In this paper we would like to provide a help to implementing KMS(Knowledge Management System) in public sector. For this purpose, we set up five contingency environmental factors and three process factors of knowledge management. And then investigates affecting factors effect on the performance of KMS in public sector by empirical study. A field survey of public officers in Korea local government was conducted. Complete data for 333 KMS users was analyzed to determine relationship of the research constructs. The system of evaluation and compensation is the most important factor effects on the process of KM and the performance of KMS. These results provide empirical evidence that supports the necessity of rational motivation systems does lead to effective implementation of KMS in public sector.

본 논문에서는 하드디스크를 제조사들의 노하우와 수리업체에서 얻은 수많은 경험을 통해 얻어지는 기술을 하드디스크의 종류별 호환 모델과 복구를 위한 증상에 따른 조치 및 수리 방법에 대해서 분석하고자 한다. 하지만, 논문에 있는 데로 똑같이 시도하더라도 숙련도가 미숙한 사용자라면 성공할 가능성이 많지 않다. 좀 더 신중히 고장 하드디스크를 진단하고 다루어야 할것이며, 충분한 연습 후 실행에 옮겨야 할 것이다. 분석은 증상별 육안검사, 소리, 빈도수 별로 시도 되었으며, 이 결과는 귀중한 증거물의 데이터를 복원하는데 귀중한 자료가 될 수 있다.

It has been suggested that merging plays an important role in the formation and the evolution of early-type galaxies (ETGs). Optical-NIR color gradients of ETGs in high density environments are found to be less steep than those of ETGs in low density environments, hinting frequent merger activities in ETGs in high density environments. In order to examine if the flat color gradients are the result of dry mergers, we studied the relations between merging features, luminosities, environments and color gradients of 196 low redshift ETGs selected from Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) Stripe82. Near Infrared (NIR) images are taken from UKIRT Infrared Deep Sky Survey (UKIDSS) Large Area Survey (LAS). Color (r-K) gradients of ETGs with tidal features are a little flatter than relaxed ETGs, but not significant. We found that massive (> 10^11.3 solar masses) ETGs have -40% less scattered color gradients than less massive ETGs. The less scattered color gradients of massive ETGs could be evidence of dry merger processes in the evolution of massive ETGs. We found no relation between color gradients of ETGs and their environments.

Objective : To clarify the features of needling method in the Zhenjiu Jiayijing, the needling depth and needling treatment time were sorted out. Method : According to the analysis, we can identify the crucial factors of the needling features. Result : Compared with the needling related content of Huangdi Neijing(黄帝内经), the historical outline of the needling development could be found and the ancient acupuncturing process was reappeared with a historical perspective. This research will provide guidance for the literature research and clinical application. Conclusion : Zhenjiu Jiayijing, also an important and valuable literature, will provide more evidence or clues for depth and treatment time of needling, which will be helpful and meaningful in clinic.

Total atherosclerotic obstruction of the juxtarenal abdominal aorta is a relatively rarely encountered form of atherosclerotic vascsular disease, accounting for less than 5% of all arterial obstrutive disease. We have encountered two patients with such lesions, both of whom were admitted for intermittent claudication of the lower extremities and symptoms of vascular ischemia. Digital subtraction angiography[DSA] was performed on both patients, the results of which revealed total obstruction of the aorta just inferior to the renal arteries without involving the latter. Operative technique involved the use of the sup-raceliac aorta as the site of proximal anastomosis of aortofemoral bypass followed by a fem-orofemoral bypass graft with Smm sized Woven Dacron[Vascutek] through a subcutaneous tunnel within the retroperitoneal space. Both patients experienced restoration of blood flow distal to the obstruction postoperatively without any complications, and OPD follow-up one month postoperatively and postoperative DSA showed evidence of continued graft patency with persistent symptomatic improvement.

