The research which sees the fact that about model found of the duty factor whom follows in old person welfare facility worker holding office duration and organized performance researches in purpose. From theoretical background about the old person welfare facility system investigated a theory about the duty factor and organized performance of literature investigation and the old person welfare facility worker. This study aims to find new attributes by analyzing Korea and China duty free store online reviews and examine the influence of these attributes on star ratings(satisfaction)of duty free store. For study, we used Dazhong Dianping that largest online review site in China. Using R, we analyzed 5,659 reviews of Korea duty free store and 4,051 reviews of China duty free store. According to the analysis, Sale, Food and Membership attributes had a positive effect on star rating of Korea duty free store. Sale, Product, Airport, Food and Membership had a positive effect on star rating of China duty free store. This study has identified new factors such as food that showed the importance of providing space of restaurants while shopping at duty free store. This study has contributed to the existing literature by finding new attribute such as food. Practically, this finding will help to duty free industry workers better understand the impact of providing space of restaurants on duty free store.

Pulse electroplating was studied to form nanocrystal structure effectively by changing plating current density and duty cycle. When both of plating current density and duty cycle were decreased from $100mA/cm^2$ and 70% to $50mA/cm^2$ and 30%, the P content in the Ni matrix was increased almost up to the composition of $Ni_3P$ compound and the grain growth after annealing was retarded as well. The as-plated hardness values ranging from 660 to 753 HV are mainly based on the formation of nanocrystal structure. On the other hand, the post-anneal hardness values ranging from 898 to 1045 HV, which are comparable to the hardness of hard Cr, are coming from how competition worked between the precipitation of $Ni_3P$ and the grain coarsening. According to the ANOVA and regression analysis, the plating current density showed more strong effect on nanocrystal size and film hardness than the duty cycle.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to set the explanatory duty on traditional Korean medical(TKM) treatment by analyzing the judicial precedents. Methods : The study was performed by analyzing nine cases of lawsuits related to Korean medicine doctor and explanatory duty among the medical dispute cases in Korea from 1968 through 2012. Results : Nine closed claims occurred regarding the violation of explanatory duties in the field of TKM practice. Two claims were decided by supreme court, three were decided by high court, and four were decided by district court. The causes of lawsuits were categorized as follows : bee venom pharmacopuncture, herb treatment, and an explanation for safety. Conclusions : To perform an explanatory duty has important legal implications for the protection of patients' rights and Korean Medicine doctors' autonomy on TKM treatment.

The purpose of this study is to look into nurse's legal duty and to analyze influencing factors, by reading through precedents in nursing-related malpractice cases. 157 clinic nurses and 40 head nurses who were working in 3 university hospitals in the area of Seoul and KyongKi province were surveyed with pre-set questionnaires which were based on 20 cases and to compare precedents with nurses' attitudes. Independent variables were demographic characteristics, job characteristics, experience and education, and personal characteristics. Dependent variables were the extents of understanding in their duty. To analyze the extent of duty understanding t-text. ANOVA, and multiple regression were performed according to the characteristics of each study subject. Main findings are as follows; 1. $X^2$ test was performed for each hospitals and job category. The existence of religion and job-related advisers were significantly different according to hospitals and job categories. The existences of the orientation for nursing, education, and meeting were significantly different according to hospitals. 2. The extent of duty understanding according to the subject characteristics was assessed by means of median. Each case was given the median. 12 cases(46%)out of 26 cases demonstrated the median of more than 6 showing high extent of understanding. 3. When $X^2$ test was performed. the extent of duty understanding was significantly different in the areas of marriage status. the existence of meetings. and the experience of having dispute. When multiple regression(stepwise method) was performed, above variables were not statistically significant. 4.As result of comparative analysis on precedents and nurse's attitudes. it is 4 cases that nurse's attitudes is more active than precedents and it is 9 cases that nurse's attitudes is more passive than precedents and it is 4 cases that nurse's attitudes is parallel with precedents. This study does not present statistical model which can integrate all the cases. The significance of this study is in that it generalized and assessed the nurses' understanding of duty based on nursing -care which was legally disputed and compared nurse's attitude with precedents.

