Today, the activities of individuals and corporations are dependent not only on digital technology but also on the future of society, which is referred to as the fourth industrial revolution. Since the traces that arise from the crimes that occur in the digital society are also inevitably developed into a society that should be found in the digital, the judicial dependence of judging by the digital evidence is inevitably increased in the criminal procedure. On the other hand, considering the fact that many users are using virtual shared computing resources of service providers considering the fact that they are being converted into a cloud computing environment system, searching for evidence in cloud computing resources is not related to crime. The possibility of infringing on the basic rights of the criminal procedure is increased, so that the ability of evidence of digital data which can be used in the criminal procedure is limited. Therefore, considering these two aspects of digital evidence, this point should be fully taken into account in judging the evidence ability in the post-seizure warrant issuance and execution stage as well as the pre-emptive control. There is a view that dictionary control is useless, but it needs to be done with lenient control in order to materialize post-modern control through judging ability of evidence. In other words, more efforts are needed than ever before, including legislation to ensure proper criminal procedures in line with the digital age.

This research seeks to develop preservation metadata and to provide guidelines to apply PREMIS-METS decisions in a METS profile in the National Library of Korea. The process of developing metadata is divided into three steps, that is, analysis of metadata schema in other digital preservation initiatives, analysis of resources and preservation policies, and interviews with librarians in the National Library of Korea. A metadata schema consists of four main entities - object, event, agent, and rights. The study also provides a cataloging example as well as principles using PREMIS-METS for archiving digital resources. The schema has values to manage digital resources effectively and efficiently in the National Library of Korea.

Digital manufacturing could be very effective in shipbuilding in order to estimate the process time, to improve the operation efficiency, and to prevent bottleneck processes in advance. The subassembly process having done research consists of piece arrangement, tack welding, robot welding, manual welding and so on. The robot welding of them was the focus of the simulation. The analysis and modeling were carried out by using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as well as $IDEF\phi$ (Integration DEFinition). The characteristics of the process resources were analyzed using the shipyard data, and the layout of the subassembly line was designed with the resources. Using the constructed resource and process model, the productivity and efficiency of changed robot welding stage were investigated. It was simulated how much the variations in the resource performance have influence on improvement of productivity. One of the important outputs in this simulation was the cycle time during a certain period's work. The cycle time prediction was also undertaken for the different torch and the different piece arrangement. The proposed model was established three-dimensionally in a digital environment so that interferences among objects and space allocations for the resources could be easily investigated.

In recent years, electronic technologies are rapidly changing the library's approach to collection management. In digital age, collection is a hybrid, that is, a mix of analog materials and digital information resources. But electronic publications are both a blessing and a curse for libraries. And the rapid acceptance of electronic resources raises many misconceptions and myths about their capabilities. This paper analyzes the digital paradox of current collection management from six standpoints : production of digital informations : digital scholarly communication : digital access paradigm : acceptance of e-journal package web collection development : digital archiving. Nowadays the pragmatic view of library is a logical information gateway to its own services and those of other libraries and information providers. Libraries and librarians need a concept and strategies of the hybrid collection management that reflects digital reality.

This paper intends to describe the concepts and historical development of information resources in the digital library, to analyze the different types and characteristics of electronic information resources, and to comment the cases of electronic information resources-especially electronic books, electronic journals, and electronic newspapers. Over the centuries, since the introduction of the printing press, conventional books have played a fundamental role in a wide range of information dissemination and knowledge transfer activities. But, I have mentioned some of limitations of conventional books and electronic information resources in this article. In order to overcome some of them, I think that we should introduce the idea of electronic information resources as a means of storing, sharing and communicating large volumes of dynamic multimedia information.

To achieve rapid developments and ensure competitiveness, cost saving, digital manufacturing is essential in die shops. Digital Manufacturing is a technology to facilitate effective product developments and agile productions by digital environments representing the physical and logical schema and the behavior of real manufacturing system including manufacturing resources, processes and products. For applying digital manufacturing to die shop, engineering information managements of products, manufacturing process and resources are needed. In this paper proposes and implements, PLM approach for achieving engineering collaborations in engineering activities. We suggest detail procedures, some examples and considerations of PPR managements in die shop.

A study of philosophy is a process that archive, reorganize and analyze the earlier works to discover new facts. Philosophy digital resources is necessary to research philosophy because they provide lots of electronic texts, philosophical information, forums, etc. In this paper, we introduce . our result of a research on philosophy digital resources existing in domestic or oversea web sites. We describe the problems which existing resources have and our solution to solve them. Also we provide a guideline to creating philosophy ontology based on topic maps which are data model of ontology. Our philosophy ontology defines hierarchy and associative relationships between philosophical knowledge and support retrieval and exploring of knowledge using semantic information.

The preservation metadata which is defined the property and history of changes must be describes logically and structurally for implementing long-term digital preservation. The preservation metadata makes the users to access and retrieve authentic digital resources and the managers of digital archives to manage and preserve more effectively the digital resources. his paper is review of recent developments relating to digital preservation metadata including the taxonomy of information object classes of Reference Model of OAIS and outlines some library-based projects. Next, the paper investigates how to develop and use the preservation metadata in university libraries and what is the core preservation metadata elements. Finally, the paper recommends the set of preservation metadata elements with broad applicability to digital preservation in university libraries.

The purpose of this study is to portray the current condition of digital reading rooms in public libraries in specific terms of information resource constituencies. With the growth in numbers of public libraries in Korea, emphasis was also put on digital information services using digital reading rooms in public libraries. However, it is also recognized that these digital reading rooms are merely traditional reading rooms with equipment. In this regard, the objective for the study was to identify and describe the types of electronic information resources in order to determine the rationale for the development of digital information resource management in public libraries. The focus was especially put on investigating the quality and the degree of perceived importance of electronic resources. Data for this case study was collected from four relatively big public libraries in three cities. The investigation was conducted by the document reviews and surveys and interviews with librarians and patrons. The study found that digital resource management should be put on a new stage, especially in terms of education and reliable information for the regional community. The study also added some suggestions for the future development and refinement of electronic resource management in public libraries.

With the rapid advancement of educational technology, recent studies have connected teachers' professional noticing with the use of digital resources in mathematical instructions. In this study, I examined elementary mathematics preservice teachers' attending and interpreting a mathematical software, ST Math, in the exploring and implementing phases. The findings indicate that preservice teachers paid attention to visual representations and manipulation prior to interactions with children and further took into consideration on task structures and situated context after interactions. They interpreted the events based on connected mathematical knowledge of prior interactions and further reflected on the progression of problem-solving strategies and sequence of tasks. In addition, four distinctive profiles of transitioning of evaluation on ST Math activities were identified with illustrations. Implications for noticing and teacher education were discussed.
