고속철도 운전직무의 휴먼에러 감축방안을 위한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on method to Reduce of Human Error of High-Speed Train Drivers)

  • This study tried to propose plan to prevent human error of railroad driver among human error of railroad worker which takes great share in railroad accident. For this, in order to maintain correlation between the accident actually occurred after the opening of high-speed railroad and experience of accident that did not happened, survey on respondent was analyzed by conducting survey on KTX captain who is working in driving work of high-speed railroad, and instruction management team manager who manages KTX captain and captain. This thesis classified the factors by human factor, job factor, environment factor, organization factor, and established human error management model by comparing and analyzing how each factors have spatial interrelations with a railroad accident. The purpose of this study is to contribute to make safe railroad, and reliable railroad by preventing human error accident by minimizing human error of high-speed railroad drivers, and improving driving workers to cope accurately and fast with irregularities through various institutional improvement, improvement of driving facilities, improvement of operating room environment, and improvement of education system.

마이크로프로세서를 이용한 인터넷기반 전력관리시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Internet Based Power Management System Using a Microprocessor)

  • In this paper, the Power Management System(PMS) which based on a decision making system according to power strategy is proposed and implemented. PMS is designed to have functions of power monitoring. controlling, synchronizing load sharing and monitoring of driving engine, etc. PMS consists of the internet communication system(ICS). Remote Management System(RMS) and Sensor Driver System (SDS) ICS transmits the monitoring and supervisory data via Internet to Remote Management System(RMS) in real-time SDS detects various power system data on local generator and utility via I/O interface system. I/O interface system receives various status data and outputs control signals. Implemented PMS is tested with dummy signal to verify proposed functions and shows good results. For future study implemented PMS will be tested under real load condition to merchandize.

동시공학설계환경에서의 고속철도 주행시뮬레이터 개발 (Development of the Driving Simulator of High Speed Train based on the Concurrent Engineering Design Environment)

  • The concurrent engineering technologies have been broadly used in the field of the design, testing, manufacturing and maintenance works to reduce development time and costs. For this purpose, many design environments with the product data management system, the virtual engineering system and web database system are developed. In this research, we developed the driving simulator of the KTX(Korea Train Express) as a basic study for building the concurrent engineering design environment of rolling stock. The virtual track was developed from the Seoul to the Busan and the Daejeon to Mockpo to generate immersible driving environment. Also. fault generation systems were developed to educate drivers of the KTX. We expect to reduce the time and costs of newly developed rolling stock using the design environment developed in the research.

터치키 크기가 운전자 정보 시스템의 사용성과 운전의 안전성에 미치는 영향 분석 (Effect of Touch-key Sizes on Usability of Driver Information Systems and Driving Safety)

  • In recent years, driver information systems (DIS's) became popular and the use of DIS's increased significantly. A majority of DIS's provides touch-screen interfaces because of intuitiveness of the interaction and the flexibility of interface design. In many cases, touch-screen interfaces are mainly manipulated by fingers. In this case, investigating the effect of touch-key sizes on usability is known to be one of the most important research issues, and lots of studies address the effect of touch-key size for mobile devices or kiosks. However, there is few study on DIS's. The importance of touch-key size study for DIS's should be emphasized because it is closely related to safety issues besides usability issues. In this study, we investigated the effect of touch-key sizes of DIS's while simulated driving (0, 50, and 100km/h) considering driving safety (lateral deviation, velocity deviation, total glance time, mean glance time, total time between glances, mean number of glances) and usability of DIS's (task completion time, error rate, subjective preference, NASA TLX) simultaneously. As a result, both of driving safety and usability of DIS's increased as driving speed decreased and touch-key size increased. However, there were no significant differences when touch-key size is larger than a certain level (in this study : 17.5mm).

차량용 블랙박스를 활용한 위험 운전 인지 (Recognition of Dangerous Driving Using Automobile Black Boxes)

  • 차량용 블랙박스는 사고 및 평시 주행 정보를 저장 제공한다. 이러한 주행 사고 정보들을 가지고 과학적인 교통사고 데이터베이스를 구축할 수 있으며, 여러 산업 분야에서 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 주행 데이터 특성 분석과 위험 운전 인지 체계 구축을 목적으로 한다. 위험 운전 유형을 차량의 거동(가속, 감속, 선회)과 교통사고 통계 자료들을 고려하여 4가지 유형으로 분류하였다. 위험 운전 데이터는 차량용 블랙박스를 활용한 실차 실험을 통해 수집하였으며, 위험 운전 분류를 위하여 주행 데이터의 특성을 분석하였다. 위험 운전 인지를 위하여, 기준 임계치를 선정하고 위험 운전 인지 알고리즘을 구성하였다. 개발한 알고리즘을 구현한 차량용 블랙박스 탑재 실차 실험을 통하여 검증하였다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 위험 운전 인지 방안은 온라인/오프라인 운전자 및 차량 관리 등 시스템에 활용할 수 있다.

