최근 들어 SW산업이 모바일과 클라우드 기술환경으로 패러다임이 급격하게 변화하고 있는데, 국내 SW인력양성의 현황 및 문제점을 PEST-SWOT분석을 통해 PEST요인과 연계하여 내외부 환경요인을 도출하였다. 또한 산학연 전문가를 대상으로 AHP모형을 적용한 설문조사를 하여 실증 분석한 결과, 스마트 산업 생태계의 변화에 대응하기 위한 SW인재 양성정책 방향으로서 SW융합인재 양성, 창의성이 요구되는 SW분야 대학교육 내실화, 글로벌 인재양성 및 교류, 인프라인 SW벤처생태계 활성화 등을 도출하였다. 그리고 AHP모형으로 SW인재정책비전에 대한 정책우선순위를 분석한 결과, SW기술 활용증대에 따른 SW융합인재 양성, SW벤처 생태계 활성화, SW창업 활성화를 통한 일자리 창출, SW분야 대-중소기업 상생발전 조성, 창의적 SW인재양성, 글로벌 우수인재 확보 순으로 중요도가 높았다.

본 연구는 겨울철 휴면심도와 동해유발온도를 기반으로 작성된 복숭아 나무 '장호원황도' 품종의 휴면지에 대한 동해위험지수 계산식을 고해상도 전자기후도와 결합하여 현재평년(1971-2000년)의 기후조건에서 동해위험의 지역적 분포를 파악하였다. 이를 기준으로 두고 기후변화 시나리오에 근거한 미래 3개 평년(2011-2040년, 2041-2070년, 2071-2100년)의 기온자료에 동일한 방법을 적용하여 얻은 동해위험지수와 비교함으로써 기후변화에 따른 이들 위험지역의 이동을 경관규모에서 추적하였다. 현재평년(1971-2000년) 기후조건에서는 전 국토의 4%가 안전지대, 88%가 동해 위험 경계지대, 8%가 위험지대로 탐색되었다. 시나리오 기후조건에서는 가까운 미래(2011-2040년)와 먼 미래(2041-2100년)에 모두 경계지대가 줄어드는 반면 안전지대와 위험지대가 다같이 증가하였다. 이 방법은 경기도 이천, 경북 청도 등 복숭아 주산지 내의 위험지대를 경관규모에서 탐색하는 데도 이용될 수 있음이 확인되었으므로 앞으로 농업분야 기후변화 영향평가 및 취약성 분석에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 고용창출 및 지속가능경영의 토대가 되는 창업생태계의 구성요소들이 창업기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 입지환경 매개효과를 중심으로 규명하는 것을 목표로 한다. 입지환경을 고려한 정부의 창업지원 정책과 병행된 창업의 대중화가 고용창출을 위한 하나의 대안이 될 수 있다는 결과를 제시함으로써, 창업생태계 구성요소와 입지환경 간 최적의 구성 시나리오를 만드는 데 시사점을 제공하고, 또한 창업기업의 경영성과 향상에도 기여할 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 연구목적을 위한 본 연구의 분석 대상은 국내 7년 이하 창업기업에 기여하는 주요 임직원이며, 온·오프라인 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 분석 방법으로는 SPSS 22.0을 사용하였으며, 리커트 5점 척도로 측정된 유효변수들에 대하여 기술통계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석, 다중회귀 분석 및 매개분석을 활용하여 실증분석하였다. 분석의 결과, 창업생태계 구성요소는 창업기업 경영성과 및 입지환경에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 입지환경의 매개에 따른 창업기업 경영성과에 대해서도 입지환경은 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 추후 수도권과 비수도권 등 지역별로 상이할 수 있는 창업생태계 현황 요소들과 경영성과 간 영향관계를 파악하는 후속연구에도 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

Digitalization and digital transformations have metamorphized the face of Financial Inclusion globally, more so, in cash obsessed economies like India. The purpose of our study is to empirically analyze the users' intention to adopt digital payment systems, post Demonetisation, during the COVID-19 pandemic in India. The conceptual framework for the study is based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) adoption model with added operationalized constructs of Perceived Risk and Stickiness to use Cash. A total of 326 respondents were surveyed using a pre-tested questionnaire during the Nationwide Lockdown 3.0 in India. These responses were analyzed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) technique. The findings of the study revealed that performance expectancy and facilitating conditions directly influence the intention of individuals to use digital payment systems, whereas the effect of perceived ease of use on digital payment systems is mediated through the attitude towards the digital payment systems during COVID-19 pandemic situation. Implications of the proposed adoption model are discussed. This will enable the other developing economies to formulate a digital ecosystem, that is here to stay even after the pandemic.

