Within the article, forms of innovation structures are systematized, and those that exist in Ukraine are identified, their features, purpose and functions are clarified, activities and current state of their functioning are analyzed. It is proved that in the conditions of digital economy, domestic innovation structures are underdeveloped and do not fulfill their leading role at the present stage of innovative development of the country. To understand the importance of effective operation of innovation infrastructure, the main world models of innovation development are considered, and the directions of using the experience of their functioning for Ukraine are determined. The main indicators of innovation activity of Ukraine in the context of regions are analyzed. There is a significant differentiation of innovation indicators in the regional context. The cartographic analysis of innovative activity of regions is presented. The mechanism of definition and implementation of priority directions of innovative activity in the context of the digital economy development is offered.

Along with the development of the 4^th Industrial Revolution technology, artificial intelligence technology is also being used in the field of systems engineering. This study analyzed the development status of artificial intelligence technology in the areas of systems engineering core processes such as stakeholder needs and requirements definition, system requirement analysis, and system architecture definition, and presented future technology development directions. In the definition of stakeholder needs and requirements, technology development is underway to compensate for the shortcomings of the existing requirement extraction methods. In the field of system requirement analysis, technology for automatically checking errors in individual requirements and technology for analyzing categories of requirements are being developed. In the field of system architecture definition, a technology for automatically generating architectures for each system sector based on requirements is being developed. In this study, these contents were summarized and future development directions were presented.

Purpose: It emphasizes the importance of cost analysis for weapons systems that require enormous develop- ment costs, analyzes the problems of cost analysis steps from a practical point of view, and presents the direction of business development in terms of cost analysis reliability, timeliness, and efficiency. Methods: It analyzes the R&D cost of Micro satellites with a complex cost structure and large scale according to engineering estimation procedures, derives major analysis step-by-step problems, and presents business development directions. Results: Problems with standards and assumptions, data collection, cost division structure, and cost estimation methods were derived through the micro satellite cost analysis process, and business development directions such as expanding common standards, standardizing basic data, standardizing cost division structures and cost items, and data asset were presented. Conclusion: In order to develop work in terms of cost analysis reliability, timeliness, and efficiency, it is important to prepare and standardize standards and rules for detailed tasks at each analysis stage, and through this, it is expected that high utilization value and systematic cost data will be assetized in the future.

The development of drones is transforming society as a whole and playing a game-changing role in warfare. However, numerous problems pose threats to the lives and safety of people, and the counter-drone system lags behind the rapid development of drones. Most countries, including South Korea, have not established a reliable counter-drone system in response to the threat posed by numerous drones. Due to budget constraints in each country, an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis was conducted among a group of experts who have been involved in policymaking and research and development related to counter-drone systems. This analysis aimed to determine the priority of building a counter-drone system. Based on various research data, the counter-drone system was analyzed in three stages: detection/identification, governance, and response. The hierarchical design mapped out the existing researched counter-drone technology into a hierarchical model consisting of 31 evaluation criteria. The conclusion provided a roadmap for establishing a counter-drone system based on the prioritization of each element and considering factors such as technological advancement, outlining directions for development in each field.

본 연구의 목적은 이명박 정부의 여가정책을 살펴보고 문제점을 도출하여 이를 개선하기 위한 방향을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 청와대 홈페이지에 공개되어 있는 '17대대통령직인수위원회 백서 및 이명박 정부 100대 국정과제' 자료를 바탕으로 여가정책을 분석하였다. 분석을 통해 도출된 문제점으로는 첫째, 여가정책의 필요성에 대한 인식부족 둘째, 창의적 여가 스포츠 문화 콘텐츠 개발 정책 부족 셋째, 여가정책개발을 위한 기반조성 사업 전무 등과 같이 세 가지가 도출되었다. 정책방향으로는 첫째, 여가에 대한 인식 전환 둘째, 창의적인 여가 스포츠 문화 콘텐츠 개발 풍토 조성 셋째, 여가정책개발을 위한 기반조성 등과 같이 세 가지가 도출되었다. 시대는 지속적으로 여가에 대한 관심이 증폭되고 그 중요성이 강조되는 방향으로 변화되고 있는 만큼, 이명박 정부는 여가정책을 현재보다 좀 더 발전적인 방향으로 개선하여 추진할 필요가 있다.

