Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an exercise program for postmastectomy patients. Method: This study was conducted from October, 2003 to June, 2004. The exercise program was developed based on literature review and needs assessment using focus group interviews. The subjects for the focus group interview consisted of 11 patients, 13 recovering patients, and 20 nurses from 3 hospitals. Development of the program was proceeded with analysusm design and development steps. Result: The results of the needs assessment using the focus group interview showed that the exercise program was imperative for postmastectomy patients. Based on the results, a home video tape containing 3 steps, was developed. Each step includes warming-up, stretching, the main exercise, and cool-down. Steps 2 and 3 include exercises with an elastic band, and an elastic ball. The program was modified after conducting a pre-test. A self-checklist including shoulder mobility, hand strength, arm volume and subjective comments on how they feel will be used before and after the exercise program. Conclusion: The exercise program will improve breast cancer patients' quality of life and their physical well-being. Further studies are recommended to test the effectiveness of the exercise program.

Despite the growing interest and normative discussions on AI ethics, there is a lack of discussion on policy instruments that are necessary for companies to develop AI-based services in compliance with ethical principles. Thus, the purpose of this study is to explore policy instruments that can encourage companies to voluntarily comply with and adopt AI ethical standards and self-checklists. The study reviews previous research and similar cases on AI ethics, conducts interviews with AI-related companies, and analyzes the data using AHP to derive action plans. In terms of desirability and feasibility, Research findings show that policy instruments that induce companies to ethically develop AI-based services should be prioritized, while regulatory instruments require a cautious approach. It was also found that a consulting support policy consisting of experts in various fields who can support the use of AI ethics, and support for the development of solutions that adhere to AI ethical standards are necessary as incentive policies. Additionally, the participation and agreement of various stakeholders in the process of establishing AI ethical standards are crucial, and policy instruments need to be continuously supplemented through implementation and feedback. This study is significant as it presents the necessary policy instruments for companies to develop ethical AI-based services through an analytical methodology, moving beyond discursive discussions on AI ethical principles. Further analysis on the effectiveness of policy instruments linked to AI ethical principles is necessary for establishing ethical AI-based service development.

본 논문에서는 2014년도 청강문화산업대학교 게임전공에서 진행된 졸업 작품의 QA 절차에 대해 서술 되어 있다. 졸업 작품이 기획될 때부터 기획서나 관련 문서들을 분석하여 QA가 어떻게 진행되었는지에 대한 내용과 QA를 진행한 결과에 대한 분석이 포함되어있다. QA가 진행된 게임은 Unity 3D 엔진으로 개발된 '안드로메다'팀의 1Hour 과 야근컴퍼니'팀의 Epi&Sode, '개미즈'팀의 DeadLine 이며 QA에 사용된 기법은 '체크리스트(check lists)라는 기법을 이용하였다.

Elderly women have a high risk of falling down in their daily lives. The purpose of this study is to develop protective pants for elderly women, which will mitigate the impact of falls, and play a major role in reducing injuries. The two types of design were proposed for development of protective pants by selecting pad insertion point and inserting lining for keeping pad in place through the checklist to investigate from the interviews with the medical workers and the investigation of the user requirement. Design A has protective pads in the hip, hip joint, and knee, while design B has protective pads in the hip and hip joint area. For the impact absorbing material, CR (chloroprene rubber) foam was selected for its flexibility, lightness, and impact absorbing capacity, and its pad shapes were designed to produce much flexibility in consideration of the activity and human body fitness of the wearers. Three kinds of pad types, which are the cut type, the porous type, and the honeycomb type, were proposed, and were manufactured to fit into the protective parts according to their design types.

In modular construction, it is insufficient for safety management of workers, and workers are still exposed to the risk of accidents due to work at high places for lifting and assembly work in modular construction sites. Therefore, it is necessary when preventive safety management through risk management of workers on modular construction sites. This study is a basic study for the risk assessment(checklist) of modular construction, and the purpose of this study is to analyze the risk factors of the module lifting work at the modular construction site. It is intended to identify the hazard risk factors and improvement measures of the existing lifting operation, by analyzing the case of the risk assessment of the existing RC method, and to identify the risk factors for each work process when lifting the module. In the future, the results of this study are expected to be utilized in the development of checklists for risk assessment as safety management plan for modular construction sites.

