소리쟁이 뿌리 열수 추출물의 폴리페놀 함량 및 추출물의 항산화 효과 (Polyphenol Contents of Rumex crispus Root Extract with Hot Water and its Antioxidative Effect)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the extraction characteristics including total polyphenol compound content (TPC) and the antioxidative effect of Rumex crispus root extract on commercial corn oil. Extraction yield was increased with extraction temperature but decreased with extraction ratio. No significant differences in aromatics content were found among the extracts prepared with various extraction conditions; extraction ratio, extraction temperature, extraction pH and composition of extractant. Total flavonoid content of the extract was increased with extraction temperature and extraction pH, and highest value of it was found when extractant composition of ethanol in water was 75%. Total polyphenol compound content (TPC) of the extract with 10 fold extraction ratio showed the highest value, but no significant difference in TPC was found with extraction temperature. Reducing power and DPPH (${\alpha}$,${\alpha}$-diphenyl-${\beta}$-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging ability (RSA) of the extract in spectrophotometric absorbance were decreased with extraction ratio but increased with extraction temperature and showed 63.1%~98.4% and 67.6%~86.7% of those of ascorbic acid in reducing power and DPPH RSA, respectively. The antioxidative effects of the extract on corn oil were 84.8~93.0% of that of commercial butylated hydroxytoluene, the antioxidant index value was highest when the ethanol composition to water in extractant was equal ratio.

근전도 신호기반 손목 움직임의 추정을 위한 다중 특징점 추출 기법 알고리즘 (Improvements of Multi-features Extraction for EMG for Estimating Wrist Movements)

  • In this paper, the multi feature extraction algorithm for estimation of wrist movements based on Electromyogram(EMG) is proposed. For the extraction of precise features from the EMG signals, the difference absolute mean value(DAMV), the mean absolute value(MAV), the root mean square(RMS) and the difference absolute standard deviation value(DASDV) to consider amplitude characteristic of EMG signals are used. We figure out a more accurate feature-set by combination of two features out of these, because of multi feature extraction algorithm is more precise than single feature method. Also, for the motion classification based on EMG, the linear discriminant analysis(LDA), the quadratic discriminant analysis(QDA) and k-nearest neighbor(k-NN) are used. We implemented a test targeting twenty adult male to identify the accuracy of EMG pattern classification of wrist movements such as up, down, right, left and rest. As a result of our study, the LDA, QDA and k-NN classification method using feature-set with MAV and DASDV showed respectively 87.59%, 89.06%, 91.75% accuracy.

  • 본 논문에서는 이러한 범죄 행위인 흡연을 엘리베이터 내에서 행하는 범죄자를 추출하고자 한다. 추출 방법은 변형된 컬러-$X^2$-test를 이용하여 차이값을 추출하고, 이를 정규화 한다. 다음으로, 4-단계의 장면 전환 검출 알고리즘을 이용하여 연속적인 프레임들에서 장면 전환이 발생한 지점을 찾아낸다. 마지막으로, 비디오에 저장된 대량의 영상에서 흡연 영상의 검색 및 추출을 위한 방법을 제시한다.

  • In this paper, the appropriate thermal storage time of an air-conditioning system with slab thermal storage was considered by use of summer measurement values. Two standards of heat extraction rate and criterion function were established as the standard that evaluates appropriateness. When heat extraction rate was a standard, zero hour and seven hours were obtained as appropriate thermal storage time, in the case of evaluation by energy consumption and running cost individually. Also, when criterion function was a standard, the difference between energy consumption and running cost was small, it was because the weight function to room air temperature deviation was much bigger than heat extraction rate.

  • 천연색소를 이용한 컬러의 재현은 현대의 웰빙 생활과 밀접한 연관성을 갖게 된다. 이 연구는 일상생활에서 자주 쓰이는 녹색 계, 황색 계, 그리고 적색 계의 컬러를 자연 상의 녹차, 치자, 흑미를 색소원으로 하여 목표 색을 설정하였다. 목표색의 명도(L), 색 좌표(a, b)의 정량적 수치 값을 지정하고 추출용매의 물성을 조절함으로써 목표 색에 가장 접근하는 색을 추출하여 표현하였다. 색소추출 공정에서 용매의 pH, 추출온도, 추출시간이 변수로 설정되었다. 치자의 경우 추출시간이 길수록 진한색이 추출되었다. 추출색소는 색차계를 이용해 색의 L-a-b좌표를 측정하여 목표 색과 비교하였다. 실험조건을 최적화함으로써 목표 색과 가장 색차 값(${\Delta}E$)이 적은 녹색, 황색, 적색의 CIE 기준 값을 제시하고 이 좌표에 맞는 색을 표현하였다.

