In recent years, several problems occur due to irrational development in rural areas. The first, disorderly development and Encroachment of farmland, Small factory built in rural areas leads to a lack of infrastructure. it is the damage factors of good scenery in the rural areas. Water pollution and environmental pollution from the accommodations and restaurants in the good scenery area is serious. To solve this problems, we should establish the systematic land use plan and landscape plan, and integrated spatial and business plan in rural areas. In order to increase the effectiveness of land use planning in rural projects, We should establish the land use plan in rural areas of the city, state, and national levels of regional plan. We need to prescribe in "National Land Use Planning Law" the facilities, can install it according to the characteristics of rural land programming. we can prescribe the detail regulations by "Rural Maintenance Law". In order to solve the problems the lack of professionalism of the current agricultural policies of the Review Committee, We need to consider a new "rural planning committee" consisting.

The development of idyllic housings, is in increasing growth in the suburban areas of Seoul, presents some critical problems such as in sufficient common open space and poor living condition, which are mainly caused by disorderly designed. Through comparing planning indices of idyllic housing, this paper aims to diagnose the condition and causes of those problems and to present some basic issues on improvement direction. The causes of problems can be summarized as the blind point in regulation system, the shortness of planning elements of a housing block which includes road systems and public facilities, and the mismatch of housing type with density, on which includes road systems and public facilities, and the mismatch of housing type with density, on which hereafter improvement suggestion should be focused. And this study suggest the simulation models on an ideal idyllic housing to be applied in our forthcoming idyllic housing of Korea, which can indeed become a generalized alternative to the livable idyllic housing.

Through the fast economic growth since the 1960s, Korea has experienced various problems on land such as urban sprawl, the rapid increase in land prices, land speculation, privatization of the betterment, and so on. To prevent such problems and to enhance harmonious development and conservation, the National Land Planning and Use Act(NLPUA) was established in 2003. The NLPUA which was revised and combined two existing planning laws i.e. the National Land Use Management Act and Urban Planning Act, has an eye to preventing disorderly spatial development, to pursuing environmentally friendly spatial planning, and to following up planned development in non-urbanized area like rural area. This study aims to discuss what should be considered the pending issues after the application of the NLPUA in rural area. On the basis of reviewing the NLPUA in a viewpoint of the rural planning, this study suggests some improvement policy such as considering various rural conditions, securing excellent agricultural land, applying the District Plan II system effectively, reorganizing the planning administrative, and so on.

David Salle, born in Norman, Oklahoma in 1952, is the most important and controversial artist of the new-expressionist painting in the United States. His paintings are featured by unique artistic language, and extremely diverse and very ground-breaking expression, which reflect the American society at that time. Besides, he often uses complex image combination with striking colors and forms to attract and touch viewers. In this paper, based on the American new-expressionism, the painting language of David Salle's works was analysed, in which I found that it can be more intuitively and more profoundly feel the development of new-expressionist painting context and David Salle's particularity, and more clearly realize under what the characteristics of the era David Salle created the unique artistic language. The study on David Salle's unique painting language is of important research value and reference significance for our current artistic creation.

Conceptual and technical design designated as digital architecture has been discussed with disorderly meaning as a conception only. Thus, this study aims at verification of development possibility for the digital architecture by analyzing how works of Frank Gehry have effect on nonlinearity of the digital architecture. Nonlinear characteristics appeared on works of Frank Gehry analyzed on the basis of expression techniques and modeling principle are as follows: 1) Initial works show a trend to gradually change and develop from horizontal and vertical linear structure to nonlinear pattern. 2) From a nonlinear modeling principle, initial works appear the primary deformation elements only, while afterwards, they are gradually developing to a pattern to mix the primary and secondary deformation elements as introduction of digital architecture. 3) Through specific cases, Frank Gehry has conducted attempts with various method for nonlinear pattern expression. 4) From the initial works to the latest works, continuity becomes higher and changed to nonlinear pattern. This study is significant from a viewpoint that it has verified development possibility of digital architecture by analyzing nonlinear trend of digital architecture for Frank Gehry and it is required to conduct multilateral researches related to the digital architecture.

