숯을 이용한 면직물의 천연염색 (Natural Dyeing of Cotton Fabrics Using Charcoal)

  • In order to activate the characteristics of charcoal in fiber systems, this was carried out to experiment with the particle size from two micrometers to ten micrometers of charcoal powders on cotton fabrics. The results obtained were as follows; The fabrics were dyed with gray colors by charcoal. The K/S values, that were indicative of the dye affinity, became higher as the increase of dyeing temperature, dyeing time, and dyeing concentration. Also it was confirmed the morphology of the fiber surfaces adsorbed with the particle size from two micrometers to four micrometers of charcoal powder by scanning electronmicronscope. The cotton fabrics dyed by charcoals generally recorded 3-4 degree of wash fastness, 4-5 degree of dry-cleaning fastness, 4-5 degree acidic and alkaline perspirations and water fastness. In connection with the functional properties, cotton fabrics dyed with charcoal appeared that antibacterial, deodorization, far infrared emissivity were improved. Especially the deodorization was improved greatly by using charcoal.

옥외용 프라스틱 애자의 내구성과 평가 (Durability and Evaluation of Plastic Insulator for the Outdoor)

  • The application of epxy composite materials for the outdoor insulating systems has some significant advan-tages compared with conventional inorganic materials, that is low weight in combination with high mechanical strength, small dimensions and design versatility. The paper describes the results of high voltage investigations carried out different aging types of epoxy resin insulator and silicone grease coating. The insulators have been exposed 3000 hours to weather-o-meter and 12 months to outdoor. In this connection, the main study of paper is form the basis of develop-ment of principal technologies of epoxy composites which ard: (1)manufacturing of insulator, (2)high vol-tage testing under dry and wet condition, (3)mechani-cal properties, (4)accelerated weather-ometer test and outdoor exposed, artificial polution.

기능성 폴리이미드 단분자막의 광이성화 현상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Photoisomerization of Functional Polyimide Monolayers)

  • Maxwell displacement current(MDC) was generated when the area per molecule was about 140${\AA}$$^2$and 100${\AA}$$^2$. MDC were investigated in connection with monolayer compression cycles. It was found that the maximum of MDC appeared at the molecular area just before the initial rise of surface pressure in compression cycles. The absorption spectra of polyamic acid containing p-methoxyazobenzene in a mixture of N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc) and benzene(1:1 by volume) solution was induced photoisomerization by UV and visible light irradiation. The precursor LB film was heated in a vacuum dry oven at 120$^{\circ}C$ in order to convert it into the LB film of polyimide. The absorption spectra of LB films were also induced photoisomerization by UV and visible light irradiation.

볼트 접합 및 프리스트레스를 적용한 프리캐스트 콘크리트 보-기둥 외부접합부의 내진실험 (Seismic Experiment of Precast Concrete Exterior Beam-Column Joint Using Bolt Type Connection and Prestressing Method)

  • 이 연구에서는 볼트접합 및 프리스트레스를 적용한 프리캐스트 콘크리트 보-기둥 외부접합부의 내진 및 구조적 성능을 평가하였다. 총 5개의 보-기둥 외부접합부 실험체를 제작하고 보 단부에 변위제어 방식으로 반복하중을 가하며 실험을 수행하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 근거로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 완전 건식공법이 적용된 PC 접합부는 완전 습식공법이 적용된 RC 접합부보다 에너지소산이나 핀칭현상에 있어서 불리한 거동을 보였지만 이는 설계과정에서 의도된 현상이며, 횡변형 능력에 있어서는 우수한 결과를 보였다. 또한 층간변위비 4%까지 횡하중 저항성능의 손실이 발생하지 않았고 매설용너트에 항복이 집중되는 메커니즘을 보이는 점으로 미루어 볼 때 개발된 접합부는 외부접합부 횡저항시스템으로서 적합한 것으로 사료된다. 추가적인 프리스트레스는 PC 접합부의 과도한 핀칭현상 방지 및 접합부 균열제어에 효과적이었으며 PC 접합부의 전체적인 내진성능을 향상시켰다.

  • 모듈러 건축물을 중고층화하기 위해 횡력저항시스템은 반드시 필요한 구조 요소로 10~20층 규모에서 콘크리트 코어는 가장 전형적인 횡력저항시스템으로 알려져 있다. 습식 공법인 콘크리트 코어 공사는 모듈의 오염과 파손 가능성으로 모듈 적층과의 동시 작업이 곤란하다. 이에 모듈 적층과 콘크리트 코어의 동시 시공이 가능한 복합 PC 패널 공법을 개발하였다. 복합 PC 패널은 일정 간격을 두고 웨브가 마주보는 한 쌍의 C형강을 콘크리트 벽체의 상부와 하부에 결합한 구조 부재로 볼트로 접합하여 적층하는 건식 공법으로 콘크리트 코어를 구축할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 복합 PC 패널이 콘크리트 벽체와 동등한 성능을 갖도록 해석을 통해 상세 개선 과정을 제시하였다.

