  • The purpose of this study is to provide the feasibility of apartment remodeling types in DaeJeon City. This study was conducted by survey for the residents' perceptions of the apartment remodeling. In addition, this study estimated the cost according to remodeling types by comparing it with that other apartments in DaeJeon City. By doing so, this study evaluated the feasibility of remodeling. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Not only the level of the residents' perception but also the intention of apartment remodeling was high. 2. The cost of remodeling was similar to that of residents had answered at questionaire. Thus, the remodeling cost proven to be very reasonable. 3. The cost of horizontally expanding remodeling type was cheaper than that of moving within the same apartment complex or into the new apartment. The cost of others (duplex, expansion or reduction of household) are cheaper that of moving. But one of the difficulties in carrying out these types lies in the fact that the remodeling should be performed in the apartment complex or building. Accordingly, this study proposes that horizontally expanding remodeling type is more feasible in DaeJeon City.

  • Contemporary fashion is experiencing a rise in design that combines heterogeneous things, or goes beyond the roles, boundaries, and meanings of existing things. This can be described as a 'heterogeneous fusion' that is different in character from the mixed use of heterogeneous materials, borrowed designs, and exaggeration of the silhouette that have been practices in fashion design, or the non-structure, deconstruction, and recombination that have existed since the age when post-structuralism was a central philosophy. This 'fusion' causes a 'confusion' of the generally accepted mental principle of 'one sense reacting to one stimulus', and breaks the boundary between the various senses, causing confusion in the senses of the individual, and leading him or her to experience unfamiliar feelings. In this process, all information received from external sources is not perceived as it is seen, but rather is perceived through a fusion of the individual's motivations, the environment in which it is perceived, the resulting change in emotion, and the individual's past memories. The combination of these heterogeneous elements visually accepted, or such a non-territorial combination acts as a 'fusion of senses' in the individual's perception, which causes confusion in the homeostasis of perception, and a change in emotion, and serves as a factor that causes the information to be stored in the memory for a long time. In parallel with deconstruction or non-structure, the 'heterogeneous fusion' found in modern fashion is taking root as a representative creative trend, and is represented in various forms such as the mixed use of subjects and materials, non-territorial borrowing, fusion with animal forms, fusion with non-physical geometry, and fusion with heterogeneous hair decoration.

  • Both timbral features and spatial features are important in the assessment of multichannel audio coding systems. The prediction model, extending the ITU-R Rec. BS. 1387-1 to multichannel audio coding systems, with the use of spatial features such as ITDDist (Interaural Time Difference Distortion), ILDDist (Interaural Level Difference Distortion), and IACCDist (InterAural Cross-correlation Coefficient Distortion) was proposed by Choi et al. In that model, ITDDistswere only computed for low frequency bands (below 1500Hz), and ILDDists were computed only for high frequency bands (over 2500Hz) according to classical duplex theory. However, in the high frequency range, information in temporal envelope is also important in spatial perception, especially in sound localization. A new model to compute the ITD distortions of temporal envelopes in high frequency components is introduced in this paper to investigate the role of such ITD on spatial perception quantitatively. The computed ITD distortions of temporal envelopes in high frequency components were highly correlated with perceived sound quality of multichannel audio sounds.

  • Objective : This is to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of curriculum at korean medicine college and suggest the direction of the curriculum reformation of korean medicine colleges. Method : The collected data were conducted multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS ver.26 statistical program, using 'curriculum satisfaction' as a dependent variable after analyzing the frequency of each variable. Result : The average score for curriculum satisfaction at Korean Medicine college was 2.87 points, which was relatively low. The factors affecting the satisfaction of the curriculum were 'A favorable impression of Korean Medicine College of W University' β=0.351(p<.001), 'connectivity between major subjects' β=0.312(p<.001), 'duplex between major subjects' β=-0.163(p<.05), 'recognition of the importance of Chinese characters' β=0.114(p<.0.5). Conclusion : The curriculum of Korean Medicine College should first, be organized to allow students to be proud of themselves, second, the goal of education should set goals optimized for job competency, third, the content of learning should be consisted of student led problem based learning, fourth, the link between major subjects should be intensified, fifth, the clinical practice time should be expanded significantly and lastly the assessment evaluates the performance process.
