Many Papers of Customer satisfaction are issued. Kana who have proposed 'Quality Dualism' for grasping of Customers' potential needs and Timko who have proposed 'Customer Satisfaction coefficient' that made up for the weak points of Kana' s model. But the model of Timko which have weak points as well that does not consider the indifferent Quality of the Kana's model. In this paper, I propose 'Total Customer Satisfaction coefficient' that made up for the weak points of Timko's Model also Kana's Model. And I have applied my method to the department store.

Dualized program for building Public Administration scholarship in Korea has been, in a sense, a result of theoretical tension between the two positions, politics/administration dualism vs. politics/administration monism. The program has maintained its integrity by its dependence on a foundational question, "Is administration a different field of action from politics?" Korean community for the study of public administration has maintained its oneness by internally asking this question even though the two external philosophical positions were relatively indubitable. Strating from the well-known changes in the community, this brief outline for the future full exegesis tries to read carefully one point shown in the second chapter of one of the most seminal proposals for foundation of modern Public Administration, one paragrahp in the second chapter of "The Study of Administration" by Woodrow Wilson. What was the contemporary meaning of Wilson's classic distinction made in 1887? Keeping this research question in our mind, we will attempt to prepare for the full understanding of a kind of internal distinction Wilson explicitly draws between the constitutional and the administrative.

The purposes of the present study were to identify the stages of early concept development of the air in young Korean children and to compare the stages with those reported by Piaget. The subjects were 87 four, five, and six-year-old children from one kindergarten, two day care centers, and an elementary school, all located in Seoul. To collect the children's ideas of the air, individual interviews were conducted based on Piaget's Clinical Interview method. According to the results, the children formulated very unique concepts of the air, showing artificialism, anthropocentric finalism, animism, and dualism. Their concepts of the air showed a consistent developmental process which is very similar to the stages proposed by Piaget. This implies that young children's misconcepts and idosyncratic ideas are very natural and can not be eliminate easily by artificial instruction. This also means that children's internal ideas themselves should be the starting point of education.

The value of Dongeuibogam has been officially acknowledged as a Memory of the World. However, we should not overlook the forward-looking value of Dongeuibogam in addition to its backward-looking value. For the past 200 years, Western medicine has attained great achievements in therapeutic medicine based on Descartes' mind-body dualism, which focuses on the body as a separate entity from the mind. Recently, Western medicine modified its previously one-sided track into a new orientation towards holistic mind-body medicine in recognition of the two as an organic whole. At this point in time, it is essential to draw attention to the forward-looking value of Dongeuibogam, which pioneered mind-body medicine based on the medicinal philosophy of Jing Qi Shen more than 400 years ago.

본 논문은 디자인 사고에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 모던 디자인 현상에 자리하는 디자인 사고를 고찰하고 있다. 디자인이라는 언어를 통해 일상 삶을 변화시키고자 했던 모던 디자인의 기획은 기하학적 조형과 기능에의 집착, 기계의 적극적 수용 등과 같은 구체적 현상으로 발현되었다. 그 이면에는 '효율과 편리에 대한 집착', '환원된 필요를 기능과 대응시키는 전략', '전문가 시스템을 바탕으로 한 부분의 합이 전체라는 믿음', '사적 공간과 공적 공간을 구분하는 것과 같은 이분법적 사고'들이 자리하고 있다. 수공예적인 생산양식에서 기계적 생산양식으로의 이행과 자아에 대한 인식 등이 가능했던 사회 분위기가 이러한 디자인 사고를 가능하게 하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the zen aesthetic tendencies of Japanese contemporary costume, especially designs of Rei Kawakubo and Issey Miyake. Zen is one of the Buddism, which is originated in India, and is the religion and philosophy for salvation. There are many resemblances between Zen and postmodernism. Zen has influenced on the 'non-ornamental' culture in japan, and attaches importance to poverty, moderation as the essentials of the son aesthetics, as it were WabiSabi aesthetics is connected with the art of Tea. In this paper, it was classified zen aesthetics with the beauty of non-dualism, the beauty of poverty, the beauty of purity, the beauty of emptiness and the beauty of deepness, and then applied aesthetic categoties to the costume designs of the Rei Kawakubo and Issey Miyake.

본 논문은 몸과 마음으로 표시할 수 있는 기본적인 몸과 마음의 방정식을 로미오와 줄리엣에 기반한 사랑 모델을 적용하고 외력은 인가한 상태에서 심신일여의 체육사상의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 몸과 마음이 하나인 심신일원론과 몸과 마음이 나누어지는 심신이원론의 비선형 거동에 대하여 시계열과 위상 공간으로 나타내고, 이들 사이의 차이점을 확인한다.

The environment of the enterprise changes very quickly, and the customers' needs ate becoming to be various. Only the enterprise can be securing a competitive high position if the enterprise knows well with the customer. Therefore, the enterprise must be confronted appropriately which grasps the requirement of he customer. The Kano presents quality dualism, it complemented a different meaning problem point and the Timko presented the customer satisfaction coefficient. But the model of the Timko which committed the error as well that does not consider the indifferent quality of he Kano. Hence, with this research hat proposes the method of analyzes the client demands accurately through Modified CS-coefficient. Then, apply the method on to the multiplex theater.

This paper discussed plurality in urban governance in Nigeria and its implication on delivery of urban environmental services, with a focus on water supply, sanitation and solid waste disposal. Conceptually, it explained urban governance as the sum total of the ways of achieving an inclusive city and expressed the urban governance system of Nigeria based the legal framework set for them. The paper explored the environmental implications of urban governance in Nigeria. It concluded that urban governance has several implications on delivery of urban environmental services in Nigeria. The dualism in urban governance is a factor contributing towards inefficient delivery of environmental services such as water supply, sanitation and solid waste management in Nigeria. The paper recommended, among others, a constitutional reform that will guarantee efficient urban governance and delivery of environmental services in Nigeria.

역사 속에서 사회복지가 하나의 전문직으로 등장한 이래 거시와 미시이론, 구조와 주체, 근대주의와 탈근대주의 간 긴장과 갈등이라는 이론적, 실천적 이원화(dualism) 이슈들이 존재해 왔으며 이를 극복하기 위한 다양한 이론적 시도들이 이루어져 왔다. 그 중 대표적인 생태체계론와 임파워먼트는 통합적 패러다임 정립을 위한 노력으로 사회복지 실천이론의 발달에 일정 정도 기여한 것은 분명하지만 보다 정교한 통합적 실천 패러다임으로서는 일정한 한계를 보여 왔다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 새로운 사회비판이론으로 등장한 기든스의 성찰성 이론이 통합적 사회복지실천 패러다임 모색에 중요한 기여를 할 수 있을 것이라는 전망을 제시한다. 사회과학의 고질적 논쟁인 개인-구조의 이원성에 대한 통합적 설명을 정교하게 제시하는 동시에 근대-탈근대 논쟁에 있어서도 새로운 지평을 연 것으로 평가되어 온 성찰성 이론은 사회복지의 이원화 이슈 극복에도 중요한 통찰력을 제시한다. 특히 성찰성으로 표현되는 인간주체의 능력에 대한 재발견과 이를 통한 비판적 사회복지실천의 가능성은 사회복지가 지향하는 본질적 가치와 이념과도 적절히 부합하고 있어 임파워먼트를 발전적으로 재해석할 수 있는 토대를 제공해 준다.
