일반적으로 소프트웨어 개발 과정은 요구사항 분석, 설계, 코딩, 테스트, 유지보수의 과정으로 이루어진다. 그러나 개발 과정에 있어 설계의 빈번한 수정은 그 다음 단계인 코딩을 매우 어렵게 만든다. 즉, 설계와 구현 사이에 항상 불일치를 유발하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 설계와 구현 사이의 불일치를 줄이고, 소프트웨어의 개발이 신속하고 유연하게 되도록 비즈니스 로직을 식별하여 응용프로그램을 생성시켜주는 도구를 개발하였다. 또한 비 프로그램 기반 응용 프로그램 시스템 방법도 제안하였다 이 방법은 동적 메소드를 통하여 실행 시간에 시스템 설계의 메타데이터를 편집해서 실제로 응용프로그램을 구축하거나 수정한다.

Foodservice industry and distribution business could make mutual prpgress when they join forces in responding to environmental uncertainty in an efficient manner. The purpose of this study was to examine the relational characteristics of domestic food service businesses and distribution firms in conjunction with the distribution channels and ensuing conflicts between them, to present possible alternatives on and how they should communicate with each other to achieve a satisfactory result. The relational characteristics and ensuing conflicts of food service businesses and distribution firms appeared to be significantly characterized by incongruities of target, role and perception. The types of relational characteristics that were triggered by the disagreement of roles and perception combined to decrease the intensity of the relational commitment. A satisfactory transactional relationship served to ease their conflicts caused by perceptual disagreement, and the soos of conflicts that were rooted in the discord of roles and of perception that increased the degree of relational commitment. As for relational performance, relational commitment, satisfaction with distribution channel and satisfaction with suppliers allowed them to maintain their relationship on a long-term basis.

본 연구에서는 가변적 공간 단위의 문제를 고려한 시공간 자료 분석 방법을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 기존의 시계열 연구에서는 행정 구역 신설이나 경계 변동같은 공간 단위(areal unit)의 가변성을 제대로 반영하지 못했기 때문에 속성 자료와 공간 자료의 불부합 현상이 있었다. 지역의 공간적 특성과 시공간적 변화를 지가 변동분석을 통하여 살펴보기 위해서는 분석 공간 단위의 가변성에 영향을 받지 않도록 개별적인 정보를 유지할 수 있는 시공간 데이터베이스를 구축하는 것이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 기본 격자로 공간 단위를 구성함으로써 분석 기준 시점의 속성 자료와 공간자료를 일치시킬 수 있었기 때문에 ‘가변적 공간 단위의 문제’를 보완할 수 있었다.

The increased number of organized employees and amount of collective bargaining in the public sector has caused many industrial relations students to pay attention to the compulsory arbitration mechanism. Some of these have criticized the compulsory arbitration on the grounds that it tends to replace collective bargain ing itself. They argue that each party lacks the incentive to concede and compromise that is so necessary in reaching agreements as long as the threat and/or use of strike is unavailable to them. On the other hand, the proponents of the compulsory arbitration maintain that compulsory arbitration carries out a strike like function by imposing the cost of disagreement. This paper is primarily concerned with these contradictory issues. More particularly, an attempt is made to analyze the impact of the compulsory arbitration mechanism upon the collective bargaining process by developing a bargaining model with explicit considerations of the determinants of the concession behavior of each party as a function of the cost of disagreement and the risk willingness relationship between the parties. The analysis in this paper leads to a synthesis of the above competing arguments, and shows that those contradictory views on the effect of the compulsory arbitration are mainly due to their failure to con sider the concession process.

감사품질의 제고를 위해 감사인과 경영자 간 의견불일치 발생에 대한 이해는 필수적이며, 본 연구는 회계적 관점이 아닌 기업의 경영전략 유형이 감사위험과 회계감사 지연에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 유가증권 및 코스닥 상장기업의 2018년부터 2020년까지의 표본 2,910 기업-연도 자료를 이용하여 실증분석하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 방어형 기업에 비해 선도형 기업은 신제품, 연구개발비용, 무형자산 등에 대한 감사절차를 확대시킬 수 있고, 경영자와 감사인 간에 의견불일치로 인해 감사지연을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, KOSPI 상장 기업에 비해 KOSDAQ 내 선도형 기업은 재무보고품질이 낮아 감사지연을 더욱 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업의 경영전략이 감사인과 회사 간의 의견불일치 가능성에 영향을 미치는지 분석하고, 주식시장 별로 감사시차에 차이가 있는지 검증하였다. 본 연구결과는 감사위험이 높은 선도형 기업에 대해 감사인의 강한 주의의무가 필요함을 보여주며, 아울러 선도형의 정의를 통해 선도형 기업에 대한 강화된 감사제도와 구체적인 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있다는 정책의 의의를 갖는다. 또한 향후 선도형 기업을 구성하는 비재무적 요소와 감사위험의 관계를 규명하는 후속 연구가 수행될 것을 기대한다.

The variance inflation factor can be expressed by the square of the ratio of t-statistics associated with slopes of partial regression and partial residual plots. Disagreement of two sides in the interpretation can be occurred, and we analyze it with some illustrations.

The mandibular condyle is a region that plays a key role in the opening and closing of the mouth, and because fracture causes functional and aesthetic problems such as facial asymmetry, it is very important to perform accurate reduction. Traditionally, there has been disagreement on how to manage fracture of the mandibular condyle. This review explores the misunderstanding of mandibular condyle fracture treatment and modern-day treatment strategies.

In the present work exchange coupling between ultrathin Fe ($8{\AA}$) and Tb ($12{\AA}$) layers separated by Au spacer of varied thickness ($3-20{\AA}$) was studied. Anomalous Hall effect measurements showed weakly damped oscillating dependence of the Hall conductivity as a function of Au spacer thickness. Disagreement of the observed damping with the RKKY model of interlayer exchange coupling was explained by the influence of external magnetic field on the behaviour of exchange coupling oscillations. It was confirmed by Hall-like effect measurements at zero applied magnetic field and also illustrated by corresponding estimations.

This article presents a new measure of chance-corrected interobserver agreement among multivariate ratings of many observers. Modifying an approach by Berry and Mielke, a new agreement measure is proposed. The important modificaton is to use the volume of simplex composed of data points as the disagreement masure. The proposed measure accounts agreement for multivariate interval observations among many observers. Hypothetical and real-life data sets are analyzed for illustrative purpose.