전탕 압력과 전탕 시간의 차이에 따른 곽향정기산 전탕액 비교 (Investigation of difference of Gwakhyangjeonggi-san decoctions produced by different pressure levels and various extraction times)

  • Objectives : Gwakhyangjeonggi-san (GJS) which consists of 13 herbal medicines has been used to treat gastrointestinal disorders caused by common cold. This study was performed to compare GJS decoctions produced using different pressure levels for various extraction times. Methods : Decoctions were prepared by the pressure levels of $0kgf/cm^2$ (non-pressurized) or $1kgf/cm^2$ (pressurized) for 30-180 min. The extraction yield, total soluble solid content (TSSC), and hydrogen ion concentration (pH) were measured, and the contents of the nine marker compounds were determined using high performance liquid chromatography. Results : The higher pressure and longer extraction time significantly increased TSSC value, while decreased the pH value. However, only extraction time affected the extraction yield of pressurized decoction. Variation of the amounts of chemical compounds was shown in pressurized and non-pressurized decoctions during extraction time. The result of regression analysis showed that pressure and extraction time can influence to extraction yield, TSSC, pH, and the content of chemical compounds. Conclusions : This study suggests that the pressure and extraction time can significantly affect the extraction efficiency of components from GJS decoctions.

케냐AA의 냉추출에 따른 이화학적 변화 (Physicochemical Characteristics of Cold-Brew Kenya AA according to Cold Extraction Conditions)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of soaking and ultrasonic extraction by observing the change of contents with extraction time of physicochemical properties (solid content, colorness, caffeine, chlorogenic acid, total polyphenols, DPPH, and ABTS). As a result of the analysis, solid content increased with longer extraction time and the whiteness tended to decrease with longer extraction time. Conversely, the extraction of functional materials showed a tendency to increase as the extraction time increased. Caffeine reached the maximum value after two hours soaking, but showed the same result as one hour for sonication. Chlorogenic acid did not show difference from the content of coffee extracted for one hour soaking only by sonication extraction for 30 minutes. The total polyphenols eluted with approximately two hours of soaking even after 30 minutes of sonication. DPPH and ABTS were insignificant in their concentrations, but their antioxidative effect was more than two hours of soaking with only 30 minutes of sonication. Sonication has a short time extraction from a functional aspect (caffeine content, chlorogenic acid, polyphenol content, and antioxidant capacity) and this experiment can provide basic data for the development of innovative recipes.

영상에서 객체와 배경의 색상 특징을 이용한 자동 객체 추출 기법 (An Automatic Object Extraction Method Using Color Features Of Object And Background In Image)

  • 본 논문은 영상 속 객체와 배경의 컬러 특징을 이용한 주요 객체의 자동 추출 방법에 관한 연구이다. 인간이 객체를 판단할 때에는 배경과 객체의 색상 차이를 이용하는데 이러한 요소를 객체 추출 방법에 적용시키기 위해서는 배경과 객체의 색차를 강조하여야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 원 RGB 영상을 인간의 시각 시스템과 유사한 HSV 색 공간으로 변환하고 각기 다른 분포도의 메디안 필터를 적용한 두 개의 영상을 생성한 뒤 두 개의 메디안 필터가 적용된 영상들을 합산하였고 데이터 군집화 방법인 Mean Shift 알고리즘을 적용하여 색상 특징을 그룹화 하였다. 마지막으로 이진화 작업을 위하여 영상의 채널 수를 3 채널에서 1 채널로 정규화 한 뒤 영상 내 픽셀들의 평균값을 임계값으로 이용하는 이진화 방법으로 객체 지도 영상을 생성하였고 주요 객체를 추출하였다.

울금의 염색성에 관한 연구 (The Study of Curcuma Longs L. Dyeing)

  • This paper surveys extraction condition-temperature, pH, and changes of adsorbance in accordance with extraction condition of curcuma Longa L. solution. Using extracted curcuma Longa L. Solution, dyeing behaviors with natural fiber, effect of mordants to color fastness and color change were investigated. It was found that the amount of absorption (K/S value) was increased by mordants (Fe, Cr) and mordants treatment affected color change of dyed fabric. Among the mordants, effect of citric acid to color change of dyed fabric was the smallest, and color difference of post- mordant treatment is smaller than that of pee-mordant treatment in making use of citric acid as mordant. And K/S value of post mordant was higher than that of pre mordant. It was found that the pre - and post- mordants treatment little affected color fastness, but affected the amound of adsorption and color change of dyed fabric.

  • 다양한 분야에서 현재 활용되고 있는 딥러닝 과정은 데이터 준비, 데이터 전처리, 모델 생성, 모델 학습, 모델 평가로 구성 된다. 이중 모델 학습 과정에서 손실함수는 모델이 학습하면서 출력한 값을 실제 값과 비교하여 그 차이를 출력하게 되고, 출력된 손실값을 기반으로 모델은 역전파 알고리즘을 통해 손실값이 감소하는 방향으로 가중치를 수정해가며 학습을 진행한다. 본 논문에서는 바이오마커 추출을 위한 딥러닝 모델에서 사용될 신경망 출력 값의 손실도를 측정하여 출력해주는 다양한 손실함수를 분석하고 실험을 통해 최적의 손실함수를 찾아내고자 한다.
