초등학생의 온라인 게임 중독 완화를 위한 덕 교육 기반 교육용 게임의 개발과 적용 (Development and Application of an Educational Game based on Virtues Education for Relieving Online Game Addiction of Elementary School Students)

  • 초등학생들의 온라인 게임 중독이 점차 심각해지고 있는 상황에서, 정보통신 윤리 덕목들을 교육하기에는 기존의 교수-학습방법이 효과적이지 않다. 본 연구에서는 정보 윤리학을 기반으로 온라인 게임 중독을 판단 할 검사 문항을 개발 및 적용하여, '고위험 사용자'와 '잠재적 위험 사용자'를 파악했다. 그리고 덕 교육을 기반으로 온라인 게임 모형을 개발하고 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 게임모형은 학습자가 흥미 있게 참여할 수 있으며, 온라인 게임 중독과 관련된 도덕적 규범을 스스로 찾고 판단하며, 서사를 통해 다양한 상황과 관련 있는 도덕적 규범을 자연스럽게 체득할 수 있다. 게임모형을 적용한 결과, '고위험 사용자'와 '잠재적 위험 사용자'의 비율이 줄어들었으며, 특히 '존중'과 '책임'이라는 덕목의 신장에서 유의미한 결과를 냈다. 따라서 온라인 게임 중독 원인이 '존중'과 '책임' 덕목의 미발달인 경우에 효과가 있을 것이다.

The Impact of Digitalization on the Forms Change of Employment and the Labor Market in the Context of the Information Economy Development

  • The authors of the article investigate the impact of digitalization on the forms change of employment and the labor market in the modern conditions. It is substantiated that digitalization processes directly affect the change of forms of employment and the range of occupations in the labor market, as well as the change of jobs. The positive and negative consequences of changing forms of employment for the economy in the process of digital transformation are analyzed, which include: reduction of personnel costs by employers; dissemination of non-standard, informal employment (electronic freelance, electronic outsourcing, start-employment); enabling employees to manage their working hours; increasing unemployment and imbalance of supply and demand in the labor market; reduction of productivity of enterprises, as a result of reduced productivity of workers with non-standard forms of employment, or with a negative indirect impact on productivity. A model for managing the process of digitalization in the labor market of Ukraine under different scenarios of their implementation, namely evolutionary and forced is devoted. To recognize the possible change in the level of employment in connection with the implementation of the forced scenario of digitalization in Ukraine, a model for estimating probable changes in the labor market is proposed. The directions of development of the state strategy of prevention of risks of reduction of number of workplaces in the course of digitalization are outlined.

  • 국제표준은 소프트웨어의 일반적인 특성과 공통성을 토대로 구축된 것이다. 따라서 특정한 지식정보보안 제품에 적용하기 위해서는 제품의 특성을 최대한 고려하고 관련 표준을 적용하여 평가 방법을 최적화하는 과정이 필수라 할 수 있다. 아울러, 소프트웨어 분야의 급격한 발전으로 인해 국제표준의 변화도 불가피하기 때문에 표준의 구성이나 내용이 지속적으로 변화되어 왔고 이러한 변화를 수용한 평가방법의 구축도 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 지식정보보안 제품 중 침입차단시스템(Firewall)의 품질수준을 평가하여 개선방향을 도출함으로써 품질향상을 지원할 수 있는 평가모델을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 침입차단시스템의 동향 및 기술적인 요소들을 조사 분석하고 침입차단시스템의 특성을 고려하여 일반 품질 요구사항과 고유한 품질 요구사항을 도출하고 품질평가 모델과 평가 방법을 제시하였다.

  • Recently companies are aggressively Pushing ahead with integrating the systematical applications of internal and external information systems such as Data level, Application level, Process level in the company, Process level between companies. The EAI solution is generally considered as the necessary tool to integrate companies, but the appraisal standard for the EAI solution has not Vet settled in Korea, so the companies have difficulty in deciding whether to adopt the EAI solution or not. Through this report, we first introduce the KRA Project as the best practice in making an application of the settled standard to evaluate and adopt the EAI solution, and then suggest that it can be adapted to companies considering applying to the EAI solution.