Media ADR is currently emerging as one of successful cases in South Korea while environmental ADR was known not to satisfy both defendants and offenders. Thus, this paper is intended to present proper remedies for typical compensation schemes of environmental ADR by comparing the two ADRs regarding legal reservation of compensation clause. It was found that the media ADR helped clients achieve a more fast and easy dispute resolution by providing compensation standards based on various categories such as types and scopes of compensation. However, the compensation scheme of environmental ADR brought out public complaints and inadequate services due to inconsistency and instability in terms of legal reservation. The results indicate that the compensation clause based on the reservation of laws in media ADR could be used not only as a checklist to confirm limitations of environmental ADR, but also as realistic evidences to adjust the compensation standard systematically that is under development and requires remodelling. As a result, the research findings have opened the new possibilities of "the quality assurance of environmental ADR based on the domestic legislation", proposed as an initial aim of this paper.

Due to the aging of a building, 38.8% (about 2.82 million buildings) of the total buildings are old for more than 30 years after completion and are located in a blind spot for an inspection, except for buildings subject to regular legal inspection (about 3%). Such existing buildings require users to self-inspect themselves and make efforts to take preemptive risks. The scope of this study was defined as the general public's visual self-inspection of buildings and was limited to structural members that affect the structural stability of old buildings. This study categorized possible damage to reinforced concrete to check the structural safety of buildings and proposed a checklist to prevent the damage. A damage assessment methodology was presented during the inspection, and a self-inspection scenario was tested through a chatbot connection. It is believed that it can increase the accessibility and convenience of non-experts and induce equalized results when performing inspections, according to the chatbot guide.

In this study, we report on the procedure of developing a guideline for clinical research protocol using moxibustion. Systematic review of the literature about moxibustion was conducted as a preliminary study to make basic content. Review and consulting by experts from each field was conducted to improve the quality. And we made checklist by arranging keypoint of this guideline. This guideline, Moxibustion Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial Guideline(MOXRATE), aims to be a guide for future researchers in planning clinical study using moxibustion as an intervention. MOXRATE also reports on an ethical issues.

With the recent diversification and complication of buildings, the functions of building are also developing. As much as the development of buildings, the machine or equipment used for them is also developing. Thus, all sorts of domestic/foreign industrial facilities and fire stations in the whole nation are using the electric shutter that could meet the insulation just like the exterior wall of general buildings, for bringing-in/storage and crime prevention/fire prevention. Currently, various types of electric shutters are used. Such wrong operation and poor management are causing many panel-falling accidents. This study researched the reduction of electric shutter panel-falling risk by reviewing the domestic/foreign laws and standards, and researching the new safety equipment. First, the causes for falling and accident types were drawn by analyzing the cases of electric shutter accidents. After that, a checklist as the measures for reducing the falling of electric shutter in building was suggested by analyzing the items for the inspection of electric shutter.

Purpose: Using green supply chain management (GSCM), the current study focuses on the fashion design industry as a central player in promoting an eco-conscious consumption culture by creating awareness of the need to produce and consume eco-friendly fashion products instead of only capitalizing on the shifting consumer tastes, preferences, and expectations. Research design, data and methodology: This study selected a PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) checklist as a research methodology. The purpose is the detailed and disinterested evaluation of all the published information related to the topic of the research. Results: This study suggests brief solutions of the GSCM based on the five categories of sustainable fashion activities that contribute to the development of eco-friendly fashion designs and marketing strategies. This strategy employed by firms to promote sustainable production and consumption is a major factor in enhancing consumers' environmental awareness. Conclusions: The study delves into how brands in the fashion design industry provide a platform for collective action by investing in educational campaigns and transparent communication, collaborating with various stakeholders to maximize awareness of the need for eco-conscious consumption and the availability of green fashion products. Practitioners should consider developing a comprehensive framework to assess the feasibility of different awareness strategies and purchase stimulation approaches.