미곡저장중 Fungus 침해 판정에 관한 연구 (The Quantitative Change of Chitin as a Criterion to Indicate Fungal Invasion to Rice Storage)

  • 미곡저장중 곰팡이 침해 여부를 chitin 정량법으로 판정하기 위하여 상이한 수부조건(14.5, 18.0, 22.3, 26.9%)에서 26$^{\circ}C$를 유지하면서 4 주동안 저장한 후 미곡(통일)에 침해한 곰팡이 및 화학성분의 변화를 1주 간격으로 조사, 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 표면살균 후에 나타난 곰팡이는 Aspergillius sp., Penicilium sp., Rhizopus sp., 였으며 Asperg-illius sp.가 대부분이었다. 2) 통일쌀에 함유된 Chitin의 함량은 25$\mu\textrm{g}$/g-Dry.wt이었으나 수분의 함량이 높아지고 저장기간이 길어짐에 따라 증가하였다. 29.6%의 수분함량에서 4주간에 생성된 Chitin의 량은 1955$\mu\textrm{g}$/g.Dry.wt이었다. 3) 비환원당의 함량은 수분의 증가와 저장기간이 길어짐에 당라 감소하였다. 4) 지방산도는 수분의 증가와 저장기간이 길어짐에 따라 증가하였다. 5) 이상의 결과로 미곡 저장중 곰팡이 침해에 의하여 민감하게 변하는 Chitin 졍량법이 이용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

미용사 일반 국가자격증 실기과제가 현장실무에 미치는 영향 및 활용정도 (A Study on the Influence and Utilization Level of Practical Subjects of National Hairdresser Licensing Examination on the Practical Field)

  • 본 연구는 미용사 일반 국가자격증 7가지 실기과제 두피스켈프, 샴푸, 헤어커트, 블로우 드라이, 롤셋팅, 퍼머넌트웨이브, 컬러링실기과제와 현장 실무와의 연계성에 관하여 알아보고자 서울 소재 미용실에서 근무하는 현직 미용사 180명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 7가지 실기과제 과목 대부분은 현장실무에 대한 활용정도가 평균 수준 정도로 나타났으며, 세부과제들 중 헤어컬러링의 경우만 유일하게 도포량, 도포방법 등의 항목에서 도움 정도가 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 또 헤어커트와 컬러링 두 과제의 활용수준은 현장 실무에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나(p<0.05), 현직 미용사들에게 가장 중요한 과제 중 하나 인 헤어 커트에 대한 실전 응용과 고객 만족을 위한 수준 높은 교육이 요구되며, 상대적으로 현장실무에 영향을 미치지 못한 과제들에 대한 재점검이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

$BCl_3$/Ar 플라즈마에서 $Cl_2$ 첨가에 따른 TiN 박막의 식각 특성 (Etch characteristics of TiN thin film adding $Cl_2$ in $BCl_3$/Ar Plasma)

  • Dimension of a transistor has rapidly shrunk to increase the speed of device and to reduce the power consumption. However, it is accompanied with several problems like direct tunneling through the gate dioxide layer and low conductivity characteristic of poly-Si gate in nano-region. To cover these faults, study of new materials is urgently needed. Recently, high dielectric materials like $Al_2O_3$, $ZrO_2$, and $HfO_2$ are being studied for equivalent oxide thickness (EOT). However, poly-Si gate is not compatible with high-k materials for gate-insulator. Poly Si gate with high-k material has some problems such as gate depletion and dopant penetration problems. Therefore, new gate structure or materials that are compatible with high-k materials are also needed. TiN for metal/high-k gate stack is conductive enough to allow a good electrical connection and compatible with high-k materials. According to this trend, the study on dry etching of TiN for metal/high-k gate stack is needed. In this study, the investigations of the TiN etching characteristics were carried out using the inductively coupled $BCl_3$-based plasma system and adding $Cl_2$ gas. Dry etching of the TiN was studied by varying the etching parameters including $BCl_3$/Ar gas mixing ratio, RF power, DC-bias voltage to substrate, and $Cl_2$ gas addition. The plasmas were characterized by optical emission spectroscopy analysis. Scanning electron microscopy was used to investigate the etching profile.

톨러런스기반 플레이트 접합 장치를 사용한 고중량 RC보의 설치 성능 (Erection Capability of Heavy Precast Frames with Metal Plates using Wet Concrete for Tolerance)

  • Methods for the manufacture, erection, and assembly of heavy frame modules were proposed. Interferences among precast members were prevented by using bolted metal plates for dry precast beam-to-column joints during assembly with a clearance for tolerance implementing grouted concrete filler plates instead of metal filler plates. Clearances for tolerances were provided to avoid conflictions among components during erection phases. These gaps were, then, grouted by high-strength mortar. The constructability of new connections of a beam-to-column joint using bolted metal plates for precast structures was examined using a full-scale assembly test in which practical observations indicated that members could be aligned and placed accurately in both horizontal and vertical directions, leading to a fast and convenient assembling. Bolt holes of the endplate were properly aligned using couplers with 30 mm fastened length embedded in the columns. The assembly test demonstrated the erection safety and structural stability of the proposed joints that were without filler plates when they were subjected to heavy loads at the time of their erection. The facile and rapid assembly of precast beam-to-column connections with a 30 mm tolerance was observed. The proposed assembly method is rapid, sustainable, and resilient, replacing the conventional methods of concrete frame construction, offering a connection that can be used in constructing infrastructure, such as buildings and pipe-rack frames.

지방산과 폴리아미드산 혼합물의 광이성질화 현상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Photoisomerization of Fatty Acid and Polyamic Acid Mixture)

  • Maxwell displacement current (MDC) measuring technique has been applied on the study of monolayers of fatty acid and polyamic acid mixture. The displacement current was generated from monolayers on the water surface by monolayer compression and expansion. Displacement current was generated when the area per molecule was about 132 $^2$and 115 $^2$just before the initial rise of the surface pressure during the 1st and 2nd mixed monolayer compressions cycle, respectively. Maxwell displacement currents were investigated in connection with mixed monolayer compression cycles. It was found that the maximum of MDC appeared at the molecular area just before the initial rise of surface pressure in compression cycles. Ultra thin film of fatty acid and polyamic acid mixture was prepared on the hydrophilic quartz plate by Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) method. The precursor LB film was heated in a vacuum dry oven at 12$0^{\circ}C$ in order to convert it into the LB film of polyimide. The absorption spectra of LB films were also induced photoisomerization by UV and visible light irradiation.
