As demands and interests in visiting rural village increases, government authorities are promoting eco and green tour village development project through plural functions of rural village. The purpose of this study is to understand infrastructure improvement direction by researching the case study of general rural villages' changing to eco and green tourism villages. As for the research method, the character of each village was verified, then the case studies of improvement by life infrastructure using the identity of villages were analyzed. Finally, it was found that infrastructure through public facilities improvement and environment improvement project was expanded and relaxative and experiential space was offered by creating tour infrastructure using the identity of villages. Also, it was shown that farming infrastructure creating project was executed to promote the income base of locals.

Construction Standard Specifications, part of contract documents, has been improved through various amendments since their first enactment in 1967 up to the latest 2013 version. However, complaints about inconvenience and low availability have been continuously made in their structure and contents. Therefore, an improvement is needed based on the experts' opinions both from industrial and academic fields. This basic study is to compare the Korean specifications to those from the developed countries and derive the suggestions on their improvement. Furthermore, it aims to delve into the experts' opinion on the subject and identify the direction and priority for the improvement of the specifications. Through this study, user friendliness and efficiency are expected to be obtained in using the specifications.

Purpose: This study is a case study in which the space was improved by applying the design direction derived through the theoretical basis and service design process to the outpatient department and health examination center in mental health facilities used by various stakeholders. And it aims to present implications through this. Methods: The research method is based on the analysis of the service design process with a focus on literature review. Results: As a result of deriving the design direction, it was organized into 1) improvement of spatial arrangement, 2) improvement of wayfinding system, and 3) creation of comfortable environment. The design improvement plan suggested division of areas, change of nurse station location, creation of a pleasant waiting space for the outpatient department, reinforcement of access, improvement of room relocation and flow, and increased comfort of common spaces for the health examination center. Implications: First, it is necessary to expand research and application of spatial planning and environmental design reflecting the characteristics of patients and environments of mental health institutions. Second, in the medical environment, the divided territoriality should be reviewed for various stakeholders as well as the coexistence. Third, it is necessary to promote medical service and environmental improvement through the service design process.

This study aims to explore the direction of improvement that considers the talent image of science high schools in the admissions process. To this end, first, the talent image and competencies of science high schools were divided into 'publicity' and 'efficiency,' 'execution' and 'achievement' types, and 'publicity & execution' was predominant in most cases. Next, a total of 28 science high school teachers, education experts, and middle school teachers were surveyed on the degree of reflection of talent image and the direction of improvement in the admissions process of three science high schools. The results of the survey are as follows: first, the evaluation of 'publicity' was very limited in the first stage of admissions process, and selection based on 'achievement' was high. Second, there was a strong tendency to select based on 'efficiency & achievement' in the second stage of interview evaluation. Third, we need to improve the selection of students who fit the 'publicity & execution' type of talent image by introducing 'publicity & execution' type of talent image by introducing 'write a competency-oriented self-introduction letter, reflect other subjects' grades and comparative studies in the school life record, and experts' interviews' to the first-stage of admissions process. Fourth, convergence and open-ended questions that enable divergent thinking should be jointly submitted to reflect the 'publicity & execution' type of talent image in the second stage of interview evaluation. In conclusion, the direction of improvement that considers the talent image of science high schools in the admissions process should be changed to competency-oriented in the first-stage of admissions process and in the second stage of interview evaluation consisting of open-ended questions.

In this experimental study,aluminum hotforging was conduct to get superior pistion to cast piston. Cast structure of billet is destroyed, harmful defects is removed by forging process. We proposed the direction od die design by observing formability of product according to die shape. The microstructure of forged products with different preform was investigated to determine inital billet shape. We proposed appropriate heat treatment condition for improvement of mechanical properties.

The direction finder is an important device for an electronic support(ES) system because it is responsible for finding the direction of an emitter. The higher the accuracy of the direction finding, the higher the vitality of the weapon system with the ES system. Recently, the direction error occurred in the operating shipboard ES system when direction finding was performed for the signal with a pulse width of 200 ns. Therefore, this paper proposes, an improved method to reduce the direction error for shipboard ES systems. The proposed method was applied to the operating shipboard ES system and a field test was performed. The results of the field test showed that the direction error was reduced significantly for the signal with a pulse width of 200 ns.

A study to have read does an improvement of an error restoration technology based on the edge direction interpolation that a stop image cared for inside frame correction more than with an image restoration way of a transfer error or with an aim. A way proposed to is based on edge direction detection method of a block utilizing the edge direction which will adjust a part damaged a sweater to a remaining part here. The rest of error pixel used non linear Midian filter for process later data information by the final stage and did interpolation. The examination result shows a good recuperation tendency and low accounts time of a way proposed to realization possibility of a real time image processing.

These days international trade has been converting to e-Trade formation. At this point, Korea has been striving for the trade facilitation; reducing logistics cost and improving foreign competitiveness by computerization operations of the maritime transportation that logistics and customs clearance are involved. However, due to the substantial characteristic of logistics service, the necessity of flexible and various logistics service development using internet has been strongly suggested. In particular, the logistics service which could share documents related to international physical movement between shippers and logistics organization. In this regard, this study carried out interview to explore the problems of physical distribution service and to suggest development direction of e-logistics service. The reason why this survey carried out is that most of users want more effective e-logistic service that could diminish successively real expense decrease. After analysis of survey results, this paper presents the basic development direction and emphasis development subjects. Therefore, the basic direction is presented from four viewpoints; customer-oriented approach, service-oriented approach, total approach and step-by-step implementation. Furthermore six development subjects; web-based standard module development for small and medium forwarders, development of standard logistics ERP system, collaboration model between KTNET and KLNET, system improvement for real users, on-demand system building for SMEs and connection with legacy system have been required.
