In this paper a novel method for voltage disturbance detection is presented. This is a instantaneous detection method using normalized error get in synchronous reference frame and also it is implemented in digital. Feedback noise the problem of digital implementation is removed by a digital filter of which the time delay is compensated through numerical analysis.

This paper proves that a filter for scramble spectrum is realized by a periodically time-varying digital filter. Further, we propose a design method of this filter by using a bi-frequency map. As an example, we implemented this filter with Digital Signal Processor.

This study presents the methodology for the hierachical construction of digital control system which can be of practical value to a wide application of sequence control. The digital economic environment of next generation, which digital high-technology industry appears to be the economic center of the high degree of industry structure, is expected to be developed as the existing traditional industry is merged with high tech digital one. The developing system of contents policy for digital industry means the policy and vision, and strategic structure which get the mechanism of contents industry structure to work. The promotion organization of digital contents policy is requested to secure the framework of digital contents industry based on cluster, the infra framework of digital infra culture, the infra framework of industry-academic cooperation, and the overall digital contents based on motive policy for the vitality of the youth. The application of digital contents policy may lead to establish the framework of the growth for the every unit of industry with the cluster oriented system.

This study has been accomplished as a experimental study for field application of 3D Perspective Image Map creation using Digital Topographical Map and based on the Ortho-Projection Image which is generated from Satellite Overlay Images and the precise Relative Coordinates of longitude, latitude and altitude which is corrected by GCP(Ground Control Point). AS to Contour Lines Map which is created by Coordinate conversion of 1:5,000 Topographical Map, we firstly made Satellite Image Map to substitute for Digital Topographical Map through overlapping the original images on top of each Ortho-Projection Image created and checking the accuracy. In addition to 3D Image Map creation for 3D Terrain analysis of a target district, Slope Gradient Analysis, Aspect Analysis and Terrain Elevation Model generation, multidirectional 3D Image generation by DEM can be carried out through this study. This study is to develop a mapping technology with which we can generate 3D Satellite Images of a target district through the composition of Digital Maps and Facility Blueprint and arbitrarily create 3D Perspective Images of the target district from any view point.

The paper is devoted to problem of spline approximation. A new method of nodes location for curves and surfaces computer construction in multidimensional spaces by means of B-splines is presented. The criteria are which links a square-mean error caused by high frequency spline distortions and approximation intervals is determined and necessary theorem is proved. In this method use a theory of entire multidimensional spectra and may be extended for the spaces of three, four and more variables. Future work: application area such as digital contents like animation, game graphic.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a vehicle routing supporting system with various restrictions using a digital map. The position data and the distance data are obtained from the digital map. The system is composed of input module, execution module, output module. In the input module, we can select options, which correspond to various restrictions and criteria for the vehicle routing problem to be solved. The execution module solves the selected problem in a relatively short time and suggest a good heuristic solution to the dispatcher, and also allows the dispatcher to easily modify the solution. The vehicle routes are displayed on the digital map. The application and the effectiveness of the system were shown through two case studies.

평택항의 원양어선 회사에서 정보현황은 선박 배치도와 철판과 자석 등으로 구성된 수작업에 의한 현황판 보드를 이용하고 있다. 유비쿼터스 네트워크를 기반으로 하는 인터넷 웹 애플리케이션 환경에서 매 시간마다 접수된 항해중인 37척의 원양선박정보를 인터넷에 연결된 PC에서 표시하는 연구를 한다. Flash 기술 기반의 RIA의 활용을 통해 3단 가로 그리드 구성으로 Digital Dash-Board을 구성하여 6대양에 운항중인 선박항해위치 및 위도, 경도 표시는 물론 각종 정보를 visual하게 display한다. 운영자 및 사용자에게 편의성을 높일 수 있고, 실시간 데이터를 활용해서 역동적인 Web Application 구축에 중점을 두었다.

본 연구의 목적은 기독교 대학의 이념과 인재상에 적합한 글쓰기 교육 형태를 제안하고 그 효과적 활용방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 디지털 리터러시 교육에서 디지털 글쓰기 개념을 활용하였다. 본 연구가 제안한 "성경 스토리텔링을 활용한 디지털 글쓰기" 교육 형태는 크게 두 활동으로 구성된다. 첫째는 성경 청취와 묵상이요, 둘째는 미디어 텍스트 창작이다. 첫 활동에는 '성경 스토리텔링의 청취와 관찰', '탐구와 묵상'이 포함되며, 두 번째 활동에는 창작을 의미하는 '적용과 실천,' 공유를 의미하는 '공동체 나눔'이 각각 포함된다. 이러한 교육 형태를 제시하고 난 후, 본 연구는 다음의 활용 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 다양한 매체 활용과 상호 작용성의 장점 활용, 둘째, 스토리텔링의 개인 및 공동체의 치유적 효과 활용, 셋째, 글쓰기와 기독교 교육(신학)의 영역 모두의 전문성 확보, 넷째, 미디어 리터러시와 글쓰기 영역 모두의 전문성 확보, 그리고 마지막으로, 다양한 유형의 글쓰기로의 확장적 적용이다.

본 연구는 교육용 애플리케이션인 EBS 수능특강을 사용자 관점에서 분석하고 이를 통해 GUI 디자인에 따른 사용자 경험의 개선 방향을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 1차로 문헌연구를 통하여 이론적 배경과 서비스 현황을 고찰하고, 2차로 피터 모빌(Peter Morville)의 허니콤 모델의 7가지 원칙을 바탕으로 재구성하여 사용자 경험 설문지를 작성하여 설문하였다. 그 결과, EBS 수능특강은 사용성과 더불어 시각적인 부분의 부족으로 GUI의 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 앞으로 교육용 애플리케이션의 사용자 경험 개선 방안을 위한 서비스가 개선될 것을 기대하며, 이후 진행될 교육용 애플리케이션 사용자 경험 연구에도 도움이 되길 바란다.