이산화염소 시스템을 적용한 자율주행 방역 로봇 (Self-driving quarantine robot with chlorine dioxide system)

  • 공공장소에서 지속적으로 방역을 수행하기 위해서는 인력확보가 쉽지 않은데 자율주행 기반 로봇을 활용하면 인력으로 인한 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 자율주행 기반 방역로봇은 별도의 인력 투입 없이 공공기관과 병원 등의 유해 바이러스 확산 및 질병을 지속적으로 예방 가능하다. 자율주행 기능은 피나클 필터 알고리즘을 적용하여 위치를 추정하고, 방역은 UV살균시스템 및 이산화염소 분사시스템을 적용하였다. 주행시간은 3시간 이상, 위치 오차는 0.5m.이내, 정지 회피하는 기능은 95%, 장애물 감지 거리는 1.5m에서 동작하였다, 자동충전 복구는 배터리 잔량 10%에서 충전거치대로 이동하여 충전이 되었다. 무인방역시스템으로 방역한 결과 인력배치 없이 UV살균은 99%, 이산화염소는 95% 이상 살균되어 막대한 사회적 비용을 절감하는데 자율주행 방역로봇이 기여할 수 있다.

  • 본 연구는 정보화 수용이 상대적으로 미흡한 건설업계의 건설정보화 추진 필요성을 피력하고, 이를 궁극적인 기업성과 제고로 연결시키기 위한 목적을 가지고 진행되었다. 이를 위해 우선적으로 기업의 각 부문 최적화의 시각에서 벗어나 통합적이고 전사적인 시각으로 접근해야 함을 강조하였다. 본 연구에서는 건설업의 핵심 프로세스를 중심으로 건설정보화 추진현안을 도출하였고, 이를 토대로 건설정보화 추진방안과 향후 전개방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 위해 선행연구들을 통하여 건설기업의 정보화 구조모델 및 건설정보화 추진모델을 개발하였으며, 건설정보화 성공도입 기업의 임원들과의 인터뷰 등 사례연구가를 통해 본 연구 모형들의 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 연구에서는 성공적인 건설정보화 추진 사례로서 PMS 구축, 통합재무정보시스템 구축 및 CRM 시스템 구축 사례연구를 제시하였다.

전방향 주변 차량의 확률적 거동 예측을 이용한 모델 예측 제어 기법 기반 자율주행자동차 조향 제어 (MPC based Steering Control using a Probabilistic Prediction of Surrounding Vehicles for Automated Driving)

  • This paper presents a model predictive control (MPC) approach to control the steering angle in an autonomous vehicle. In designing a highly automated driving control algorithm, one of the research issues is to cope with probable risky situations for enhancement of safety. While human drivers maneuver the vehicle, they determine the appropriate steering angle and acceleration based on the predictable trajectories of surrounding vehicles. Likewise, it is required that the automated driving control algorithm should determine the desired steering angle and acceleration with the consideration of not only the current states of surrounding vehicles but also their predictable behaviors. Then, in order to guarantee safety to the possible change of traffic situation surrounding the subject vehicle during a finite time-horizon, we define a safe driving envelope with the consideration of probable risky behaviors among the predicted probable behaviors of surrounding vehicles over a finite prediction horizon. For the control of the vehicle while satisfying the safe driving envelope and system constraints over a finite prediction horizon, a MPC approach is used in this research. At each time step, MPC based controller computes the desired steering angle to keep the subject vehicle in the safe driving envelope over a finite prediction horizon. Simulation and experimental tests show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

  • This study investigated the management environment of medium and small business by examining the role of medium and small business in national economics, the change in management condition, and the problems in quality and technique. Also we analyzed problems in the past quality control activity of our medium and small business, and examined the driving direction and introduction method of QM. And to understand the effect of manager's concern in quality management to observe the quality system before and after introduction of QM. A target for this investigation is the medium and small business which has introduced QM through ISO 9000.
