We investigated the nutritional status of the melania snail (Semisulcospira gottschei) using RNA/DNA ratios to evaluate the effect of feeding conditions (artificial versus natural) on the reaction times of the snails in a time course following starvation. In the short experiments (48 h), the RNA/DNA ratios of the artificial feeding groups were significantly higher than those of the natural groups. While two RNA/DNA ratio peaks were observed in the artificial food group during daytime, the natural food group showed a higher ratio at night. Under starvation conditions, the RNA content decreased whereas the DNA content was constant. The RNA/DNA ratios of the freshwater snail in both groups dramatically decreased after starvation and remained constant until the end of the experiment. We verified that the RNA/DNA ratio serves as an index of nutritional condition with respect to the effect of dietary differences. These results are important for understanding optimized aquaculture rearing conditions for this important commercial freshwater snail.

An appropriate amount of nitrogen fertilizer input during rice cultivation is essential for rice growth, quality control, and reduction of greenhouse gases in paddy fields. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a technology that can check whether an appropriate amount of fertilizer is applied in paddy fields. In this study, we tried to derive a method for diagnosing nitrogen fertilization level using spectroscopic diagnosis, physiological analysis, and molecular indicator genes. Nitrogen fertilization treatment was performed in a greenhouse by dividing into five treatment conditions: no fertilization (N0), low fertilization (N0.5), standard fertilization (N1.0), excessive fertilization (N1.5), and double fertilization (N2.0), respectively. Growth characteristics analysis was investigated by nitrogen fertilization conditions and growth stages, and the height of the canopy was analyzed using a laser scanner. Physiological and spectroscopic analyses were performed by analyzing chlorophyll and sugar contents and measuring SPAD and leaf spectrometer on rice leaves. In addition, real-time PCR experiment was performed to check the relative expression levels of several known nitrogen metabolism related genes. These results suggest that spectroscopic techniques can be helpful in diagnosing the level of nitrogen fertilization in rice paddy fields.

In the article, the authors investigate the economic security system in the conditions of the powers transformation. It is substantiated that economic security acts as a certain system that includes components and at the same time acts as a subsystem of the highest order. It is determined that the economic security system of regions acting as a system has its subsystems, which include: production, financial, environmental, innovation, investment and social subsystems. The parameters of the economic security system include relative economic independence, economic stability and self-development of economic systems, and it is proved that an important feature of economic security in addition to its systemic nature is multi-vector. It is substantiated that the monitoring of ensuring the economic security system of the development of economic systems of different levels in the conditions of the powers transformation should contain the analysis of social, economic and ecological development of regions; spheres of possible dangers of the development of regional economic systems; the nature of the threats; the degree of the possibility of threats; time perspective of economic development threats; possible consequences of losses for economic entities; the impact of threats to the object of the economic entities' activity; possible asymmetry of economic development of regional economic entities. Possible threats as a consequence of the powers transformation have been identified. A PEST analysis of the impact of factors of different nature on economic security and the development of regional economic systems in the powers transformation is carried out. A recurrent ratio is proposed for the economic security system in the conditions of the powers transformation.

The modification of in vitro maturation (IVM) conditions should be required to efficient production of matured porcine oocyte in vitro. Estradiol-17β (E₂) as steroid hormone exists in ovarian follicular fluid and plays a major role in ovulation. Demand of new suburban residential development and a variety of new types for housing have intensified by urban Citizens overused of poor urban residential environment. Income growth and improvement of living standards for the quality of the living environment are increasing demands of creating a more comfortable living environment. Thus, according to changes in social conditions, the development of urban area while accommodating additional development pressure adequately, particularly residential development in order to promote the efficient development of suburban areas are planned for the rational development direction. This study suggests the following improvement measures by analyzing the characteristics of the Suburban Housing Complexes built recently. In order to create a more pleasant Suburban Housing Complexes First, the accessibility of the traffic conditions, education and public facilities is good Second, the construction plans reflected needs of the consumers should be made Third, necessary facilities for activation of the urban-rural exchanges must be equipped.

Axial piston pump is a significant part in wheeled armored vehicle, for generating hydraulic power of vehicle power system. The Axial Piston Pump is a high-performer, core functional item that is developed and applied to most of the military models in the development of military weapon systems. However, in the case of military equipment, there are conditions of limited size and weight required depending on the operating conditions and the operating environment. Under these conditions, it is required that the performance and the environmental resistance are verified to exert the required output. A unique technology is needed for the development of such equipment both in the present and in the future. Therefore, in this study, mathematical modeling of an axial piston pump is presented as a basic data for securing proprietary technology. In addition, a simulation model is designed and compared with the models of six kinds of pistons through simulation. It was established that when the number of pistons of the axial piston pump, which is the development objective, is seven, the model is suitable for the wheeled armored vehicle.

In the past, station-area development projects were proceeded for modernizing the station facilities and improving the customer's convenience facilities by attracting private financing. But the site of station-are a development has a limitation that limits of benefits comparing with initial cost and absence of collateral by constructed the national property. For the advancing business value, merchandising facilities were adopted. There were many problems like coming the loss of city development opportunities. Now, station-area developments are considered the station and city plan. so, they are rapidly rised up the life in the station, need of making cultural space, improvement efficiency, combination and connectivity of transportation system and need of journey to Work Distance. Accordingly, this study suggests the station-area development projects by analysis of market conditions and forecast about housing and office that meets the trend of station-area development and secures feasible business value.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the conditions of small fishing village & fishing port and to suggest the development direction of them. For this, we tried to field survey and research of development demands for 100 sample places. The results of this study were as follows; First, Small fishing villages & fishing ports have different characteristics and their primary industry was a fisheries. And they have a poor condition for basic facilities and industrial facilities, more smaller fishing port. Second, The living satisfaction of residents was decreased gradually because of a decrease in amount of catching fish, a population aging and etc. Residents and public officers was to demand an expansion of basic facilities, an investment of national expenditure and a simplification of administrative procedure. Third, We could establish the development directions by geographical location and funcion of them. And They must development consider their characteristics.

1. Under the current workroom conditions It is very difficult to control the moisture contents of raw materials in season of summer or winter. 2. The moisture absorption of the materials under the contributive conditions showed the efficiency of 65% in relative humidity and temperature of the currant workroom. 3, The results from this study, however , appeared the deviation of moisture content of the products by the order of 0.1% compared to the current deviation of 2.6~2.7%. 4. Equilibrium moisture contents of the tobacco was Inversely proportional to the temperature and directly related to the relative humidity of the workroom. 5. On the basis of the above results , the standard conditions of the workroom obtained from this study considering with the external temperature in winter could reduce energy by 17.4% through 38.4% .

The purpose of this research is to analyze the residential environment based on the physical quality indicators of green space in apartment housing through the case study of 36 housing estate samples which were built in 1994-1998. The contents of this research consists of two main parts. The first part is to analyze the characteristics of residential environment based on the quality indicators of green space in apartment housing. The second part is to analyze the Correlation of Development Conditions and Physical Quality Indicators of Green Space. This research will contribute to the establishment of the site planning methods which increase the quality of residential environment in apartment housing.
