Mobile information retrieval is an evolving branch of information retrieval that is centered on mobile and ubiquitous environments. In general, mobile devices are characterized by lightweight, low power, small memory, small display, limited input/output, low bandwidth, and so on. Some of these characteristics make it impossible to apply general information retrieval to mobile environments without any modification. In order to relieve this problem, we design and implement an information retrieval system for mobile devices like wireless phones, PDA and handheld devices. We use document summarization techniques to alleviate the limitation of small display and user profiles to retrieve the most proper documents for each individual user for personalized search. Futhermore we use meta-search to lighten some burdens visiting several portal sites. In this paper, we have implemented and demonstrated the proposed mobile information retrieval system on the domain of travel and received good evaluation from users subjectively.

본 논문은 웹을 이용해 정보를 검색하는 사용자의 관심도를 사용자 프로파일로 구축하여 구체적이고 정확한 사용자 관심 정보를 제공하는 개인 웹 에이전트를 구축하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 사용자에게 웹 검색 행위를 감시하는 모니터 에이전트에 자신의 관심도를 직접 기술하여 관심문서 정보를 구축하고 이에 대한 정확도를 향상시키기 위한 여러 키워드 추출작업을 수행한다. 추출된 키워드는 학습서버의 작업에 의해 사용자별 프로파일을 생성하여 이를 사용자가 확인 및 편집할 수 있게 하였다. 본 논문에서 구현하고자 하는 웹 에이전트의 사용자 프로파일 구축작업에는 사용자 관심 문서 정보의 정확한 키워드추출작업과 학습 작업이 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 키워드 추출에 적용되는 여러 가중치 설정작업에 대하여 중점적으로 다루며 적용된 귀납적 기계학습에 대하여 알아본다. 이로써 구축된 사용자 프로파일은 관심 문서를 검색하는데 적절한 정보를 제시한다. 이에 따라 사용자 프로파일을 본 웹 에이전트에서 구현한 사용자 적응형 웹 검색 에이전트와 사용자 적응형 푸쉬 에이전트에 적용하여 사용자에게 적합한 서비스를 제공한다.

The Operational Mode Summary/Mission Profile(OMS/MP) is a document which describes how a system or training device will be used in wartime and/or peacetime at the time it is field with focus on the future. OMS/MP is also typically used for the RAM goal setting in an early phase of weapon system development. This paper provides OMS/MP and RAM goal of the Next-MILSATCOM which is following military satellite system after ANASIS. We propose operational concepts, user-side OMS/MP model and RAM goal.

Nowadays, the user-centric application based web 2.0 has replaced the web 1.0. The users gain and provide information by interactive network applications. As a result, traditional approaches that only extract and analyze users' local document operating behavior and network browsing behavior to build the users' preference profile cannot fully reflect their interests. Therefore this paper proposed a preference analysis and indicating approach based on the users' communication information from MicroBlog, such as reading, forwarding and @ behavior, and using the improved PersonalRank method to analyze the importance of a user to other users in the network and based on the users' communication behavior to update the weight of the items in the user preference. Simulation result shows that our proposed method outperforms the ontology model, TREC model, and the category model in terms of 11SPR value.

