항공사서비스센터 직원의 개인특성과 서비스태도에 관한 연구 - K항공사 서비스센터를 중심으로 - (A Research on Airline Customer Service Employees' Characters and their Service Attitudes focusing on K-Airline Service center)

  • This paper tried to research a field employee's character, its correlation to service attitude and its impact on service using MBTI characteristics functional indicators, working at airline customer service center. It is proved employees with Sensing Feeing(SF), Intuition Feeling(NF) and Intuition Thinking(NT) have showed lower satisfaction on their duty than employees with Sensing Thinking(ST) have. In analysis of MBTI characteristics' impact on organization-related characteristics, it is also found out employees with Sensing Feeing(SF) and Intuition Feeling(NF) have showed lower trust than employees with Sensing Thinking(ST) have. Considering other controled factors, this paper found that the more job satisfaction employees have, employees with 1 to 5 years of experience on their duty showed more significant service-focused attitude. Moreover, deputy directors or high-ranked people with the higher job satisfaction were seemed to be more service-oriented.

  • One of the most important aspects in structural health monitoring is the detection of fatigue damage. Structural components such as heavy-duty bolts work under high dynamic loads, and thus are prone to accumulate fatigue damage and cracks may originate. Those heavy-duty bolts are used, for example, in wind power generation and mining equipment. Therefore, the investigation of new and more effective monitoring technologies attracts a great interest. In this study the acoustic emission (AE) technology was employed to detect incipient damage during fatigue testing of a M36 bolt. Initial results showed that the AE signals have a high level of background noise due to how the load is applied by the fatigue testing machine. Thus, an advanced signal processing method in the time-frequency domain, the Hilbert-Huang Spectrum (HHS), was applied to reveal AE components buried in background noise in form of high-frequency peaks that can be associated with damage progression. Accordingly, the main contribution of the present study is providing insights regarding the detection of incipient damage during fatigue testing using AE signals and providing recommendations for further research.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the working condition of physical therapists and the degree of job satisfaction. This study also was to identify the causes of job stress: to examine job stress and job satisfaction; and to find factors that affect job satisfaction for physical therapists in Korea. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted from February 17 to March 15 in 2003. Survey data was obtained from 255 therapists registered in Korean Physical-Therapists Association. Results were as follows: 1. The degree of job satisfaction was moderate. 2. The degree of stress with their work was a little high. 3. Duty itself is one of the main factors of job stress of physical therapists. Working atmosphere and the relationships with job colleagues turned to be closely related to the degree of satisfaction. 4. The longer their total term of service was and the older they are, the greater the satisfaction with work was. In conclusion, the physical therapists can be encouraged to do their work more energetically and voluntarily. At the same time, the feeling of mission can also grow by shortening of working hours, reducing the quantity of work, and offering more salary. It is also to recommend an effective performance of duty and the development of their medical service to be introduced.

주기적으로 분리된 광도파로로 구성된 모드 크기 변환기의 설계 및 분석 (Design and analysis of a mode size converter composed of periodically segmented taper waveguide)

  • 본 논문에서는 광도파로와 광섬유사이에서 광손실을 줄이기 위한 모드 크기 변환기를 설계하였다. 설계된 모드 크기 변환기는 주기적으로 분리된 테이퍼 광도파로로 구성된 모드 크기 변환기이며, 공정상의 적용이 용이한 수평 테이퍼 구조를 선택하였다. 높이와 폭이 3$\mu\textrm{m}$${\times}$3$\mu\textrm{m}$이며 1.5%실리카 광도파로의 경우 파장이 1550nm 파장에서 최적의 모드 크기 변환기 설계 파라미터는 테이퍼 영역의 길이가 500$\mu\textrm{m}$이고, 분리된 광도파로의 길이는 5$\mu\textrm{m}$이며, 주기의 Duty-Cycle은 0.95, 광도파로와 광섬유의 접속면에서의 폭은 1.3$\mu\textrm{m}$이였다. 이 때 결합손실은 0.33㏈/point로 광섬유와 광도파로를 직접 연결할 때 보다 1.27 ㏈/point가 감소하였다.

C-GIS의 설계 및 성능평가 결과분석 (The design of C-GIS and the analysis of its Performance test results)

  • The cubicle type GIS rated at 25.8kV has been designed and manufactured by Jinkwang E&C eacently with their own technologies and KERI's assistances. The C-GIS has been tested to check the design capability for reference before conducting the type test. The operating characteristics test, short time withstand current and peak withstand current test, basic short circuit test duty T60 for preconditioning test, cable charging current switching test, capacitor bank current switching test, basic short circuit test duty T100s and T100a, single phase earth fault test, double earth fault test has been conducted. The test results show that the design and the manufacturing of the C-GIS has an enough capability to pass through the type test except the occurrence of 2 NSDDs in the cable charging current switching test and the instability of opening time at the minimum operating voltage. The problems shown in the tests will be improved soon and the successful pass will be expected in the following type test.