우리나라 학교도서관 기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Domestic School Library Standard)

  • 국내에서 적용되고 있는 학교도서관 기준을 분석하여 기준별 특이성과 차이성을 조사하였다. 현행 적용되는 기준으로 7가지 학교도서관 기준이 조사되었으며, 분석결과, 예산편성, 교육서비스, 자료, 인력 등 4가지 주요 문제점이 진단되었다. 기존 학교도서관 기준을 검토하여 학교 도서관의 변화에 따른 새로운 학교도서관 기준의 개선안을 제안하였다.

  • Outfitting system in ship design has huge kinds of standard part. Data base of and automatic design procedure of part master should be included in ship cad in order to reduce the design time. Present study shows an process of part master DB construction of pipe equipments using 3-dimensional CAD environment Attribute and properties of part masters are chosen from JIS standard. As the schema of part masters are stored in data base, 3D geometric model is parsed from the schema.

  • It's became essential that Korea construction companies should enter into the overseas construction market for their growth and sustainability. In order to comply with the client's required global standard and to compete with in the international market, the shifting the construction project management system to global level is required. In accordance with the demand, this paper proposes the top-level document of construction project management system as a to-be model that utilized in overseas construction projects. The project management plan ("PMP") suggested in this paper is not only the most appropriate one, which complies with the global standard, to be used when companies bid for international construction projects against foreign competitors but also has the process modeling and hierarchical structure.

KRM 모델을 이용한 제주바다목장 해역 주요 우점종의 음향반사강도 추정 (Target strength estimation of dominant species in marine ranching ground of Jeju coastal water by KRM model)

  • The indirect target strength (TS) estimation method which uses the Kirchhoff ray mode model (KRM model) was discussed to apply for a biomass estimation in the water of mixed species. TS of 25 live scorpion fishes for 120kHz were measured by a tethered method and of others dominant 5 species in the marine ranching ground of Jeju coastal water including a scorpion fish were also estimated by KRM model. The measurement TS of scorpion fish well agreed with the theoretical values and the standard formula of scorpion fish was estimated as $TS_{120kHz}=20Log\;(L)-72.9$ ($r^2=0.67$). TScm values estimated on trial to each sample of dominant 5 species were from -69.3dB to -75.1dB at 120kHz and they were in the general range of swimbladdered fish. It was clarified that TS by KRM model can be used to estimate fish biomass estimation by increasing a sample number and is more effective under the condition that there is rare TS information for inhabiting species in mixed-species area.

  • The objective of this paper is the development of the forward-looking dynamic simulation model of a hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) for a fuel economy study. The specification of the vehicle is determined based on two factors, engine peak power to curb weight ratio and specific engine power. The steady state efficiency models of the powertrain components are explained in detail. These include a spark ignition direct injection(SIDI) engine, an integrated starter alternator(ISA), and an infinitely variable transmission(IVT). The paper describes the integration of these models into a forward facing dynamic simulation diagram using the AMESim environment. Appropriate vehicle and driver models have been added and described. The controller was designed in Simulink and was combined with the physical powertrain model by the co-simulation interface. Finally, the simulation results of the HEV are compared with those of a baseline vehicle in order to demonstrate the fuel economy potential. Results for the vehicle speed error and the fuel economy over standard driving cycles are illustrated.

분광분석법을 이용한 단립 쌀의 함수율 및 단백질 함량 예측모델 개발 (Development of Prediction Model for Moisture and Protein Content of Single Kernel Rice using Spectroscopy)

  • The objectives of this study were to develop models to predict the contents of moisture and protein of single kernel of brown rice based on visible/NIR (near-infrared) spectroscopic technique. The reflectance spectra of rice were obtained in the range of the wavelength 400 to 2,500 nm with 2 nm intervals. Multiple linear regression(MLR) and partial least squares (PLS) were used to develop the models. The MLR model using the first derivative spectra(10 nm of gap) with Standard Normal Variate and Detrending (SNV and Drt.) preprocessing showed the best results to predict moisture content of the sin린e kernel brown rice. To predict the protein content of a single kernel of brown ricer the PLS model used the raw spectra with multiplicative scatter correction(MSC) preprocessing over the wavelength of 1,100~1,500 nm.