인터넷과 같은 개방형 컴퓨터 네트워크의 발전에 따라, 오디오 ,이미지, 비디오 EH는 텍스트 문서와 같은 멀티미디어 데이터에 대해 어느 정도의 열화없이도 지적 재산권의 불법적인 이용이 가능해졌다. 본 논문에서는 불법으로 배포되거나 복제되는 텍스트 문서의 저작권 보호를 위한 워터마팅 스킴을 제안한다. 이 스킴에서는 텍스트 문서 이미지에 대한 diagonal 프로파일을 이용하여 문서상에 원소유자의 비밀정보, 즉, 저작권 정보를 삽입하여 불법 복제를 억제하기 위한 새로운 워터마킹 미치 추출방법을 소개한다. 이 방법에 따른 diagonal 프로파일의 특성으로 인해 공격자에 의한 워터마크의 제거나 문서의 형태 변경을 쉽게 검출할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 문서 영상의 그림 영역에서 통계적 분석을 통한 단어 영상을 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 그림 영역의 구성 요소를 문자 성분과 그래픽 성분으로 분류하기 위하여 연결요소에 대한여 통계적 분석 방법인 상자그림 분석을 적용하고, 분류된 문자 성분들에 대하여 지역적 밀집도를 분석하여 문자 영역을 추출한다. 추출된 문자 영역에서 투영 히스토그램 분석을 통하여 문자열을 추출하고, 문자열을 단어단위 영상으로 분리하기 위하여 투영 히스토그램 분석과 갭 군집화, 특수 기호 검출 등을 수행한다. 제안 방법은 임계값의 사용 대신에 그림 영역의 구성 요소들에 대하여 통계적 분석을 수행하기 때문에 그림의 형태 변화에 민감하지 않으며, 지역적 밀집도 분석으로 보다 정확한 문자 영역을 추출하였다. 또한 제안 방법의 응용 분야인 주제어 검색을 위한 오프라인의 전처리에 해당하는 문서 영상의 단어단위 영상 추출에 적용하여 제안 방법에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제시하였다.

This paper proposes a model for information filtering (IF) on the Web. The user information need is described into two levels in this model: profiles on category level, and Boolean queries on document level. To efficiently estimate the relevance between the user information need and documents by fuzzy, the user information need is treated as a rough set on the space of documents. The rough set decision theory is used to classify the new documents according to the user information need. In return for this, the new documents are divided into three parts: positive region, boundary region, and negative region. We modified user profile by the user's relevance feedback and discerning words in the documents. In experimental we compared the results of three methods, firstly is to search documents that are not passed the filtering system. Second, search documents that passed the filtering system. Lastly, search documents after modified user profile. The result from using these techniques can obtain higher precision.

The importance of ozone monitoring has been growing due to the polar ozone depletion and increasing tropospheric ozone concentration over many Asian countries, including South Korea. In-situ measurement of the vertical ozone structure has advantages for ozone research, but observations are not sufficient. In this study, ozonesonde measurements were performed from October to November in Yongin during the GMAP (The GEMS Map of Air Pollution) 2021 campaign. The procedure for ozonesonde preparation and initial analysis of the observed ozone profile are documented. The observed ozone concentrations are in good agreement with previous studies in the troposphere, and they capture the stratospheric ozone distribution as well, including stratosphere-troposphere exchange event. These balloon-borne in situ measurements can contribute to the evaluation of remote sensing measurements such as Geostationary Environment Monitoring Spectrometer (GEMS). This document focuses on providing essential information of ozonesonde preparation and measurement for domestic researchers.

기업 간 비즈니스 거래를 하기 위해서는 B2B(Business to Business) 기업이 지원하는 업무 프로세스에 관한 정보와 업무 정보 교환을 위해 기업의 기술적인 사항을 정의하고 거래 기업 간의 비즈니스 거래를 위하여 거래 파트너간 합의된 상호작용을 정의한 문서가 필요하다. 이러한 문서를 XML 기반의 개방형 전자상거래 프레임워크인 ebXML(electronic business XML)에서는 기업의 비즈니스 협업 능력을 정의한 전자를 협업 프로토콜 프로파일(Collaboration-Protocol Profile:CPP)이라 하고 거래 기업간의 비즈니스 협업 상호작용을 정의한 후자를 협업 프로토콜 약정서(Collaboration-Protocol Agreement:CPA) 라고 한다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML에서 거래 기업 간 상호 운용성을 증대시키는 CPP 문서를 효율적으로 저작 할 수 있는 생성기와 거래기업들의 CPP 문서들을 기본으로 상호 협업을 정의한 CPA문서를 저작할 수 있는 Composer 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.
