 다양한 초박막들에 관한 물성연구가 주관심사이기 때문에 최고의 성능을 갖는 계측장비와 기술이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 그림과 같은 편광자(polarizer)-시료(sample)-검광자(analyzer)로 구성된 PSA구조의 표준기용 rotating-analyzer SE를 제작하게 되었다. 현재까지 개발된 ellipsometer의 수많은 종류들 중에서 null 형, rotating element 형, 그리고 phase modulation 형이 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. 여기서 element란 polarizer, analyzer, 또는 compensator와 같은 광 부품들을 지칭하는데 이 중 하나 또는 둘을 회전시키기 때문에 그 종류 또한 매우 많다. 이들 중에서 회전검광자형 ellipsometer는 입사각 정렬이 우수하고, 파장에 무관한 편광기만 사용하므로 비교적 넓은 광량자 에너지영역에서 정확도 높은 데이터를 얻을 수 있기 때문에 박막 상수의 정밀측정에 가장 적합하다. 특히, 본 연구에서 제작된 ellipsometer에는 간섭계 장치, polarizer tracking,(2) zone average,(1) 그리고 low-pass filter 등을 사용함으로써 측정오차를 최대한 줄이는 노력을 하였다.

초고속인터넷은 지상파방송, 케이블 TV, 위성방송에 이어 또 다른 미디어로 부각되기 시 작 하였다. 특히 통신과 방송이 융화되는 환경 하에서 IP-TV 서비스는 통신사업자나 방송사 업자에게 매우 중요한 중심 매체로 등장 되었고, 접속기술, 네트워크 기술, 동영상 압축기술등 기술의 발전은 더 이상 기술적인 요인이 IP-TV 서비스 활성화의 장애 요인으로 작용하지 않게 되었고, 서비스를 위한 장비 및 단말가격의 급격한 가격하락은 사업의 성공 가능성을 더 높여 주게 되었다. IP-TV 서비스는 보다 양질의 멀티미디어 서비스를 원하는 고객의 수요와 신규 고객을 유치하고 가입자를 Lock-in 시키며, 타 통신 사업자의 고객을 자사 고객으로 전환시키고자 하는 차별화 전략의 일환으로 통신사업자들이 적극적으로 도입하고 있다. 특히 망 진화에 따른 차세대 초고속인터넷 서비스 기술인 VDSL이나 Advanced 케이블모뎀을 이용 DVD 급 고화질의 IP-TV 서비스가 시작되면서 ARPU를 증대 시키고 다양한 수익원 개발의 일환으로 인터넷 접속서비스 외에 부가가치를 창출 할 수 있는 Killer Service로서 주목을 받고 있다. IP-TV 서비스는 가입자망의 진화 와 밀접하게 연관되어 전개되는 서비스로 Post-ADSL에 대한 예측과 IP-TV 서비스에 대한 설문조사 결과를 토대로 하여 예측 한 바에 의하면 Post-ADSL 가입자는 2005년 300만 명에서 2006년 480만으로 증가하고 2009년 1,024만 명에 이를 것으로 전망되고, IP-TV 서비스 가입자도 2005년 36만 명에서 2006년 88만으로 증가하고 2009년 382만 명으로 증가하는 것으로 예측되었다.