This paper investigates the influence of the economic integration exemplified by the Eurasian Economic Union on the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Kazakhstan corporate sector. Using data collected from 204 small-, medium-, and large-sized Kazakh companies, the researchers analyzed the collected data with percentile. Findings of this study show that small- and medium-sized enterprises, especially in the tertiary sector of the Kazakh economy, are not that much affected by regional integration, whereas large firms have been significantly impacted. The originality of the paper is threefold. First, the research explores the entrepreneurial ecosystems in its focus on geographic location or digital technologies that came across mainly from the ICT space. This is becoming pervasive across mechanical systems, communications, infrastructure, and the built-up environment. Second, the originality of the paper lies in focusing on the entrepreneurial ecosystems' influence on the business processes by clearly understanding the regional, national, and international trends in different markets. Third, the paper is first of its kind to contribute an updated perspective on the entrepreneurial ecosystem's influence on economic integration to the policymakers of Kazakhstan. Policymakers will gain expertise on how to manage network effects while planning investment projects, as well as transactions, modes, and fixed nodes, acquisition, and greenfield investments.

The growth of digitalization processes around the world, covering almost all areas of human life, including the Fintech sector. In the field of financial technology, radical changes are taking place with increasing levels of automation, openness and consumer focus. In addition, in the context of the spread of coronavirus infection, quarantine and forced isolation, the role of digital technology is coming to the fore worldwide, including in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to assess the development of Fintech ecosystem of European countries and outline the strategic parameters of domestic Fintech development. The study concluded that the investment raised for the Fintech industry increases annually and the quality and size of transactions gradually increases. Today, Fintech maintains its position as one of the most attractive markets for venture capitalists and the image of an industry with high potential, especially in the era of open banking. The most attractive markets for investors are mature markets, such as the United States, Germany and the United Kingdom, and the preferred niches for investment - the vertical of payments and lending. Trends in investment activity in terms of investing in financial technologies are studied. Moreover, investors prefer businesses that already have a significant scale or considerable potential to achieve it and become sustainable businesses.

도로건설은 생물서식지를 단절시키고 고립시키는 등 생태환경 훼손이 우려되고 있으며, 도로건설에 따른 환경영향을 최소화하고 생물서식환경을 보존하기 위한 종합적인 평가기법의 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자연생태계의 자연성뿐만 아니라 동물이 서식하는 생태계의 기능을 고려한 보전가치평가기법을 적용하여 이를 도면화 할 수 있는 서식처평가지도를 개발하고자 하였다. 서식처보전가치평가에 적용한 평가 항목은 크게 자연성, 희귀성, 기능성 항목의 3가지 항목으로 선정하였으며 이에 따른 세부평가항목을 구성하였다. GIS를 이용하여 평가기준에 따라 중요도에 대한 수치지도를 작성하였다. 연구결과 나타난 수치지도는 단순히 동물과 식물의 종 조성이나 분포에만 한정된 것이 아니라 서식처 보전을 위한 종합적인 생태계 평가기법이 가능함을 보여주었고, 이를 통하여 생태계 파괴 및 생물 서식처 단절을 최소화 한 환경친화적인 도로건설에 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

의료와 헬스케어 분야의 변화는 디지털 기술로부터 시작된다. 디지털 헬스케어라는 새로운 분야는 기존 헬스케어 및 의료 기술이 디지털 기술과 융합되어 시작된 것으로 ICBM(사물인터넷 클라우드 빅데이터 모바일), 인공지능, 로봇, 가상 증강현실, 웨어러블기기 등 ICT 기술을 활용해 건강관리 질병관리 등 헬스케어서비스 효과를 높이고 의료비용을 절감시키는 융합산업이다. 최근에는 구글 알파고와 IBM 왓슨 등 인공지능기술을 헬스케어 영역에 접목되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 디지털 헬스케어의 주요 기술, 생태계와 플랫폼, 그리고 미래의료서비스 변화 및 이슈를 분석한다.

As the main driver of economic growth and employment, the agricultural sector plays an important role in Vietnam's economy. However, in recent years, the sector has faced new challenges and also presented new investment opportunities to stimulate agricultural growth. Many Vietnamese agricultural producers currently lack the modern technology and decision support tools needed to maintain and improve productivity in a rapidly changing environment. Other stakeholders in the agricultural value chain, such as input suppliers, distributors, and consumers, also face significant challenges, including disrupted value chains, transportation costs. The cost of transporting goods across the supply chain continues to increase and information exchange remains fragmented. A potential solution to address these challenges is the application of digital transformation in agricultural supply chains. Farmers and other value chain participants can improve the production of their goods and procedures by utilizing new and cutting-edge technologies that are integrated into a unified system as part of the digital transformation of agricultural supply chains. In this study, we evaluate the current status of digital transformation in the supply chain of the agriculture industry by finding and examining pertinent publications from key agencies as well as prior research. From there, in the framework of the digital economy, this study suggests a digital transformation roadmap for the agricultural supply chain.

In the study, the feasibility of landscape ecological measures as indices system for interpretation and evaluation of regional ecosystem was investigated through the application to Yongin City. Each patch metrics well showed the class structure and supplemented the class metrics, and class metrics also showed well the landscape structure and supplemented the landscape metrics. And the change analysis through subtraction of two set of landscape ecological measurement in two point of time showed the dynamic trends very well. One of the dynamic trends in Yongin City was the rapid fragmentation. While there was no landcover data on Yongin City, using Landsat data and remote sensing techniques were proved to be efficient and effective to produce the digital landcover data.
