This study aimed to propose application directions for South Korea's digital health policy by conducting a literature review, data analysis, and examining foreign cases. The objective was to enhance the healthcare rights of individuals with disabilities, considering the potential expansion of the digital health policy. The findings indicate that digital health holds significant promise in improving mobility and accessibility for the healthcare rights of disabled individuals in Korea. However, addressing the digital gap is crucial for achieving smooth utilization. To ensure seamless use of the digital health system, it is imperative to attain digital inclusion, encompassing digital technology, connectivity, and accessibility. Additionally, establishing governance for digital health and expanding infrastructure for affordable access to high-quality internet are essential. Despite the study's limitations arising from relying on literature research, it is anticipated that the findings can serve as foundational data for preemptive responses and provide insights into the direction of the government's digital health policy to enhance the healthcare rights of individuals with disabilities.

The study considers trends and prospects for developing virtual (augmented) reality and civil transactions in relation to digital property. In jurisprudence, there is a need to determine the legal status of virtual and augmented reality to regulate legal relations in the digital environment. Legal relations using new digital technologies require the creation of new legislative approaches and rules of their legal regulation. The article dwells on the legal status of virtual (augmented) reality and determines the methods of regulating legal relations in the sphere of digital property. The study utilized methods for collecting single and multiple facts in order to identify the main trends in the civil circulation of digital assets, as well as private law methods. The methods of generalization, concreteness, induction and deduction reveal the legal nature and main features of virtual (augmented) reality and digital property. The paper highlights the specifics of virtual reality and civil transactions in relation to digital assets. The research has concluded that the sale, exchange and other actions with digital objects in virtual reality have distinctive features, while digital property has also unique characteristics since it is involved in civil circulation and legal relations.
The purpose of this study is to suggest how to use digital textbooks to cultivate digital citizenship of elementary and secondary students. We analyzed domestic and international research on digital citizenship and analyzed the definition and elements of digital citizenship. Based on the analysis, we formed a council where field teachers, education experts, and government agencies participated. This study devised the elements and competence models of digital citizenship for elementary and secondary school students, and suggested teaching methods using digital textbooks. As a result, we derived five elements of 'Digital Literacy', 'Digital Communication', 'Digital Ethics', 'Digital Responsibility', and 'Digital Creativity & Collaboration', and devised a 'Triangle competency model' for the school site application.
Due to COVID-19, the digital transformation centered on unmanned and non-face-to-face is accelerating. Like a digital civilization, it is changing into a digital age, but for those who cannot use digital, the inconveniences in daily life are falling to the level of digital illiteracy. There is a social gap between digital users and non-users, and digital non-users are separated from society. For the digital socialization of the digitally underprivileged, the transition to the digital world is accelerating, and the ability to use digital in everyday life is becoming more important. As the transition to the digital world accelerates, individual social and economic differences are occurring. These problems are hindering the sustainable growth of society. In this study, in order to receive digital education conveniently, we intend to design an education model with excellent accessibility as an education that can be received by all citizens. It is intended to propose a digital education model that can be used universally and solve the inconvenience of life through digital comprehensive competency education that can be received step by step and can be easily received.
The paper studies an existence problem of a (generalized) universal covering space over a digital wedge with a compatible adjacency. In algebraic topology it is well-known that a connected, locally path connected, semilocally simply connected space has a universal covering space. Unlike this property, in digital covering theory we need to investigate its digital version which remains open.
In this paper, we introduce another statement of a digital $(k_{0}, k_{1})-homeomorphism$ which is suitable for an approach to write an efficient algorithm for discriminating digital images with respect to the digital $(k_{0}, k_{1})-homeomorphism$.
The aim of this paper is to show the difference between the notion of digital continuity and that of computer continuity. More precisely, for digital images $(X,\;k_0){\subset}Z^{n_0}$ and $(Y,\;k_1){\subset}Z^{n_1}$, $if(k_0,\;k_1)=(3^{n_0}-1,\;3^{n_1}-1)$, then the equivalence between digital continuity and computer continuity is proved. Meanwhile, if $(k_0,\;k_1){\neq}(3^{n_0}-1,\;3^{n_1}-1)$, then the difference between them is shown in terms of the uniform continuity property.
This study analyses recent development of digital contents industry. The purpose of this study is to show how the convergence phenomenon is occurring in the digital contents industry. Furthermore, this study examines the influence of digital convergence on the digital contents industry. The characteristics of the digital contents industry falls roughly into three features. To begin with, technical aspect of the industrial feature is that digitalized contents can be used in various digital devices, namely OSMU(One Source Multi Use). The second feature is related to protection of copyright against illegal file sharing and downloading. One final point is that platform for distribution channels has been universal by digital convergence. To sum up, the notable feature of digital contents industry is high value-added. Also, digital contents industry is composed of users, digital device, network, and universal contents. Users are the key component of digital contents industry, who is distinguished from consumers. Digital devices such as mobile phone, PDA can play all kinds of digital contents and make users communicate in two-ways. Portable devices also allow the users to consume digital contents at any place. Digital contents can be distributed by both wire and wireless networks. And most of transactions can be made through networks. There are three key issues about digital convergence. Entry barriers for market become lowered; the age of contents users is changed from old generation to young generation. And the form of contents devices is changing rapidly. Traditional contents field such as movie, music, broadcasting, publishing, animations are combined into one digital contents territory. As a result, this paper suggests that digital convergence phenomenon will be accelerating for the future. According to the result of this study, the advent of digital convergence and e-Commerce will have significant influence on trade of digital contents.
Digital textbooks draw attention as a new format of educational material, using the advantages of information technology; this innovative learning tool requires consideration as a part of successful and effective learning. The main purpose of the article is to investigate the mediating role of self-regulation between digital literacy and learning outcomes (academic performance and learning motivation) when using digital textbooks as a learning tool in Middle School English. Both descriptive and regression analysis were used as data analyses methods. The main findings of this study were as follows: first, digital literacy and self-regulation significantly predicted academic performance and learning motivation; second, self-regulation fully mediated between digital literacy and academic performance; third, self-regulation partially mediated between digital literacy and learning motivation. The research results proved the effects of digital literacy and self-regulation on the learning outcomes and mediating role of self-regulation between digital literacy and learning outcomes. These results help to design and implement effective lessons when using a digital textbook in Middle school English.