Thalassemia major is a genetic disorder with a defective synthesis of either the alpha or the beta chain of hemoglobin A. Blood transfusion is crucial for the survival in these patients. Unfortunately, endocrine dysfunction is a very common complication in these patients and is principally due to excessive iron overload as a result of frequent blood transfusions. Although regular blood transfusion may increase life expectancy, disturbances in growth and pubertal development, abnormal gonadal functions, impaired thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal functions, diabetes, and disorderly bone growth are common side effects. We hereby present a case of a 23-year-old, unmarried woman with beta thalassemia major presenting with primary amenorrhea, poor development of secondary sexual character, and short stature. Thorough history, clinical examination, and laboratory investigation, including dynamic function test (insulin tolerance test) were conducted. These tests confirmed that she had multiple endocrinopathies, including hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, growth hormone deficiency, and subclinical adrenal insufficiency, which were caused by iron overload. She required hormone replacement therapy. Early recognition of possible deficiencies in hypothalamo-pituitary-end organ hormones caused by iron overload in thalassemia patients that undergo frequent blood transfusion procedures is essential. Appropriate treatments, including transfusion regimen and chelation therapy, as well as specific treatment of each complication are the crucial for the successful management and improvement of quality of life these patients.

기반시설이 부족한 녹지지역 및 관리지역 농림지역 자연환경보전지역에서 난개발을 방지하고 환경을 보호하기 위하여 도입된 연접개발제한 제도는 이들 지역의 난개발 방지에는 기여하였지만 연접개발여부의 판단이 모호하고 소규모의 분산개발을 초래하거나 개발행위허가를 피해 산지전용허가를 통한 개발행위가 야기되는 등의 문제가 유발되어 폐지되기에 이르렀다. 그러나 난개발 방지를 위해 도시계획위원회의 심의를 받도록 하고 있으나 여전히 위원구성이나 재량권 남용 등의 문제를 안고 있으며, 녹지축 보전대책의 미흡, 공간정보체계의 활용 부족, 법률별 경관관리기준의 불일치, 그리고 물리적 환경규제의 획일화 등 여러 가지 문제들이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 심의제도 운영을 위한 개선방안으로, 도시계획위원회의 구성 및 기능재편과 전문분야 집중심의제 도입, 동일 녹지축 상의 지자체들의 경우 개발행위허가 통합조정위원회를 두어 녹지축 보전방안과 개발행위허가기준 마련, 도시계획정보시스템의 조기구축 및 활용, 개발행위허가 경관관리기준을 지역 실정에 맞게 세부적으로 구축, 개발행위허가 시 재량행위 최소화를 위해 경사도, 표고, 임목본수도 이외에 생태자연도와 국토환경성평가지도 등을 추가하여 개발행위허가 판단의 기초자료로 활용하는 방안 등을 제안하였다.

무분별한 난개발이 가져오는 무질서한 고층 개발로 인하여 도시공간의 연속성이 파괴되고 있다. 이로 인한 도시경관 악화가 주요 도시문제로 대두되고 있다. 주민들의 기본적 권리인 조망권 및 일조권이 박탈되고 도시민들이 함께 누려야 할 경관이 사유화되는 등 무질서한 고층 개발은 도시환경에 악영향을 끼친다. 연속성 있는 도시경관을 조성하기 위해서는 무분별한 고층 개발을 제재하고 피해지역에 대한 보상이 필요하다. 이를 위한 다양한 규제들이 진행됐지만, 규제만으로는 고층 개발에 대한 압력과 그로 인한 피해를 극복하기는 어렵다. 이에 보상제도를 도입하려는 논의가 진행되었고, 토지소유권과 개발권을 분리하여 개발권에 대한 보상을 받는 방식의 개발권양도제(TDR)를 도입이 주목받아 왔다. 하지만 국내에서는 개발권 분리에 관한 다양한 문제로 제도 도입에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 TDR 도입의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 부동산투자신탁(REITs)의 개념과 특징을 분석하고 효과적 경관 관리를 위해 REITs를 접목한 개발권양도제 정책모형을 제시하였다.

본 논문은 근래 사회적 쟁점이 되고 있는 방송통신융합 현상을 '이윤율의 경향적 하락의 법칙'에 따라 설명하려고 했다. 새로운 단말기 시장을 조성하고 사용료 수입을 획기적으로 늘리기 위해서는 새로운 서비스를 개발해야 하는 바, 그것이 방송 서비스의 결합으로 나타난 것이다. 그 과정에서 자본의 유기적 구성의 변화, 그로 인한 이윤율의 경향적 하락, 그것을 극복하기 위한 다양한 모색 등을 살펴보았다. 통신자본과 전자산업은 생산성 향상을 위해 불변자본 부분에 대한 끊임없는 투자를 진행하는 가운데 자본의 유기적 구성이 높아지고, 따라서 이윤율이 경향적으로 하락하는 현상으로 나타났다. 이윤량은 증가하면서도 이윤율이 하락하는 현상에 대해 사업자들이 대처하는 모습들도 확인하였다. 굳이 이 법칙을 적용해본 것은, 수면 위에 나타나는 모습만 보고 쉽게 비판하는 경향을 탈피하여 현상의 본질을 규명해보고자 하는 것이었다. 진단이 정확해야 처방도 정확할 수 있기 때문이다.