Many organizations experience that the performance they gained from IT investment is lower than they expected values. As with any investment, executives are concerned with maximizing the performance from their investment in IT. This study focused on the relationship between IT strategy and IT investment to maximize IT performance. A field survey of chief information officer of Korea manufacturing sector was conducted. Complete data for 147 firms was analyzed to determine relationship of the three research constructs. The study shows a positive relationship between IT strategic orientation, IT investment direction, and performance of IT. The research results provide empirical evidence that supports the research hypothesis that closer fit between IT strategies and IT investment directions does lead to increase operational and competitive performance of IT

우리는 ICT의 발전과 디지털 장치의 빠른 대중화 속도에 의하여 유비쿼터스가 현실화 되고 있는 사회에 살고 있다. 그러나 빠른 속도로 기술이 발전하는 반면에 사이버 범죄의 대한 인식과 대처는 발달의 속도를 따라가지 못하고 있다. 사이버 범죄는 다양한 방법으로 늘어가고 그에 따른 피해가 커지고 있지만 일반인들은 그에 따른 대처를 하지 못하고 전문가에게만 의존하고 있다. 따라서 우리는 일반 사용자도 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 레지스트리 분석기를 개발하여 디지털 포렌식 관점에서 유용한 정보를 제공하고 개인정보 침해 및 각종 디지털 범죄에 대한 인식을 개선시켜 보려고 한다.

컴퓨터의 발달로 여러 기기들이 아날로그 방식에서 디지털방식 변환되고 있는 가운데 보안감시 분야에의 DVR에 대해 알아보고 DCT기반의 워터마킹 기술을 이용한 DVR시스템을 제안 한다. 실제 DVR시장에서의 요구되는 빠른처리 능력과, 선명한 화질을 고려하여 구현한다. 여기에 저장된 DVR파일에 워터마크를 내장, 무결성을 보장하여 도난사건등의 증거자료로 사용될수 있도록 한다. 논문에서는 DCT 기반의 워터마킹 기법을 사용하여 DVR상에서 구현해 보았다.

With respect to the effects of types of knowledge on human diagnostic performance, the results of several experiments claimed that training with procedural knowledge is more effective than training with principle knowledge. However, more useful results would be attained by investigating when and how the principles of system dynamics is valuable for diagnosis. Accordingly, we conducted an experiment to reevaluate the value of principle knowledge in two problem situations. A simulator system, named DLD, to diagnose an electronic device was created. It is a context-free digital logic circuit which includes forty-one gates of three basic types. The experiment investigated the effects of principle knowledge over common procedural knowledge. The experimental results showed that the effects of principle knowledge is dependent on the complexity of diagnostic situations. This adds up on experimental evidence against the presumed ineffectiveness of principle knowledge and forward reasoning in fault diagnosis. The results also suggest the source of the usefulness of principle knowledge.

포렌식 컴뷰팅에 관하여 1984년부터 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔으며, 이 분야 연구는 주로 디스크에 관한 화학적, 물리적 방법을 이용한 증거 추출(Evidence Capture)에 중점을 두어 왔다. 최근 forensic software engineering 분야의 접근은 알고리즘의 error detection에 연구방향을 두고 있다. 그러나 지적 재산권 법을 온라인 상에서 컨텐츠를 이용하는 가운데 적용 시키는 연구는 미비하다. 본 연구에서는 지적 재산권을 이용한 XML tree를 만들고, parsing하여 RDB를 구축한 후 질의 (query)하여 매핑(mapping)시키는 시스템을 구현 하고자 한다. 입력자료는 우리가 기존에 개발한 DRM(Digital Rights Management)시스템에서 사용자를 모니터링하여 검출한 불법 복사/증거 프로 파일로 한다. 이것은 법 전문가에 의뢰하기 전에, 사용되는 컨텐츠가 법에 위배 된다면 지적재산권 법 몇조 몇항에 해당되는지를 사용자, 대리인/변호인, attorney, judge 등에게 컨설팅 해주는 시스템이다.
