This study referred to relevant literatures, collected professional advice, created the sphere of duty with considering the characteristics of marine products-marine transportation education and teachers' specialty, and researched the feasibility of duty sphere classified from 2nd of September in 2008 to 20th of October in 2008 by selecting 80 professional teachers at random teachers who were working in 4 schools that had local 1. As the result of this study, it is proper to classify the sphere of marine products-marine transportation professional teachers into teaching-learning sphere, actual training guidance sphere, life guidance sphere, class management sphere, administrative performance sphere, specialty extension sphere, academic-industrial cooperation and community connection sphere. 2. For the contents of each sphere of marine products-marine transportation teachers' duty, it is proper to systematize teaching-learning field with 32 contents of duty, actual training guidance field with 21 contents of duty, life guidance sphere with 18 contents of duty, class management sphere with 12 contents of duty, administrative performance sphere with 18 contents of duty, specialty extension sphere with 15 contents of duty, academic-industrial cooperation and community connection sphere with 9 contents of duty respectively.

Smart farm is a high-tech type of plant factory that artificially makes environmental conditions suitable for the growth of plants and manages them to automatically produce the desired plants regardless of seasons or space. This study was conducted by identifying the effects of Hertz and Duty ratio on the photosynthetic rate of ginseng, a medicinal crop, to find the optimal conditions for photosynthetic responses in smart farms. The light sources consisted of a total of 10 chambers using LED system, with 4 R+B(red+blue) mixed lights and 6 R+B+W (red+blue+white) mixed lights. In addition, the Hertz of the R+B mixed light was treated at 20, 60, 180, 540, 1620 and 4860 hz respectively. The R+B+W mixed light was treated with 60, 180, 540, and 1620 hz. Afterwards, experiments were conducted with the duty ratio of 30, 50, and 70%. As a result, the photosynthetic rate of ginseng according to duty ratio and Hertz was the highest at 60 hz when duty ratio was set to 50%. On the other hand, that was the lowest when the duty ratio was 30% at the same 60 hz. In addition, the photosynthetic rates were highest in the R+B mixed light and R+B+W mixed light at 60 hz. Therefore, the condition with the highest photosynthetic rate of ginseng in smart farms is 60 hz when the duty ratio in R+B mixed light is 50%.

Heavy duty coating are required to have minimum durable period of 15 years under average usage environment because these paints are coated with purpose of anti-corrosion, antifouling, plastering etc. Onto steel structures constructed upon land and sea and other ferrous structures of electric power generation plants, electricity transmission towers, large structures of various plants, etc. Therefore we tried to estimate heavy duty coating longevity through reliability evaluation method and used combined cyclic anti-conrrosion test method composed of drying, moisturizing and salt spray as for accelerated life test to estimate longevity. Accelerated life test hours to heavy duty coating of first grade (with longevity not less than 15 years) specification may be obtained from troubleless test hours $t_n=\frac{B_p}{n^{1/\beta}}\left[\frac{1n(1-CL)}{1n(1-p)} \right]^{1/\beta}=19.671$ (yr) where shape parameter $\beta=1.1$, confidence level CL=80 %, warranty life $B_{10}=15$ yr and sampling size n=10 (2 sets). Because acceleration factor {AF} found by accelerated test is 41.7, accelerated life test hours required may be represented about 4,132 hr so that if this amount of hours is converted to number of cycles(6 hr/cycle) of complex cycle corrosion resistance test then the amount is tantamount about 690 cycles. That means if there does not occur trouble failure (with defect factor sum not more than 20) during when there is performed 690 cycles of combined cyclic anti-corrosion test to heavy duty coating specimen then it signifies that there can be warranted longevity $B_{10}$ of 15 yr under condition of confidence level CL=80 %.

무선 센서 네트워크의 센서 노드는 내부 전원을 사용함으로 인해 수명이 제한적이다. 기존의 여러 MAC 프로토콜은 무선 센서 네트워크에서 에너지 절약을 위해 sleep/listen cycle을 스케쥴링한다. 또한, MAC프로토콜의 duty-cycle은 사용자의 조정에 의해 낮은 duty cycle로 변화할 수 있으며, 이는 프레임에서 sleep 시간을 결정하게 된다. 이러한 duty cycle의 크기는 MAC 프로토콜의 성능에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 본 논문에서는 NS-2 환경에서 서로 다른 duty cycle을 갖는 TEEM과 SMAC을 시뮬레이션하고 두 개의 프로토콜의 에너지 소비와 성능 측면에서 duty cycle을 분석한다.

The purpose of this paper is to develop the Index of Balanced Life from the Korean life style. This paper presents How Koreans live for 24 hours a day, generally. The Index of Life Style is composed of necessary life, duty life and leisure life. Specifically, this paper considers moving time of activity between indexes of balanced life. We suggest that there is a difference among the characteristics, i.e., a sex, week, state of student and region that are explained by analyzing the exploratory data. Thereafter we obtain the statistical inference from each characteristic table.

This paper represents the life-cycle cost(LCC) of steel bridges which are located on the train-network. Corrosion problems are mainly considered in the steel members such as steel plate girder, box girder, truss and arch. Based on the current value, initial construction cost, maintenance cost and demolition cost are calculated and life-cycle costs are formulated for the several types of bridges. From the comparison on each LCC, an effective painting method is recommended for reducing the LCC of steel bridges. Even though the initial cost of Super Weather Resistance Heavy Duty Paintings (Resin Fluoride) is expensive, because of the long endurance, the LCC of steel bridges painted with Super Weather Resistance Heavy Duty Paintings (Resin Fluoride) is less than that painted with General Heavy Duty (Rubber Chloride).

NCS development for construction of marine terminal structure was carried out through following procedures such as analysis on characteristics, analysis on duty, development of the first draft for standards, validation of industry sites, duty competency standards through expert committee, and utilizing package. The results were as follows. Firstly, duty competency was classified as levels from 3 to 7. Educational training institutions were followed by 22 universities, 21 colleges, 16 graduate schools, and 10 high schools. Secondly, developed standards were consisted of duty and competency unit. The name of duty was construction of marine terminal structure and competency units were consisted of 9 items as survey on economic effect, evaluation of conditions on construction environment, plan for construction of structure, construction of transfer, mooring, and power equipment, and construction, startup test, and maintenance of terminal structure. 33 competency unit elements below 9 competency units were developed. Thirdly, utilizing package was developed into 3 areas of life-long career path, training criteria, and guidelines for exam according to national competency standards for in order to develop development of labor's career and perform personal management such as hiring and promotion in industry sites.

In connection to the civil liability of the medical malpractice, plaintiff and courts are solving the medical disputes with theory of the liability based on tort law. because contract law does not enact the right of claim of solatium and a plaintiff's lawyer and courts hesitate to use contract law. Medical treatment of doctor is main debt in medical contract and its in-complete performance gives rise to the violations of human's life, body and health. Consequently a breach of medical contract leads to violations of person-al rights. These violations spring from liability of contract as well as tort and damages from them are recognized based on medical contract law. A duty of explanation of doctor is a independent and appendant debt to the treatment debt. However its breach provokes violations of human's life, body and health as well as a right self-determination. Therefore consolation money claim should be recognized. In case of the violation of patient's life, body and health, patient's family al-so can demand consolation money due to the violation of their's own mental pain. However in case of the violation of only patient's self-determination without informed concent, they can not demand it by reason of the violation of patient's self-determination. But by reason of the violation of patient's life, body and health that were recognized by proximate causal relation between violation of duty of explanation and abd execution, they can do.