펄스 SiH4 플라즈마 화학기상증착 공정에서 입자 성장에 대한 펄스 변조의 영향 (Effects of Pulse Modulations on Particle Growth m Pulsed SiH4 Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition Process)

  • We analyzed systematically particle growth in the pulsed $SiH_4$ plasmas by a numerical method and investigated the effects of pulse modulations (pulse frequencies, duty ratios) on the particle growth. We considered effects of particle charging on the particle growth by coagulation during plasma-on. During plasma-on ($t_{on}$), the particle size distribution in plasma reactor becomes bimodal (small sized and large sized particles groups). During plasma-off ($t_{off}$), there is a single mode of large sized particles which is widely dispersed in the particle size distribution. During plasma on, the large sized particles grows more quickly by fast coagulation between small and large sized particles than during plasma-off. As the pulse frequency decreases, or as the duty ratio increases, $t_{on}$ increases and the large sized particles grow faster. On the basis of these results, the pulsed plasma process can be a good method to suppress efficiently the generation and growth of particles in $SiH_4$ PCVD process. This systematical analysis can be applied to design a pulsed plasma process for the preparation of high quality thin films.

응급구조사의 직무만족도와 조직몰입도에 관한 연구 - 광주·전남 응급구조사를 중심으로 - (Job satisfaction and organizational commitment among emergency medical technicians)

  • A descriptive-correlational study was conducted to examine the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of emergency medical technicians(EMTs) and to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Subjects of this study werw 85 EMTs who passed first grade qualification examination and work at hospitals or fire stations in Gwangju and Chonnam province. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire by a postal survey from Sept. 10 to Oct. 20, 2003. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, ANOVA. t-test, and Pearson Correlation were used. The mean score of subjects' job satisfaction was 3.04 and the mean score of organizational commitment was 3.33. There was no significant differences on job satisfaction and organizational commitment by general characteristics of subjects. Job satisfaction was significantly differed by their careers as a EMT, current working place, and types of duty. Organizational commitment was significantly differed by their current working place, types of duty, and level of mean allowance. There was statistically significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. These findings provide implications to improve job satisfaction and organizational commitment for EMTs. Further studies are recommended.

Second, risk about transporting goods passes to purchaser at signing a contract. But, when there is special assessment, risk passes to purchaser when goods are delivered to carter who publish document that embody contract of carriage. Nevertheless, it is loss if seller did not notify this truth to occasion purchaser who could knew loss or damage of goods or know justly at sales contract conclusion defamation danger seller of be burdensome. Third, seller has responsibility about damage or loss as long as hide in own artificiality or forbearance after risk passes to purchaser. Regulation about risk in Incoterms 2010 was separated into 11 condition, and move time of risk differs in angle condition. It is appeared that the substance handles relatively comprehensively because compare in Incoterms 2010 although it is because it becomes if it examines regulation about deliver and passing of risk of goods setting in CISG relatively concise. Also, segments that can become posibility of analysis controversy exist.

Utility-Connected Solar Power Conditioner Using Edge-Resonant Soft Switching Duty Cycle Sinewave Modulated Inverter Link

  • The utility interfaced sinewave modulation Inverter for the solar photovoltaic power conditioner with a high frequency transformer is presented for residential applications. As compared with the conventional full-bridge hard switching slnewave PWM inverter with a high frequency link, the simplest single-ended edge-resonant soft switching sinewave inverter with a sinewave duty cycle pulse control scheme is implemented, resulting in size and weight reduction, low cost and high efficiency This paper presents a prototype system of the sinewave zero voltage soft switching sinewave inverter for solar power conditioner, along with its operating principle and unique features. In addition to these, this paper discusses a control implementation to deliver high quality output current. Major design of each component and the power loss analysis under actual power processing is also discussed and evaluated from an experimental point of view A newly developed utility-connected sinewave power conditioning circuit which achieves 92.5% efficiency under 4kW output is demonstrated.

  • 전류원 브릿지 회로방식은 전압원 회로방식에 비해 스위치 차단 시 발생하는 전압 스파이크에 연루되는 에너지가 커 고효율로 동작하는 무손실 스너버가 필수적인데, 이 스너버는 그 동작원리가 복잡하고 동작조건이 바뀜에 따라 성능의 변동이 심하여 설계가 어려운 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 0.5 이상의 시비율로 동작하는 전류원 하프-브릿지 컨버터를 위한 무손실 스너버의 동작을 완전히 분석하고 설계사항에 대해 고찰한 뒤 실험을 통해 검증한다