The tensile properties of Poly(trimethylene terephthalate, PTT) $1{\times}1Rib$ knitted fabrics were experimentally studies, and the specimens has $1{\times}1$ rib stitched structure which are weft knitted fabrics with various lengths of loop. The $1{\times}1$ rib weft knitted fabric showed larger tensile linearity, tensile energy and tensile resilience in the direction of courses. The tensile properties increased with increasing the loop density in all directions, and perfectly increased with the course directions than the wale directions.

While cloud computing is gaining popularity, diverse security and privacy issues are emerging that hinder the rapid adoption of this new computing paradigm. And the development of defensive solutions is lagging behind. To ensure a secure and trustworthy cloud environment it is essential to identify the limitations of existing solutions and envision directions for future research. In this paper, we have surveyed critical security and privacy challenges in cloud computing, categorized diverse existing solutions, compared their strengths and limitations, and envisioned future research directions.

The modal test has been carried out using the exciter machine to investigate the vibration characteristics of the hull and super structure of the ship. The conventional exciter acts only one(1) direction and the exciter should be reinstalled for different direction test, which consumes additional expense. The 3 axes exciter has been designed of which force acts three directions without reinstallation for efficient modal test of the ship. It consists of rotatable base frame structure and the clutch mechanism for the unbalances to excite three directions. And the 3 axes exciter for the local structure has been made in advance and its performance test was carried out in the laboratory. The developed 3 axes exciter shows the ability of three-directions excitation with simple operation and modal test for the various local structure of the ship will be performed.

The purpose of the study is to determine the key aspects of the problems of employment of the population and the directions of their state regulation in war conditions. Employment policy involves a system of measures to create conditions for a more complete use of the potential of labor and business activity of the able-bodied population, linking this activity through taking into account the specifics of group interests with the tasks and guidelines for socio-economic development. But in the conditions of war, this problem acquires a new relevance. For the study, a number of theoretical methods of analysis were used. Based on the results of the study, the key aspects of the problems of employment of the population and the directions of their state regulation in war conditions were identified.

The development of the education system and the labor market today requires new conditions for unification and functioning, the introduction of an innovative culture in the field of Education. The construction of modern management of innovative development of a higher education institution requires consideration of the existing theoretical, methodological and practical planes on which its formation is based. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the modern paradigm of organizing the mechanism of managing the innovative development of higher education institutions. Innovation in education is represented not only by the final product of applying novelty in educational and managerial processes in order to qualitatively improve the subject and objects of management and obtain economic, social, scientific, technical, environmental and other effects, but also by the procedure for their constant updating. The classification of innovations in education is presented. Despite the positive developments in the development of Education, numerous problems remain in this area, which is discussed in the article. The concept of innovative development of higher education institutions is described, which defines the prerequisites, goals, principles, tasks and mechanisms of university development for a long-term period and should be based on the following principles: scientific, flexible, efficient and comprehensive. The role of the motivational component of the mechanism of innovative development of higher education institutions is clarified, which allows at the strategic level to create an innovative culture and motivation of innovative activity of each individual, to make a choice of rational directions for solving problems, at the tactical level - to form motives for innovative activity in the most effective directions, at the operational level - to monitor the formation of a system of motives and incentives, to adjust the directions of motivation. The necessity of the functional component of the mechanism, which consists in determining a set of steps and management decisions aimed at achieving certain goals of innovative development of higher education institutions, is proved. The monitoring component of the mechanism is aimed at developing a special system for collecting, processing, storing and distributing information about the stages of development of higher education institutions, prediction based on the objective data on the dynamics and main trends of its development, and elaboration of recommendations.