As the demand for automation (or autonmation) or clean workplace has grown, the interest in the knowledge and skill regarding safety is rising in manager duty. Moreover, the importance of severity rate of injury has increased due to the enlargement of industry scale, even safety management area has developed. Thus, it is important that production managers, the core of the line process, realize the safety in their production line, even if a safety manager acts as a staff. However, in the duty oriented National Competency Standard (NCS), the education about the safety duty of production management part is insufficient. According to NCS, it is calculated production managers receive only 6.7% of whole safety education regarding the duty related the safety management for production manager in mechanical industry. However, the ability in safety is more demanded from production managers as the concept of "production and safety" turns into the concept of "production with safety". And then in this paper, we will compare and analyze the safety management duty in Korean NCS and the safety management duty in State Leaders Connecting Learning to Work in US manufacturing industry, in terms of the duty of the production manage in mechanical industry (05). And, we will develop the safety duty education system for production manager, by classifying the safety education in domestic mechanical industry into knowledge education, skill education, and attitude education with using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

On-arrival duty free will prevent Korean outbound passengers from keeping the duty free items they purchased at the departure during their travel. Most Korean tourists have requested the airport authority to install on-arrival duty free since the grand-opening of Incheon int'l airport. Considering the fierce hub airport competition in the North East Asian region, the Korean government's decision to install on-arrival duty free is regarded as a well-timed intervention. The purpose of the research was to analyze sales correlation based on a comparison of sales of both departure and on-arrival duty free and to propose an administrative implication. Compared to business conglomerates running departure duty free, on-arrival duty free operators, who are small or medium companies, have weakness in product composition, marketing, and merchandising capabilities. According to the analysis, outbound passengers, who purchased fashion accessories and leather products at the departure duty free, tended to purchase cosmetics/perfume or liquor on the arrival duty free. Such complementary purchasing behavior of passengers showed there is barely a negative correlation between departure and on-arrival duty free.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of duty free shop consumers' store benefits sought and fashion merchandise shopping orientation on store satisfaction. Survey data were collected from questionnaires filled out by 194 domestic consumers who had purchase experience of fashion goods in duty free shops located in Korea. The data were analyzed by reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, the store benefits sought was categorized into five factors such as pursuit of convenience, salesperson/atmosphere, promotion, product quality, and product fashionability/variety. The fashion merchandise shopping orientation was categorized into six factors such as pleasure orientation, pursuit of fashion, pursuit of brand, planned orientation, pursuit of confidence, and convenience orientation. The store satisfaction was categorized into six factors such as atmosphere/reputation of store, promotion, product fashionability/variety, convenience, price, and salesperson. Second, the store benefits sought, composed of pursuit of convenience, salesperson/atmosphere, promotion, product quality, and product fashionability/variety, had an effect on the store satisfaction. Third, the shopping orientation such as pleasure orientation, pursuit of fashion, pursuit of brand, and planned orientation, with the exception of pursuit of confidence and convenience orientation, had an effect on the store satisfaction.

This study was performed in order to derive components that librarians think preferentially necessary and realistically important when applying the NCS 'Library and Information Administration's duty' to the library working environments. It was possible by evaluating and analyzing the importance and utilization of ability unit and its element which are the components of NCS 'Library and Information Administration's duty'. First, ability units of 'User Information Services', 'Reading and Culture Programs' were higher in importance and utilization at the same time. Ability units of 'Library and Information Practical Research Perform', 'Library and Information Curation', 'Library and Information System Operation' were lower in importance and utilization when we evaluate the importance and utilization of ability unit and its element which are the components of NCS 'Library and Information Administration's duty'. Second, components of 'Reading and Culture Programs', 'User Information Service', 'Library and Information Collection' were higher in the order, and components of 'Library and Information Curation', 'Library and Information System Operation', 'Library and Information Practical Research Perform' were found lower in demands as the desirable level and the current level appear less common when we analyzed the demands on the duty components utilizing Borich requirements analysis model. Third, six ability units of 'Reading and Culture Programs', 'User Information Services', 'Library and Information Collection', 'Library and Information Services Marketing', 'Library and Information Preservation', 'Library and Information Use Analysis' were derived as priority components when we analyzed the priority of the duty component (ability unit) utilizing The Locus for Focus model.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the measures to measure the shopping satisfaction and to increase the shopping satisfaction. We conducted surveys and conducted empirical analysis on Chinese tourists visiting duty free shops in Busan using direct survey method. The results of this study are as follows. First, factor analysis for subdividing the duty - free choice attribute was analyzed as store attribute, product attribute, and service attribute. Second, based on this analysis, the effect of each attribute on shopping satisfaction showed statistically significant positive results. Third, the analysis of the relative size of the effects of analytic attributes on satisfaction showed that store attributes were the highest. That is, the quality of duty-free shops, services, and products increases overall shopping satisfaction. Therefore, it can be said that the strategy implementation that improves the quality of the attributes affecting the satisfaction is expected to contribute to the improvement of the management performance, and suggests the management implications for the activation of the operation of the duty - free shop. Future studies will be more meaningful if more variety of shopping places are studied.
